    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😑

    @andyLNsmith @VodafoneUK @EE I totally agree! EE is the worst customer service ever! You're persuaded to take something for free but are actually being charged for it, and when you raise the issue they just say as tough luck, we have a signed legally binding contract! Can't wait to swap to someone else!

    @VodafoneUK why do you have to tell customers lies shocking customer service and staff telling you you can't speak to a manager and you have to wait 5 to 7 days for a response. It won't take me 5 to 7 days to cancel all my contacts.

    Ready to cancel all my @VodafoneUK services, customer service is a ******* joke, for 4 weeks got the runaround about my broadband contract despite explaining there was a vulnerable adult in the house and needed to keep the same landline number 🀬 £150 pm all in for this pish 🀬

    @VodafoneUK please add more songs to your "hold" selection. Spending 6.5 hours to sort out YOUR mess is bad enough, but listening to the same 2 songs over and over and over and OVER ...

    @VodafoneUK I seem to be having constant problems accessing 4G within london. I am at Wembley Park and I can’t get on the network. I’ve faced similar issues at Ealing Broadway W5 last weekend and central london. I’ve tired stuff u suggested last time but nothing works.

    Just got an email from @VodafoneUK telling me my phone bill is increasing by 8.2% in line with RPI. WTF? Have people with other network providers had this because my contract is almost up and that is a big old hike?
