@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK @TrussellTrust Firstly stop making fake promises. Treat your customers well. You charge them without confirming and then your stupid lazy customer service agents says that they are refunding and i am waiting since a month to get back my refund. Stop faking.

@VodafoneUK so you’ve pulled advertising with @GBNEWS so now I’m looking for recommendations for an alternative provider and you can go hang for my £50+ per month. Tweeters give me advice please

@Benrobinz @The_Rum_Shelf @VodafoneUK Do you expect Ford to pay if your car breaks down on the way to a job?

@VodafoneUK Just cancelled my very long standing contract with you after your craven capitulation to a few twitter nutters trying to cancel GBNews. Will never touch anything associated with Vodaphone again and will also encourage as many others to do the same.

@VodafoneUK I've spent approximately 3 hours on the phone (agent had no service and could barely hear them, in the end they did the wrong thing) so on to live chat (keep just ending the chat not answering question) about moving my disconnection date by 3 days. This is absurd.

@VodafoneUK @neilio_uk @VodafoneUK since you removed service that was so important for many, will you be issuing reductions in bills as well?

@VodafoneUK haven't had any service coverage at home since Sunday. I can't make or receive work calls and I keep in being told that it will be sorted by 6pm. This is disgraceful

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Well if you choose to be dictated to be a minority of obsessive extreme left ideologues @VodafoneUK you had better hope the balanced majority remain above this childish behaviour. Be in no doubt, the vast majority of your customers will see this as very poor judgement.

@VodafoneUK What do you think your internet routers and your SIM cards are made from? What fuel do the ships that transport the mobile phones you sell from China use? Oh and how do I cancel my contract with you. @gbnews
