    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK why do you whack our bills above inflation every year, it's bad enough you don't allow free picture messages unlike sister site voxi who give you free picture messages in October I will have no choice to go down to SIM only or contract free service you prices are

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬

    I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.

    Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

    Still no signal @VodafoneUK if anyone is thinking of getting a contract with @VodafoneUK please avoid at all cost. May as well use a potato it would probably have better signal
