Which showed on my credit score, for the whole some of ยฃ0.00p. I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency thatโs do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.

Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
