@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@markchristie @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I had such a bad experience cancelling a dongle contract with them I vowed never to give them a penny again. Happily signed up with EE even thought there’s no service at the house (this is a hidden advantage actually. :-) )

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Absolutely dire service. Moved to them seven or so years ago here in Northern Ireland. Was promised this speed etc. Well I spent 7 months getting out of the contract when I couldn't get any signal at all unless I was in Belfast Town. I would never pay them a penny again.

@VodafoneUK My 4g speed is absolutely shocking. I m getting 0.5 or 1mb speed or the speed test crashes on the vodafone app and other speed test apps. I am paying for for something that doesn't work. Not good enough.
