@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK Message an adviser Mark Thomas 07976673060 - shocking service - advised of excellent service get one bar - request to increase data allowance results in 30 mins on store and over 90 plus minutes on phone with four staff - no chance to speak to a human so had to repeat endlessly

@VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie, can you pls tell @ViCustomerCare to work for atleast sometime in a day they are least bothered about their complaints every month they deduct my balance and then atfer so many complaints they return it otherwise they just keep it what isthe issue

@virginmedia hello it gets better someone actually phoned me back “we can’t tell you when the fault will be fixed because we can’t communicate with the engineers on site” WTF? @VodafoneUK can you lend these guys a couple of mobiles and explain to them how they work?
