@VodafoneUK Have a problem with my account that cannot be solved by a bot. There are no options on the automated message not on MyVodafone to resolve it, hence the call.

@VodafoneUK given all I get elsewhere incl DMing is a bot that can’t help, I’ll try here. My father is visiting Melbourne & cannot make calls. The bot on the app has asked if he wanted to lift the roaming bar each time only to confirm it already was. Can we speak to a human pls

@VodafoneUK is anyone on your help desk please? If no-one can help me I’m seriously going to think about changing my supplier at the earliest opportunity! No-one to talk to & the bot doesn’t have my query on it’s list so it cuts my call off! Not impressed!

@lebara @VodafoneUK there is no signal on my mobile in my home. Tried all trouble shooting methods and replaced the sim as well. I was forced to buy new @LycaProductions sim. Raised complaint with customer care, but no response.

@VodafoneUK I have done this and have had one text in 3 days saying what you said. As I am having to travel into an office each day as have no broadband at home would be helpful to know when you will fix this. It is costing me time and money and am getting no sign it will get resolved.
