@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Not all big cos behave like the Mafia, but most fail us in these kinds of ways because *we* have laws that let them put profit before people. This is anti human and will crush us unless we change system.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone are awful. My husband wanted to cancel his contract, at the end of it not mid way through, and was met with the same hostility. He had to threaten them with going to Trading Standards and WhatchDog. They quickly cancelled his contract after that. He has no health issues.
