@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK When I said "We" I am refering to multiple people not just me, I have spoken to multiple people in the area who are suffering the same issues, yet none of suffer these problems outwith the area, just because there is no maintenance doesn't mean there isn't a fault with the mast.

@VodafoneUK I have friend who uses a very standard phone and his only form of communication is phone calls or text messages. He doesn’t use data and his phone doesn’t support WhatsApp etc. Is there a way that something could be amended on his account to stop a limit on calls and texts?

@VodafoneUK Good afternoon. Sunday, 8 August, 17:33 hours. Looks like the bad weather has damaged/caused a malfunction with your Netherton transmitter mast at PH10 7JP. No signal whatsover on our 3 phones. This is not the 1st time. Happens when there’s heavy rain and thunder.

@MartinSLewis advice please! Can I cancel my Vodafone contract if they can’t fix a problem on my line? In fact their attempts to fix things have made things worse and I no longer have 4g or 5g. They have tried everything and can’t fix it. @VodafoneUK
