This so called @VodafoneUK complaints advisor goes to me he doesn’t know what the procedure is to transfer my number and I should contact the other service?? I then asked to speak to the manager and apparently i need put in a request to speak to them???

For each month. I’ve called the @VodafoneUK customer service so many times but no ones seems to know what they’re doing. Today I called @VodafoneUK complaints team and I explained to the man what the problem I’ve been having.

@VodafoneUK cancelled broadband weeks ago as moved home, no longer in contract with you so have right to cancel whenever we want. Can you explain why you have now sent an email saying "we are happy that you are staying with us" & that you are going to continue to charge us??

@VodafoneUK Hi, I ended my apple watch contract with Vodafone a few years ago and have not taken out anymore cellular contracts since then. Now I am unable to activate the watch, it is asking me contact network provider. Could you help please?

@VodafoneUK I have reported several times that I am unable to make calls since upgrading to an iPhone 12 Pro, it’s taken over 10 attempts to actually speak to anyone and you tell me I need to send my phone without replacement?! Awful service

@VodafoneUK terrible service re. replacement phone. Insurance t+c claims a next day replacement! Day 5 and still no phone. Fobbed off with “a system error” and no offer of compensation or expedited delivery! Will be switching to @EE when contract ends
