    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    @VodafoneUK 22 yrs a customer and 3 times you blocked my calls! Apparently the 99.6 gb I have left means i have used all my data! Time to change provider

    @VodafoneUK Their solution was to change my plan to 60/month1/3 The new 60/month plan will have a 24-month contract as well. Technical team had confirmed that the issue will still be ongoing till Feb, and the only solution is to get a better antenna for the router.2/3 😡😡

    Seriously thinking of ditching @VodafoneUK in favour of @EE. Using Vodafone’s “help” last night to set up mobile data on my Apple Watch resulted in my phone losing connectivity with the mobile phone network. Job is now in a [very ******* long] queue to get reconnected.

    Hey @VodafoneUK can I ask is there any problems with your network in central Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 as I have got 2 bars of 4g on my cellular iPad which is on an unlimited max MBB data SIM card & data is currently really slow over 4g at the moment 👍

    @VodafoneUK After the many years today has been the worse day for customer service I switched my broadband package and decided to cancel and go back to my original Vodafone then cancelled my full broadband and now I can't get it back till I send my old equipment back 1/2

    @masato_jones @VodafoneUK Frustrating, I've had very few issues with Vodafone, tbf (though they really need to improve inter department comms, but that doesn't mean you haven't, and I've been at the receiving end of similar treatment from other companies, so know exactly what you mean.
