@virginmedia Do you even know what my issue is? I don’t need help/tips from a community forum! I need YOU to cancel my contract AS PER THE LEGAL TERMS OF THE CONTRACT and stop charging me when i am not using your services! And refund the money you have ILLEGALLY removed so far.

@virginmedia Hi, I have received a price rise letter which allows me to terminate my contract early. The phone line is conveniently hanging up or glitching or not answering at all, and online chat is unresponsive. It's clearly done on purpose to prevent people from leaving.

@virginmedia This is on hardwired Ethernet as well as well as WiFi. Faults never help as just reading off a script , have been promised manager call backs that never come and would leave but your our only option for fibre broadband. Happy to take a large sum of money with no support
