@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK What is it that one has to do to get to speak to a human being . Web site is as poor as the telephone service. As for an agent and automated service kicks in . Utter CRAP

@VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my contract. Was in a queue for 20 mins and yet again (4th time) was cut off! I’ve DM’d someone and no help at all. I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect. Your customer service is terrible. This has been going on for a week now!
