    As usual, @VodafoneUK creates issues. Got changed on Pay as you go. I top up and buy a bundle. The robot says to wait for the sms with the bundle confirmation. Nothing arrives. I try and make a call. No credit or allowance. I try data. Works. But it takes £2 from THE CREDIT??

    You are a disgrace @VodafoneUK. While serving as a Christian minister in Kenya, you cut off my service for no intelligible reason, claiming that I have exceeded my spend limit (£100) when current charges are £76. What sense does that make, please?

    @VodafoneUK having huge difficulty getting a BVB, have already wasted money. Really not straightforward. Have called several times and asked to speak manager but no contact. V bad customer service.
