  Trying to return a trade in phone to @VodafoneUK from North of Ireland, sent me a DPD envelope that can’t be used here, spent 3+hours on phone over last week trying to sort and still can’t get an answer, horrific service, cannot get talking to anyone with any idea at all.

  Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.
