    My DMs now being ignored after 2 replies back. On the phone to them again this morning, the line went silent after giving my number to the rep- they’ve either hung up or they’ve got no service issues too 😵 waited 10 minutes & hung up. Calling back! @VodafoneUK #shocking

    @VodafoneUK I'm disappointed that I haven't received a reply from Vodafone . I sent a few DM's. Please can the Manager contact me. This is very frustrating. Vodafone take too long to reply. Sometimes loyalty does not count for anything. I been a loyal long standing customer

    @VodafoneUK Well I used Twitter as a last option as I was waiting for over 3 hours on the phone to speak to someone after I received a text asking me to contact them to discuss what they could do. I just wanted to raise my complaint with you

    @VodafoneUK that's another hour wasted 'chatting' to someone who clearly was unable to comprehend a very simple problem and again I'm left frustrated. At least you tried but time to let Jeroen Hoencamp know what I think of his company... Not existent customer service STILL

    @VodafoneUK 6th day without the internet. Vodafone agents have been promising swift response but after 5 days of complaining. Vodafone has failed to restore the service. Does anyone in Vodafone has any idea what is going on? Do you actually care about customer service?
