Be aware @VodafoneUK will not cancel a distance sold phone contract, within the 14 day cooling off period, immediately. They will attempt to string it out, charging customers who have been unable to use their 'services' for an unspecified time. @BBCWatchdog @BBCYourMoney. 🤔

I’d have previously recommended Vodafone to everyone, but honestly if you’re considering swapping network do not use @VodafoneUK - I regret renewing my contract with them. 0 customer loyalty and shocking service. Don’t get tied into a contract like I have. Avoid them!
