    @VodafoneUK Amazing customer service. 4 weeks with a faulty phone. I have called every day for nearly 4 weeks and I get told a FORM needs to be filled out and it will take 24 hrs with the promise of a resolve and a call back WTF Stop saying sorry and deal with the issue

    Had no home broadband @VodafoneUK because of the storm (i assume) all day and it’s starting to become very restrictive 😭 I barely get phone signal in my flat, so can’t even tether from my phone!

    @VodafoneUK are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Had a Business Broadband contract with them for 2 years… and it’s been nothing but stress, anger and frustration. Can’t even get the basic admin right!!! 🤬

    Hey @VodafoneUK why do I still have no signal in my area, it’s been over a month, absolutely piss poor! Get fobbed off by the offshore call centres saying we are upgrading the area, not a great upgrade is it!!! #terribleservice

    @VodafoneUK Useless. Even your DM system has failed. Every attempt to contact @VodafoneUK today has failed. Awful
