    After almost 12 years with @VodafoneUK, I have moved my PAYG U.K. SIM to @ThreeUK, and it was the best thing I’ve done recently! @VodafoneUK’s unfriendly and complicated way (the only option is to have a BOT chat) to easily top up one’s PAYG data was the main reason! Never again!

    @VodafoneUK - your customer service call system is appalling. Sends me round in circles then automatically hangs up and sends me to online chat which doesn't help.

    @VodafoneUK do you know when the mast will be fixed at IG2 6QJ? I’ve complained about it soo many times, but customer devices can’t give any updates. Me and brother joined Vodafone and apart from the 1st week it’s been a total nightmare and I’ve been told it’s because of the mast
