@VodafoneUK for a comms company you make it very difficult to speak to anyone. 2+ hours on the phone/chat so far today and just getting passed around! Need an issue you caused resolving ASAP!

My experience with Vodafone has not been good, so could someone please acknowledge my complaint so I know it has been received and not dropped straight in the trash?

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK And I thought they were crap when we had to deal with them stealing from our mobile data allowance - in the middle of the night when our modem was switched off! That's nothing to the awful way in which they've (not) handled your problem! Hope @VodafoneUK refund you ASAP!

@VodafoneUK still have not rectified our iPad issue! Been paying for@it since November and had 5 days use! They still won’t help us! But happily take our money! Awful company!
