    @VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK disgusting customer service for my elderly parents. Two months with faulty broadband (new contract) and hours of calls trying to fix and cancel with no charge is impossible !!

    @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone UK what a absolute joke of customer service , your customer support guys are clueless , spoke to a guy called Eshwar or Ishwar, says he can’t do anything , asked to talk to supervisor says there are none available , what a joke
