  @VodafoneUK I'm having one of the worst customer experiences with your broadband team.I'm now at day 6 with no broadband,waited in Tuesday for a new router, to find your team didn't order it!they promised Wednesday so waited in, guess what?They didn't order it again!what a joke!

  @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.
