  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Very similar experience when my father in law passed in 2022, they actually sent him a £12 bill which I let them chase so it cost them waaaay more… absolute arseholes I’ll never use them again

  @VodafoneUK you guys are embarrassing, cant even connect to the internet with 4G, signal drops all the time and when I am connected my speeds are like dial up from a car boot sale. But your more than happy to take my money each month!!!!!!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK In my experience it was BT who were the shockers. I had already phoned to cancel the account as he moved in with my brother. I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!
