    @VodafoneUK being trying to contact Vodafone as I have no broadband. On hold for 45 minutes each then cut off. Please let people know of there is a problem. I don't know if it's just my house or if there is a wider problem

    @VodafoneUK Why does the backup dongle not work if broadband is down? Having to use phone to access 4G but that’s no good for TV!
