    @VodafoneUK on holiday in Poole, reliant on Vodafone as no wifi. 5G in the area, about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Nothing loading, spinning, spinning and spinning some more. Using hotspot from partner who is on @EE. Contract is up in 2 months with Vodafone, bad timing?

    @VodafoneUK your website is always down when I need to change a setting. I need to remove the cap on spend manager, is there any other way I can do this? Your site and app aren’t working.

    @VodafoneUK Kind of you to enquire, Karla. I've responded. To think that I came to Vodafone for their customer service, yet their unreliability is the most unacceptable I've ever known.

    @VodafoneUK I keep reporting an issue with my mobile signal in the SG5 1 area and you tell me there's no issues but you chdck the @O2 website and it states the mast in the area isn't working

    @VodafoneUK awful awful service. Engineer booked in between 8-1. Nobody turns up. No communication to let us know (yet threat of a fine if youre not there!!) Been on live chat for over an hour and then cut off! Total joke of a company.

    @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK raising year on year, just gone from 33 a month to 38.75 a month. Understand the standard rate of increase but never understand the additional 3.9% on top of it.
