    @vodafoneUK When are you robbing little pricks gonna start giving your customers the service that they've paid for? "unlimited internet" you call it yet I can barely open a webpage. Wouldn't mind but it's not ******* cheap. Over the odds for a dogshit service

    @VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but as soon as i log in as existing customer you either get ‘buy as additional plan’ or upgrade with a new phone. I just want to replace my current contract with SIM only. It might not be what you want me to do but it’s my preference and can’t do #vodaphoneuk

    @VodafoneUK - Is there a reason I am still waiting for my internet to be activated after 24 hours??? Spoken to customer services who have now given me another 2 hour window... Still in my 14-day cooling off period and will be making the most of that very soon...

    @VodafoneUK Just tried to upgrade as contract is finished. Constant emails n texts to upgrade!! Never missed a payment over at the very least 15yrs!!!….. Upgrade denied?Called for assistance , no upgrade staff available!!! Well I’ll be missing this month! Touché #

    You've got to love those thieves at @VodafoneUK! A company that feels entitled to pick out of customers' pockets whenever they please, but that never gives back money when they have to. Daylight robbery! I am ashamed of the fact that I used to work for you.

    @VodafoneUK Stace, I’m sure my wife’s 93 year old aunt would wish to ‘move forward’. However right now she remains alone in her house, cut off by @VodafoneUK through no fault of her own, awaiting resolution of the issue by Thursday. Disappointing is not the word I would use to describe this.

    @VodafoneUK You need to sort this out. My contract is due to end shortly and if this continues I will NOT be renewing with Vodafone. I am seriously annoyed. I have 2 other direct debits with you which are going through no problem. What is your problem with this one? 😡😡
