@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

Hi @VodafoneUK we’ve moved my 95yr Grandma’s internet & phone to you & the switch is meant to be today. She’s currently without a working phone line & you’ve told us it might ‘take up to 2 days’. Her emergency fall care line needs the line & she’s v.dependent on the phone.

Arrange a callback with Vodafone whereby the agent waits for you to answer then simply hangs up, thus ensuring that they’ve lived up to their end of the transaction by ‘technically’ calling you back. More sterling customer service from @VodafoneUK

@fibrehop I'm waiting to move from @VodafoneUK as there service is awful Contract ends end of April. Just a few questions, I use my own router, is this a ok? I need a static IP, is this OK? If I'm already connected and use my own equipment do I have to pay the £50 connection?
