@StusReviewsUK @VodafoneUK Definitely not an accident. They want you to hang up and not call back. Once you get through it then takes another 30 minutes of them trying to keep you as a customer.

@VodafoneUK I also take issue with your script that publicly says "dm us yr name and mobile no. and we will send you X" then as soon as you hit dm space demands full name, address and DoB before discussing sending the thing you said you'll send..

Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK. I am a long standing customer @VodafoneUK . I work for the #nhs Services were disabled in the middle of calling patients today. No warning. Unable to get through on the customer service number to speak to anyone and my phone still cut off.
