  @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Not in the slightest bit surprised, Virgin are absolutely vile, I mean the ceo sued the nhs simply because he didn’t win a contract??? I will never use Virgin anything again! Sorry for your loss x

  @SW_Help @VodafoneUK @MayorofLondon What would be good is we put some money into the infrastructure before we build thousands of new homes. Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works

  Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @VodafoneUK can you hire people that can actually help with issues please. Been on live chat with someone for about an hour now and nothing is happening. Actually useless.
