@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@AppleSupport can you stop holding back iPhone 14 Pro Max units. UK network providers like @EE and @VodafoneUK are quoting 3-4 weeks before customers can get hold of one. It’s ridiculous and poor!

@VodafoneUK Seems your claiming great coverage indoors and outdoors . So why are we paying for a Vodafone Internet Dongle that doesn’t work -and all your customer service want to do is upgrade the package to one that costs more and still doesn’t work. Still trying to tweet this but No G .

Paying £28.00 a month for broadband that can't connect to our sky box, cannot download an android samsung phone update, so had to turn off WiFi and do it via my mums mobile data which I'm hoping won't cost a fortune, just want to leave @VodafoneUK as there's a new issue everyday
