    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.

    You have had my money for nearly 6 years over 3 contracts Please I need an honest answer My contract is up 2 November but won't be getting a phone(already bought a sim free model) direct from manufacturer so got warranty with them. Your and Motorola back poor for @VodafoneUK
