@VodafoneUK So after a couple of DM’s asking for the same information i have already given, communication stopped dead at 16:30 yesterday. Still no internet, still no sense of wanting to help a customer who has both their mobile and home broadband through Vodafone. What now @VodafoneUK ???

@VodafoneUK - you disconnected my wife’s phone almost a week ago for no reason. 5 calls to your customer support and 5 promises of it being reconnected but still nothing - can you just get it sorted?

Astonishing advice from @VodafoneUK tech support. I don't get 5G, although on a 5G contract, because 5G is still not properly rolled out. I should expect to get on street or cafes but not in my flat. I live in central London near a Vodafone building with a massive mast on top

@VodafoneUK Can you help me please? It's the day after activation day and I've still got a flashing red light on the router for Internet. Unplugged everything and reset everything but to no avail. Please advise.
