    @VodafoneUK and I couldn't even get money off my Apple Watch despite having a phone with yourselves, so you'll have to be able to offer something spectacular or I'll just move my business to another network. @EE @O2 what can you offer? I need an iPhone 13 Pro for around £40 w/ lots of data!

    @VodafoneUK The price! It's way too much! I'm needing a new iPhone, and soon, but I might be changing providers as @VodafoneUK will only offer me, a loyal customer of 16 years, the same deals as a brand new customer! And I'm to pay an early upgrade fee. This is not loyal customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Attempted twice to purchase home broadband but Vodafone completely incompetent at setting up. Greatly inconvenienced on a time sensitive basis. Promised a follow up call and nothing. Disgraceful service
