  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

  @VodafoneUK where i live it used to be a field, its now a new build estate. Being an ex field your masts where never designed to give good signal here. No one does. Is there anyone who i can contact to ask about upgrading the masts around here? I know just cust serv will ignore
