@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK please can you advise how I contact someone regarding a lost curve tracker? The online chat told me to call but I can never get through and when I eventually did - the person in the call centre didn’t know what the devise is.

Really hoping #vodafoneuk will sort out coverage & throughput in parts of #Hove and #Worthing - tried a different gym today at BN14 9LA and still one bar/virtually zero throughput. It really is shockingly bad in places. Like the seafront, or patchy walking 30 mins+ from home.
