@moving_target_ @LifeStartsAt40m @VodafoneUK Acrually, if you search properly in the law and consumers act, there must be a point that says if you can't pay your contract for some reason and you show proof of it, they need to work it out with you, or even cancel the contract..

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I have never spent 6 hours dealing with anything - certainly not as anything as bullshit as what you're describing. 'Gratz on making yourself look like a complete and utter plonker - you've only succeeded in getting dripped on.

  • GHargreaves1168 Gareth Hargreaves* (@GHargreaves1168) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK We wasted 4 years down to a spectacularly incompetent MP negotiating on the UK's behalf.

  • MWGilliland Mark G (@MWGilliland) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Welcome to customer contact avoidance strategies. Call and they put you on hold for at least 10 mins to drive self-service on the website knowing if you’ve a real problem you’ll hang on. Tell them you want to leave & in seconds you reach retentions & are offered a deal to stay.

  • laxian_key Anjie 🕷🕷🕷 (@laxian_key) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service is great compared to this current Tory 'govt' whose only talent so far seems to be cronyism/profiteering/corruption/dodgy deals/law & rule breaking - nothing to look forward to for the ordinary UK citizen (unless they were Tory donors of course)

  • Annamaria4711 Minnie_HaHa (@Annamaria4711) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK orgs are using covid as an excuse for poor customer service

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Surely no phone deal is better than a bad phone deal. Can't you use your phone on WTO terms?
