@VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK had a pretty terrible customer experience since I lost my phone last week. 4 calls with agents stating they cannot blacklist a phone that wasn’t purchased with Vodafone I have found this to be untrue through the forums. I need help here!

Unbelievably bad service by @VodafoneUK been invoicing me for a service I don’t have for months now, apparently sorted it 4 times and today received another letter for payment…… absolute joke of a company. Don’t know how hard it is to change some details on their system 😡😡😡
