    @VodafoneUK I have tried chatting to your bot which tells me it is 'great my issue is fixed' when it is not. We have a new phone which came without SIM or tool to open phone, then you sent SIM and now unable to activate it for love nor money. It has been weeks. This is terrible.

    @VodafoneUK just had the worst customer experience ever. I work in customer service & know good service - this wasn't it! Frustrated is an understatement. 12.5 years loyalty from my side & now I'm getting sh*t because I leave the UK!? Ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK dear vodaphone how can you justify over charging my mother £30 a month for a bundle that she doesn’t use data or text and then when she wants to swap to the £15.00 pm deal you want to charge her more money to swap. Absolutely disgusting service.
