Georgina Clarke (@georginaclarke_) reported from Yeovilton, England@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

-
SusanLittlerMason 💖RIP Lord Winston the Brave💛 (@Bouncy_Tigger4) reported@VodafoneUK what a pathetic customer service experience, almost 3 hours on 'chat' with you now and the level of understanding being shown by your customer services is just getting more ridiculous!

Stephen H. Ashworth (@AshworthSH) reported@VodafoneUK Is it possible to get (buy/rent) a fixed IP address for a Vodafone data SIM? If not I need to cancel my contract and find a provider that will allow it.
-
Alex H-M (@Pieford) reportedSo yeah, if you get a circular from @CityFibre or @VodafoneUK saying you can get superfast internet for £30 a month, don’t bother. It’s probably not even plugged in and they’ll keep stalling you and not actually fix it as quickly as they definitely can.
-
Alex H-M (@Pieford) reportedI would never, ever recommend @VodafoneUK or @CityFibre to anyone after these issues. The only reason I switched from Virgin, which had never had any issues, was the promise of 1GB down AND up. Virgin’s upload speed is rubbish.

Alex Bloodfire🦕🦖 (@alexbloodfire) reported@RexDraws Thank you @VodafoneUK for deleting the pronoun tweet. As a customer of Vodafone it made me feel unwelcome!
