  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Very similar experience when my father in law passed in 2022, they actually sent him a £12 bill which I let them chase so it cost them waaaay more… absolute arseholes I’ll never use them again

  Everytime @VodafoneUK do maintenance on the location mobile tower they break it and you have no phone signal so cannot call text use the internet for weeks.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

  What a bad service Vi! My dad got his intl roaming pack recharged from india for Scotland and yet it has been 2 days there is no network in his phone. He is struggling like hell and your customer service team does not even care. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thats appalling they can if they wanted to ...this company have recently been fined by Ofcom for horrendous customer failings so do esculate your complaint higher...im sorry to hear about your beloved dads passing....
