    @GeoffKitchener @VodafoneUK I normally don't have a problem I've been with them years but I paid for my phone to be delivered next day or next available day, time I'm gonna wait I could have choosen free delivery and waited 3-4 days cause gonna be 3rd day tomorrow

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking!! Rubbish signal in our area since July. Complained numerous times/escalated it-receive phone calls from Vodafone which ironically I can’t answer as I can’t hear them/it cuts off! Just missed a call from childs school&NHS as it doesn’t even ring!!

    Once again reminding myself that @VodafoneUK 's customer service is terrible. Been on hold for 20 minutes, no agents available to live chat and can't even change my contract online. Terrible!

    @VodafoneUK Well I was trying to get a Pixel 6 outright as advertised on your website in Liverpool store. Was told straight No if I'm not a customer. Not interested in speaking to me about any interest in a plan or PAYG. This definitely doesn't entice me to become your customer ever:V poor.

    @VodafoneUK on a scale of 1-5, how difficult is it for you to make a telephone call within 48hrs of the time you said you would? Does Shelley’s Director’s Office actually do Customer Service is or is it still in concept?

    @VodafoneUK can i get a number to directly phone you regarding a phone account that needs cancelled because of bereavement,, my wife has been on hold for well over an hour about it,, its an absolute joke of a service by the way

    Been on hold to @VodafoneUK for more than half an hour.. Don't know what's worse, the customer service or having to listen to Coldplay for that long .

    @VodafoneUK I just upgraded to an Unlimited Max plan - and have an iPhone 13 in London (definitely 5G area) - but phone only connects over 4G. How do we fix it?
