@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

You've assigned us our very own broadband expert, @VodafoneUK. How thrilling! He reset the router and got the internet back for us. Put the phone down, and within ten minutes, it's gone again. Amazing. Apparently, he's calling us back in 24 hours. Can't wait!

@JohnAnonSmithy @VodafoneUK They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. @VodafoneUK have breached their contract by not providing the service/internet that we have paid for. Five weeks without internet and no resolution. I'll take them to small claims court if I have to.
