    @VodafoneUK the definition of hell is being passed through 3 different departments over the course of an hour, most of which is on hold listening to the same 3 damn songs over and over again simply to get a THIRD installation date after today’s no show! And I’m a new customer!!

    @VodafoneUK why is it so hard to leave Vodafone. Impossible to get a PAC code and you can’t cancel online if more than one phone. No advisors available and TOBI bot is less than useless. Trying to cancel all three pay as you go

    @VodafoneUK still waiting for my phone or any update.. 3 weeks since delivery date!!!! Shocking service!!! Why are you publishing delivery dates and slots if you can’t keep them... BUT you only find out after signing the contract???
