    @VodafoneUK Wireless, our router is fine - this was established on the chat in the app. We have tried wired connection/resetting router etc etc. We get a lot of of “DNS server” errors. We have no internet connection at all at the moment (for approx 20mins) but this appears to be a new issue

    @VodafoneUK I want to talk to someone about an upgrade. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone on your customer service phone number. What's the point of having a phone number if you can't talk to someone?! Can I have a number where I can talk to someone please.

    @VodafoneUK But this been goin over a year if i go out of london im gettin better signal full bars ect.. ive had loads email sayin they always fixin it but it never got any better just same thing stayin on low signal one bar
