    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    My day with the idiots at @VodafoneUK gets better - having cut off my SIM before the new one arrives, I've stuck a PAYG SIM in to keep me connected for a few days - topped it up, can see the money leave my bank, but not applied to my credit. #fail after #fail with these thieves!

    @Mobilescouk @VodafoneUK Why on earth would you do that!? Don't people need to keep using their phones between ordering renewal and receiving the replacement SIM!? This is madness, utter stupidity, and I'm mindful to cancel and tell you where to go!

    @VodafoneUK I never realised a network provider could be so awful until I joined Vodafone uk. If you want to use Wi-fi calling (a regular thing on most phones) you have to raise an order which can take up to 48 hours.

    @VodafoneUK why why why why why why why is your customer support so shockingly terrible. It was bad enough when it was just bad but now you can’t even speak to ANYONE just puts me to that useless chat where your it cuts you off. Meanwhile you’ve cancelled my direct debit !

    @NickNairn @VodafoneUK You are not stupid Nick but financial sales incentives to sell a product known to be flawed are why we find ourselves in this position. I don’t have an answer other than bi them and all who follow you should do likewise. I would not touch Vodaphone with a stick.

    @VodafoneUK Many thanks to Adam for sorting out an IT problem on my mobile phone. It had annoyed me for weeks. A quick tweet or two with Adam and my phone is working again. We don't always take time to praise Companies when things go right. Thank you Adam.
