    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I have transferred from @TalkTalk to Vodafone and today is my activation day! I appreciate I may be doing something wrong but I can't contact anyone at Vodafone (other than a bot) for help! Why am I still without Internet at 8.30pm? Not off to a good start! 😕

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK - disgusting service, my mother-in-law of 83 has waited almost a month for her installation, and an hour before today's appointment, you cancelled and moved it to April 6th - what an absolute joke. #PoorService

    @VodafoneUK Well I’m in my mid forties and Vodafone have recently set a new record for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After a week with no internet, >200 phone calls to explain the situation to them repeatedly, I’ve now spent weeks requesting the 1/2

    @VodafoneUK No you don't have a damn clue. You are 1st to disconnect if one pays bill late. But last to actually provide a service. It's a shambles that in 21 Century I struggle with broadband..apparently 5th economy on the planet. I want to make formal compalint. want to be compensated

    @VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up

    It really is amazing @VodafoneUK and @VOXI_UK are owned yet 19 hours after transferring my number from Voxi to Vodafone I still can't access my sim. I even had to call 999 (emergency line) to speak to samaritans, How's that fair on people having a real emergency!!!!!!!!
