    Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

    @virginmedia we have lost tv and broadband? In London SW9. My neighbour rang yesterday and was told it would be up and running again by 10am this morning. Nothing yet? Any idea what the problem is?

    @virginmedia Please see my other tweets. Clearly, the remote attempts being made are either further causing issues on the line or are not working given the fact they have not been able to identify the issue. I’ve already raised a complaint, but that doesn’t change the position I’m in does it.

    @virginmedia Hi for the last 12 weeks now I have been phoning customer care for issues to my on demand and blocking out of signal on my TV package I have phoned at least 15 times now that is over 19 hours hanging on the phone and getting frustrated and still the issue is not rectified

    @virginmedia Well...issues again with broadband, service status keeps saying an engineer is working on it but haven't seen any sign of the engineer at the connection box over the last 24hrs+. Last time I had my service cut due to VM deciding to connect another customer and give them my line
