    @VodafoneUK Hello, i cannot seem to update/install a download on my ‘Epic Games Launcher’. After continuous troubleshooting and trying to fix it ive come to the conclusion that it is to do with the isp blocking a connection specifically to the launcher, why and how do i fix this?

    @David60197886 @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee They switched my broadband off for no reason , told me I had to take another day off work (unpaid) for open reach and wait 2 weeks after alot off complaint and threats they gave me a free goodwill gesture off a mobile Broadband device which they keep charging me 37 quid for...

    @VodafoneUK superb customer service to sort out a stolen mobile phone. Efficient young man sorted it all. Handset blocked, new sim in the post, proof of purchase and proof phone has been reported stolen for insurance. @lborouniversity students keep an eye on your phones!!

    I can't get help from Vodafone with an issue. (A pack hasn't been sent out on a phone return get a discount on the contract.) Have been trying to resolve this in stores and through helplines since October. Will someone solve the issue if I complain on social media?🧐 @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Let down is not the word 20 years I've been with Vodafone and spent thousands of pounds , I keep getting put on hold, people passing me about , lying to me , hanging up , bad lines and poor spoken English, something needs to be done , this is why I have taken to social media
