    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    4 months after I moved house and after 7 phone calls totalling nearly 12 hours of my life to try fix a mess they made, good to see that @VodafoneUK are still charging me for the internet connection at an address I no longer live at. Top service lads. Top, top service

    @VodafoneUK I've now had offers of help from SIX advisers- Brad, Raz, Nusrat, Jade, Phil and Oliver. Not one of them has actually resolved the issue or even bothered to come back to explain why not. Unbelievably bad customer service!!

    @VodafoneUK A app that informs you which local small company is struggling financially (using maps). With a review of that company. This will enable you to help and support that local business. Why buy from a large company.... we need to support local small businesses!

    @VodafoneUK I have been waiting for return packaging for a phone and tablet that I opted out of using the 24 day cooling off period, that was 4 weeks ago! I would alsoblike yo know why my bill is doubled this month. I raised a complaint and 5old reply in 5 days, that was 2 weeks ago.
