@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

As working abroad and not been able to travel back home to the UK due to COVID isn’t bad enough @VodafoneUK decided to cancel my my pay as you go telephone number that I used for seventeen years 🥲 really upset and shocked what a terrible service this company provides

So @VodafoneUK aren't paying out the vouchers I earned in JULY that I have been chasing and were still showing in my account in SEPTEMBER. Because my scores when customers were contacted were 33%. Because being NEW I didn't always remember to tell my customer score me 9 or 10 (1)

@VodafoneUK has to be the most useless unreliable network there is going. You can never get signal. They are equivalent to Arsenal. Once great, now average. May as well buy a Lyca sim from the corner shop.

@VodafoneUK you are the worse. I visited the store to cancel my iPad contract to be directed to the online options. After an hour of chatting to an online advisor I have now been directed to the store. You are a joke of a company, terrible customer service

@VodafoneUK 4G/5G signal completely down in GU1 yet again. Mind you, speedwise, it's not much different to when it's working.
