    @VodafoneUK hey, I've been ported over to Vodafone yesterday and still have not received my esim. So I've lost access to my phone number and service. Left with no way to log in to my work, can't phone or receive calls or shop online etc.

    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. App no longer works, nobody answered 191 and Tobi cannot deal with my simple request. Do not send me a message about roaming if you can't service it.

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely fed up with the customer support, 7 calls to you. 2 return calls never made by you, 0 support with Issue despite promises made with WiFi guarantee. Strongly urge anyone signing up, don't be fooled by false promise support is none existent poor service

    @VodafoneUK Not good enough. Call centre cannot deal with problem. Staff at store don't want to help. Vodafone now have £20 but have not supplied service. Everybody says its someone else's fault.

    @VodafoneUK Hello I keep getting texts from Vodafone saying there is a problem with the network in RG30 4BP but as far as I can see nothing is wrong. Are these texts SPAM?
