    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    Think @VodafoneUK are going to fail to deliver my pre-ordered phone. Not heard from them saying its been despatched and not heard from @DPDgroup_news saying they have it and will deliver it tomorrow

    WOW @VodafoneUK suck. We contact them well in advance of moving so that we can get internet set up at the new place seamlessly. They say ‘no problem, call back 2 weeks before your move date’. We do. They say ‘oh the place you’re moving to has to have this specific type, 1/
