    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my contract on 22nd so that I’d have worldwide included in plan until 6/1/21 when the rules change, but it’s now 31st and my plan hasn’t charged and I’m now being charged £6 a day to use my phone 😡 can someone help please!!

    @VodafoneUK My wife gets 4gb data unlimited unlimited for £6 per month on Sky and the data rolls over. What a terrible deal . Vodaphone you’re taking the pi**

    @VodafoneUK when we call 191 it directs us to your website which is down! How are we supposed to pay our bill on time when your customer services team aren’t available and your website isn’t working?

    @VodafoneUK I have been waiting for a return pack to send back my old handset for over 2 weeks now and there is currently a £500+ charge on my bill due to come out tomorrow which is no fault of my own. Can you help with this please?
