    @VodafoneUK Supply a Sony phone that doesn't work. After seven weeks @VodafoneUK tell me to send it to Sony. I think its Vodafones responsibility. I'm sure that is implied in the sale of goods act??

    @VodafoneUK I was incorrectly sold a contract marked as a 5G line by Fonehouse. It isn't 5G, Fonehouse won't do anything to help. Contacted them 10 times. Spoke to Voda support on the phone who said they can't do anything either.

    @VodafoneUK Done that already! talked to loads of different people during the past few days and we’re sick of it! We don’t want your slow broadband anymore and you won’t let us leave because of some hidden term in T&Cs. Regret switching to you guys!! Never again!!!

    @VodafoneUK broadband been down for 24 hours now. No text to say it had happened; no information about what has happened; no updates on progress to fixing; no target time to fix ("probably within 24-48 hours"). Unless I contact you l, I get no information at all. Really poor.
