@VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

@SkyUK @VodafoneUK Better pricing and customer service always helps too, Vodafone have lost sight of that.

@VodafoneUK @twiterrs @VodafoneUK Also an existing customer, thus “won’t be affected”. But this is still shameless profiteering. Will be cancelling with Vodafone at the end of current contract.

@patrickjsavage @VodafoneUK I reckon @ThreeUK will never do it. They were the ones that fought for it on the first place. If only one could get decent data reception in London with them!

@ndanielmusic @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Damn, you're setting a high bar here. OK, I see you that and raise you this: Does it work in all parts of the underground? And can you hear what the other person is saying? ;-) (What, it's not my fault that the Vienna underground is tiny)

@VodafoneUK’s waiting tunes are good but they have been ruined by me being on hold to them for a total of several hours over the course of a few days in a quest to fix my WiFi.

@ndanielmusic @VodafoneUK Go to one of the small fry - e.g. PlusNet rides on the EE network but can be less than half the price

@VodafoneUK @Fweefwee8 Voda. I strongly suggest you don’t use this complaint against your withdrawal of a service highly useful for Musicians as a chance to flog a less useful contract to my friend. Also, what ARE your environmental credentials?

Vodafone to bring back roaming charges if you are in Europe. Back to past hunting for wifi. Time to quit @VodafoneUK Anyone know a provider that won't bring back these rip-off charges? Quite like Vodafone but work too much on continent ( pre-Covid) so this is bad news

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the fast reply, that's good to hear but I'm still disappointed that Vodafone lied to me to get my money. I will find a new provider next year. I know it's not your fault CSA's so sorry for the language but your bosses need to know we are unhappy with this crap.
