  @VodafoneUK The message form on your website doesn't work and your webchat operative says you have no email addresses we can contact you on. Transcripts turn to random characters when a real person takes over. How are we supposed to tell you what an awful company you are?

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin have a terrible reputation and have just received a massive fine. I need to look at my broadband with them. Can't bear the thought of phoning to cancel.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the worst time with them, my dad wanted to take over my mom's account, after her death, as his first cell phone. They made it impossible. He finally gave up and got a new number 😞

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

  Everyday since Friday I’ve been contacting @VodafoneUK to swap an e sim from one device to another and each time get fed lies because they basically can’t be bothered to help I’ve never had problems with any company like I do Vodafone
