@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK @beauty_useless I don't care whose voice it is. She sounds like somebody with laryngitis shouting like a maniac while bouncing up and down on a hard chair. It's excessively irritating. I'm never buying anything from vodaphone.

@dustymears @VodafoneUK Just been on to them....another 48 hour wait while the tech team duagnose something we told them last September. This is going to get escalated. @VodafoneUK this is the worst customer service I've ever seen, you're currently beating British Gas and that takes some doing! 🤬

@VodafoneUK No. And the mailshot doesn't refer to being an existing customer. Nor would that work - the £3 discount by for that would that the price down to £36. Not £37.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I am twitting you directly because you should know the situation. I am a vodafone internet(redbox) customer from Turkey. Vodafone Turkey's service is horrible, gross !!! They are stealing thousands money. They even don't have twitter account!!

@VodafoneUK But that's not the point. The mailshot isn't saying it's an offer. It's clearly and obviously stating the price. You are directly marketing a service at that p I've by posting this. Why are you doing so if you aren't willing to honour that price?
