@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@RebeccaCann1128 @VodafoneUK I’ve found using a VPN works as a temporary solution, but clearly not a long term one and @VodafoneUK needs to investigate ASAP. Only happening on their network as far as I can tell.

@VodafoneUK 🙄 It's not an app issue. It's a data issue! I just use Twitter more. But I'm having to switch between data to stream things as well. Be it via hotspot or on my phone.
