Daughter,a nurse, couldn’t cover a shift to help shortages today as @VodafoneUK are fitting her broadband. Of course @OpenreachHelp the quasi monopoly who have to install don’t turn up or contact her. UK broadband is based on USSR economics and customer service.

@VodafoneUK hey, just to let you know if the IVR doesn’t understand what you’re saying, it says it’ll connect you to an advisor then on connection says the line is no longer in use. Think there’s a routing problem with your IVR drop out line 🙃

@VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. I have had an open complaint for over 9 days now and the handler has decided not to call when they have said they will and closed down the complaint instead. I have (stupidly) been a loyal customer for +20 years and want answers !

@gretna02 @VodafoneUK Feel your pain had contract 2 months and worse service ever!! No internet at all, texts send sometimes from temporary number they gave me ! Going to leave as soon as I can !! #crap
