Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

Possibly nearly 50+ different agents and still no solutions! They’ve admitted the problems and promised to make it all okay (on repeat)

I am travelling this weekend and you leave your customer with no service whatsoever. Not even can make a call. Absolutely disgusted and exhausted.

Hidden charges, sudden price hikes and a ridiculous online text advisor not fit for purpose. Plus ‘advisor’ accusing me of lying about another offer from another service provider.
