@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

Jesus why is @VodafoneUK customer service so ******* crap. Online chat doesn't work. Ring a number get told I am sent a link for diagnostic tool (link never arrives) NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon So just had to cancel my contract. I have been with vodafone for 24 years. My contract ran out in july 2021 rang up today for a new deal the only way i can have a good deal is to take a new number! Why not just give me it with my number absolutely ridiculous.
