    @VodafoneUK imagine having to be a customer and ask “are my bills up to date” and if you lot don’t know. HOW ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!!

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @RiotAfk @YamatosDeath @VodafoneUK They are obliged to give your info to the law company that gives out the cease and desist letters. We had one as well a few years ago but we never paid the money cuz as long as they don't send you a letter for a direct court invitation they have nothing against u in their hand.

    @NETGEAR I just updated the firmware of my R7800 to 1.0.2.90 using the Nighthawk iOS app. Now it can’t connect to my ISP. #help! @VodafoneUK have raised a ticket, but I think it’s the firmware update causing it.

    @VodafoneUK I'm not on Vodafone but can guarantee I will never have another Samsung phone. The one I have now loses internet connection several times a day no matter what network I am logged on to.

    @VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.
