@VodafoneUK No problem - I'm keen to avoid waste and not have it sitting around being useless. Maybe there's some cost-effective scheme to encourage others to do similar? Better for the planet and a nice bit of PR for Vodafone as it shows a bit of corporate responsibility?

Thank you @VodafoneUK for sorting out my problem, esp Adnaan. Please Vodafone make your customer care more user friendly. This could have been solved a lot quicker if I could have had it done instore when I visited, or over the phone if I could have had the option to speak to 1/2

I’ve been with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup for 25 years & have never had any negative issues until 16/12 when I was informed I was owed a large refund. I have repeatedly attempted to contact customer care to arrange this refund & have been sent round in circles ever since 1/2

@VodafoneUK I am currently on the phone with an advisor who is fobbing me off with excuses. The service is totally unacceptable. I have been promised date after date when it will be resolved and I am still waiting.

@VodafoneUK i'm leaving you after more than 15 years because of your short sighted greed. You wont offer 12 month contracts at a reasonable price to an existing customer who wants to keep their phone for a 3rd year to save money but are happy to sell to new customers. FU bye.

@VodafoneUK you guys are terrible! Disgusting from a provider not to update us on our phones but can break contract and agreement but yet a customer can’t! Cya 👋🏼

@VodafoneUK why does it take 2 weeks to install a new broadband customer? Think I might need to take my business elsewhere. #CustomerService #broadband

@VodafoneUK I place my broadband order on 26/10/22 and I’m still not connected because @OpenreachHelp still do but have a port available. Customer service are not helping. This is getting ridiculous, when will this be resolved?

Matt Carney
(@mattcarney88) reported
@OpenreachHelp And how does that help me get connected? It doesn’t. Once again no solution from open reach just another “we’ll deal with it later” type response. @Ofcom @VodafoneUK how is this acceptable?
