@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK @alfiehewett6 @GordonReid91 System outage from 11th til 29th July no notification nothjng . That is a breech of your contractual obligations. You get millions from your customers and give dreadful service and poor quality. Referring me to a robot app that does not even function properly is an insult.

@LoftyMark @VodafoneUK Request a formal complaint and get to a deadlock then go to @Ofcom and file a complaint about them. They do not deliver what we pay for. The more people that report them the better. I have and now at adjudication. It’s worth reporting them.
