@VodafoneUK It's an old phone, if you don't support it now you never will. EE supports it for WiFi calling. I don't know if acvount is in my name or not, but I'm getting nowhere with my IT department so I may as well cancel my business phone with you too. Another dissatisfied customer.

@cjsmith1980 @VodafoneUK There's horror stories on every network, never a good option. Someone at @EE just hung up on me earlier... the second call I could just hear loads of people shouting in the background and she was totally disinterested. Always good and bad.

@talktotippers @VodafoneUK Guessing @VodafoneUK Customer Service must’ve improved mate, I’ve been with 4 networks over the years and Vodafone were BY FAR the WORST. In fact, it may rank as the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. 😬
