@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

Whatever you don't ever join @VodafoneUK for broadband! 100% the worst experience of my life customer service and care are awful! Was meant to be activated on the 26th of March and still no internet. No one wants to help and no one cares all you get is you have to wait!.......

& on top of that, @VodafoneUK still won't let me cancel a mobile internet plan that I don't even use because it doesn't work anywhere near as well as I was promised on purchase unless I pay over £1000 in a cancellation fee. Snakiest company around 0/10🐍🐍🐍

@VodafoneUK Generally found Vodafone great, but message wasn’t explicit enough (for me) about being a recurring months charge versus just this month, and disappointing there was no technical issue to take my money, but multiple technical issues to stop the payment!

@VodafoneUK I have upgraded my phone on the 20th, was told I would get it the next day. Nothing, called up to ask where it is and it is out of stock. Why did they not say it when I did their early upgrade???? Not happy with the service i have had. Been with you for over 15 years!

@VodafoneUK ridiculous! Won’t let me cancel for something that won’t work and saying it’s a contract when I was told in the shop it’s a 30 day rolling one! Rang up previously and said I can cancel free of charge just had to prove my identity, did that & now saying I can’t!😠

@VodafoneUK fix your my vodafone app for iOS because the latest update just crashes every time i open the app on the iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 12.5.5 or bring back the previous version of the app, there’s no point having vodafone if i cant even use the app and the veryme rewards!
