@VodafoneUK It's ok. I've tryd. I had 90p on my fone but you wouldn't let me send a msg cuz your new default is pay as you go one if no data pack. So had to use my last fiver for food on you. The damage is done now and brother giving me a fiver for food later.

Utterly disgraceful and appalling service from @VodafoneUK today. Over 3 hours trying to cancel an account and in the end they refused because I failed a security question that I'd already answered seemingly correctly 5 times. How do these companys get away with it?

@VodafoneUK Disgusting treatment for customers.Had continuously poor signal. Asked for support from them, what have vodafone asked for?More money. Your device is broken, has been since we have had this, &you expect us to pay out for it? Not sure thats within consumer rights.
