@VodafoneUK after 14 years of being a loyal customer with 4 phones on my account I will be cancelling my DD from today. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for 2 phones from your Newbury store with no contact from them at all I have been in 3 times and fobbed of every time

@VodafoneUK I received texted message from VidafoneUk last night saying blocked my phone text and email and then removed. I didn’t request you to do these. Also the link you sent saying your website is down. Is this the reason caused you blocked and then unblocked my phone?

@AbdulGolden @VodafoneUK I had EE a while ago, their service was nonexistent at the house I lived at the time, moved to Vodafone and have had no problems. It's their customer service that's causing an issue.

@VodafoneUK utter rubbish service. Stuck in a contract and silky amount needed to be paid to move to another service provider. Technical service no use. Sporting events and large shows. Phone is useless. Other providers can provide a service where a phone can be used.

@VodafoneUK My mum is the account holder. She is 78 and not on Twitter. I am at work now. If she is better tomorrow, I will take her down to Vodafone on Clumber Street in Nottingham in the hope that they might be able to get this sorted. If not, we'll cancel the mobile, broadband & landline.

@VodafoneUK part 1. absolutely disgusting service! Was meant to be connected to your broadband service yesterday, no connection all day. Called and was told service needed to be rebooted. Waited again, nothing happened. Please read part 2.

@VodafoneUK I have finally got through to someone who told me you can't provide to my area. Only taken 2 weeks to get that information from you. Pretty much done with your apologies now, just wanted a resolution. Unfortunately i'm stuck with you for my phone now for another 2 years.
