    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone online and never delivered. Called them and they said they could beat that deal. Never did finished up paying more. Asked for a copy of call recording. And they said the rep didn't want to. How slimmy. 1 month til I kick this bunch into touch

    @VodafoneUK garbage. Broadband down for 36hrs now. Time to look for a new provider. No info, no emails explaining the outage and impossible to talk to someone.

    Just seeing the horrible way @VodafoneUK are dealing with bereaved customers, I sadly lost my wife earlier this year. @EE were by far the most understanding, efficient and compassionate of all the companies and agencies I had to deal with. Thank you #EE. F. you #Vodafone

    Companies need to take more responsibility in the WHOLE process, especially those that leave their customers most vulnerable. @VodafoneUK needs to do better to help their customers through tough times. It’s ridiculous that in this day and age we don’t think about vulnerability.

    Arrgghh @VodafoneUK what the hell is going on with your supposedly ‘always on’ fibre broadband in Coventry? Past week’s been awful - spent an hour with your techy’s trying to resolve and told all fixed but now AGAIN… no internet!!! 😠 Sort it out please!!! 🙏
