@VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

@wilsondan @VodafoneUK They (Vodafone) used to do a little box if I remember that would boost your signal in the house?

  • FabQu_ Fabio Quondamatteo #IamEuropean 🇪🇺☘️🍀 (@FabQu_) reported

@anti_macassar @VodafoneUK Vodafone UK is the worst company I've ever come across in my entire life!

  • Jackieholmes111 Jack (@Jackieholmes111) reported

@Craiglord14 @NickNairn @VodafoneUK I think they all probably have there problems, depending on where you are. Personally would never use VM again they were crap for me, especially there customer service and tech guys and I was with them for a good 10 years.

  • Jackieholmes111 Jack (@Jackieholmes111) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Sky! I had same problems some years back with Virgin Media and they lost all my emails, when I was out of work, said they couldn't retrieve them. I moved to Sky and touch wood never had another problem.

  • ScotsLass183 Lass (@ScotsLass183) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Never had any major issues with BT tbh...they own EE for mobile stuff too. (I'm down in Ayrshire)

  • FragrantRouge niall mckerracher (@FragrantRouge) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Do not use Talk Talk. We have them with Fibre. Completely useless customer service and the connectivity was better with normal broadband. We were going swap to Vodafone too!

  • oldwarrenpoint Brian McCalmont (@oldwarrenpoint) reported

@wilsondan @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot To be honest its actually the best network here (but not by much) Next choice from locals I have previously had conversations with is 3. We are in a "geographically challenged" area. We still only get basic Freeview telly for example - but we do get RTE so I dunno....

  • BBBeth1 Beth 🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@BBBeth1) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Virgin? We’ve had no problems whatsoever

  • SaraJPriestley Sara Priestley (@SaraJPriestley) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Sky are great, unless something goes wrong. And then they are pretty useless. Friends in Edinburgh have second connection for when sky goes down, rather than dealing with customer services. BT have some amazing directly employed engineers, when you get one your have to keep them.

  • MikeNeal13 Mike Neal (@MikeNeal13) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK There is a basic problem with all BB suppliers. 1) consistency = constant/ random dropping of supply 2) consistent lack of speed and band width, it’s up and down, with no control or info. Basically the whole lot are at least poor or at best dreadful.
