@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling multiple times this afternoon only to get hung up on or passed around and put on hold for X number of minutes for the call to just end abruptly. Been a loyal customer for over 6 years and don’t expect this service

There really isn’t enough words to describe how poor @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK are. The only way I can get it across is to tweet how poor they are everyday. The end of my contract can’t come quick enough.

@VodafoneUK Been over an hour and a half now. Still waiting for a reply after you asked for my postcode so you could check if there was a network issue in my area. Not great @VodafoneUK

Can honestly say @VodafoneUK is THE WORST phone company ever. They do not understand that peoples circumstances change, if you’re thinking of a contract with them… don’t. It’s not worth the hassle or stress. Got enough stress of my own to deal with, wish I stayed with @O2

@VodafoneUK Serious issue, not even your customer I’m still receiving bills 5 years later in my name. Was supposed to have been resolved last year and it wasn’t I’ve contacted CISAS but this is my last attempt to resolve here or I’ll let the 6 weeks elapse.

@VodafoneUK Do you not understand that the point is that you have now told me 3 times that you will do something, and then you don’t do it. Why would speaking to someone online change this? You are just categorically refusing to help

@VodafoneUK @vodafoneuk After 2 weeks, 3 calls and 2 hours with tech support and 3 times promised to get a bag to ship my phone to vodafone for repair - still nothing! What is one to do…

I do rarely do this but I am absolutely appalled with @VodafoneUK and their lack of compassion in charging almost £300 to cancel a contract for an elderly person with dementia. Just appalling.

@VodafoneUK I asked you to remove my daughter from my contract last December which we have discovered you never did. She was trying to upgrade her phone and was told she would have to wait 3 months. Now she is being really messed about by your call centre being totally unhelpful.
