@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

Frankly, @VodafoneUK is one of the worst companies to trade with. They mess up your account & then, unhinged, they start charging, refusing a refund. That’s called THEFT! Force you to submit a complain to get your money back. @Ofcom complaint coming your way! #worstcompanies

@simonbg12 Oh dear, I’m sorry to hear. After a few years struggling for hours on the phone trying to resolve issues with @VodafoneUK, and dealing with regularly shifting answers, we switched to Zen. Where there is a very different and positive attitude.
