@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK Todays update: just spoke with ‘customer relations’: It will be addressed in 3-5 working days. Oh dear, you already told me that FIVE WORKING DAYS AGO. Is it a standard process for @VodafoneUK to continually lie to customers ? This lot has now gone to OFCOM.

@VodafoneUK Stace, I have been called by telephone, emailed, and sent a text message from someone purporting to be from customer relations. They left a phone no. and reference number to call back TODAY before 6pm. I have done so, to be told that they are not in the office until 19th Feb ?!?

@VodafoneUK Problem is previous tenant already cancelled his account more than 30 days ago, why am I still blocked, even when getting a service with another ISP? Previous account owner confirmed he has cancelled the account, but Vodafone hasn’t done it properly.

Can someone help me please @O2 , I got rejected by @VodafoneUK for a contract, despite having 999 credit score. If I apply for a new contract with you, will I likely ‘fail’ the credit checks despite not seeing any clear issues with my credit report??? I pay everything on time.

@VodafoneUK i've been trying to report what seems to be a cell down for the last hour. Your telephone answering system seems cleverly designed to prevent anyone talking to an actual human. How do we tell you when part of your RAN infrastructure is broken?
