    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK from past couple of months I’ve been dealing with terrible mobile data connection. Last time I rang the customer service about this was on the 29th/06. And the reply I had was shocking, ‘why don’t you ring us every time this happens’. (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK I have spent the last 3 days at the British Grand Prix with no reliable phone signal or data & unable to reliably send messages. I'm pretty cheesed off that I pay a lot for a service I did not receive. Will I be refunded for the 3 days of isolation from the network please?
