    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK please improve your customer service waiting times. I called vodafone at 4.05pm and the call finally ended at 5.27pm. I’ve been transferred to different departments and have spent more time on hold than I have actually speaking to a person.

    @VodafoneUK Haha ... I am number 51 in the queue. My call is no doubt important to you. TOBI doesn't work in Chrome, so had to use Edge. It is really rather difficult communicating with you @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have a problem with Vodafone Egypt in the system owned by the company. There is a glitch in the system and a violation of privacy. It is possible for someone to control your account from their application. You do not know him at all, and I have evidence for everything.

    Gibberish. The “dedicated” team at @VodafoneUK “will help you with the best accordingly further”. And now they just give me a phone number so I must all over again

    @VodafoneUK I got through to someone in the complaints team , again with poor English, who promised someone would call back before 5.45pm on Saturday. I shan't hold my breath given how #incompetent the service has been over past 2 weeks

    @VodafoneUK complete and utter **** show continues . 5 days no network , directors hauled up in ivory towers, no managers take calls or wait for it make calls ie .. they hide . You control your staff like robots . Willingness but no ability to resolve anything #shocking corporate

    @GregBufithis @VodafoneUK I can understand a system designed to waste customer time if it saves @VodafoneUK money. I don't understand one which ties up so much of their resource while not even trying to deliver a result

    @VodafoneUK I have had loads of connectivity issues but it happens every call I make or receive now where the mobile signal drops and says call failed and only getting 2 bars on 4G mostly 3G what can I do to improve it please 🙏
