@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK Please can you advise if there is a mass outage (or in Braintree at least) or are we being mislead by your support team? Up to 72h to find out an update on a fix isn't a helpful enough SLA for business broadband.

I just spent an hour and 10 minutes on an online chat with @VodafoneUK customer services. An utterly demoralising and fruitless exercise, and they actually "hung up" on me! I am feeling most disgruntled currently....
