@Barrhillanne @virginmedia Hello it also happened my account 2 months ago after I trying to contact their service and all I got was automated robot reply so i resulted to contacting Unitech_Support on instagram, they were able to retrieve my lost account in no time.

@virginmedia awful service yet again. Followed instructions to set up wifi b4 moving house & day 1 its of course not working. Call customer service for an engineer & no1 turns up as you told us you booked it but didnt. Now told to wait til friday?! Not good enough @LutzSchueler
