    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK My issue is not what it does not what it's for but the fact that it's automatically added at point of sale and then me having to remove it via the app. It's a waste of my time.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, you’ve given me an incorrect DPD tracking number that comes up a parcel that was delivered to someone else in April 2021 and when I try it again it says my postcode doesn’t match delivery address. Help please and thanks.

    @VodafoneUK I visited my local Vodafone shop in Bracknell to donate a laptop for the tech appeal and received the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They refused to accept my laptop and had a real couldn't be bothered attitude. Dreadful attitude from the staff member.

    @VodafoneUK I have an issue where trying to upgrade and doing a pre order it goes all the way to the end then says I’m over spend limit and tells me to reduce. Even though it’s less than current amount! I’ve had one of these issues already where online agent upped my spend limit so it worked
