@VodafoneUK Tried couldn’t pass security so don’t know what else to do. I need to cancel. I’ve wasted hundreds already

  • sunnynats 💙Nats💙 (@sunnynats) reported

Disappointing that @VodafoneUK wouldn’t treat people with more compassion and sympathy. My poor mum left in floods of tears after reporting the death of my Nan and being told we cannot have a refund of her credit that was loaded on to her phone whilst alone in hospital!

  • popeskoo Tiago Silva (@popeskoo) reported

@VodafoneUK how is it possible in 2021 that I am sitting inside a taxi for 3 minutes in Birmingham Road, Erdington by spagetti junction without signal even for a ph call? No improvements over the last 6 years. #Disappointed #badcustomerservice #networks

  • hifocusmgmt Hi-Focus Management (@hifocusmgmt) reported

@VodafoneUK why are vodafone commenting on games instead of sorting out their appalling broadband service?

  • hifocusmgmt Hi-Focus Management (@hifocusmgmt) reported

@VodafoneUK this apparently gigafast broadband from vodafone. Don't believe it . It does not work, vodafone does not work. Have a problem? vodafone do not sort it. zero speed broadband from vodafone #vodafone

  • rjcb50 RichardB (@rjcb50) reported

@VodafoneUK Have you stopped doing WiFi on the underground? W er to connect this morning and can’t find a signal?

  • DanM______ Dan (@DanM______) reported

@VodafoneUK @seadogmariner I wish the 25GB limit was higher with unlimited plans, but I think you'll be getting a new customer when my plan with EE is up, I'm not paying them every day I'm abroad

  • thegeordie71 Thegeordie71 (@thegeordie71) reported

@VodafoneUK If you haven't sorted the issue out in 5 years what makes you think you are going to sort it out now. It got to the point where I gave up being fobbed off. Customer advisors in India hanging up the phone on you. Promising to send paper copies of my bills which I'm still waiting!

  • nickisrani Nick (@nickisrani) reported

@VodafoneUK That link is NOT a news piece. It's a support article. Are customers are expected to regularly read the Vodafone website for changes to services and T&Cs? @VodafoneUK takes no responsibility in proactively communicating this to customers?
