    @VodafoneUK ...Stay well clear of Vodafone. So far I have had over 2 weeks of hell since my broadband activation date which never happened. Incompetent, inept, unprofessional, unaccountable. Their complaints team are as ineffective as the rest of the Company!!!

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK Thanks I’ve submitted it and was finally able to cancel after having to convince the person over the phone. Still locked for 30 days though which is quite ridiculous given it’s at the end of contract, @VodafoneUK are just extorting me for £27 at this point.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed to see that I’m being charged a cancellation fee for my broadband when you’ve never provided the promised speeds. You gave me a discount for the poor service. Cancelling as I can no longer tolerate the speed and dropout and to be charged £40+ is
