    @VodafoneUK VODAFONE UK ARE NOW OFFICIALLY A DISASTER OF COMPANY. CREDIT CHECKS US AND THEN YOU PASS AND THEN BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE OF THE AGENT FOR NOT SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION CORRECTLY, you get transferred to another one which does again a credit check and you FAIL… OMG

    Brilliant piece in @spectator this week about how terrible the @VodafoneUK service is. I have suffered myself under the ignominious process that is Vodafone customer service

    @virginmedia I don’t have a landline. 2 mobiles with @VodafoneUK with issues. Frustrating.

  • jsbilsbrough James (@jsbilsbrough) reported

    @VodafoneUK something very wrong with your VDSL FTTC service in the BH5 area. Very inconsistent ping and only about 1 Megabit down. Using an Openreach modem and rebooted it. Definitely not a local Wi-Fi issue (500+ mbit local connections). No support available ?
