@VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK Since receiving no help about transferring my onenumber account to a new device, I've set up a new account and attempted to cancel the existing one yet I can't do it using the my vodafone app , I can't log in because you're having issues.

@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to lots of “advisors” today! None of them could advise and just kept passing me on to someone else. The last one I spoke to refused to help and kept asking for a dpa code, but wouldn’t tell me what it was or where to find it. I’ve even tried calling too! 🤬😡

@VodafoneUK Daniel didn't call me at the arranged time. He didn't explain why. He did 1-ring my phone at around 4pm, immediately putting the phone down, then sending me a message saying he'll call again in a week. Worst company ever. Disgraceful. What's your fake Twitter excuse today?
