    What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!

    @VodafoneUK I have had no signal since 8:30pm last night? Can donโ€™t e help me with this as I was told it would be down for 10 minutes, cannot call you as I have no signal !!!

    @Oocnan @VodafoneUK @vodafone No service in south Norfolk for 2 weeks They keep saying maintenance is complete ....every few days changing the completion date. I tried network coverage checker but ...surprise surprise it's not even loading. So as of a few minutes ago I've left Vodafone after many years .

    @tiktok_uk the tiktok automated response is telling me to take this up with my bank/account the charges were made on, which would be @VodafoneUK but they wonโ€™t help me either

    Hey @VodafoneUK I transferred broadband to you last Weds. It doesnโ€™t work. The booster you made me upgrade to also doesnโ€™t work. I have been on to nearly 10 different chat agents since then + noone can help me. My landlines donโ€™t work with your system. I am stuck in your system

    @trapdoor456 @virginmedia Companies are awful, when my mum died we went to @VodafoneUK with her death certificate to close her account and they kept telling us that only the account holder can do that. How can she do that when sheโ€™s dead? They gave us so much hassle, Iโ€™ve never recommended them since

    @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke

    @VodafoneUK hey Vodafone, no wifi for 24 hours now, was told it was a City Fibre issue that would be fixed by 10pm last night but its still out, and today I cant get through to any agents via the chat function on the website.... I need an update please
