not @VodafoneUK not Vodafone telling me the cheapest contract is £57 a month for the upgrade I want when I can get it for £37 elsewhere then put the phone down on me when I ask to talk to someone else🤭🥰🥵

I am now getting harassed by the “manager” who initially called me even after telling her to escalate my issue to her manager so I can add her to the complaint but she is just constantly calling me. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

Appealing to @VodafoneUK - I need my phone unlocked now so I can put another SIM in for the next ten days but just went on your website to try to sort it and the reply was that it could take ten days to unlock #HELP

@AndreDack @VodafoneUK I've used them for over 2 years with only 2 issues in that time - 1 was a faulty router which they replaced, and the other a phone faulty master socket faceplate replaced for £10 from Amazon (which Vodafone were happy to reimburse me for).
