@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK I want to leave Vodafone as the quality of broadband is so poor where I live. The network drops so many times and now on this bill I got £40 extra charges for the modem having to use the dongle for data. I've called and spoken to different people for weeks, no help.

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying cancel my phone lines with you since November as that’s when the contracts ran out.. you still haven’t done it and keep sending me new bills…. Now £900… for reference I’m not paying them and nobody will speak to me until the bill is settled..

@TweedyClown @VodafoneUK Mine did the same after a system update; completely destroyed the battery. They’re almost only made for a 2 year lifespan now which is awful!
