RunningSloth (@Lescoleen67) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

sue leach (@LeachSie) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the £50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate

You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.

Steve (@spacechimp1968) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Vodafone the worst company I've ever dealt with by a country mile.
-
Energy Guy (@renewables_guy) reportedTrying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

Fran 💚 (@bonnieofclyde) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

JackOfCroydon (@FedUpSurreyGuy) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst business on the planet, caused me months of grief. Couldn't even complain because they never logged the complaints! Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.
