    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (ยฃ400), standing charges for utilities and ยฃ270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so ยฃ700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied โ€œ sheโ€™s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.โ€ They got the point! Iโ€™d even emailed.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Iโ€™ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK so never having been a customer of Vodafone today I received two letters about device payment plans being in arrears. I was with Three many years ago and paid by DD Perhaps a merger error with @ThreeUK in relation to your billing needs looking at

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thats appalling they can if they wanted to ...this company have recently been fined by Ofcom for horrendous customer failings so do esculate your complaint higher...im sorry to hear about your beloved dads passing....
