    @OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK still no one got back to me about miss sold sim! Now over 2 months! Looking forward to you calling me about my daughter’s upgrade, so I can tell you we will upgrade to iPhone 11 but with sky! Your customer care doesn’t exist

    @tri_c_livesey @VodafoneUK This is my greatest fear/problem/issue with technology; too many people who work with computers think all of life’s problems can be solved by computers. I don’t want my life run by computers, phones, and apps. Personal/human input is still massively important

    @IrvineWelsh @VodafoneUK Yeah a few times now also phone calls to landline about parcel delivery payment being due being asked if my fibre broadband is running slow prob is don’t have fibre broadband ... this part of auld reekie is steam driven broadband only. It’s a daily occurrence 😡

    @VodafoneUK prices are an absolute joke!! customer service want to give me a 15% ‘loyalty’ discount on £42pm for a 6gb plan (but 20% discount via my online account), yet it’s £26pm for 30gb via @CPWTweets on VODAFONE 🤪 for new iPhone SE. Ridiculous! Cheaper buying phone & PAYG🙄

    @VodafoneUK I have no internet when not connected to WiFi ,only way I get internet is to go into mobile data and do a reset ,it is everyvtime I want to use internet outside ,roaming is on and I am convinced it is something in my settings please help

    @VodafoneUK please guys finally sort my internet out. After a year and a half I get still get awful WiFi in my flat, my TV is always cutting out or not working. And now all wife has stopped working completely. No one ever gets back to me& when they did once they were useless

    I know that companies don’t like customers cancelling contracts, but @VodafoneUK take it to a new level. My contract expires on 7 June, but as the payments are in advance, the final payment comes off around 17 May. I thought, I’ll cancel the account today, and even with 30 days..
