@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please don't blame the customer service staff. They are often on minimum wage and pressured to meet unrealistic targets with little training. They are supposed to escalate to managers but many are not even told how to do that as they are thrown in the deep end when starting work.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I used to have a Vodafone account, they are incredibly rude when you are not happy with their service. I got rid of hem and was happy to pay a leaving fee because they are very, very unpleasant people.
