    @VodafoneUK do you have a complaints form/link? Need to raise a complaint as you would be the reason a mortgage can be declined because you never sent a letter to say there was still a fee to pay when contract ended.

    @VodafoneUK Still no service for my area. Getting ridiculous. Yesterday I was unable to call 111 for my son. I ended up taking him to A&E. How hard are you trying to fix this problem that you're aware of that's been going on for months now?

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They treated my dad absolutely appalling. Would not speak to me despite me offering more health information than necessary. Brother had to drive seriously sick dad 20miles to a shop AND THEY STILL COCKED IT UP. Extremely bizarrely unprofessional customer care

    @VodafoneUK So the serious complaint I sent to Vodafone appears to be being handled in India? REALLY? You've lost £280 and filed incorrect info on my credit report - I expected compensation, NOT TO BE TOLD ITS MY FAULT AND TOLD TO SEND BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT. COME ON!!!!

    @AntonyCosta @VodafoneUK I just changed from Vodafone to Giffgaff. Shuda done it years ago. @Vodafone customer service is an absolute embarrassment. The app is terrible. The data charges are daylight robbery. I don't know how they still exist.

    @VodafoneUK Easier said than done, I’ve had the worst ever experience with Vodafone close to a mental breakdown what you have caused , I want this whole thing looking into or I’m going straight to the financial ombudsman because let’s be real Vodafone havnt really got a leg to stand on
