@VodafoneUK thanks for our upgrade from FTTH500 to FTTH900. We now have no fibre and no solution. You only needed to adjust the profile and now I’m unable to work. Even the Pro 4g WiFi doesn’t hold and drops.

@VodafoneUK Hi Callum, I decided 1.5 hours was already long enough so instead, I spent a full ten minutes shouting at my Vodafone router. I said some truly horrible things to it. I'll apologise to it before it goes in the bin once the router from my new provider arrives.

@vodafone @VodafoneUK @vodafonecom i cant believe it, being abroad for a while and i come back to my number not working. After researching, it seems its potentially been recycled. This is ridiculous, can you provide a reasonable response and fix this issue?

@VodafoneUK Thank you Richie, but if they can’t correct things after 3 exhausting calls, then I doubt you’ll be able to help. We’ve asked them to cancel the whole order. Let’s see if they screw that up too. You work for a bad company Richie.
