@VodafoneUK hello, could I get an update on the likelihood that the wifi outage I reported yesterday will be sorted tomorrow? Still no internet after day and half of it being down, really worried ahead of another demanding wfh day on 4g (which is also struggling!)

@VodafoneUK Do I have to keep checking back to find out if it’s fixed? Will I be able to claim compensation? If it’s not sorted tomorrow our household is going to have to pay to join your competitors hotspot - as the Vodafone 4g connection doesn’t support video calls

Called @VodafoneUK requesting for authorisation code. Staff insisted matching deal, I found it not match, asking for code again. She hang up one me!! Worst experience!! She gave me a #fake name!! I called back 10’ later, no confirmed of her name nor record of her talking to me!!

@VodafoneUK please can someone help, my Spotify subscription has been removed randomly from my account. Was on the phone for an hour last night to try and fix it to be told I have to wait a further 24/48 hours for a text. Every time I get the text it doesn’t work

@VodafoneUK if my contract is due to end in July why have I just received a text saying my monthly rate is going to increase by £8 from July? Surely it should go down after I’ve paid off my phone! Shocking provider, so expensive. Already paying £60 a month!
