    @VodafoneUK you’re customer care is absolutely appalling, I’ve been trying to contact customer support to speak to someone via tobi and by phone for 4 hours now and still haven’t gotten any contact with anyone

    @VodafoneUK can you help me My powerhub has stopped working off WiFi but the wired connection are ok can you suggest a fix for this

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK In my experience it was BT who were the shockers. I had already phoned to cancel the account as he moved in with my brother. I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!
