Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Billyboysidney William Herring (@Billyboysidney) reported

@VodafoneUK Obviously @Vodafone Customers are the same as they cannot be bothered to respond or reply to a Customers Observation or remarks. They have Such a Terrible Arrogance towards their Customers.

  • DPPhillips4 DP Phillips (@DPPhillips4) reported

@VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya your customer service is in the toilet.

  • DemonInsomniac Jezza (@DemonInsomniac) reported

@VodafoneUK Good customer service! unlike you as a network provider.... maybe you could learn something from them.

  • davieshc_ Caitlin🌹 (@davieshc_) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Tried to cancel a contract with Vodafone UK in 2015 (broke uni student at the time) but after several phone calls (an in-person shop visits) I wasn't getting anywhere so cancelled the DD. Sent debt collectors after me. Never had a contract with them since and never will again.

  • gerwasyer Gerry Sims (@gerwasyer) reported

@VodafoneUK @ThicciDragon21 I suspect not being a couldn't care less corporate machine may work. But that will never happen will it?

  • debslassblairio Debslassblairio (@debslassblairio) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I havent had a bereavement but have tried to cancel an old account with 3. Hasn't been used for years. They won't let me. Even though I pay it

  • spiderbatfrog Captain Fantabulous (@spiderbatfrog) reported

@AhmedShelbaya @Andreasdona72 @VodafoneUK I think that perhaps you should suspend the self-congratulation until you publicly sort out the shocking state of your bereavement "service" that George Monbiot has highlighted.

  • pvs290 pvs (@pvs290) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I am sorry for your loss+the terrible experience with Vodafone. A couple of years ago when my parent died I was very grateful 4 the kindness+best practice from TalkTAlk- dedicated bereavement support line; Unintrusive+efficient. Really made a difference at the time. @TalkTalk

  • opusmalone Kevin Malone (@opusmalone) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Spent 25 mins w/ Vodafone’s TOBi and simultaneously on phone in response to their emails stating they decided to cancel my leaving their services when I switched to EE. They just made up BS. Joining 4 yrs ago was worse: 10 days with no broadband. Support George’s campaign!

  • aff_it_aw me (@aff_it_aw) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Genuinely never found a worse company to move from with my Internet service, incompetence to the highest degree from top to bottom, never mind try and deal with canceling with a death of a family member. Hopefully this starts something with them as it's shocking
