@VodafoneUK Been a customer of yours for 30 years, spoke with your customer service to tell them I was leaving as I’d found a better deal. They tried to offer me a deal but was nowhere near as good as what I’d found. Was basically then told goodbye! So much for customer loyalty.

@VodafoneUK, can you explain to me why I paid my phone bill in December and now they're saying that this month's phone bill has doubled because I didn't pay for last month's phone bill when I did?! No help whatsoever from any services either! #VodafoneIsGettingWorse

@VodafoneUK A possible fix for my Broadband would be nice as it’s been off since Thursday. I’ve rang up twice and been told it will come back on after the work is completed in the area

@VodafoneUK I’ve had no internet now for 9 days I’ve chased you up multiple times and been continuously told your looking into it. Just checked my bank account and you have happily taken the money out my account even though you haven’t provided me a service. This is ridiculous

@VodafoneUK are the worst phone company I have ever experienced. Got put through to chat and passed al security got through to upgrades then got disconnected and connected back with a new person who now says my security is not right and it’s the same I got through before with!!!
