@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK I’ve checked and it says good service and no maintenance,my phone was showing full 5G and I could receive calls, just the data wasn’t working of very slow!

@VodafoneUK Thanks, it’s not working in areas it normally works! It shows full 5G coverage but no data will load or is very slow all even with full coverage.

@VodafoneUK @enchantedelfie_ Num’ been used by @VodafoneUK in past in customer service questions, so people will think it is yours. What is the point in reporting as likely coming from overseas + number being spoofed? Telco’s need to deploy AI and RPA to spot + block these scams + look after customers.

Well sorted the @Xbox, controllers died... But hey ho... Then he gets a text to his mobile.. After guarantees from @VodafoneUK that it was all sorted and we will get no more problems with billing.. SMH

@VodafoneUK hi guys. Your support team left a message on the system to get my broadband equipment send to the correct address and unfortunately you've emailed this morning saying its going to the incorrect one. Can we fix this please?
