    @VodafoneUK Tried talking to online agent this morning. As soon as I put my question, they then ignored me and ended the chat!! Tried again and now all agents are busy. Shocking customer service.

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?
