@VodafoneUK I'd love to treat my daughter, she's 14 and just like most kids her age loves to be out with her friends. Like everyone else she can't see them, she's missing them so much so much so she wants to go back to school. She's spending all day in her bedroom.

@VodafoneUK upgrade from Superfast1 to Superfast2 was due to be implemented on 13th Jan (guess what?). I'm now on my third call to tech support and going down the rabbit holes. I want to cancel the upgrade but wish to retain the service can you arrange for someone to call pls ?
