@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK I'm not being treated like a bad risk after years of loyalty. I've systematically cancelled every contract as its come up for upgrade. Otherwise my credit rating would take a hit every few months upgrading 6 contracts plus 2 tablets!

@AmyNorth89 @VodafoneUK I'm having same issue, and can't properly install many apps on the iPhone 14 Pro, so cannot sell the old iPhone 13 Pro Max just yet. So frustrating. I've had broadband frustration too, I hate how many hours I'm wasting with support.

@VodafoneUK Broadband keeps dropping out, download speeds dropped dramatically during the evening/early morning. Site is always down and app won't let me log in due to "internal errors" so I can't even reach customer service. Luckily the contract is up soon, switching for sure.
