    @virginmedia Tried to call customer service for disconnecting my services. The call dropped after 15-20 mins & no one call me back even after requesting. Really disappointed with the customer service.

    @virginmedia is a joke. I've been having internet issues for the last few months, unable to stream on Twitch because keep crashing all the time... Spending endless hours on the phone. I'm exhausted mentally at this point. Eh.

    Not happy @virginmedia There have been problems with our TV, broadband & phone service for the last 2 weeks, everyday. All of a sudden, there is a flickering on the TV & then the broadband runs very slow! Intermittently unable to connect to WiFi. What is going on?
