  Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

  @VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

  @VodafoneUK already having issues. Your app doesnt even work, emails never are received, the booster box doesnt connect. Insane. Good stuff, well done 👏👏 10/10 donkey 💩
