    @VodafoneUK I recently moved broadband and landline to you from BT and whilst the broadband has worked I have spent ages trying to get into my online acct and find out what is happening with our new landline number. Process is poor and communication has been poor.

    like yeah duh, we've all seen the IT Crowd. So now I'm left without a phone again. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it's gonna be the last. @VodafoneUK can't sort their **** out, they just steal my money. I'm moving to EE.

    @VodafoneUK are a bunch of ******* cons and you shouldn't ever buy from them. After years of issues with them, this one just pushes me over the top. I spent about a week trying to get my voxi sim to work - rang up to get a number to transfer my number, but the guy says he can do
