    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK really poor customer services. Selling an ipad to a vulnerable customer and ringing her 7 times in the space of 4 hours. Came into an O2 store for help to cancel it and CPW Advisor told her to ring back when at home (probably to talk her out of cancelling)

    @RobBarrell @VodafoneUK Hi Robert, I am sorry to hear this - We have to speak to the account holder to be able to access the account - could they contact us from their own social media account so we can look into this? Alternatively they can call customer services up on 0370 111 6565 -Virginia

    @VodafoneUK atleast arrange some backup or alternative till your highly efficient engineering team gets the with done, why a customer suffer because of your false commitments

    @VodafoneUK why I can’t connect to the internet; the message is showing no network. When I call your office they are asking for a spesific area! But this is mobile network so I don’t have any specific post code...

    @VodafoneUK how long will you make me wait before you transfer my old vodafone PAYG number to my pay monthly account???? I have waited over a week. CSA team dont respond. I'm about to cancel the contract. This was supposed to be easy, as I was told when I started the contract
