  @flofflach @VodafoneUK Peaked at 16 deg C at 16:44,the wind then shifted to north and it’s dropped 5 degrees,I have no Vodafone signal either

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

  @AyyanMalikyf7o @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Mercury did it to me, let someone take an account in my name. I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Had the same experience with Virgin Media. They`re a disgrace 3 months down the line.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to me. Twice. Using their online complaint form triggered a very fast response after multiple phone calls achieved nothing.

  @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK it's a thankless job, having to do it at such a tough time doesn't help. most people are very helpful thankfully. some however demand proof. I am sorry for your loss

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
