  @VodafoneUK Another case, if vodafone has an issue not being able to take take money out of my account. Who is fault is it? There is money sitting in my account but no, there is always something wrong with Vodafone. Why charge extra if you can't take the ******* payment [1/2]

  @VodafoneUK No. People need to know what #vodafonetreats really mean. You can text me every week and advertise your stuff but you can't fix your towers in a reasonable time. If you actually take until August 31 that is more than 3 months down @NewhamLondon needs to rise up for their people.

  @VodafoneUK My contract ends in October but my iPhone 7 that I've had for 4 years is basically dead and needs charging 3 times a day! I need to come up with £100 to upgrade early, but I can't afford that! I've been a customer for years! Can you help?
