  • alkendor77 Alex D.0.R.M.4.N (@alkendor77) reported from Carlisle, England

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

  • MattB88 Matt🔰 (@MattB88) reported from Carlisle, England

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

  • MattB88 Matt🔰 (@MattB88) reported from Carlisle, England

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK Customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced

  • travelcruise7 TravelCruiseLive (Pauline/Melissa) (@travelcruise7) reported from Westnewton, England

@VodafoneUK 22 yrs a customer and 3 times you blocked my calls! Apparently the 99.6 gb I have left means i have used all my data! Time to change provider

  • PIERSXXGORDON PIERS (@PIERSXXGORDON) reported from Carlisle, England

    @LewisHamilton @VodafoneUK Who gives a ****..

  • inthecity_cufc InTheCity (@inthecity_cufc) reported from Carlisle, England

So @VodafoneUK in Carlisle signal reaching the dizzy heights of 3G. Glad I don’t pay for this, ******* atrocious service.

  • alkendor77 Alex D.0.R.M.4.N (@alkendor77) reported from Carlisle, England

@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DocMartinDub Doc Martin ( Robby ) (@DocMartinDub) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot If I had the same problem I would go to my local Vodafone store, smash a phone on the floor, screaming & shouting, scaring other customers off, and I guarantee you the account would be quickly cancelled.

  • kenwildon Ken Wildon (@kenwildon) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Having had a similar problem with a different organisation I lodged a complaint via the Resolver website. You'll be at stage 1 with a route to follow which goes up a level of responsibility with each contact, eventually taking you to the top if necessary. 1/2

  • RhysDavidsVoice Rhys David's Voice (@RhysDavidsVoice) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This might not help much but- the moment they refused to deal with someone with power of attorney, THEY were in breach of contract and violated several other laws including GDPR. The breach caused demonstrable distress and each call taker is CRIMINALLY liable. Try report to ICO.

  • Dyoung41290832 D young (@Dyoung41290832) reported

@VodafoneUK @anniepoplova I'm with Vodaphone now, and will be leaving. Perhaps suggest to your company directors that a service company needs to prioritise customer service.

  • Pauline_Toole Scotia (@Pauline_Toole) reported from Comrie, Scotland

@Amalkadog @VodafoneUK We were both with @VodafoneUK for years - private and business contracts. We needed help from them with a connectivity issue. They wouldn't help and wouldn't release us from our contracts. Will never use them again.

  • petrometro1 Toryodour (@petrometro1) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You have significant follower influence. I would sue for reputational damage wasting time at £100 an hour. Vodaphone and Virgin take someone like you as being just an ordinary customer. Their risk and they need to pay for it.

  • helenwickenden1 Helen Wickenden 🇺🇦 (@helenwickenden1) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot After all of George’s comments @VodafoneUK you clearly still don’t get it. This haughty attitude is a disgrace. I have been with Vodafone for a number of years but will leave if you don’t sort this out and I mean YOU not George or any other customer.

  • davecrobsy Dave Crosby (@davecrobsy) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My experience with T-Mobile: No bereavement team just a call taker... Sorry for your loss, we will cancel your late mother's account immediately and write off any monies owed... Would you like to see a death certificate? No, not necessary.

  • matshaker Mat Anderson (@matshaker) reported from Oldham, England

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

  • babykate84 Kate Jones (@babykate84) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK to save my father in law who was in shock + so overcome with grief I rang + said I was my mother in law and changed all the account names over to his name.when he later died, my husband rung as him to cancel after so many were so rude.
