@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK disappointed in your service. My wife lost her phone last week. After ordering a new sim card you sent it to the old address. Yesterday she went a 100 mile round trip to the nearest shop to be given a sim card that needed to be activated before she could get a phone

Hey @VodafoneUK I have an eSIM in my phone, I bought a new phone. How do I get my eSIM from my old phone into my new phone? Your website doesn’t help, your app doesn’t help. Your chat bot VERY much doesn’t help! Surely it can’t be that difficult?!

Since I have upgraded my phone to a Samsung S21 my phone signal has been really bad and stuck at one bar instead of full, has anyone else had this, is it a problem or doesn't matter @VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile

@VodafoneUK 5 years ago I closed my account and despite settling my balance you said I owed you £29.00 for a dongle I never received. Now it’s on my credit score and I can’t get a mortgage! Absolute criminals - please get this resolved ASAP or I will go to ombudsman
