    @VodafoneUK I am starting to think that you either have a problem with your network or the device is faulty, or both. It was showing me that I need to charge the battery needs charging when I fully charged it only an hour before that. Absolute shambles, & I thought that Vodafone is reliable

    @VodafoneUK April, no. Because I’m no longer an existing customer! I was 5 years ago and 5 years after leaving you I AM STILL TRYING TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE YOU ALLEGEDLY SOLVED 5 years ago. Odd!
