@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK I’ve now tried a total of 4 hours of trying to contact you regarding cancellation. Your phones don’t connect, Tobi is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. You’re a telecommunications company yet you can’t communicate. But you will keep taking my money. Awful servce
