@Harrogatebc Who do I speak to - my street has appalling mobile phone reception particularly @VodafoneUK less than one bar in & outside of my property. Have to wifi call and can't have a smart meter as that needs a better signal. Can't change supplier as work phone.

@VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for years But a few years ago I had one of the worst phones ever I tried to cancel my contract within the cancellation period but kept getting cut off, put through to another department It took me 6weeks to cancel my contract in the end never again Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK I agreed to the terms and conditions. He pressed apply and then his system froze. He mentioned he was going to be continue it and send me a confirmation which I never got. As I said, I also didn't get the automated transcript.

Hi @vodafoneuk any problems with the signal in the ST11 area? Neither myself, my wife or my in-laws can get a signal yet when I check on your service checker it says everything is ok?

@VodafoneUK fed up that your system has messed up my username yet again (at least twice in 3 months) and I can't get into my account. And why can't you close my old username down from 2 years ago so I can still use my own email address? 3-5 days to resolve? Not good customer svc.

@VodafoneUK Sorry but I have already spent countless hours trying to sort this out to no avail. I will just cancel it down and go with a new provider. I really don't have the time to waste on this. Loyalty is clearly not important to Vodafone.
