    @VodafoneUK @ninjaclaire73 For the past few weeks I have had issues with my Vodafone services. I go through hours at a time with no signal at all, not even one bar. As if my SIM card isn't installed, but it IS. I demand compensation or early termination, I'm paying for a service I am not receiving

    @VodafoneUK all very well using Twitter and other sites to find out about my broadband outage but if you have no internet how are you supposed to know what’s going on? Couldn’t even Google a number to report it! Appalling customer service. Your broadband app was useless.

    @heatherr94 @VodafoneUK I’m having problems with my apple stuff HomePods icloud etc slow loading, but when I turn off wifi everything apart from my HomeKit loads fine

    @VodafoneUK 5 hours on the web chat with customer care team. Passed through 11 agents, still going... 3 problems. None resolved. Wi-Fi disruptions all the time. Miss sold on payment and have been over charged. Can’t exit my contact without a £160 fee. Super WiFi??? CRAZY

    @VodafoneUK Hi, it's 2213 hrs and my whole house is dark as all my smart home lights were connected to my Vodafone Pro BB. The support team have no resolution time. So much for being a pro customer? Are there any updates on the issue/resolution time? Even worse, no proactive comms from VF!!
