Adrian Rogers (@AJRAllModCons) reportedHey @VodafoneUK - can someone contact me? Four years ago you cancelled my contract because you had no signal in my village. I’ve been to borrow money today for the first time in 40 years. I have no credit rating because you say I owe £890 from 4 years ago. I’ve spent 6 hours

Lynne Is Reading (@lynneisreading) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

UniversalWifeOfStrawberryBlossom (@WifeBlossom) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my husband died I tried to speak to Three to cancel his mobile plan. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!

Marie Jarvie 🇪🇺 #MDANT (@mariejarvie) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.
