Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@screwy73 @VodafoneUK Commit (in your head) to cancelling and go through retentions. You can get a 4G/5G homebroad option on a 1 month contract. 3 months later you can resign up as new VM customer to take advantage of the new deals.

@VodafoneUK I've had the worst experience with Vodafone with morning. Spoke to 4 different people as the calls kept getting cut off - no solution, and they sent a WiFi boost to the wrong address. No one seems able to fix it either. Definitely going to switch to any other provider

@Barclaycard The problem seems to be when roaming with @VodafoneUK the Barclaycard call is connected, you get told "Welcome to barclaycard" and then the call is disconnected. Using a landline (those things none of us have anymore)I was able to get through (Local Barclays staff put me through)
