@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja SO how has this culture of treating customers like this been allowed to develop? Where / who is it coming from? Who is making these policy decisions? Who is not raising these issue in the boardroom and if they are why do they continue? This will lose you 000's of customers.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not surprising from Vodafone UK the service is shocking. We was threatened with debit recovery agencies after refusing to pay a bill that was £2k (which was incorrect) This is the go to strategy for Vodafone to hit vulnerable customers hard no compassion at all, awful business.😡

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had a similar experience 5 years ago over bills I was told I didn’t owe. They flagged me on my credit score stopped a mortgage application. Tied to mail CEO never got a response shamed them on FB

@justthevax @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK they are more than happy to pester customers out of office hours to sell you more stuff - but when you call them, they have nothing out of a bot service that ends up telling you something that you didn't need to know and the thing you need to know is still pending

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have played a similar frustrating game with them, it's policy - but around the same time I dealt with another supplier who were the total opposite, really switched on to these issues, and gave a full refund. I won't plug them but they have a big venue that used to be a dome!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ... turned her back whilst a paper was there with the chairmans email details on it. Guess what I did then, emailed and explained and asked him what sort of a firm was he running and the staff at the town shop were really rude. Guess what then, contract cancelled.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Worse thing I worked with a guy from VOdafone who was embedded where I worked. Even he couldn’t help stating as an employee he had the same bad customer experience on his personal mobile account.
