    @VodafoneUK hi, I'm starting to get scam texts come through. The known DHL ones, but now 'flowers direct'. I can't stop them, but as my provider can you do anything? Can you trace where they're coming from or what network? It won't be long before I click one that I'm expecting 😕

    @sqrcube @VodafoneUK Honestly it's shocking how poor it is! And then when one advisor says they will get things done, another comes along and asks you all the same questions already answered many times before. It's beyond incompetent now
