@VodafoneUK Thank you. It is not an issue of mum not being able to access her account, but that the app is not fully accessible with VoiceOver, A widely used screen reader on iphones by blind people. could you flag to your technical team please?

@VodafoneUK shocking service from my now daily call to your support following yet another broadband drop out... only the 5 in the last hour. 60 some days average of 15/20 most days. “Just call back if still happening tomorrow” standard response. Do I need to contact @Ofcom ?

@frankspicer @VodafoneUK Medically vulnerable customer shielding without a properly functioning landline for 10 days. Vodafone keep promising to fix it next day. Customer service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. Kind words no actions.

@donnasemmens @VodafoneUK It was just so slow trying to talk them last night. They’ve tweeted me assuring me the team will fix the problems but it’s just frustrating that a week ago they were looking into poor coverage and then last night it went off. You’re not the only one to say something similar.
