@VodafoneUK new customer, ordered a broadband deal and today was the activation date. Was told that I was supposed to receive the router 3 working days before hand and yet it’s still not here today. I have been told the connection is live but I still have no router.

@VodafoneUK Hello Callum, I was trying to terminate my account. Eventually managed to do a live chat with someone who after some more tinesaid he would have to transfer me to the dedicated team who were just about to finish and would I want put through to them, which seemed pointless.
