    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK Yes Gemma. I've been told it has been cancelled and it'll will be 11-14 days before I can have an engineer visit. This is going to cause some very serious problems for me. Your customer service was of no use. I was messed around on the phone and now I will be without service.

    @o2businessuk Is anyone working on the business side? The phone line is closed all week. Your chat staff shut down the line when you mention business. This is the worse customer service. I’ll switch to @VodafoneUK. Tried all week and you’re shutting down a long term customer

    @VodafoneUK You took your time replying to that, I sent it TWO days ago, just goes to show how poor your network is when it takes two whole days for you to respond on here, whereas EE responded almost immediately. I’m definitely moving to them now

    @VodafoneUK The issue is still the same. I have a phone and tablet too and they cut out as well. If I connect my phone to the tv as a hotspot, it works fine.
