@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

This is 2022. No one has time for slow service. I’m moving to @EE where the service is super fast. All my friends have been saying @VodafoneUK is bad vibes but I never listened. Now I understand.

@VodafoneUK Still same issue. You're not replying to the complaint email, and your didn't call me between 11am and 1pm today like you arranged. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Refund me and end the contract already, as you can't keep up to your side of it.

Worst customer exp of my life today with @VodafoneUK. I received an email telling me they were cancelling my broadband at my request, I told them this isn’t true, they claimed to undo the cancellation, and today I wake up to my broadband terminated. Deeply frustrating
