    @Speedy_Matt_ @VodafoneUK I went 3 months with no data and they couldn't resolve it at all. Never got any compensation despite paying full bill but having proof of 0mb data used. Just literally came back on one day and they couldn't explain it.

    I've had a really bad time with data again in Guildford town centre @virginmedia please please cancel your deal with @O2 and return us to @VodafoneUK. It has been unacceptably/ embarrassingly bad for months since you made that awful decision to change your mobile partner.

    Such a bad experience from @VodafoneUK. I opted to go with Vodafone Broadband as I was a Vodafone mobile network customer with @VodafoneAU for 5 years and the service was so good in Australia. So disappointed with the service here by @VodafoneUK. So much Delay in installation

    And now they are telling me that the order was not placed correctly I'm the backend. SERIOUSLY???? I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 10-14 DAYS??? This was a mistake from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz and the customer has to wait again????... #horrible

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. I had raised the issue on day 1 but when installation by @OpenreachHelp was faulty but no one has helped with a suitable end point.

    @VodafoneUK how difficult is it to cancel a number from my account??? With today's tech we should be able to hit a button in the app and CANCELA. But no instead I have been in a Q on chat then cut off, if I phone no answer!!!!!
