    @VodafoneUK After nearly an hour on hold they transferred me to a nice lady called Habiba in 2nd line support. She quickly fixed it from her end. So much better than endlessly going round and round the fruitless switch it off and on loop again and again!

    @VodafoneUK more gross incompetence now cutting of a business line in order to connect the one failed to connect to the network for a week . Shelley.Malton head of customer service does not reply to any emails. 4 pages on their own screens of total **** ups . Utter disgrace

    @VodafoneUK This is my last year with Vodafone after 17 years, signal is really poor around lots of parts of the UK, forget about 5G, in comparison my EE work phone has strong signal everywhere I go and connected to 5G much more often.

    @VodafoneUK complete and utter **** show continues . 5 days no network , directors hauled up in ivory towers, no managers take calls or wait for it make calls ie .. they hide . You control your staff like robots . Willingness but no ability to resolve anything #shocking corporate

    @VodafoneUK service absolutely shocking ! Trying to cancel my daughter's mobile contract which she hasn't used since Nov 22. So because they can't send her 4 digit code as she doesnt have the sim anymore, they won't cancel online and refused to let me speak to a manager 🀬

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to you 3 times now and have been put through to the wrong people. My number does not work any more since trying to move to VOXI. It’s been 3 weeks since I could use it. Can someone sort this today. Customer services are useless

    Left 'the uk's best network' for Vodafone... Got my new phone on Monday and today is now 5 days on and my number has still not transferred... @VodafoneUK said it would be completed today, still not done and my number was meant to be changed by 15th at the latestπŸ™„πŸ˜’
