    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

  • MattB88 Matt🔰 (@MattB88) reported from Carlisle, England

  • DeepSteak Dr Magnus Pym (@DeepSteak) reported

    @VodafoneUK So, the instructions given by your help desk to switch on 8 day pass do not work. They said they would switch it on for me and I would get a confirmation message. No message received. How do I know if it is on? Maybe consider allowing this to be done via your website?

  • Jubellious Jubel Miah (@Jubellious) reported

    @VodafoneUK I doubt 1 am is peak periods. I just wanted to let Vodafone know that they need improve the speed in the area because at this rate EE have better overall signal

    @VodafoneUK are you having problems with the broadband today please can’t connect

  • Jubellious Jubel Miah (@Jubellious) reported

    @VodafoneUK I've done the signal checker and what I'm supposed to get. But what I'm saying is signal speed has dropped in my area since the common wealth games started. Is there something wrong in area that doesn't show up or has Vodafone bandwidth in my area hit it's limitation

  • blueskies1977 Stephen Pritchard #FBPE (@blueskies1977) reported

    @VodafoneUK Oh, and the 'despite having no service for a day, you are still being charged for it'. I'm on day 2 of the cooling off period and @EE is looking more attractive by the second. I'm sure you'd have an eSIM to a new customer quicker.

  • Vaibhavnew2 Vaibhavnew (@Vaibhavnew2) reported

    @VodafoneUK useless network

  • RichardEstes5 Richard Estes (@RichardEstes5) reported

    @FlyingScotsManJ @VodafoneUK It's actually been mandatory here in America for a few years now. Since cellular service is commonplace, and less so for landlines, it's literally impossible to dial a number without the area code.
