    @VodafoneUK promised to refund me what they owed me and would apply a 'goodwill gesture' (as anything else would prove the errors were entirely theirs) and the money would be paid directly into my bank account. It was not. More hours of mine wasted trying to get this sorted...

    @VodafoneUK @UreshP Well you may keep taking the details of every customer but the problem isn't getting resolved. Internet is slower than ever and you've one answer to every query which is to wait for 13th as if sm meteorite is going to hit your tower that day n suddenly your network will be better

    @virginmedia Nope to be honest I’ve now purchased and I’m streaming from a @vodafoneUK SIM card so dunno if I even want virgin anymore as a customer of over 20 years I expected a lot better service then the attitude of oh well

    @VodafoneUK what is going on with your broadband? Its getting slower and slower, so slow tonight its not fast enough for streaming. I have had to take to using my mobile as a hot spot during the day so I can work from home as I'm getting less than 1 mbps.

    Tomorrow I am going to write about how @VodafoneUK provided false information to sell their products. I was quite impressed with the service y'day when they sold the product and had it at my doorstep today at 8AM. This is why I always email the transcripts of chat when ordering.

    @VodafoneUK for last week my home broadband has been nothing more than rubbish. Signal keeps on dropping and yet when I ring for help you won't do anything about it. I was promised this would not happen when I signed up to you yet toy have lied!!!!!!
