    @VodafoneUK Why do @VodafoneTR help us get robbed?! My dad's monthly bill is almost thrice high because @VodafoneTR cannot protect him. They apparently help some company called "content board" take money from people's accounts. And they ask for extra money for digital protection!

    @VodafoneUK I tried these actions last night and the network issue persisted. This seems to be a reoccurring problem and is not getting any better. Not happy at all and wished to compensated immediately.

    @McScruff111 @VodafoneUK I just received an email, hmm maybe call them or use web chat.. Apple having major supply chain issues right now, even on their site it shows an ETA of November.

    I have never experienced a more broken user journey than @VodafoneUK. I seem to have hit EVERY single fail point in their service design with a slight edge case. It has cost me maybe 6-8 hours of my time on calls/messages/chat to sort. Imagine how much it is costing you Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone yesterday about our broadband being down, they referred to an engineer who was meant to contact me, hasn't, neither have I had the text with case and phone number. Been on hold today for over an hour with no resolution. Can someone help please?!

    @VodafoneUK 2 days of no mobile coverage in the GU4 area. The update says you are “having trouble reaching the equipment”. It’s next to a football pitch with access from a road????

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain that whenever I try speaking to an actual real life person I keep getting knocked off? Really important I speak to someone, and have been trying for the past hour to do so! Shocking customer service 😤
