@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK Just called the main cust service number, who put me through to WiFi second line support. Line went dead straight away (from landline). Please send a carrier pigeon, I’ll write a ******* letter it can deliver to you.

I can honestly say I have never had such rubbish technical help @VodafoneUK chat. They aren’t listening to what I am saying, I don’t need a device repair as it happened when I first had my old device. It’s not the device? They managed to sort it then, ended up giving up. Shocking

@VodafoneUK I’m having problems with my landline. Keeps saying line cord error on phone. Pretty confident it’s not my house phone that’s the problem. I Can’t make or receive calls but my broadband is working fine. What do you advise?
