@VodafoneUK i tried contacting customer service, waited 44 mins on hold, at the same time online to a virtual rep, not at all helpful. Just need to resolve a tech issue with my apple watch. But yet its taking more than a week to resolve. Any help?

@VodafoneUK not sure why you bother asking people to DM you when social media team can not do anything as its with the complaints team unless it's just to make other customers believe you listen & can help & stop people talking publicly about failing your customers for 6+ months

Hi @VodafoneUK the service today on the Waterloo to Basingstoke line has been awful. 3G coverage for most of the journey to London and back with 4G in patches. What’s going on?

@VodafoneUK It’s all pointless delays, you say there is no problem with the networks in my area, yet both my son and wife can’t get reception in ouf home, you clearly have no intention of really helping and are happy for me to continue paying for a service that is not what was sold

@VodafoneUK is Vodafone aware that 4G data feeds are not working on IG Index since their outage Sunday. I understand some problems have been sorted but this still not working. If you switch to Wi-fi problem is solved definitely the 4G network.
