    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @bt_uk I spoke to really lovely call centre operative gor over an hour thus morning. Maria has worked fir you since she was 16 us now 60. Matia was patient and dud everything she could to help. As you are aware @VodafoneUK incompetence and poor infrastructure means my no of 25ys

    Hey @VodafoneUK our broadband has been incorrectly disconnected in our current house a month early. We gave November 18 as the moving date. Being told it's impossible to reconnect via chat until we move. Please HELP
