@VodafoneUK - submitted a complaint on the 28th of Jan, got an email back on the 2nd of Feb saying you’d be in touch within 24 hours and the complaint would be resolved in 5 days - still not heard from you. Why make promises you’ve no intention of keeping?

.@lebara ported my number on 5th Feb from @iD_Mobile_UK to you. Can make calls fine, but people calling me get a "number you have dialled has not been recognised" message, unless they're dialling from a @VodafoneUK number. It has been 10 days and still no solution! Not happy!

@VodafoneUK iPhone SE (not 2020). Turned network selection automatic to off. Selected VF manually. Restarted phone. Signal level still way lower than normal. Usually get full signal even inside. Also got work phone and that’s the same.

@VodafoneUK I don’t I have tried the security form reset many times. All the personal data you hold of mine is incorrect too this is a unique situation where I need direct intervention. I have tried to raise this issue through all different channels but this is my last option
