    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Few years back they tricked my mother who had dementia to buy the latest most expensive phone and the highest tariff. When I found out I tried to get them to cancel it as was within 14 days but they wouldn't.

    @VodafoneUK @RogueCoder250 Yet another faceless company who appoints foreign call centres, who are **** and hardly speak decent English. I was also with this **** show, but moved all my business accounts to another provider who actually care and get stuff done

    @BobAustraliaUK @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue with RAC when my husband died. Them: "The account isn't in your name" Me: I know" Them: "Can I speak to Mr Robert Saddington?" Me: " Only if you've got a ouija board, love." Them: "Why?" Christ on a bike.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone called me and offered an upgraded phone but actually opened a new contract and charged me for it for 2 years. Tried to cancel over 100’s of calls often in tears of fury. Had to go to Ombudsman who made them apologise and refund me £100. Which wasn’t enough, frankly.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are a company my father has dealt with for 35years and through a clerical error there end they have our business details wrong and the business which has never missed a payment can now not even upgrade a phone. Took over a week of my time on the phone to be told the same 🤬

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry for your lost. Cancelling all these contracts can be very upsetting but this really is extreme. Had a much easier and sympathetic experience with tesco mobile when cancelling my mother's account. It can be done correctly, certainly shows @VodafoneUK in a bad light.
