    @sjparker36 @VodafoneUK We will switch provider when we move in about 1 month. Has been an issue for around 6 months now and the past 1-2 months it just keeps happening more frequently. Cuts off at evening or late night and stays off till morning every time for us.. 😐

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 you should be ashamed that your staff tell lies to prevent switching. I was told I could not port my number to Talkmobile as they are the same network. WRONG!!

    I encouraged her to ring @VodafoneUK to say "what is this & why am I being charged for something I don't know about and have never received". Their response "it would have cost the same anyway so it doesn't matter ..." Advising her to go to trading standards next.
