    @VodafoneUK I just bought the new s21 ultra and traded in my old phone. On the phone for an issue with the trade in for 4 hours being yoyo'd between customer care and service team. 1 side says 'xyz' another says 'zyx', got lied to, no-one is taking notes. Extremely unprofessional

    @VodafoneUK disgusted with your service. Been trying to upgrade my broadband for two weeks with you. Countless phone calls and you tell me that you don’t actually supply broadband to my address anymore. Yet you have been happy to take my money for years. Shocking customer care.

    @mikewcdx @VodafoneUK Isn't that the truth. Got the 'we are still working on it and you'll hear by Friday'. Fine today as I'm on annual leave but Friday I'm supposed to be working from home. A description of the issue would be nice to give me some context.

    .@VodafoneUK is charging me £3 / week via some obscure service called "Chillax Games". I have never subscribed to this. Vodafone customer support tells me they cannot remove this charge. I have to email support@chillax to do this. Yea, like THAT'S going to work.
