@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK is there anyway I can cancel a contract with you guys without paying a fee? I've finished a 2 year contract with you guys and 2 months later still being charged for that contract? After giving 7 months notice I'd be leaving you guys.

@VodafoneUK @KendalCalling I told you guys on January 17th that I had a new mobile device and that I no longer wanted your services and that I would finish my contract and leave your network.. my contract finished on july 5th and I am still being charged? How is this able to happen? I gave 6 months notice

@VodafoneUK I've spoke to you guys already today. You could do nothing for me although you could see I had requested in January because I didn't send money to you in January to confirm you guys wouldnt help. Basically you didn't care because you wasn't getting paid.. absolute disgrace
