@VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried using private chat to no avail. This SIM is used for a house alarm so does not receive texts or calls - despite me telling your team this. Can someone competent help me please.

@VodafoneUK seem to have no problem with completely destroying people's personal lives and having a huge impact on their mental wellbeing through making abysmal customer service decisions, avoid this company like the plague!

@VodafoneUK My specific question was when and how was this communicated to customers? Why are you telling me about Charing Cross improvements!? Social media strategy fail right here. Yet again basic questions answered with stock responses.

@VodafoneUK I have a S20 5G FE For 3 days I have had an issue where I cannot search the Internet or use certain apps. I do have a 5G signal and running a speed test shows all is fine. Calls and texts ok. Turning mobile data of then on solves problem for a few minutes.

@cortina @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Plus of course people arguing in favour of being charged for something they weren’t last week. And easy to sit in middle England and think it isn’t an issue, but what about those in NI that are frequently in EU (Eire) for work/family or even just near border & phone picks EU mast
