@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Matthew if you get a pac code off vodafone you can give that to, three to use your old number on your new network. I did that very same thing, hope this helps x

  • doombiscuits Rebecca Mills, PhD. (@doombiscuits) reported

The default when contacting @VodafoneUK with problems regarding a phone, or a broken phone, or a screwup on their part which means their customer can't use or charge their phone, should _not_ be "call us" in any case.

  • andrew_kemple Andrew Kemple (@andrew_kemple) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m still waiting for the follow up from the escalation team I was promised. This whole issue still hasn’t been resolved...

  • sajidismael Sajid Ismael (@sajidismael) reported

@VodafoneUK shocking service... I want to use my new iPhone 12 pro max with my works sim, however Vodafone won’t unlock phone for 3 month. I’m still paying you over £70 for the contract. You would much rather cancel my contract rather than unlock the phone..stupid business sense
