    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.
