@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK ordered pro broadband, told will be contacted within 7 days. No contact. Ordered again, still no contact. Chat advisors are lazy and slow. Didnt accept my first name as Sam as wanted Samuel. I am an existing customer but now might cancel. This is a joke.

@VodafoneUK That is not the point, Vodafone have published a number to call. Takes ages to get through, then just no one to take the query. Just a message, ‘we are very busy’. Also no real person to chat. Cannot see the point of your digital chat robot-TOBI!!! Just poor customer service. 🙁

@VodafoneUK So I've given all of my details as requested and still no response. Paying for a service that I'm am not getting, plus all of my other services like sky that I'm paying for but can't access. Apparently blaming cityfibre but I'm your customer so you should taking action.
