@VodafoneUK I get no signal in my house. The phone on my new contract is useless. You do offer a network service guarantee. I need to cancel my contract at no fee as I'm entitled to. Sale of goods & services act 2015. I can't get a human on the phone.

@VodafoneUK I have spoke to the fibre team on the phone 3 times been promised it word be fixed with 3 different deadlines all of which have been missed Sunday 7pm, Monday 6pm, Monday midnight, 3 different fix times 3 times it was missed

@VodafoneUK Thanks Charlotte, DM has been sent. Vodafone’s Tobi chat bot is still offline so the 24 hour support listed on the website is incorrect, unless I call a premium rate number from a friends phone. I would recommend changing to @creativevirtual - they make much better chat bots.

@VodafoneUK is a joke! New customer trying to get my bundle that’s been paid for and taken out of my bank to be told I haven’t made a purchase that was done in store days ago thiefs! “Most senior director” We have your money but we wont help you You have to wait another 24 hours
