    @VodafoneUK No worries mate! Spent 3 hours on the phone trying to sort a faulty router, the agent told me the only way to fix it was to upgrade to a more expensive contract, so ombudsman complaint is going in! Enjoy working for the devil!

    Just had a call from mum @Izzie44003181 who’s ready to leave @VodafoneUK for their awful customer service. She’s been trying to change her contract but they aren’t helping & she’s paying double what she should be

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I am twitting you directly because you should know the situation. I am a vodafone internet(redbox) customer from Turkey. Vodafone Turkey's service is horrible, gross !!! They are stealing thousands money. They even don't have twitter account!!
