@VodafoneUK Unfortunately everytime I’ve used to it live chat, they haven’t been able help in anyway, shape or form. As asked on Thursday, I DM’d you lot and never heard back. I have followed everything been asked but still haven’t a working phone or internet, all since early April.

@RJCawsey @VodafoneUK It’s because it’s a marketing gimmick to sell your data on. I have raised this as a complaint for breaching GDPR, but like anything with Vodafone, they don’t give a stuff about the law and their customers.

@angryfoetusUK @VodafoneUK VF advertising on that horrible new "news" channel. Will be interested to see if it was actively chosen or if they were unaware as it was done via an agency and the advertising revenue from them now gets cut.

@VodafoneUK do you not think it's about time you compensated people in the Bs16 area, as I have received a text from you every other week saying we're sorry but we have problems with a mast in your area. I must of had atleast 8 texts within the past 3 months.
