    @VodafoneUK Connected after 3 weeks but now you’ve screwed up my bill and failed to deliver promise made over the phone again. Its almost like you’re deliberately bad. Can’t wait for my contract to end. PS thanks for the free internet add on, would have helped if I could get 4or5g anywhere!!

    @VodafoneUK @DPDgroup_news have lost my parcel which is fab. Vodafone customer sery have been absolutely lacking in support of trying to get a resolution

    @VodafoneUK I moved to voda on 6.12 last year , since then poor and inconsistent BB speed and no LL phone - promised resolutions and call back from manager - but NOTHING - rubbish service
