@VodafoneUK Called to cancel one of my lines after I had paid the device plan off after one of your reps confirmed on the chat that if you pay the device plan off the airtime can be cancelled at no penalty fees etc. I also received an email confirmation

@VodafoneUK are the worst. After waiting 2 weeks for my broadband past its original instal date they’ve decided to cancel my order the day before its 4th rescheduled appointment. Ive taken 3 different days off work unpaid and have been royally screw over by your inadequate staff

Blimey. I think. I seriously "think" I've just spoken to someone @VodafoneUK who knew what she was doing...I "think" a £350 goodwill gesture was accepted. Only got til October to continue being a customer now too!

Hi @VodafoneUK - there are still network issues in the TW1 area. For the last week, I haven’t been able to make a phone call when out of the house/off WiFi or check emails etc. When will service be resumed? I reported a week ago.

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, thanks for responding. I was on latest Android and experienced the crash on old and newest software. However, an uninstall and reinstall has worked so whilst I have no idea what went wrong, it's now working. Thanks for your help.

.@VodafoneUK Website told me to call, so I call, and the automated phone service tells me to use the website. Nothing I say or do will get me through to an operator. I hope you record the responses to the automated service because you'll learn an entire new lexicon of expletives.
