@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

Well @VodafoneUK i seem to be stuck in some kind of dystopian hell with you right now. I’m being charged for a Sim I no longer use, whilst being told my business sim has hit its bandwidth limit… it’s not meant to have one. Not only that but our local signal has dropped from 4G..

@VodafoneUK I would like to speak to an adviser OVER THE PHONE to resolve this issue. I cannot work from home without an internet connection, I have been left without internet for two days, I have no idea if I will be charged for this broadband or not. I need an explanation.

@VodafoneUK I have to juggle around 15 mins to find someone to explain my issues. You should remove that "stupid" call answering so-called system and consider getting a better one. I wasted 10 mins and hung up on me...
