@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

Customer service "friction mazes" coerce ordinary people to give up & give in (aka pay more) or suffer big losses of energy, time & morale.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not surprised at all that you have been banging your head against a brick wall 😔 They could very easily base the next Indiana Jones movie on the intrepid archeologist trying to navigate his way through the labyrinth that is the Vodafone switchboard as it's frigging awful.

@GeorgeMonbiot A few years ago was charged £2.5k for 3 weeks use of a 4g Vodafone internet ‘dongle’. £2.5k. No words to describe how upsetting and angering the experience. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never again @VodafoneUK.
