@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK 2 SIM cards arrive & still not activated, instead of activating you send a 3rd out!!! Is an activated SIM card too much to ask? Can’t even get an answer on the phone!! Shoddy service at best! #disappointment

@VodafoneUK Having to contact you myself on far too many occasions to resolve an issue caused your your staff members is shocking. Not only that but to have them raised a complaint and have that COMPLETELY ignored is appalling.

@iD_Mobile_UK @VodafoneUK Hi Sian, I reported it to the Ombudsman but apparently it’s my fault for taking a contract out with you during lockdown. This happens in numerous places, just really frustrating when the service is clearly not as advertised.
