@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

Just as a heads up, if anyone has service with @ThreeUK and they expect it to work in go roam countries, they should think again. And Three will insist that they have no obligation to reimburse a bill when their service isn't as advertised. I'd go with @VodafoneUK or @EE instead

@VodafoneUK You always just tell me there's work being done in the area and the signal will improve soon. I literally have ZERO bars! All anyone wants is the signal in Govan to EXIST! That seems like such a low bar we're asking you to achieve and yet......

Well this has been a complete waste of a day. Because of @VodafoneUK I missed out on an important appointment AND I just missed another important call cos I had zero phone signal. No one can get hold of me by phone - but I'm paying every month for this?

@VodafoneUK I can't get into my account, password is correct but used forgot password, sent me a temporary one but still getting a 'password incorrect' error. Can't get on live chat, keeps timing out. Are there known problems? Just want to check my terrible upgrade options...

I was wondering why I couldn’t connect to WiFi on the Tube the other day. Turn out @VodafoneUK have decided to drop @TfL WiFi for their customers. Kept that one quiet! 🙄 Might have to check out other networks that don’t pull the rug from under me. Bill same; service worse.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed that my vulnerable mother is continuing to be billed for a service she doesn't use. Despite me spending hours on the phone last week and settling her balance. It's horrible to see a relative being taken advantage off...please help.
