    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK - it's not good form for your sales staff to talk of problems with @iD_Mobile_UK and then refuse to say what they are. You're now likely to lose a long standing customer when my contract ends in January. I'll go with the very helpful and personable staff I had at ID.

    @andrewwood05 @VodafoneUK We’re all seemingly good now thanks Andrew COVID went through the family these last 3 weeks which was scary our Sarah being the worst hit needing paramedic help but she’s on the mend now take care stay safe

    @ToTheLifeboats Well, at least they get to close down and eat. I used to work for @VodafoneUK and you don't get to close the store to eat if you are short-staffed, and that was before 2020, so you end up overworked, stressed and underpaid since they do not pay you overtime.

    Everytime in get on the #tube reminds me of why I shouldn’t have moved to @VodafoneUK Not only shocking customer service but also cant use the internet on the underground. I mean is there any point in having Vodafone in #London?

    @BChandler991 @VodafoneUK I'd suggest to DO NOT continue with this #pathetic network. So many incorrect and false information shared. Unprofessional behaviour on call as well on chat. Major part is their services, I port from @virginmedia cause of #ridiculous mobile services. Even the VODAFONE was same 🤮
