  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK oh dear.. not only do your chat team lie, you then offer compensation but never apply it to my bill & to top it off want to put me in a new 24 month contract because I’m moving house or charge me £60 cancellation fee, even though you owe me money. #Shenanigans #scam

  @VodafoneUK hopeless service 3 phone calls I have been a customer for years and decided to do my gamepass through you and pay £22.99 a month. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.

  @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke
