    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Really getting frustrated with @VodafoneUK's woefully inadequte technical support for their home 'broadband'. I'm getting less than 2 mbit of download speed, VDSL looks fine, OpenReach checked the line. Now being asked to provide my own speed tests!

    @VodafoneUK do you people ever pick up the phone? I’ve been on hold for an hour. Yesterday I gave up after 30 mins. How does anyone ever get help because your chat service is also terrible?!

    @VodafoneUK WiFi Calling is still in phone app's settings, still enabled. Network name? err.. In flight mode, "SIM card status" page says Network: not available, with 113dBm 0 asu signal strength. Should it work the same when roaming (says its not but guessing just due flight mode)

    Sisters broadband not working, been on hold waiting to speak to a @VodafoneUK advisor for over half an hour now. Sick of your crap music and sick of hearing we are sorry. If you were truly sorry you'd employ more staff!!!
