@Muffit69 @virginmedia Hey, I bought a tp link router off amazon for £60. Fixed the issue straight away, took my complaint to the CEO everything, nothing they could do. Yet, putting the hub into modem mode and using a 3rd party router is giving me 350meg in every room wireless with no lag or drops.

Virgin media engineer turns up, looks at the problem left to right scratches head then scratches *****, looks confused doesn't no what he's doing, when all is lost just replaced my hub, paying for 500meg but getting 280 max on 5ghz 70meg 2ghz #virginmedia

@virginmedia well done.After 3 months of my internet going down EVERY DAY, your **** service worked for 9 days (new PB👏👏). Now it’s off AGAIN. TV & broadband this time. You’re clearly incapable of being an internet provider. Perhaps you should pack in and open a lemonade stand

@virginmedia After a 20 minute wait a talented human being sorted it. And that’s what’s needed on customer help lines, but faster. Virgin Media (in this case - but not alone in its resistance to engaging in customer conversation) shouldn’t keep people waiting 20-30 mins. It’s poor service.

Hi @LutzSchueler please can you help? Our entire neighborhood has no #wifi and @virginmedia are ignoring anyone who calls in. We have had no WiFi for over 5 days now and i'm told this may not be resolved for another two weeks. Please send some dongles out!
