@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK My resolution is to tell everybody I can how abysmal VF customer service and accountability is. Having to wait more than 4 weeks to get broadband, not being communicated with and then being offered an insulting £5 a day for each day of delay.

@VodafoneUK Hello, yes, it is happening on both wired and WiFi connections. During the online chat they did a line check and said the problem would be resolved but it isn’t.

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried it all. Connects to the modem but has no internet. Run diagnostics, says no internet. Called Vodafone says it’s an outage. But all houses around have internet. We haven’t had wifi in weeks…

@VodafoneUK And having waited 4 weeks, phoning VF complaints to be told that they can’t offer further compensation, being told that customer services will phone to discuss my case within 10 (TEN!) days. Appalling service.

@VodafoneUK Hang on a minute, unless I cancel you keep on charging me for a phone I have already paid for? Feels somewhat fraudulent or malpractice at the very least. I've had no email or text.
