@VodafoneUK This is getting nowhere. There is no "complaint form" in the link you provided. The only what I can find there is "chat to us", "call us" or your postal address.

As expected, both offers of help here on Twitter from @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp were illusionary dead ends. Completely and utterly fruitless. A mountain of rhetoric and absolutely no one with the power, or interest to help. Modern customer service 🤌

@VodafoneUK for some reason you have duplicated my account and I was unable to cancel my contract, was promised a call back within 48 hours to resolve and nothing. Meanwhile I’m now paying for two phone contracts - can someone get in touch please?

More from my @VodafoneUK saga. I wanted to open an official complaint about how my broadband upgrade was handled. During 1hr conversation they: -offered £10(about £0.80/hr of my time) -refused to open a complaint -refused to give email of the complaint dep. Time to contact @Ofcom
