@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to your team and they’re telling me 9-15 days wait. I knew there was a problem but after trying to get through for 24 hours I’ve had to find out myself there’s an error and now I’ve got to wait. How is this fair? Fed up of being messed around.

Having an absolute **** time with @VodafoneUK custom service. Calls and data haven’t worked properly on my phone for 18 months.. tried several time to get the phone fixed and nothing is working. They won’t let me leave the contract even though they aren’t providing a service. 👍🏻
