@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK I’ve ordered an iPhone 12 pro, I’ve been waiting 10+ days and they’ve updated this saying I’ll find out in another 10 days. All I wanted to know from the store (Workington) was if I could cancel my order and come back next week to the store and get one on the day from there?

@VodafoneUK i did call and they were no help and said that they cannot change the channel for me, and because of the update im unable to change the channel myself, if i ring them then all im doing is wasting time as they cannot do it, how about you arrange them to ring me!?

@VodafoneUK It’s very nice that you replied but after numerous phone calls and being assured everything would be done, it wasn’t and I have just demanded all services with Vodafone be ended. I’d rather pay the cancellation charge and make an official complaint.

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking service. Promised a call back in 48 hours, never got one and so called back and I have just spoken to the rudest person! Told me I should know what I’m doing! Asked to be put through to someone else and she put me on hold then cut me off

@VodafoneUK the issue is that its selecting channel 13 which may be what the router thinks is the best channel BUT the roku express operates on channels 1 - 11 only so i need the channel set to within that range
