@virginmedia Tried to call customer service for disconnecting my services. The call dropped after 15-20 mins & no one call me back even after requesting. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Not happy @virginmedia There have been problems with our TV, broadband & phone service for the last 2 weeks, everyday. All of a sudden, there is a flickering on the TV & then the broadband runs very slow! Intermittently unable to connect to WiFi. What is going on?
