@VodafoneUK are at it again… brilliant customer insight. I get a text or email if them every couple of days. Not a generic one but addressed to me. Saying you can upgrade Now to the iPhone 13 … with a link. Hit the link, log into my account, pass security, says I can’t upgrade.

@VodafoneUK - have had a nightmare time getting the roaming to work - could not make calls from Turkey - I am a business customer and it is unacceptable. After days of dealing with your customer service, I am being asked if I used the right dialling format! #apalling #nightmare

@VodafoneUK Hi. Is it possible to get an upgrade sorted? Instore, phone support and online won't accept my advantage code, online chat keeps disconnecting. Its like you dont want to keep me as a customer, and would prefer I went elsewhere!

@VodafoneUK Home broadband down since Oct 16th! Unable to offer me a mobile dongle to hotspot like @EE does with their broadband. Customer service comes with a free tour of their various department overseas every time you call! The incompetence is beyond belief, never again!
