    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK I've got 2 upgrade choices on both of my numbers. One 1 it days flexi upgrade and I HAVE to pay the fee on the other it says annual upgrade promise no fee but apparently it doesn't exist cos of your STUPID Evo plans (I hate them) please advise

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

    Anybody else having issues with @VodafoneUK? I can't seem to use 4G. It steps down to Edge and works for a bit then goes back on 4G and stops working

    @VodafoneUK rang customer care. Cut off. Online chat. Ended by you. Online chat again, 3 hard sells & cut off. Back on online chat “you are number 23 in the queue” customer service at its finest 👍🏻

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for years and I am on a family holiday in mainland Scotland and I have absolutely no mobile internet signal for the first time ever. My 10 year old daughter has a Tesco contract and she does as does my other half who is withEE. Not good enough Vodafone
