    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    I hate and detest chat support! 20 mins into trying to sort a problem with @VodafoneUK and chat lost, puft, gone. and still the broadband is like a yoyo. why do you need a photo of the bloody phone socket anyway!

    @MickeyCaskill Noticed this a while ago and assumed from the absence of the logo this was commercial. Still a sucky thing to do, I've been a @VodafoneUK customer for a decade and after some crap customer service experiences this will prob nudge me to a competitor

    @VodafoneUK It is extremely disappointing that you have quietly stopped supporting Wifi on the London Underground. This is a major reason to switch providers. So many people were reliant on this service. How come you took this decision without even consulting with your customers?

    @VodafoneUK Terrible service from Vodafone. Been a loyal customer for over 10yrs. Have four phone contracts with you. Mobile broadband has been useable since end of April. Going to OfCom now and will systematically move from Vodafone to @O2

    @VodafoneUK what the hell is going on with your coverage in North Hampshire? I, for the fifth day have no service in the hospital I work in and rely on being able to be contacted. I'm really disappointed
