@VodafoneUK Tran, long story short 5G not working on new iPhone. Have been troubleshooting - work Samsung has 5G ok. Swapped work and personal SIMs and problem moves with SIM eliminating iPhone from problem. I just need to speak with a human being to resolve this issue…

@VodafoneUK is there a problem with your customer service lines, I have been trying for 3 days to contact via phone, and it cuts you off after 2 minutes. What is going on? #useless
