    @Noz_T3rra @VodafoneUK I agree, I've tried to get help from them with an issue they created. But nothing, transferred back and forth, no answer, no solution... And lately ignorance. That is their solution.

    @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach All I’m asking is for you to take my money. I need an installation date in March (which are getting rarer and rarer) and would like to apply the £150 voucher. Phone service unhelpful and complaints (don’t want to complain - just place an order) department hung up on me. 4/4

    @DroumgarrGooner @VodafoneUK The same here, they not answering me, ignorance is the game they playing. Or as I heard also called "silence resolution". Which basically means ignoring you till you give up.

    @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach The only option I have is to order over the phone, but then I miss out on a £150 voucher from @UswitchUK, which does make a significant difference. Please, can you help me place an order so I don‘t have to spend even more hours on this? 3/n

    Incredibly frustrated trying to order @VodafoneUK broadband. To get an earlier installation date with @WeAreOpenreach, I was told I meeded to cancel the order and reorder in a week‘s time. That would be today. Now I cannot reorder as it says my credit check failed, but that 1/n

    @DuncanThornton8 @CwitMit @VodafoneUK The same here, messed up my home broadband,have no clue what happened or how to fix it.Rejecting to do anything to resolve the issue.Their resolution manager assured me they'll keep monitoring my case.And once it solved they will compensate me! It's a joke, but I can't laugh.

    @ScouseGoth @VodafoneUK @Ofcom They've also reintroduced credit checks for upgrades. Lots of people have failed, seems a bit silly to lose customers. I passed when I checked, but then failed a paypal credit the next day 🤔 odd as its never happened before.
