  @VodafoneUK haven’t got any better in 2026. Avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

  Local network issues ongoing for 2 months now @VodafoneUK. We were told it would be fixed by the end of July. Incident Reference INC000005989903

  @VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!
