@VodafoneUK afternoon. I need to speak to someone, but getting past the stupid automated voice is impossible. We have some sending messages from a number on my contract, but not from the owner of the phone.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Thomas, but been there, done that, with other numbers. It’s not good enough. Surely your company has the ability to detect, take down and have prosecuted for what is so obviously systematic abuse calling from Vodafone numbers. Please escalate this complaint.

@VodafoneUK horrendous customer service. Spent 2 hours on the phone only to get trasferred to someone based in the UK who simply just cut me off. Ridiculous

@VodafoneUK So I called the help centre, still charging £25 and received a DM, still charging £25. I’m pretty disgusted that a multi million pound company is charging customers with dementia money to help them with their phones

@VodafoneUK I don't need to speak to another customer representative. I need written confirmation that vodafone has removed the erroneous negative mark against my credit. And an apology for the stress this is causing. I originally raised this issue with vodafone in November of Last year

@galliccelt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Sorry to see this, which unfortunately is very normal for Vodafone. I've been cut off many times due to billing errors, including a months-long systemic error in which one-off payments through the app were being taken but not recorded. They don't care.

just popping in to say if you go with @virginmedia and move house to a place they don't service they will "only charge you £240!" to leave your contract. @VodafoneUK in the other hand when I last moved were just like "oh no we have no cables there! No worries bye!xo" for free.

@MariaWNorris @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Not the only company that did it either, but one of reasons I would never use them again.
