  @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

  @VodafoneUK I have an apple watch but I've no idea what is assigned to what, but may be that is what it is, so you could be right. The problem though is I'm trying to change passcodes etc, and everyone wants to send a pin number by text which isn't helping!
