    @VodafoneUK It’s all the time. Your chat bot is awful and your phone line is designed to drive traffic to the chat bot or an automated service. Poor service. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Ill be going back to @EE No wonder you’re the worst rated provider…

    @VodafoneUK Just had a call from the courtesy department for leaving Vodafone, only to be hanged up abruptly without expressing any gratitude or concern to their customer. Money is all that matters to them! Glad I am leaving! #BadCustomerService
