    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!

    @VodafoneUK my contact is coming to an end which includes Spotify,if I upgrade to sim only will I still just keep paying for it until I cancel the subscription

    @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK staff keep putting phone down when we ring. In store staff tell us they can’t help us to ring up. Online chat tells us to go in store. Ridiculous! No phone since Wednesday. We simply want to transfer e sim to a new phone.

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!
