@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, currently Northwick Park’s mast is being worked on and none of the on call doctors and nurses have phone signal until 25th March! Dangerous times for patients. Can you make this faster?

@VodafoneUK I have very poor speed on my mobile wifi account. I can't log into my online vodafone account as I don't have a mobile phone and you send a verification text to me. My current speed is 2,82Mbps and I can't even do a live chat as my speed is not fast enough!

@VodafoneUK Seriously, you need to get your Customer Service and your 4G sorted out asap. I've been a customer for 10+ years. Your Customer service is utter ****. And the attitude of your staff is equally ****. I finally cracked and joined @BT Mobile. They have been fantastic!

@VodafoneUK - I am currently in Vienna and my SIM is not working. I have not received the usual “welcome to” text & I cannot send texts, make calls or use my 4G data. I am able to send this as I am hooked to wifi. Can you help please

@FrimblesFarm @VodafoneUK Our BT deal gives us a (free) 4G router plugged in. If the broadband goes down, the 4G kicks in automatically

@VodafoneUK ... Picture this, you've had no internet for 15 days, shameful support from vf, not one update. Then they send you their first update on the issue saying "issue is now fixed", except the issue is not fixed. Vodafone can always do worst, champions of mediocre support.
