    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK Signed up to you guys in July 2020 and still don't have access to Veryme Rewards! Being passed around departments and waiting times over 45mins on a call each time is frustrating, especially when the issue isn't being resolved!

    @VodafoneUK you have major issues with your phone systems. 3 times I’ve been hung up on. However, yet again a contract I called to cancel in November hasn’t been cancelled!! This is not the first time! This is the second time! In 5 months!

    @VodafoneUK Order for new gigafast broadband placed last week. Verbal confirmation from your call centre + the taking of my bank details/ credit check. No formal e-mail confirmation, so I called up today for an update and the order was never placed. Now no setup until May. Awful.
