    @VodafoneUK I am a new customer going on 3 weeks. From day one my broadband levels has been poor. I have signed up 2 your fastest packet 63mbp and I am getting a max of 19mbp but mostly around 12mbp. You are a greedy network that oversubscribes 15% discount doesn't cut it.

    @VodafoneUK giving me appalling customer service today. Only one day after I placed my order. Doesn’t bode well! If not resolved quickly it will be cancelled and I will find a company that doesn’t leave me hanging on hold for over an hour today!!

    @VodafoneUK 1 week after engineers visited, and 10 days after router was supposed to arrive, countless phone calls & promises.. still no router! Grateful for the unlimited 4G esp over Xmas...But just want our router now, then we can check if we’re even connected! Please help!!

    @VodafoneUK How long does it take for someone at your trade-in team to pick up the phone!?!? 30 mins and counting all because your trade in website wont accept my IMEI number and the online chat just told me to call the number. #slow
