@VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK already spoken to multiple advisors, done the resets, the turn offs, airplane modes, downloaded a eSim, tried multiple phones with the physical sim, US iphone 13 pro max. i’m expecting a credit refund for the 30 days i’ll be away from the UK if the service stays bad

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK If you can't get a reliable business grade service from one provider you might want to consider getting contracts with two providers, one DSL (e.g. BT) and one cable (e.g. Virgin) and set up your wireless network so you can tolerate one of them going offline.

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Do not use Talk Talk. We have them with Fibre. Completely useless customer service and the connectivity was better with normal broadband. We were going swap to Vodafone too!

@wilsondan @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot To be honest its actually the best network here (but not by much) Next choice from locals I have previously had conversations with is 3. We are in a "geographically challenged" area. We still only get basic Freeview telly for example - but we do get RTE so I dunno....
