@VodafoneUK l have had problems on my broadband for over 6 months. 8-10 engineer visits no solution. Your tech team refused to close the case for me to cancel. Complaint dept refused to issue ADR letter Acc number 7051315013. I am tired of long calls and emails.

I cannot ring vodafoneuk because i am in ireland and dont hav access to another working phone right now....and that stupid robot on your website is useless to solve this issue....I need to solve this with direct contact with an actual person. Thank You

@VodafoneUK just about at the end of my patience. Unable to call or text, under lock down. Many hours spent onto customer services, yet another sim card in the post. Very, very disappointed and frustrated!

@VodafoneUK It was another complete ware of time . I am going to refer the matter to oFcom now. I even had the a small screen shot of the communications. I requested for email confirmation which seem to have agreed but never sent .

@VodafoneUK My boyfriend, its his birthday tomorrow and I don't know when I'll get to see him due to restrictions. He has worked throughout the pandemic as a lorry driver and after having our holidays cancelled last year he deserves a treat to cheer him up

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage
