@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK to voda phone, tried to speak to your customer service before but they were not helpful at all, there’s been a GDPR error and you’ve set my contract up under my mums name but i’m 20 years old so that’s obviously incorrect

@VodafoneUK meant to be switching last week. call from you today. Outcome after me having to plug new router in....oh no, our engineers know it's not working they'll be there on the 15th. What was the point? Stop wasting my time. Not good before you even provide a service!

@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - install broadband that engineer tells me from offset won’t work as connections are broken in box in my neighbourhood. Then spend ages on phone and online trying to sort at my own expense. Will be cancelling as soon as I can get anyone to do it
