    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™m completely unable to contact you as Iโ€™m abroad and you switched off my SIM card. Your Tobi service is always down and doesnโ€™t let me chat to an agent. I need someone to contact me asap so I can sort out my billing situation. This is completely unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK, Iโ€™m currently outside the UK and need help checking the status of my move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go and whether a final bill is pending before I cancel my Direct Debit. I havenโ€™t received any confirmation yet. Could you please help?

    Ordered iPhone 17 Pro 6 days ago and order hasn't even been processed yet, is this the service people expect from @Apple? I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from @VodafoneUK and it arrived 22 hours later.

    @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

    Still no signal @VodafoneUK if anyone is thinking of getting a contract with @VodafoneUK please avoid at all cost. May as well use a potato it would probably have better signal

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre No internet for 2 days, due to a pole down. I have repoted the incident but have had no updates on whatโ€™s happening. Can anyone look into this if a DM with more details is sent?

    @tiktok_uk the tiktok automated response is telling me to take this up with my bank/account the charges were made on, which would be @VodafoneUK but they wonโ€™t help me either
