@VodafoneUK Hi i'm having issues with my mobile internet. It's been at around 40-50Mbps for years but today it's maxing out at 1.4mbps download with only 1.8 upload. There's no reports of issues in my area so what is going on? Please contact me so i can give more info thx.

@VodafoneUK The phone is now not as a choice when I try to upgrade. I feel worried that new customers only will be able to purchase this. What reassurances are there that this will be available to an existing customer? Can we not preorder? Or recieve notificstions when in stock?

@VodafoneUK I knew I should have stayed with ee. A bit more expensive but rarely had a problem in my 15 years of them. Sometimes a cheaper contract isn't worth the headache.

Got to feel sorry for the @VodafoneUK staff on Twitter. None of the problems that Vodafone cause for their customers are the front line staff's fault, and they take the brunt of consequences of horrifically badly "made" systems right royally hacking off their customers.
