@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

For anyone on @VodafoneUK not having an iPhone 13 dispatch notice...apparently it's a courier problem, for my delivery at least. Not sure if I believe that but.

@VodafoneUK what an absolute shambles Vodafone preorders are. Once again without fail,despite preordering within an hour of opening,it’s been a total mess with staff lying to get sales and systems reporting incorrect information. Numerous false messages..#disappointing #iPhone13
