    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is shocking 😠Bought a new phone from @Argos on monthly contract, can't get the phone to work after a week ! Just says courier service & messages stopped ? I need it for hospital appointments, can I get refunded ? Not impressed😒

    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with your site for upgrades - trying to upgrade w/ advantage discount and get to the final stage am charged for upfront but then it fails to process to review plan and sticks on t&cs page then receive an email saying order cancelled bc I didn't sign?

    @CWalker87 @VodafoneUK That’s what I’m trying to do, had nothing but issues past few years so finally trying to leave but can’t get hold of anyone to tell em, tried on Saturday on hold for 40 mins and sacked em off

    @VodafoneUK There's hardly been any service in the CA9 area (Cumbria) for last 3 or 4 days & have just seen FB post saying it could be another 6 days before it's rectified. Will we all be getting our bill reduced by at least 1/3rd for this month?

    @VodafoneUK Sadly my phone battery life has halved. Probably because it's searching for a signal all day. Also the wifi calling is not so consistent.

    @VodafoneUK Replied to your DMs and no action since 8AM. Now on the phone for the 4th time to try and get this issue sorted. NOW 48 HOURS WITH NO ACTIVE PHONELINE. Shame that 'together we can'-not actually fix the problem!!! #StillDisconnected
