    So just had a new iPhone 12 sent out from @VodafoneUK and it doesn’t come with a charger ? Do i have to shoot out and get one before the battery gets to 50% and then it wont update? 1st world problems. And whilst I’m at it covid is a bell end

    @VodafoneUK Wish you would tell your customers what’s actually happening instead of fobbing us off me and my partner ordered the iPhone 12 pro and pro max on flexi and got told 2-5days the. Email said 1-2 weeks now being told 2-4 weeks keep ur customers up to date instead of being ****

    @VodafoneUK shocking service... I want to use my new iPhone 12 pro max with my works sim, however Vodafone won’t unlock phone for 3 month. I’m still paying you over £70 for the contract. You would much rather cancel my contract rather than unlock the phone..stupid business sense

    @VodafoneUK Hiya, interested in taking up an offer you sent me for fibre broadband in PL27 but as me and my partner both work from home, how long of an interruption in service is this likely to cause as we both obviously need it 7 days a week for business?
