    @VodafoneUK He cancelled his DD - nobody else could do that. The phone / sim hasn’t been used for years. He is deaf - as your staff can testify to. What part of “he wants to cancel his contract” is in any doubt?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Day 11 of NO broadband, rang up to find out where replacement router is after u accidentally disconnected us, now told that's cancelled too, & need to wait 2 more weeks for new router. Absolute joke! No I don't want to DM. One less customer #vodagone

    @VodafoneUK Get the signal fixed covering Titchfield in Hampshire, which I raised in December. Call me back when you promise to. Take my DD every month without fail and if you do fail do not hassle me for non-payment. Put your prices up to levels where you can employ intelligent staff

    @HPSupport @VodafoneUK I wondered could you together help me with some advice on how to print to HP Envy 5000 from a laptop using Vodafone wifi dongle? Rest of household using another broadband connection so don't want to switch printer completely to the dongle wifi.
