@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK i did call and they were no help and said that they cannot change the channel for me, and because of the update im unable to change the channel myself, if i ring them then all im doing is wasting time as they cannot do it, how about you arrange them to ring me!?

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking service from your call centre. Promised a call back earlier in the week as problem on my account, never received one, tried calling again and just been told I should know what I’m doing! Possibly the rudest adviser I’ve ever spoken too !

@VodafoneUK 1/2 Hi mark i have just spent the last 45 minutes on the phone to somebody that bearly understood the english i was speaking, turns out that the channel change function for ALL customers is didabled and that the "broadband technical support" are UNABLE to change the channel...

It’s 4am & I have never had more #anxiety in my life thanks to @VodafoneUK complete incompetence resulting in no broadband for 2 weeks after promising they can move it to a new address only for me to find out on the day they haven’t actioned anything at all. I truly despise you.
