    @VodafoneUK your service is absolutely shocking btw. No email to say my phone arrived in store and was sat there for 3 days then when I go to pick it up I can’t due to “technical issues”

    Having noticed this I contacted @VodafoneUK uk today via their online chat. I kept getting disconnected. I explained the issue and they offered to credit my account £40 and move my number. Unfortunately this only covers 1 months bill tolling incorrect information from @VodafoneUK
