@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK can't get through to anyone on support. Is there an issue with service at DA3 7DL? Can't make or receive calls. Texts and data is ok. 4g and 3g.

@VodafoneUK Such a cop out. You’ve basically told me to call you later when you’re less busy! Not happening. I called over 2 months ago and stupidly put faith in the woman I spoke to that she would cancel the contract but she did not. Like I’ve said this is not the first time it has happened
