@VodafoneUK I am still without internet, so yes I require further help. I was told by one of your colleagues on the phone that an Open Reach engineer sorted the line, but did not actually attend my address, begging the question "Why was I told by Vodafone that I needed to be in the house?"

Wow. What has happened to #vodafoneuk customer service. Was once a thing to be proud of? Leave them for a few months and they go on a recruitment spree in the customer service reject bin. Simple questions left unanswered. I would have recommended them on that alone at one point

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK Greater London too, but yup, feels hopeless with these guys. FYI, 6th engineer didn't show up...so thats 3/6 engineers not showing up to fix our issues thats been lingering for 5 months.

@VodafoneUK Took out a brdbd contract on 3 March, to start on 20. You and @WeAreOpenreach cancelled the first order (!) so had to reorder and OpenReach engineer supp to come out and install by 1 today. Which of course has not happened. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced
