    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the response. The OP states WiFi on trains is bad. The same issue on @CrossCountryUK trains. The fact I can't get a reliable signal in the Midlands doesn't look good for Vodafone. Not exactly a remote part of the UK

    @VodafoneUK Had no landline service now for nearly 2 weeks due to cable theft at our local exchange, despite contacting you to report & check for updates there seems no interest on your part keeping customers updated either via text or email etc. Maybe time to move provider.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t access MyVodafone account on either app or browser for nearly six months. Multiple calls and chats have yielded no results and my complaint has expedited nothing. Are you hiding and/or ignoring ongoing access issues for customers?

    @SkyUK dreadful. You call me today to ask me to take out an 18 month ‘ business’ contract for my broadband. Your service is so dreadful, I can’t get on Wi-Fi on my phone at home, and it’s been buffering on Netflix at 24% for over 30 minutes. @VodafoneUK hit me up.

    @VodafoneUK But when I select my model from your drop down menu it says one amount, then some AI you claim to have developed says half the price, my phone is "as new" will it be reassessed by a human if I send it in, or do I have have the frankly ridiculous offer by tour AI trade in tool??
