    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom Iโ€™d had a contract for about 15 years. Iโ€™ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and itโ€™s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK I get daily texts off you to upgrade my phone, I get twice daily emails saying an upgrade is ready. Instead of being desperate to get more money out of me. Sort your service out in the CA7 area!
