@VodafoneUK I get your viewpoint, but perhaps you should not allow such third parties like @Top_CashBack to advertise offers as they are bad for yourselves as an organisation too, simply because they don't care and I strongly believe that they do give you a bad name too.

@VodafoneUK you won't be at all surprised to know that your fairytale customer resolutions dept. failed to call..again! 5 times its been "escalated", 5 times I've been told to wait 48hours. Company is a absolutely disgrace from top to bottom..and yes I've sent you a DM! 🙄

@EveryCountry @VodafoneUK “Just leave me the box and I’ll ring your support if I have any probs” would be my response. I recognise I’m an IT guy and not everyone would feel comfortable, so that approach is pretty shoddy. Sorry Vodafone: it just is.
