@VodafoneUK home broadband and phone line down no fix for approx 72 hours, which most likely excludes weekends so earliest potential fix is Tuesday next week, not great when I work from home

Absolutely dreadful service today from @cityfibre @vodafoneuk today. Would recommend people in BH6/7 stay well away. Failed to turn up or communicate the fact. That after mithering for months to sign up for their service.

@VodafoneUK setting up your new esim is like the biggest most boring riddle ever. 2 hours and I still have no idea,the guides just take me in a circular loop and I'm pretty sure I've deactivated my actual sim. Please help
