DiKey (@xcetveli) reported@VodafoneUK team couldnβt even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1β5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.
