@VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK @Sadunzylmz I have to say that l’ve been using Vodafone for years including the uk. Unfortunately Vodafone in Turkey does not treat its customers kindly. They charge me even though l didn’t buy an extra package. They don’t solve this problem of mine.

@bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?

  • WonGooGooGaGa WonGooGooGaGa (@WonGooGooGaGa) reported

@VodafoneUK Your messaging service is awful Dean. Almost as awful as the customer service previously encountered

@VodafoneUK are saying I'm eligible to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy Fold Flip Z Fold or whatever it's called. I'd sooner prefer an @Apple iPhone 13 if I can help it, but I have concerns over the price of it!

  • KateMeeks4 Kate (@KateMeeks4) reported

@VodafoneUK Why don’t you let people upgrade tablets online? Otherwise I’d have upgraded a while ago. Not good on the phone or in person but paying a huge amount still for effectively a broken iPad.

@VodafoneUK Hi. My engineer broke down en route. I need to speak to someone urgently but the live chat is faulty. Please help.

  • ercan_ezin Ercan Ezin (@ercan_ezin) reported

@VodafoneUK What is wrong with your customer service. I spent a lot of time to just simply switch from pay monthly to pay as you go! Why is this simple request taking weeks for you to do!

is the vodafone app down #Vodafone @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

  • Sickpillow 𝙎𝙩𝙪 (@Sickpillow) reported

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK you try to justify putting phone bills up by 8% saying its investment into making the company better but then offer free coffees almost every other Friday. Cut out the free crap and spam texts, just lower bills? No need to keep jump on the band wagon and up prices
