    @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone on February 12th. It all started well.Then the problems began.I couldn't take advantage of 4.5G Service.I said this to Vodafone Turkey.First they said the problem was with the sim card.They asked me for money for the new simkart.

    @VodafoneUK what is the issue with not being able to change broadband channels on your WiFi I have a device I can't use on the WiFi because the preset channel is outside the range. Please can you help or point me in the right direction 🙏

    Loyal customer of @VodafoneUK for 10 year but when my work dried up due to pandemic i was laid off vodafone lied about cancelling my contract and swapping me to a sim only deal and now im X amount in of debt and while i struggle to pay off this debt i still have to pay 45pm

    @VodafoneUK honesty this is the worst shopping ever. Called your team, ordered over the phone. They are sending it to the wrong address, I call to correct their mistake and they are asking me to do things. Because the account was setup incorrectly at their end!!! 😡 #badservice
