@TreePettsCasts @VodafoneUK Yes it happened to me too, I moved from EE to Vodafone based on a conversation I had with their customer service over the phone, falsely gave me the airtime price only as a whole to pay for an iPhone 13, I fell into this lie and I am trapped. Vodafone scam big time.

I’m sooo frustrated. No signal till end of next week. No other mast to connect to so I need to be out from very early every day. This is a joke @VodafoneUK. Is someone planning to put me in a hotel till then because the nonsense compensation offered is nothing for this trouble
