    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK better be ringing me back after letting me sit in a virtual queue online for about 45 minutes starting at 12th moving up to 2nd only to be disconnected and asked to complete a survey about the service! Needless to say scores weren’t great! 🤬

    .@VodafoneUK hello this is technical support, your whole network is down, to restore service to around 20,000 customers I recommend you turn off your 4g, that’s correct 20,000 people don’t have internet because your lazy to advice your managers to fix the internet

I have been trying to contact yourselves for a few months but it's quite hard when I don't live in the UK and your contact page is always down, you have no email response, and everything is automated on your SM.     @VodafoneUK very dispoident in your service. I thought paying more to get your services was worh it but it turned out not be true. I only recive 3g not 4g. so whats up with that?!!!
