@VodafoneUK 3 days now and I’ve maybe had a couple of hours of phone service. Just as well we aren’t all working from home and don’t need to call anybody 🙄. Sort it out please.

  • _batuhanozdemir Batuhan Ozdemir (@_batuhanozdemir) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, I booked today to connect internet via your broadband service, but I still see a red light on my router. I’m currently doing everything online and my extra mobile data pack is almost ending due to this problem. When I’m going to have my broadband?!

  • tttyaatw Dave Forbes (@tttyaatw) reported

@SJFARRELL75 @VodafoneUK @Vodafone_CEO Dont believe anything they say, your just a $ sign to them, worst customer service I have ever come across, do yourself a favour and move on..

@VodafoneUK 3rd March now. No signal for 8 days now. Is there a new update on the mast?

  • Paloresow Kernow Loves #Fañch (@Paloresow) reported

@Lance63 @VodafoneUK Hah. Try most Penwydh Kledhbarth. Lucky to receive Radio 4, never mind 4 bars reception. TBH it's pretty great.

  • rajeebg Be Factual (@rajeebg) reported

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK Customers being increased but infra remains same affecting existing customers of getting sufficient network. This must change and #VodafoneIdea customers should not be made to suffer

  • cluckyhen0 kristy brown (@cluckyhen0) reported

@kiangii @VodafoneUK Lame reply again. They don’t believe I can’t receive their texts, asking when I last took out a contract with them, what my last bill is. As a PAYG customer it’s kind of hard to answer. If I call them it’s £2.40a min and if they ring me £1.60 a min - they won’t call my. Landline

@Lance63 @VodafoneUK What terrible journalism! Of course the villagers are fed up but the journalist appears to have made no effort to explain or get to the root of the problem and question those responsible. You can't hear the woman in the video properly. Why Vodafone? What about Openreach?
