    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @geofftech @VodafoneUK Interesting. I had the same problem over BT Broadband several years ago (Twitter images not loading). None of the support staff even understood my description of the problem - kept testing the connection and saying it was working 🤦. The main reason I moved to Virgin Media.

    @VodafoneUK still haven't sorted the Twitter issue and I'm missing out on so much from interactions to stuff on the TL because nothing is loading! Apart from the odd stuff when it chooses to. So if I don't reply to tweets with media. It's because I don't know what it is!! 🙃

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup The fact that nobody called me back at an agree time to follow up a complaint shows the truly abysmal state of your customer relations. When you can’t even be bothered to follow up as you should then this endorses my decision to go elsewhere.
