@VodafoneUK I never complain... like EVER!!! But today, you have lost a valued customer of 18 yrs. I would ask you to call me to resolve as I can’t ring you as you have cut me off !! On holiday in St Lucia with 3 kids & cannot use my data or phone. Appalled is an understatement !

@VodafoneUK @barnardos What's the best way to get to speak to someone with the ability to actually sort a problem at Vodafone? 10 days' worth of online chats and phone calls and not one person has been able to successfully send a returns email for a faulty 'smart' product.

@VodafoneUK #Vodafone For gross incompetence, taking money, stupid questions and zero help. Oh and if you have no text service, security question will involve sending you a text message!!!!!! Advice on fixing will be remove sim card so they can end the call.

@Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience, I was only without for just over a month but they constantly blamed @OpenreachHelp and conveniently 'forgot' to keep me updated. Once eventually sorted they offer £20 Compensation. They've been great for mobile phone, shocking for broadband service.
