@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Dear @VodafoneUK I can only get 3G service in the St. Paul’s location. Both 4G and 5G services do not allow data access and the network status checker says good service across all service levels. Would you be able to check please?

@VodafoneUK broadband down have tried resttting router still not working. Any idea when it will be back up and running as not looking forward to having to hotspot from my phone data to work today
