    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @O2 Thanks guys. Going to get someone I know with O2 to come through so I can check what your network coverage is like. Wife’s with @VodafoneUK and has no issues.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is absolutely ****. Every time I need to use 4g for some thing important, it’s super slow and sometimes doesn’t even load anything. They take full payment every month for this Bullshit service

    @VodafoneUK Congratulations on finally supporting ESIM but why is it that you do not Support the iPhone 8 and iPhone X? When these were the pioneering phones for the standard? Please can someone look into this for me as I believe this should be a non issue

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 Hi mark i have just spent the last 45 minutes on the phone to somebody that bearly understood the english i was speaking, turns out that the channel change function for ALL customers is didabled and that the "broadband technical support" are UNABLE to change the channel...

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service from Vodafone, due a refund from month ago and being promised (lied to) it will be in with 24 hours numerous times now being ignored on Twitter and Facebook with them asking me to confirm details then never replying!

    @VodafoneUK How about providing a handset that has the capability of the tariff you upgraded me too. After over a month of failed correspondence and loss of connectivity I will NEVER use Vodafone again after nearly 15 years with you !!!

    @VodafoneUK i did call and they were no help and said that they cannot change the channel for me, and because of the update im unable to change the channel myself, if i ring them then all im doing is wasting time as they cannot do it, how about you arrange them to ring me!?

    @VodafoneUK Yes you have a JavaScript error on the page preventing the display. Flashes up and then white page. Tried on phone and computer night the same, with and without blockers - same issue

    @VodafoneUK i have done the DM now, as i stated i have been intouch with the customer service for broadband technical help and quite frankly they are useless and to busy sticking to their hot sheet and script and cant solve the issue

    Well it took quite a while but Cherry managed to help us. I don't think she was help by @VodafoneUK IT systems or their overly and unnecessarily complex product and service offers. @VodafoneUK certainly need to adopt the ITIL principle "Keep it simple".
