Salvador Álvarez Río (@alvarsa1) reported@VodafoneUK One of the worst broadband experiences. Set up first plan, took them two more weeks to activate than promised. Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.

ShazzerMac3 (@ShazzerMac3) reportedHey @VodafoneUK why are you giving out free SIM cards to illegal immigrants. I’m a long standing customer and will be moving my account until you cease aiding abetting illegal immigrants into this country. Shame on you.
-
Daniel Wall (@dwall85) reported@ZiaYusufUK @VodafoneUK would be better placed to actually provide decent signal coverage to their legal UK paying customers which in my part of the world is shocking rather than indulge in this nonsense.
-
Brian Moore (@BrianMooreAV) reportedWhat exactly are you playing at @VodafoneUK? I was looking to moving to the network. Not happening now.
-
Ed (@EdTheITGuy) reported@VodafoneUK what’s going on with the lack of the national emergency alert? Other networks sent out the alert but on my Vodafone sim nothing!

Joey ap Joey (@FarmerJoeShow) reported@VodafoneUK haven’t got any better in 2026. Avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.
-
AFCDavid (@DaveP701) reported@BasedMillwallGB @VodafoneUK I’m cancelling. This is awful.

🇵🇸Greg … Proud Anti-Zionist & Proud Antifa (@UKRegulator) reported@ZiaYusufUK You’ll never be in government. And hopefully @VodafoneUK will sue you for your defamatory assertions.

Alvin (@Alvin83605954) reported@VodafoneUK you will never get my custom again. It is totally unacceptable to be giving free SIM cards to people who break into this country illegally.
