@VodafoneUK - even after @GeorgeMonbiot exposed yr dire customer service experience, yr advisors don’t care. I’ve landline, broadband & cellphone a/c (2 lines not working) & yr advisor told me I didn’t have an a/c then refused access despite me giving bank & security details.

@VodafoneUK It’s much worse when acting for re elderly relatives, which I’ve also tried to do, but if the experience is this bad for those of us who are not confused or in distress, how awful is it for those who are? Yr phone advisor just laughed when I asked him what to do.

I sure hope @thecgf are not using @VodafoneUK in Birmingham for the event communications ! No signal anywhere in brum ! Apart from one tiny spot on Bromford lane it seems
