Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

DiKey (@xcetveli) reported@VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.

Hello Purgatory (@HelloPurgatory) reported@VodafoneUK is it true you're being forced to upgrade customers on Fibre 2 to a higher package as @GOVUK are removing this fibre service & upgrading the cables rendering fibre 2 redundant by the end of 2027? I've just been told this by your staff at retentions.
