@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK It seems everything is broken over at @VodafoneUK , full fibre pro 2, 4G backup, TOBi and all members of the call Center, not answering calls and cutting everyone off instead of answering the calls, very professional

@VodafoneUK Not even a year into our commitment with Vodafone and yet another outage! Seems to be prominent outages around holidays! Last one was at Christmas for nearly a week! I’m pretty sure I’d pay less elsewhere! This needs sorting asap!
