@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

So I made a complaint to @VodafoneUK and they asked when I wanted to be called to talk about it. Why bother asking if you are then going to totally ignore it? I said call me in the evening! Not midday...

@VodafoneUK Not only that your staff don't listen talk over you an then put the phone down on customer's. I asked my friend to call too see what reaction they got an just plain rude and exactly the same.

am absolutely DISGUSTED by @VodafoneUK for a month I have received a string of incompetencies, negligence and abuse from 1 manager. I can't help but think this is deliberate because I'm on a SIM only contract, therefore I'm not important enough to them. #vodafoneuk

@VodafoneUK is there any way of actually speaking to a member of your staff other driving down and knocking on your door? Pretty sick of having to say the same thing in a different voice several times to one of your machines, only to be told to hang up. Great customer service 👍
