    @VodafoneUK why still no Wi-fi calling. Why do all your engineers assume it’s my fault. If you can’t provide Wi-fi calling then you’ve broken your contract.

    @VodafoneUK As is normal your help desk says things will take 24 to 72 hours. The annoying thing is the your help desk manager told me it was my fault I just had to wait . I’ve been waiting since the 25th of Jan !!! 😡🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK There is still no 4g or 5G on my phone. I’ve been to several different areas. I want someone to check there is no block on my account. This is unacceptable service

    @VodafoneUK This can happen when clicking different buttons or links in the app. Specifically when trying to upgrade and choosing a plan it always says there is an error on Vodafone server.. This is the same using the website on mobile and on pc, this is a widespread problem not a specific

    Don't ever upgrade with @VodafoneUK worst experience ever currently 4 1/2 hours, 4 phone calls, 3 chats & 8 advisors later and still not sorted!

    how she used 249 of them. How was @VodafoneUK service? Helpful? Not at all. They just wanted to sell her a contract that she'd never use. She doesn't use 24 GB of data or stream the latest movies - she's 81. She just texts her friend occasionally to make she she's still alive.

    @VodafoneUK been in your chat on 3 occasions each time being misled to confirm a refund has been processed and nothing appears in my bank account? Your chat staff spend 40 mins ‘looking at the account’. What is actually going on with your lack of service?? Pls process my refund
