Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK That’s part of the problem that took forever on the phone just now - as it is a prepaid SIM I don’t have an account for it - but I do have a Vodafone pay monthly phone account as well and it took ages for the agent to comprehend that which did not help. I can send the SIM ID?

@VodafoneUK With all respects Ive been in DM’s with 4 different people now for over 4 hours and have just been asked by the latest person/bot what devices have the problem, amazing after 4 hours that no one knows and I still have no answers, this service is truly awful

@BTGroup hoping someone can help as Ive spent 20 hours over phone to @VodafoneUK Customer Services and all they have succeeded in doing is wasting my time. Vodafone is unable to resolve the 4g network issue, neither ready to upgrade, nor ready to cancel contract.

@VodafoneUK Shocking service from Vodafone - 24 month pre-paid SIM card with 24Gb data - iPad says only 3.6Gb used but Vodafone say all data used up - I see they do not do these cards any more - looks like they have just terminated the SIM card regardless

@VodafoneUK I’ve been passed between multiple advisors, had many tickets open and have just been told it’s going to take ANOTHER 48 hrs to fix my problem. How can moving a service from 1 device to another be this hard and take this long. Really very, very poor. #CustomerService
