@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

You’re new phone system is comfortably the worst in history @VodafoneUK no, I don’t want to speak to Tobi. 6 mins trying to get through your system to speak to someone today. Add on the time yesterday and the hour wasted trying to speak with an advisor on chat.

@VodafoneUK Are you kidding me?? I’ve been trying to get hold of someone all afternoon. On hold for two hours got cut off web chat TWICE!! Now on chat to someone who’s said call tomorrow! Good customer service or what? I’m actually thinking why stick with you!!

@VodafoneUK signal is absolutely shocking. We always had to use sure signal to get any coverage and now you have stopped that. Think I will be going elsewhere when my contract ends after years of being a customer of yours.
