    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    Credit to @VodafoneUK where it’s due. I reported my broadband dropping yesterday afternoon. I spoke to Kim on the phone who was incredibly helpful and booked an Openreach engineer, who arrived first thing today and sorted the problem (which wasn’t simple). Thanks!

    @VodafoneUK any chance of my complaint being addressed at any point. Customer for almost 20 years. Complaint moved to ‘deadlock’ time scale now lapsed. It was moved to ‘deadlock’ without me being informed or the timescale being explained to me.

    @VodafoneUK may aswell just admitted defeat that my network are not going to arrange a replacement handset but there still going to collect there money 5 weeks no phone absolute shambles of a network where the staff are simply not interested in the people who pay there wages

    @CityFibre Had Gigafast Broadband installed on December 18th. Engineers said there's a problem with fibre cable and couldn't connect. Still not connected despite numerous chats to @VodafoneUK Can you check this out?

    @VodafoneUK Been with Vodafone 15 years and 'upgrade' on 3rd Dec. The phone never turned up and every time i ring they fob me off saying they are investigating. I am now getting messages saying i owe a bill for a phone I've never had. Very disappointing

    @VodafoneUK Absolute disgrace that I go through your Upgrade button on your app and you then decide to open up an extra line and charge me an extra £200 AND TELL ME ITS MY FAULT? told I have no right to a refund when I have been a customer for over 10 years? Absolute disgrace
