I donโt have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the โgreen boxโ! So all sorted now ๐

Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

More helpful staff and itโs cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.
