@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

Worst ever customer service from @VodafoneUK I did an online flexi upgrade. They sent me the phone but cancelled my new data plan AND my phone number. I have spent 6 hours on phone and text services to them and no one can help. They also continued to bill me for my old plan.

Reminded what an exemplary service @VodafoneUK provide. Called ref a death & straight through to a specialist, talked to an empathetic human who sorted it all out. Unlike @virginmedia - eventually spoke to the most patronising human ever & not sorted. Guess who I'm sticking with?

@VodafoneUK No that’s not true. My account is in credit. You have disconnected me without my permission or knowledge. I now have no internet connection until sometime in January and there’s nothing I can do about it. Your customer services could not help despite 3 hours on phone.

@VodafoneUK @whatneildid The press release seems to indicate that Voda simply haven’t paid up (enough)… “All mobile operators will be able to access the London Underground WiFi, as well as BAI's neutral host mobile network, which can also be made available to the Emergency Services Network (ESN).”
