    @virginmedia how can we get in touch when broadband is down (again) & our phones not worked in months? 3rd loss of service this week (2hrs on mon/fri & all day today). Your site says check back in 17hrs & if there’s still a fault then you’ll book a technician - not good enough!

    @virginmedia Virgin media service is an absolute joke at the moment. We have had connection issues with our internet for weeks now. Had 2 engineers come out, been given a new router and still the same issues. Internet is not working so it’s stopping the tv from working as well.

    @virginmedia That is correct, it's poor speeds on both wired and wireless devices and we shouldn't have these poor speeds. it's all of the services we have that are being affected. We shouldn't need to keep starting the super hub to get the speeds we pay for, its been like it for months

    @virginmedia ...For threats and Harrassment, they are my recordings just like they said my services were running, my services were cut off on 2nd April and I do have photographic evidence printed for that, also for Malware Scan, Virus Scan, Spyware Scan 23 Years a Customer & want my stuff

    @virginmedia Hi ZR I am sure those 2 who came round are those from BPO with the attitude they showed, when I disconnected the hub, I took out the leads and put them down somewhere, now they say they want the TV Box, the one I have is the one with the Hard Drive on, ...

    @virginmedia Yep tried this, yesterday it said something like "there are some issues in your area" with 0 context or extra options to find out anything more, and now its saying there are no issues which clearly isn't true because my broadband isn't working

    @virginmedia I don't have a picture no, the first box was just for tv, then it was replced with one with a hard drive had it years, since NTL a Cusomer 23 Years and now being treat like SH** and threanened, you now have no Customer Sevice and trying to con me for more after 2nd April Cut Off
