    @VodafoneUK so... My broadband saga continues... Openreach showed up completely out of the blue yesterday and partially fitted the fibre line. I was meant to be working but had to cancel my shift. They were meant to come back around 9am to finish but as of yet haven't shown...1/2

    @VodafoneUK Is this a ploy to get me to switch over to city fibre??? I only got connected up last Thursday! Not at all happy so am I still within the 14days to cancel the contract because I’m not paying for something I can’t have !

    @VodafoneUK counting down the days for my contract to expire. As if paying you £80+pcm for a 5G service and never getting it, you decide that i need to pay more for the service i never get.

    @VodafoneUK JESUS Vodafone you’ve excelled yourselves this time! The broadband I have at present must be the worst I’ve ever experienced in all the years and all the ISPs I’ve ever had! The internet goes down more than a ****** *******! Absolute RUBBUSH!

    @VodafoneUK fortunately, after "slow speeds" with agent #1 escalated violently into "router now refuses to do anything", now getting a credit to the account and an engineer. I guess we'll see

    Why do you make it so difficult to speak to someone @VodafoneUK . can't get through to the shop were my phone is supposed to be delivered to and just keep getting patched through to some online bot that can't help if i try to speak to customer services, its an absolute shambles.

    @VodafoneUK when is Vodafone going to invest in the Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington areas? Been here 5 days and can only get 3G! Sad when O2 and Three have a proper service in the area.
