    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear about your loss. It’s never a pleasant task making those calls. If you’d left the name of the company with terrible customer service out of your post, I’d have still guessed it was Virgin Media.
