  You lot are all a shambles mate i left @ee cos the service was poor now im with @VodafoneUK and its no better just different problems come get ya router before i smash it up and plug me arial in be assed with any of you the router resets itself about 10 times a day load of crap

  @VodafoneUK hey Vodafone, no wifi for 24 hours now, was told it was a City Fibre issue that would be fixed by 10pm last night but its still out, and today I cant get through to any agents via the chat function on the website.... I need an update please

  @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership
