Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

Then I called 191 to find out more, to be told, there hadn’t been a leak. And it was just to get my to change my password?! WTF?!
