    PSA: Don't use @VodafoneUK's gigacube for home WiFi... has 5g & 4g signal... wont get above 4mb download and 0.2 upload. Vodafone support just tell me to reset the router -_-. My phone in the same place with Vodafone gets a much faster speed £50 a month for this is ridiculous

    So I’ve now asked @VodafoneUK 5 times, FIVE times to move my number from a broken sim to a new sim. They still haven’t done it. The level of incompetence is staggering.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I have a broadband account with you but cannot get past your robot to talk to you. Your automated service redirects me to Voxi each time I try. Please could you give me a call urgently on the mobile number you have on your system. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK The only one you will have me as a customer is is ypu give me what was promised. And clearly you cant. Try contacting vodafone when you have no phone And ypur sim contract has ended...never gonna happen. New phone, new model, no issues, free of charge is the only option.

    @VodafoneUK Great, but after 2 years and 2 bad handsets (maybe Sony fault too) i am now outside of my contract but having to do wait around house all day for dpd to get the bad phone and cannot even switch. Also have another sim with another company and cannot use it.
