    @VodafoneUK @sainsburys For nearly four I was on chat. I told them to cancel everything. On which they said they would. I have now looked on to my banking Vodafone have still put up a direct debit on my account. That has now been deleted. I do not want any Vodafone products at all from Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely APPALLED with Vodafone's customer service. Pay through the nose for a pro plan - I've had no internet access for 3 months. Called numerous times, engineer been out multiple times, been sent new router, spent HOURS on the phone to get (1)

    @VodafoneUK What is going on with your Wi-Fi service?? Absolutely ridiculous!! Switched from BT n the hopes we would have continuous FAST & CONSTANT connection but it’s just been an absolute. Are you going to help your customers or keep referring us to a useless team of people??

    @VodafoneUK Have tried to cancel my mobile (contracted ended 4th Dec 22) twice online. I eventually did this face to face in store. I have still been charged full price this month! Awful company worse customer service.
