@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

Is it unreasonable to ask @VodafoneUK to let me out of my contract if they can’t provide what I need? My phone is around 90% if my business! Imagine trying to introduce yourself to a company when they can’t hear you!!! Embarrassing customer service. #vodafone #mobilephone #iphone
