@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK i'm through to someone now, but the bot sent me to the wrong person. But the fact you make it impossible to cancel a contract and you can open but not close an account in your stores is shockingly bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK Fibre Internet was supposed to be installed today. No one has shown up! Called customer services said order had been cancelled ( it hasn’t) Iv got confirmation emails, broadband bow arrived last week!! On phone for 45mins trying to get sort it out! And now you’ve Hung up on me 😡

Just been blatantly lied to by an agent @VodafoneUK my internet has been down for 21 hours and the bloke in India first told me 2-24 hours now he changed his mind to 24-48 hours don’t touch these with a barge pole

@VodafoneUK absolutely APPALLED with Vodafone's customer service. Pay through the nose for a pro plan - I've had no internet access for 3 months. Called numerous times, engineer been out multiple times, been sent new router, spent HOURS on the phone to get (1)
