@VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

@VodafoneUK three open reach visits and still having problems. We're in lockdown and your service is as vital as electricity and water. Tired of calling you endlessly busy helpline and tired of going through the same security process. Please fix this issue.

How can @VodafoneUK be allowed to get away with the service they provide? It’s absolutely ABHORRENT. Something needs to be done to stop this shambles of a company from continuing to act the way they do.

So @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz seems you are threatening to withdraw your offer of compensation if I take up my case with @cedrsays? Is this your standard business practice? If so it’s vile & doubles down on a problem you admit you created & came about due to your multiple errors.

@VodafoneUK But this is further proof that he does indeed want to cancel & that we’re not trying to cancel something that he wants to carry on - nobody else can cancel it. But you’d rather chase an old man for £13 a month than find someone high enough to permit the cancellation.
