@VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK she has spoken numerous times with Vodafone who said she needs to speak with ee or new provider. Question why can Vodafone block a phone not purchased through them and refuse to allow it to be used on any chosen network after contract is up? 2/2

@VodafoneUK Please explain Mo how an independent mobile phone shop identified the phone locked to the Vodafone network then. I never told them who the previous provider was so unless the guy was a mind reader or time traveller he would have no way of knowing Vodafone were involved. More lies

Why am I paying for @VodafoneUK to supply me a service that KEEPS crapping out on me? Twice today I’ve lost broadband. Little red light flashing away. Had to reboot the router and then wait ages for anything to happen. Getting real sick of this shoddy service.

@VodafoneUK so my mum bought a mobile from ee, then after 2 years moved to Vodafone on sim only, she moved to another network but sim saying network blocked, Vodafone claim they haven't locked phone but independant mobile phone shop checked and its locked to Vodafone network 1/2
