  @VodafoneUK Tried talking to online agent this morning. As soon as I put my question, they then ignored me and ended the chat!! Tried again and now all agents are busy. Shocking customer service.

  @SomersetBobby @VodafoneUK I have problems right now. I used my 5G to check the network connectivity site. Says there's no reported issues. Funny considering there's not a single light on the fibre box in the wall & not a single light on the router lmao.

  @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

  @VodafoneUK Absolutely disheartened by my experience today - can’t get to speak to someone who can do something - everything has to be logged onto the system in the hope they will pick it up. 30+ years as a Vodafone customer is likely to be coming to an end.
