    @VodafoneUK sent me a nice message 😑 my broadband contract is up, so now they’ll charge Β£52 a month for the worst service I’ve ever encountered, um NO! Don’t think so, finally I can leave this sorry excuse for a service provider!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted Set up an account for my mother for broadband Phone and Mobile and you’re charging her double what I was quoted for the service. Is this what you do take advantage of elderly people?

    @VodafoneUK - two weeks ago the same problem as today. I cannot function without the connection you are supposed to provide and for which I have dutifully paid for 23 years. Your customer service is a DISGRACE.
