@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

So after a month of speaking to @VodafoneUK social media they use the excuse of ‘maintenance’ in my area for the continuous lack of signal for over a year now, @Ofcom is this reasonable for having no signal at home when their online system says I should have lots?
