    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @VodafoneUK Tried for a second time in 2 days to give 30 days notice to cancel my contract. New system is down - suggested that I call back in a few days. Asked if there was any other way to cancel - advised only through online chat or via phone. Does not seem right.

    @VodafoneUK Hi! My phone doesn’t work today. Not sure if it’s the phone or network. It rings but when I pick up it’s just silent. Same if I call a number, it connects but just silence. Hope you can help! Thanks

    @VodafoneUK absolute liars. Sent my phone off 3 times for repair and issue has come back. In store at Canary Wharf guaranteed me a brand new phone if it happened again. In store (Nico) is now saying he didn’t say that and can’t help me.

    @VodafoneUK 3/3 after I was passed to pillar to post, I was suddenly unable to pass DPA as VF have incorrect details for me. I’ve been to a store previously to fix this and had to go AGAIN this weekend to sort it. This aswel as the very argumentative rep I spoke too has made me very unhappy.

    @VodafoneUK 2/3 I chased this up on Tuesday and again was told that it would be escalated to a manager and that I would receive a text that night. Again nothing. I received a call on Thursday from VF asking if I want an additional contract because I’m a “valued customer”.

    @VodafoneUK I was asked to visit a Vodafone store and I did and they said they can't do anything... @VodafoneUK you never fail to disappoint with your services. Be it India or UK..

    @VodafoneUK 1/3 I have sent a complaint. Long story short, I used the chat service to inform Vodafone that I am struggling to cover the cost of my contract and was informed I would receive a text within 24hrs from a manager with a possible resolution. I did not receive any such text.
