    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK 22 yrs a customer and 3 times you blocked my calls! Apparently the 99.6 gb I have left means i have used all my data! Time to change provider

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for replying. I went there today but they wouldn’t let me collect it because I have no photo ID. I’ve been given the run around trying to get the product I’m paying for for the last 2 weeks. Think I’m going to cancel and go elsewhere for it.

    @VodafoneUK Happy new year, please sort out the fact you’ve left us with no broadband for 2 days. Was meant to be activated 31st. We’ve tried sorting through your customer service line but are just getting lies or being cut off. It’s painful. You should be able to do better.

    @VodafoneUK I'm unable to tell from the link you sent, when the maintenance effecting FK4 1HA will be finished. We've been without signal for days! Will I get a refund on my account? P. S. The link says 'Network Issues' - no mention of Maintenance.

    @VodafoneUK We had sky broadband on this same line until 31 December. So why on earth are there problems now? Honestly I thought sky customer service was bad but this is atrocious.

    @VodafoneUK dont use this sim card in india they are fraud ... In my account more than 30 rs still i send the sms anyone whenua i called to customer care they said me reacharge again of rs 49 rs is it fair

    @VodafoneUK Happy New Year! I took out a mobile wifi contract last month as a stop gap between getting our Virgin Media broadband set up at our new home. It's now in place, please would you let me know how to cancel my account with you? I can't see anything on the website. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Fun Fact: if you call Vodafone and want to discuss your account, the automated system doesn't recognise the words or numbers you put in after inserting your contact number attached to the account and will disconnect the phone auto #vodafone #poor #CustomerService
