@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

All evening frequent interruption, buffering, momentary hesitations - yet had garden dug up and holes drilled in wall to get a service worse than my original copper wire that costs x2 more! @VodafoneUK - if this is the best technology we have in UK then heaven help us! @ofcom

@VodafoneUK worst I have ever had I have 3 phones with them and contracts Samsung s20 plus cannot make calls disconnect every time ring Vodafone please do this please do that we done everything same on 3 occasions but won’t do anything to sort I want contract terminated

In process of running my contracts down so I can finally get away from the awful customer service they provide. Spoke to 10 different advisors on chat in 2 days for a 'simple return' they pass you on

@VodafoneUK I used the ‘2 for £7’ Vue cinema tickets reward to book for Friday but unfortunately the cinema had to close due to restrictions. I’ve been refunded by Vue but have been told that I should be issued new codes via Vodaphone. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK @swedishnutlathe Who answers these tweet as what you say in them doesn’t really happen I have 3 contracts 1 phone sams20plus cannot make or receive calls line drops can only use WiFi calls have been in touch 3 times each call 90min in length done same thing over and over need contract terminate
