  @VodafoneUK it’s a pain in the but when you have to get your network updates from others on different networks due to a mast in the area being down!!!!

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!

  hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!

  @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

  @VodafoneUK I find it very inappropriate that I’ve reached out as I’m struggling with my bill and your customer service advisor has tried to pressure me into buying a new phone contract! Then when I’ve said no hasn’t been able to help me at all and closed the online chat 😡

  @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

  @VodafoneUK please help urgently. I’m away and 1. Cannot access my voicemail and 2. When someone tries to phone my mobile some random person answers. This is my business mobile.

  Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???
