Suzanne Elsworth (@SuzElsworth) reported from Cockermouth, EnglandHey @VodafoneUK - please can you tell me when proper service will be restored in CA13 postcodes? Apparently there's a fault on a mast? Trying to run a business and fed up of this now... #Cumbria

Matt🔰 (@MattB88) reported from Carlisle, England@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

InTheCity (@inthecity_cufc) reported from Carlisle, EnglandSo @VodafoneUK in Carlisle signal reaching the dizzy heights of 3G. Glad I don’t pay for this, ******* atrocious service.

Alex D.0.R.M.4.N (@alkendor77) reported from Carlisle, England@VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

PIERS (@PIERSXXGORDON) reported from Carlisle, England@LewisHamilton @VodafoneUK Who gives a ****..

Alex D.0.R.M.4.N (@alkendor77) reported from Carlisle, EnglandHi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

Iain (@skywalker1404) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They were awful when my wife passed away absolutely terrible, I had to take to twitter to get any response
-
P-Man (@pmiddy78) reportedBeen a @VodafoneUK customer for 26 years, they have a network in the USA, yet they want me to pay £350 for us to use our phones when we are on holiday! @O2 do you want a loyal customer? What can you do for me?
-
Ronald McBurger (@Ronald_McBurger) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.
-
Michael Crick (@MichaelLCrick) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK As I have said here before, Virgin Media treat customers with total contempt. The worst type of British capitalism. Branson must be so ashamed.
-
RunningSloth (@Lescoleen67) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
-
ShafeLife (@oshltwadup) reported@popcorn_amazing @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Youre an idiot if you think that works
-
Michelle Beckett (@MichelleBeckett) reported@NeedMoreCourage @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Oh, that’s awful. Completely unacceptable. So sorry
-
Jonny Elwyn (@jonnyelwyn) reported@VodafoneUK Your website is the worst. You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people
-
red_mocha2022 (@red_mocha2022) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Bad business practice. Walk and don't look back. I'll repost.

Roxy (@roxycampbell) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.
