    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom Iโ€™d had a contract for about 15 years. Iโ€™ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and itโ€™s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me ยฃ47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I donโ€™t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the โ€œgreen boxโ€! So all sorted now ๐Ÿ‘

    @VodafoneUK I'm having issues with s crypto wallet that was attached to a mobile number I use specifically for crypto. Vodafone turned the phone off due to 90 days of inactivity to which I was not aware this happened. I need an email address I can send my requirements to.

    @VodafoneUK Why is DPD Crawley refusing to deliver #vodafone package for 24 month contract etc when I was told they would redeliver DPD Crawley are bad but usually the contractor can make them do their bidding. Utter Cucks!

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!
