EMBARRASSING FROM @VodafoneUK. I have been trying to activate international text pack through the Vodafone app and it is still not activating. Even the customer service agents are unable to activate the pack!

@ASDA new phone service with @VodafoneUK is an absolutely rip off. The cheapest package is £20 where as previously I could just add a couple of pounds which would last me a long time as I don't make calls or use data.

@VodafoneUK 40 minutes on the phone and I get cut-off. I was tricked into adding 95 gb to my sim only plan yesterday which doubles my bill. I have a 4 year old phone only use 5gb a month and pay £10. I am now on 100gb and charged double. Nobody to speak to! Dreadful service.

@VodafoneUK Hey, this for my Vodafone India number and the service is called callertunes which is provided by Vodafone in India and they have been very proactively activating it without my knowledge. Charging Rs 300 in the last 1 month.

@VodafoneUK No signal or no usable signal in Bh89tq. Been like this for months. I have complained many times but nothing has been done. I’m paying a lot of money for a very poor service! We use to get 23/24 mbps before Christmas. But now struggling to get 2/3 mbps

@VodafoneUK Hi Mark, I've gone but she could receive and send texts, not calls - not good as she keeps it with her in the house if she has a problem. New SIM arrived, hope solves this but 😵 for elderly lady on chemo.
