    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Just lost my internet with @VodafoneUK … nothing but problems with this company for the last few weeks. ****** speeds. Crappy wife expert customer service and attitude. No compensation for a fault they acknowledged and now deny happened. Now loss of service.

    @VodafoneUK There is no planned coverage on your Network Status checker, is there a date for the rollout? The 5G network stops in Liverpool and then doesn’t start agin until Preston missing out everything in between.

    @VodafoneUK despite several promises and hours of frustrated phone calls my cellular plan is STILL not activated on my apple watch. Yesterday you told me it should work by 7pm and that you'd call to confirm. Not working. No follow up call as promised. Not good enough. Help !!

    @VodafoneUK i currently am nearing my vodafone contract i wish to keep my phone and number but go to sim only also i believe i have insurance but cant find info on it i wish to cancel that too 5 gig is big enough for me what do i need to do can you do this

    @ThatAlexWoman Not quite on the same scale, but ive made 3 phone calls to @VodafoneUK since friday to cancel an order, every time ive been told its cancelled...and today theyre delivering it anyway.

    @VodafoneUK it has to be said that your #CustomerService is the worst I've ever received, virtually impossible to speak to someone unless you have hours to wait, tried your chat function this morning and got past around by 4 different agents with still no resolution #poor
