    @VodafoneUK Ive spoken to customer services 6 times since December trying to cancel a contract. I was told 4 times it’s sorted & I’ll have my refund in 5 days. Now (2 months later!) I’m told you haven’t received my return (despite me providing tracking info). Appalling service!

    Phoned by @VodafoneUK to check all was well. Raised a tech query and the call handler told me it would be passed immediately to the tech team for resolution. In fact I was passed to a chat agent who could not understand my query. No option given to talk to a real person. Fail!

    @VodafoneUK Engineer no show 3rd time, broadband activation was due Nov 30th 2022! we are in Feb 23 and still no hope....this is the worse service to date!!

    @VodafoneUK I've been a home phone & broadband customer for barely 24 hours and I already want to switch. No live connection after your engineer visit yesterday. Chat bot useless and customer service phone dumped me off the call without helping me. Useless.
