@VodafoneUK I would like my local mast repaired ASAP 🤞 my local mast has been broken since February last year 😡 Vodafone engineer’s have PROMISED to fix it 7 times now & STILL NOT FIXED 😡 TOTALLY GARBAGE SERVICE FROM VODAFONE 😡 I have even emailed Nick Jeffery & he NEVER GETS BACK 😡

@VodafoneUK on 8th I was told that @OpenreachHelp Engineer missed their appointment and they booked one for today and promised it would be resolved today (you confirmed that on twitter as well). Today I was told an Engineer was never booked! 😡
