    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    Well played @VodafoneUK 😡 Take my iPhone pre-order bang on 1pm last Friday. Tell me I’m “first call of the day”. Guarantee me delivery today. Status now “on back order”. Just lost £430 on current phone as needed to sell this weekend to get that price. POOR

    @VodafoneUK lying about delivery again! All of your staff lie, worst company I have dealt with. My iPhone 11pro was late… now my 13 pro is gonna be late and wasn’t told until 5 mins ago? I booked work off today to ensure I was here!!! You paying for that???
