@davesleney @VodafoneUK EE / BT are pretty good. I was with them before and switched to Vodafone which was a mistake and they were terrible. Awful customer service and awful network

@VodafoneUK can we talk about the #gigacube £30 per month and the 4G on my mobile phone is faster and more reliable? #gigacube drops signal, and is very very slow - can’t play online gaming, movies constantly buffer #vodafone

@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to sales, been on with your online reps…nothing. 20yrs a customer, wanting to charge me an upgrade fee, offering some of the worst deals going and not prepared to reward loyalty. No one will even ring me, I have to ring you and be put on hold for 20mins at a time

@OpenreachHelp I have logged an issue QIS71527. But you have not given a reason as to why you stopped installing the fibre ducting when over 2/3s of the estate has been completed. My broadband is so unreliable its extremely frustrating @Ofcom @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to upgrade my broadband for 2 weeks, however there was apparently a problem with the upgrades system, i was told on call it would be fixed by it by the 27th, it still isn’t, so i called again, they then said the 30th/31st
