    @TFM_MarkDavison @VodafoneUK I was with @VodafoneUK and they secretly over charged me... I was paying £22 for 2GB of data unlimited phone calls and messages. I'm now with BT I'm paying £20 for unlimited data minutes and texts. Tbh vodafone is just terrible.

    Well, @VodafoneUK, this morning you lost a customer. Two weeks of problems of your creation and "customer service" advisers that couldn't add a shred of humanity, understanding or ability to fix YOUR mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable levels of customer care.

    @TFM_MarkDavison @VodafoneUK Wow mark this is madness I’ve order my iPhone 12 pro max on Tuesday at 6.05 pretty late for me as Normandy in and out in in under 20 seconds order for pick up Saturday 5th can’t beleave guy still waiting when that the first pro came out in October disgusting service from Voda

    @VodafoneUK you want to charge me £67 as a one off payment for leaving ur home broadband but I have an email saying I would have to pay £0 no one can help me online and I can't speak to an advisor to solve the issue. I suggest someone gets in touch with me soon

    @VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible
