@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Their automated system wants a number, except the number I had with them was ported out to another provider so that doesn't work. The number has since been taken on my employers into their account - with @VodafoneUK! So getting through to collections (?) is proving difficult.
