    Shockingly slow 4G today from @VodafoneUK. I’ve never understand why with technological advances in the last 10-15 years mobile phones receptions don’t seem to be any quicker than in the year 2000.

    @Adamt201 @JohnKaysCanoe @VodafoneUK Registered a fault over a month ago. Engineer booked but couldn't come out due to snow. "It will be re-booked". Wasn't. Vodafone CS treated it as 'new' complaint. Expected me to go through security again etc etc. Vodafone - social media just hollow optics. Going to switch.

    @VodafoneUK the worst customer service ever still owe me a refund, which I have been chasing up for over 4 weeks yet still are going to take money from me for my next bill!!!
