@VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

It’s about time @Ofcom set a cap on phone companies. Putting up prices by CPI + 3.9% annually is disgusting. That’s a hike of 9.3% for 2022. Does it really cost @bt_uk or @VodafoneUK nearly 10% more to deliver the same service. Has anyone’s wages gone up by 10%. No…thought not!

No broadband since 23 Jan, engineer booked for 9 Feb didn't turn up, phone calls put on hold, "customer service" is a chatbot - yet payments all taken out 😶 @VodafoneUK please cancel my contract with immediate effect.

@VodafoneUK Still no network coverage or WiFi. I’ve contacted your wifi experts but their one “maybe” hasn’t worked. Im a key worker supposedly on call for work but after nearly 4 days no timescale to fix this? Perhaps you could pay for EE or BT contract until you sort it out?

Does anyone know about how to hold companies to account re customer service? @VodafoneUK's service is so horrifically bad and clearly designed to avoid helping, I think it must be breaking some rules. If you're thinking of joining them - don't! @OmbudServices

@VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK my son has tried to get an answer regarding his phone number transfer, he keeps being told 24 hours the next day 48 hours, it was meant to be transferred on Monday, then tried to speak to a manager, but the adviser Fatma refused to do, appalling service
