    @VodafoneUK I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in both the XBox Live help & support and yours. There is no fix via settings. It's not that it can't connect, it's that it often won't unless I restart the xbox several times. The problem is either your hardware or infrastructure.

    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK Any idea when your broadband network is going to roll out IpV6? I'd really like for my XBox to connect to XBox Live on first try & not have to be restarted multiple times until it does. And yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting on both yours and XBox's sites.

    @VodafoneUK dodged a bullet there. Ordered broadband from you. DD was set up and all confirmed. Phoned yesterday to check and was cancelled. You left a VM and that was it. No email. No cancellation of DD Nothing. Thank god it happened if that’s all your customer service offer

    @VodafoneUK Won't be renewing my contract with Vodafone again, Vodafone didn't cancel a temporary sim, which 02 do automatically. So I'm paying for 2 phone plans . Very Disappointed

    No Internet connection for a week now , I can't work for a week. 7 working days to fix it . Think again when you chosing Vodafone. @VodafoneUK

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t use Vodafone, Three or EE. I was with O2 from the very beginning and recently changed to Sky (best deals on phones and sim). Haven’t had any issues so far.

    @VodafoneUK hi, I've just transferred over my number to my new Vodafone contract and now the my Vodafone app has stopped working, error 4300. uninstalled/reinstalled over data but still no joy, can you help?
