@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@KarenGeddesQPM @VodafoneUK UW Customer and Partner. Never had issues with connectivity and I work from home. Fibre from £21 a month with no in contract rises. We also give you a discount on energy as we are multi service.

@VodafoneUK what a joke got internet if you can call it internet. Didn’t work properly sold me a pro 11 with 3 boosters 24:7 tech help. Extra £10 per month sent me 1 booster with a hub that’s as much use as a chocolate chisel. Had 1hr.30 on phone again today said they would call

Customer service as tremendous as always @VodafoneUK . Try to transfer vodafone number to new Vodafone contract as upgrade was worse than what was online. 37 minute phonecall consisting of mostly being on hold culminates in getting hung up on and no return call.🤦
