Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

Polly Rhodes (@Entailleur) reported from Oake, England@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.

Just hang up. It looks official, SMS phone numbers and emails all look real but are 100% fake. Not Vodafone

Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

Lee Harris-hamer (@harris_hamer) reported@VodafoneUK is an absolute disgrace. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, I have 5 lines with for my business and pay over £200 per month, I’ve had no phone network for over 5 days, beeen to the shop twice, an excess of over 8 hours rining customer service 1)

Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
