@virginmedia Despite numerous calls to your customer service, hours spent on phone explaining issues to various people, promises of calls back (not received) & promises of credits to account - this has still not happened

@ClareAdams @virginmedia Yes, rotten service for a lot of money, had nothing but problems with it dropping in and out or just cutting out completely. Not worth the money
