@VodafoneUK My contract ended years ago. You started another one without my permission. I should be on rolling. I have transcripts as evidence. Your call centres tell me the issue has been resolved or just hang up.... you treat existing customers appalingly.

@VodafoneUK Again this is taking me down the Tobi and Bot route. 191 is dodgy line setup to send text links to mobiles. No matter what I try, I can't get through to a human being and that's purposely setup to make life difficult.
