    @VodafoneUK The network status showed everything as fine. If you looked at social media you saw that wasn’t the case. I understand a solution isn’t instant but acknowledgment of the outage would suffice.

    @VodafoneUK utterly UESLESS service. I am beyond disappointed with your LACK of service and support with all aspects of your network and your customer service teams. So disappointed and angry. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone to deal with this service provider.

    @VodafoneUK - slow to dropped speeds, and now no internet for the whole day at all. Via web chat, an engineer may attend within 72 hours Working from home and can’t wait another 2 days. Please could you kindly look into this? St Albans area.

    @VodafoneUK @thehuish I have been told by a member of your technical support team that there is still maintenance ongoing in my area and this may affect my connectivity. Therefore the problem clearly not yet fixed!

    @VodafoneUK Yes, you do have a cancellations team on webchat. I've spoken to them at length. Repeatedly. But you're implying they can cancel broadband, which they cannot. So, once again, can you please stop misleading your customers, and acknowledge you cannot do this. Thanks.
