@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK 1hr on chat for agent to validate me. No way to speak to anyone cos your telephone loop needs an account number. Ever think you might want to let customers know when when there's an outage so they don't waste time troubleshooting your problems? Woefully inadequate

@VodafoneUK so when I thought customer service as a whole couldn’t get worse I ring Vodafone cause my new fiber broadband isn’t working & spoke to the worst agent ever who kept me on phone 1hour & 48 minutes & then hung up
