@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 3+ weeks of my life speaking to people who haven’t a clue what they are doing really don’t fancy wasting any of my time !!!! Will never recommend your service to ANYBODY !!!!

@DangelAngello @VodafoneUK @O2 Had no problems with O2 but I dealt with them mostly through carphone warehouse found them very knowledgeable and helpful. It was Vodafone that were obstructive annoying and no help what so ever in the shop

@VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.
