    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @VodafoneUK I pay for 5G gigacube however, the 5G light is off and the Internet speeds are unworkable for what we pay. Coverage map for my area says no issues with 5G. Have turned off device for 10 min and turned back on, no resolved. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK been 24 hours since activation and still no Internet. Employees have told me there's no issues on your end and I should be up by midnight.. yeh it's midnight

    @VodafoneUK hi, I cancelled my contract back in Nov, I had a free trial of Discovery+ through Vodafone thats due to end this month, I just want to check that will I won't be charged as I am no longer a Vodafone customer, so no bill to charge on? Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK it’s a shame in this world of technology you can’t fix simple basic functions of a phone - stranded in different country without phone for 7 days- 2hrs with technical help desk n problem not resolved n no contact

    @VodafoneUK just because my son didn't immediately change his contract when he had paid off his hand set you continued to charge the same price...not good customer service
