    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK @A31855212 My children only have 2gb of internet on there tablets ? Can this not be changed while the broadband is out I have 3 children doing A levels , Gcse , and SATS , the weather is awful and it’s perfect time to get the revision in .

    @mullet78 @VodafoneUK I’ve lost a days wage as wfh. I’ll be leaving if no compensation. Can’t afford to lose that much money through no fault of my own and the backup dongle I pay extra for has never worked.

    @VodafoneUK @Aexp0rt I have just spoken with a mate at OpenReach and this issue is all Vodafone - and nothing to do with the national network. The issue appears to be a BH weekend system update that has gone very wrong...

    @malcy86 @VodafoneUK If they even suggested compensation I’d probably choke on my beer. 1,2,10 or even 1000 people could leave and they wouldn’t acknowledge it. Can see me jumping to Zen as they rarely ever have these issues. @VodafoneUK is UKs biggest what exactly?

    @VodafoneUK On hold this morning for 2 hours before being cut off with no reply. All the messages told me to check online for help getting back online..??? 🤔 Even the app needs to be online to provide information about how to get online. It's almost as if no thought has gone into it

    @SueCasanove @VodafoneUK Disconnect all wires except power and restart router. The problem is with the Vodafone servers and your router thinks it’s connected correctly, so 4G will not kick in. If you just have the power connected the 4G will work
