@VodafoneUK We've had trouble with our Internet over the passed 2 months, endless calls to you & we were promised a call back from your care team in regards to compensation - 3 weeks later nothing! So sick of this Vodafone, you've lost a customer once our contract is up!

@VodafoneUK Sign up for Broadband Pro they said! It’ll improve Wi-Fi signal they said!! Its ******* shite!! The booster won’t even connect to the router, and when it does it says connected for 30 seconds and ***** everything else’s signal up!!

@VodafoneUK your customer service is the poorest I've ever known. My wife changed contracts to another provider which you provided a PAC code for to transfer her number yet you are STILL charging her despite her spending a total of 4 hours on the phone to your customer services🤬

@VodafoneUK My son Danny, he’s had to@work everyday through this in the pharmacy still get a bus to work putting himself in danger when the virus was at its worst, then he’d help me with the kids home schooling aswell #Vodafonetreats #ThankYouDay

@VodafoneUK I’d like to thank (NOT) Vodafone for cutting off my phone and reducing the broadband service on purpose whilst we needed to communicate to sort out elderly care last week. (No late payments) took DAYS to sort out.
