Arsenal_No.10 (@AFC_Gooner10) reportedMy father passes away on 7th Jan. We inform @VodafoneUK on 14th Jan. It’s now 2 months on. His number still hasn’t been transferred over to my mother. Stupidly we decided to take out broadband with Vodafone too. Installed on 6th March. Still not connected. Shocking service.

Chris Wynne (@Chr1sWynne) reportedHi @VodafoneUK, you're hosting 07468363133 on your network and this phone number is being used by scammers who are carrying out bank impersonation scams against targets in the UK. Seems to be using WhatsApp to make the calls. I've reported via your website already @NCSC @Ofcom

Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reportedJust wondering why Three Mobile are providing me with broadband now I'm not paying when they and Vodafone consistently failed to provide me with service when i did pay them for 2 years eh @VodafoneUK @3mifi I mean the way they treated me while i was in Palermo was the worse ever ( refused to let my payment for roaming go through so I'm wandering back streets in 80 degree heat ) and their minions are trained to lie like robots - need i go on. Putting them out of business after they have insulted my intelligence for 2 years is the only option. Their complaints people are as bad as Barclays - professional liars and yes i know the government are behind my suffering. I've know it for some time and 2 punctures in a row in Dublin recently confirms it is to protect the male Ex. Yeah I'm straight

Michael (@Mike34775) reported@KevinRohan3 @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK If you upgrade your service while tied into a contract, you get a new 14 day cooling off period and you can cancel with no termination fees - massive loophole but a good thing to remember
