I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

Ray Taylor (@RayTaylor02) reported@VodafoneUK This is my last year with Vodafone after 17 years, signal is really poor around lots of parts of the UK, forget about 5G, in comparison my EE work phone has strong signal everywhere I go and connected to 5G much more often.

So because they can't send her 4 digit code as she doesnt have the sim anymore, they won't cancel online and refused to let me speak to a manager 🤬
