@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK No. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Vodafone shouldn't make it so hard for customers to BUY from them! I've been misinformed, the representatives have been unaware of internal Vodafone processes and to top it off, downright rude! I am appalled at the way this has been handled.
