    @VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone simply cannot provide a reliable service. I need to be back online urgently. Twice in a month is just not acceptable. All Vodafones' promises of great speed and service are meaningless.

    So now my complaints handler is on holiday and no one is willing to help sort my internet out @VodafoneUK complete and utter joke of a company. Next steps advice anyone? Ofcom/Legal? Any suggestions. Oh and no engineer booked so still no internet date.

    @VodafoneUK @O2 I was just checking the status of the mast on Sunningdale Road, HD4 5DX. (or any other mast which is close) This one appears to be an O2/Vodafone mast. Signal in my area is dreadful, O2 say there's a mast issue in the area and I just wanted to check the estimated repair date.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve switched over to get a better service and 3 days in and no internet. I’ve been waiting all day for a @CityFibre technician and no updates. Very poor customer service!When can I expect to get my internet back when I desperately need it for work?!

    @VodafoneUK poor smart app, failed to accept payment. Poorer returns and refund process going to have to wait another week (total 3) for my refund.... Hey ho no more business from me...

    @VodafoneUK didn't give us our @amazon £100 voucher, they sent a faulty hub and took advantage of my elderly farther. The openreach tech just confirmed its a broken hub. But @Vodacom111 try to blame my dad for their incompetence. DISGUSTING, I should go to the ombudsman😡😡SCAM
