@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK 45 mins on hold to cust serv and call was dropped. Online line test not working. No text or email to explain. I thought it was my equipment. A text or email explaining the situation would have saved us both time and 💰

@VodafoneUK No Internet connection since 7.30am this morning. Over an hour on hold to support to be cut off. Support tools down and no agents available and yet you hit us with a 14% rise #Vodafonedown
