    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK I'm a QWERTY board user, but you're insisting on getting rid of the network that supports the phones that support this ability, since I am a disabled customer, who can't use a touch screen. Totally over the tech industry, ONLY thinking of able body users, like we don't exist too!

    Anyone managed to get in touch with either a human being or Ai bot @VodafoneUK appalling customer service and I want to spend money with them Ffs - simple transaction to change to a sim only deal and their systems fail - 25mins into a web chat and no progress

    @VodafoneUK My message to Vodafone in a DM conversation. Think I got a response? If you had your customers welfare at heart, you would have a contingency for errors you make. Youve cleared my account and left my kids hungry. I will be making this public. I am disgusted.

    @VodafoneUK your 'cyber attack' (absolute rubbish) seems to be affecting the network in South London/Surrey too. You've managed to be more of a sh*tshow at providing anything other than 1mbps mobile Internet for weeks. At least I used to get 5G a few times a week before.

    @VodafoneUK I want to talk to a human being! Do you have any working for you? You keep sending emails to my old (hacked) email address which is about to be disconnected. I have changed my details to a new email online but you still send to the old one. No choices on yr Help!!!

    @VodafoneUK Anyone available to call me to discuss my problem with my account? Would like to speak with someone in the UK who has knowledge of Vodafone One Number, One Net Express and my virtual landline which has now been disconnected over a month ago in order to connect my Apple Watch!!
