@VodafoneUK Hi there, it's now showing on the automated service that there is the overdue amount. As I mentioned I cannot pay anything until Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK what the hell is going on at Customer Services? 40 minutes on hold?? I cannot wait to leave your network, that's if I can ever get through to cancel it. I can only imagine the reason it's busy is hoards of people ringing to cancel.

@VodafoneUK 4 calls lasting over 3 hours 40 minutes to resolve a billing issues, over charged nearly £500.00 still not close to solving. Please feel free to contact me if you care

@VodafoneUK @virginmedia Appreciate the Message Saf but clearly @Vodafone doesn't share the same customer service. Nothing was offered for compensation for me to stay over the phone.

Spoken to 3 @VodafoneUK advisors on the online chat in an attempt to cancel my sim-only 30-day rolling contract. Now waiting on the 4th as Lakshita, Jack and Huzefa all couldn’t help me :/
