@VodafoneUK I just signed up 1st June 2022 to Broadband 900mb, email say to activate my account but the username and pass provided by you doesn't work. Then gives me PIN and that gives Internal Error. Is your site broken? How can I complete?

@O2 your customer service is awful. Your inshore staff are lovely but useless. I was on hold for 45 mins only to be cut off. Your phone is shoddy and broken less than and year. @VodafoneUK @EE give me 5 more months of this **** show and I'll be in touch

@CityFibre had fttp installed last Wednesday, still not working today. Raised the issue with @VodafoneUK immediately and they passed it over to yourselves. Still waiting for @CityFibre to contact me for an engineer visit. Nearly a week without any internet!!

@VodafoneUK 10 is a magic number, I guess...will be terminating my contract with @VodafoneUK in December. Will buy a new phone and end the contract as the signal is rubbish lately. You guys never understood how much I needed a new phone. #loyalcustumer treated like 💩

@VodafoneUK home broadband is not working, continued failure to connect and ping test through router failing. Event logs showing what looks like some firmware update around 07:00 today which appear to report connectivity issues during installation
