  @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had so many problems with EE when my dad died in October 2025. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!
