    @Ofcom been collecting evidence of broadband instability for 11 days now. @VodafoneUK can't/won't demonstrate any steps taken to fix the issue. I'm lucky if a callback actually happens. They need serious investigation and corrective action

    @FLiXPony @VodafoneUK Everyone says they are the worst mobile operator and stuff like this is why. Take them to small claims court and make them defend it.

    @markaizatt @VodafoneUK It’s been terrible of late. Between no Wi-Fi on the tube and limited to no data service above ground (including on 5G when it’s available)

    How bad has @VodafoneUK become ! New contract will be getting cancelled. In just 1 week they’ve managed to cut me off for 3 days, still have no entertainment package,fail to reply to numerous messages and I’ve spent over 12 hours on chat trying to fix my problems. POOR !

    @VodafoneUK If it wasn’t for my husband being with EE it would be very disruptive as I have had zero network outside of our accommodation. Wasn’t like this in September. What is going on?
