  I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

  @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

  @trapdoor456 @virginmedia Companies are awful, when my mum died we went to @VodafoneUK with her death certificate to close her account and they kept telling us that only the account holder can do that. How can she do that when she’s dead? They gave us so much hassle, I’ve never recommended them since

  Still no signal @VodafoneUK if anyone is thinking of getting a contract with @VodafoneUK please avoid at all cost. May as well use a potato it would probably have better signal
