@Vodafoneuk Won’t let me cancel my contract online. I wait 25 mins to get through to the call centre, who say that I have no security on my account, so I have to reset online even tho I can log on to my account. The reset web page then crashes anyway. What am I supposed to do?

I'm exhausted with it - I've had calls back since Friday night, and PATCHY 4G since Saturday night... but when I say patchy, it's still INCREDIBLY slow, can't watch anything on Disney+/Netflix cos of the infernal buffering, sometimes it's taking half an hour to load

@VodafoneUK I have just used my PAC to trigger leaving Vodafone to join EE after 20+ years. If they provide me me no signal or service if any kind it'll still be worth it. I have never in my life experienced a worse customer experience than the one I have had from you.
