    @VodafoneUK Your reply is too late I’m afraid, after spending nearly an hour on the phone, after acknowledging there was an issue with an outage, it started to work again. We’ll see for how much longer, this is the second time in a week now.

    @VodafoneUK How about having a customer are service with actual human beings talk to customers? Totally fed up with trying to contact you in the last 12 hours. Terrible service

    @nicperrins @VodafoneUK Been a customer of Vodafone for about 8 years always enter the prize draws on veryme. Spend over £100 a month on phone contracts never received anything 😒 You are a lucky lady indeed.
