I talk to the customer service and they mentioned that the updates require 3 to 5 work days and Vodafone willcompainsate me with 12 gigabytes only(app. 1/6 of my remaining quita) which is not match with my consumption and no other soultion is available @VodafoneUK @VodafoneEgypt

@VodafoneUK No I am disappointed the only offer available to a long-standing customer is one more expensive yet if I were a new customer I would likely get a better deal. Instead my bill keeps increasing. I’m also a PAYG on my phone but I don’t get the discount as I’m not on a contract

@NickHalls4 @VodafoneUK Its frustrating, had the same feelings when three did it too, but literally every network increase their prices this time every year. It would have happened to you no matter who you were with. Probably not worth your time getting angry about.

@VodafoneUK having huge broadband problems since last night, keeps dropping out and the 4g kicks in but I'm in a signal blackspot so it's not fast enough to pick up the slack. What's happening?? Also still waiting on my £75 voucher email.
