@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK One of many sadly! The worst is the phone call advising you off bank fraud & telling you to replace the phone & call the number on the back of your card! Who wouldn't think that was safe! Indeed they never cut off the line & are ready to take all your information . 1/2

@VodafoneUK Tobi and Vodafone app consistently fail to work properly. I cannot see complete details of bills and charges . I have restarted phone many times, follow agents tech advice. I spend near 30 Hours now with agents costs data and poor results

@VodafoneUK Ok thanks you but why did uk customer services tell me I would have no problems and everything would be ok. I am very disappointed that no help agent advised me of the advice you just gave me. I have spent four weeks to get this advice
