  @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

  @VodafoneUK DAY 9 without service!!! Can’t believe the issue you put me on. I couldn’t do any work yesterday!!!!! An adviser told me that would be fixed by yesterday midnight. This is going to be a matter of dispute with CISAS!!!

  @SamMuirGuitar @VodafoneUK Vodaphone was Pareteum Corps. main customer and Pareteum provided this service. Pareteum is bankrupt and Vodaphone is working hard to replace it. Good luck with the transfer.

  The worst customer service I have ever come across @VodafoneUK. Blocked my account for no reason, lots of false information and awful customer service and now cannot talk to anybody. I have never come across such awful service.

  @VodafoneUK Is it possible to get (buy/rent) a fixed IP address for a Vodafone data SIM? If not I need to cancel my contract and find a provider that will allow it.

  So yeah, if you get a circular from @CityFibre or @VodafoneUK saying you can get superfast internet for £30 a month, don’t bother. It’s probably not even plugged in and they’ll keep stalling you and not actually fix it as quickly as they definitely can.

  I would never, ever recommend @VodafoneUK or @CityFibre to anyone after these issues. The only reason I switched from Virgin, which had never had any issues, was the promise of 1GB down AND up. Virgin’s upload speed is rubbish.
