    @TheSimms @VodafoneUK Same thing happened with my dads phone, he didnt have internet for 2 years😅 Turns out there was a switch that needed to be set to ‘on’ for internet access, after a few calls & them escalating it to a higher level they fixed it. Vodafone support is kinda 💩

    @johndarvall @VodafoneUK Exactly the same here in OZ Bro!!!! @VodafoneAU even BLOCKED me on certain Social Media platforms as I kept calling them out on POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

    10 days of messaging with @VodafoneUK help, changing almost every phone setting, rebooting x lots, and one of the help agents has *finally* ticked the box to enable my account internationally so I can use my phone again. But not before I’ve been charged £30 for unused data 🙄

    @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

    @VodafoneTR Are you aware of this situation? There is a team in Türkiye that has not been able to manage its field team for 17 days and cannot provide a solution to the problem of your customer who wants to receive internet service in Kartal.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneIT

    It’s been 6 years now since @VodafoneUK dumped us as store teams to a franchise model that didn’t work. No redundancy after 13 years service just forced to franchise or made unemployed. Staff want justice as well as @FairerFranchise owners. Gave my heart and soul to this company

    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken
