    @VodafoneUK couldn’t find anywhere on your www to say well done….for making a new data SIM easy to set up & use. First attempt with competition resulted in me jumping up & down on the SIM, before dumping. Didn’t help…but I felt better. Anyway…thanks. 👍

    @VodafoneUK Hi again, back on same problem as 14 Dec. I need to speak to someone but cannot use the live chat as it is not recognising the account no. The company that run our mobile contracts - mine with Vodafone and Mum's with another provider tried to help- they were given an accesscode

    @VodafoneUK hi I can’t find my temporary mobile number and need one in order to join your network. My phone arrived and I have my PAC number from my old network but apparently need a temporary phone number to register? I wasn’t given one…can someone help please?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I live in a 5G area and often switch to 3G as it’s faster. Your network is a joke. Will be moving providers as soon as my contracts up.
