@TedUrchin @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Me too. Months of ongoing problems and hours of webchat/calls. Issue with download speed. Finally told that my line is not even capable of running at their minimum promised speed. Needless to say I left mid-contract without penalty.

@DavidDavisMP I have spent months getting a sum total of nowhere with @VodafoneUK customer services, including loads of time on hold, supposed ‘we called you but you didn’t answer’ messages (the phone was in my hand, literally waiting for the call, it never rang...) etc

@VodafoneUK @DavidDavisMP I had weeks of trouble with vodafone. Only reason I didn't quit in the end was because they made it too difficult to contact them to do so. Cunning tactics. Vodafone, if you're reading this, I'd tell you more if I could talk to somebody there who would understand.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK It is not often I agree with you, if ever, but I too had a monumental problem with them last year - multiple calls,hours on the phone, texts sent which they then reneged on. Moreover, I have been a consistent and loyal Vodafone customer for over 20 years!
