    @VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    @VodafoneUK supposed to have gone live with your fibre broadband service on 31/3/26.... Still waiting ... Poor but I guess you will blame @WeAreOpenreach

    @VodafoneUK team couldnโ€™t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1โ€“5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    Hi @VodafoneUK if itโ€™s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.

    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and canโ€™t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so canโ€™t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward
