Ordered a @VodafoneUK Gigacube to be delivered to a store. Get to store, Gigacube is there, but it 'won't scan'. Told I need to cancel the whole order and start again, and pay again, while waiting for a refund... What a mess.

@VodafoneUK I have spent 7 hours on chat to your staff this week and still do not have working broadband following installation of fibre to the home. complaint raised and been told someone will get back to me in 48 hrs. I need someone to send me new router now, not in 48 hrs!

@VodafoneUK Utter shambles of a customer service. Spent 50 mins in web chat, advisor disconnected me TWICE. I need to speak to an actual human in customer service ASAP please.
