  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst business on the planet, caused me months of grief. Couldn't even complain because they never logged the complaints! Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

  terrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile

  @popcorn_amazing @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We had a similar issue where they couldn't supply at our new address but wanted to charge an early exit fee. Had to email the CEO to resolve so hopefully works for you!

  So turns out that @VodafoneUK are going to charge me £2.75 a day to use minutes and data that I pay for when I travel to Europe next week. I can buy a pass to save a few quid, yet my wife's network allow her to use her minutes and data free of charge...
