    @VodafoneUK everytime I try and interact with your customer service team I promise to never, ever renew a contract with you. It’s just not worth the effort.

    @VodafoneUK I've spoken to a Vodafone online advisor. All my Vodafone account has been closedown. But I can't receive text messages on my new network even though I got my pac code & left Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK , I have changed my number from pay as you go to pay monthly plan on Thursday 20th ,, the guy in the shop gave me a new sim to put in my phone Friday morning, he said it might take 20 minutes to work !!! All fine ……. Today is Tuesday and the my phone not working ,

    @VodafoneUK hiya - my broadband was down yesterday. I was told there were outages on your end but it would be fixed by the end of the day. I’m still having problems today & internet keeps dropping. Is this still the same issue your end? Thanks!
