@Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

@VodafoneUK Why do you make it so difficult to keep an existing Vodafone number? 6 days - 7 phone calls and 3 different complaint managers and still no help. Just fill out a form - you’ve already done this 3 times 😡🤬 WHY??????

@VodafoneUK Awful customer service, phone line has you going round in circles clearly trying not to give a personal service and wants you to chat on line.. click online link to chat to the bot only to be told no one is available?? Open 24hrs 🤬

@VodafoneUK why do I get 29mb 4g internet in the day time then at night I’m getting 1.2 to 3mb now. This is only in the last couple of weeks. Its impossible to use atm. Can I cancel contract?
