Absolutely SHOCKING customer service from @VodafoneUK today. In all my years never had such appalling, clueless service from any organisation. Totally failed to grasp the issue, would encourage any potential customers to look anywhere else.

  • ManiarSupan Supan Maniar (@ManiarSupan) reported

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK I am currently in the UK and am going to be here for quite sometime as am on a student visa. My Vi sim suddenly stopped working in the morning today. I need it working for for OTPs for transactions that I make in India. Can you please help me out?

  • Peakfanblog Steve Dolman (@Peakfanblog) reported

@VodafoneUK If you really want to help, check chat transcript 188975721117363097 and call on the requested number @VodafoneUK

  • elroyg85 Dave (@elroyg85) reported

@VodafoneUK no response! I’m leaving after so many years of being a customer not getting mugged off by you no more. @tescomobile are you ready for a new customer?

  • willgoldburn Willgoldburn (@willgoldburn) reported

@VodafoneUK rubbish customer service and shocking broadband service. Not happy with either, 4th time on the phone today over 2hours and still telling the same old rubbish

  • MrPaulSkinback Paul Skinback (@MrPaulSkinback) reported

@VodafoneUK is there a known broadband issue ongoing?

  • MuppetMat13 Mat Smith (@MuppetMat13) reported

Hello @VodafoneUK. Help plz. I'm currently unable to receive calls or sms to my phone. I can still place calls & send txts without issue. Speaking to a lovely chap in Egypt called Mohammad, but that's just taking too long. Basically phoneless for a week now. Not very happy tbh!

  • PAUL_M_RHODES PAUL RHODES (@PAUL_M_RHODES) reported

@VodafoneUK Yeah, unfortunately that doesn't work if you have 2 lines. Perhaps a Systems upgrade would help?

  • PAUL_M_RHODES PAUL RHODES (@PAUL_M_RHODES) reported

@VodafoneUK It would be nice if I could get a PAC code on-line. The chatbot is not working and I have 2 lines so SMS does not work. I can upgrade online, but not leave! The system only warns me that an early termination fee applies, there's no "I know, just do it!" Option"

  • Peakfanblog Steve Dolman (@Peakfanblog) reported

@VodafoneUK Sorry Chris, sending a DM just makes things worse as you get into an endless cycle of 'check this' I have raised an escalated complaint and @VodafoneUK are set to lose 3 customers if it is not resolved quickly
