    @VodafoneUK For some reason my 4g backup also isn’t working…not sure what the point of it is then. Hope you’ll be compensating customers for this outage, especially since you’re about to put everyone’s prices up by about 15% !

    @VodafoneUK BS3 wifi and Internet is down, you have inexcusably put prices up mid contract during cost if living crisis and no do not provide the service, are you going to refund us back for this.

    @VodafoneUK Regret switching to you. Service out in SK10. Problems since day 1. The £120 gift card that was promised has never materialised, and four months into my contract you hike the prices.
