  @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.

  @VodafoneUK I phoned up and I spoke to someone he said I needed the complaints department or a different department then said he’d put me through, but it just rang and rang and rang and I was waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes and no one answered. I had to put the phone down in the end.

  Been with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.

  @VodafoneUK congratulations voda you have just lost a new customer because you can't deliver on time despite paying 9.99 extra delivery fee . Maybe you should not use DPD for delivery as they can't be trusted to deliver your devices . I have just cancelled

  @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys

  @VodafoneUK The service provided by Vodafone since February has been fundamentally flawed. I have to change to other services .
