@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@HInkpin @VodafoneUK We were with Vodafone internet. They refused multiple times to fix a fault on our line. Left them for BT, BT fixed it the first week we were with them. Then I kept getting bills sent from Vodafone for months after we left them. Worst provider ever.

Hey @VodafoneUK - when using 2FA to send a code to a mobile, it's really bad to use capital I (i) and capital O along with mainly numerals. If 100,000 combinations isn't secure enough, at least leave out i, l, o etc.

@VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

who kept on saying the information provided at the point of sales by @VodafoneUK sales person was wrong but she can't check the speeds because of some issue after speaking to her for 25 mins (on hold in between) she said she has spoken to tech and transferred the call 6/9

@HInkpin @VodafoneUK And it wasn’t just a little fault on the line either. It made our internet stop working for 10mins every 15 mins or so. I rang multiple times and every time they just point blank refused to send an engineer out. So we were paying for internet we never got to use. Had to use data.
