    @virginmedia Despite numerous calls to your customer service, hours spent on phone explaining issues to various people, promises of calls back (not received) & promises of credits to account - this has still not happened

    @virginmedia I’ve been passed around your ‘customer service’ team this morning for half an hour, constantly repeating myself, then they just hung up on me. There is a logged complaint on the account!

    @ClareAdams @virginmedia Yes, rotten service for a lot of money, had nothing but problems with it dropping in and out or just cutting out completely. Not worth the money

    @virginmedia making it difficult to cancel a contract doesnt make me want to change my mind. Why can't I just call up and cancel. Why do I need to be out on hold constantly. I'm out of contract!

    Power cycled the router, still the same problems. Crashes after a few minutes. @virginmedia any support please?
