    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    @Kei_Maye @VodafoneUK Yep. Only time I had issues was being on phone calls beyond certain periods but lately that’s stopped. Been on the phone for consecutive 3-4 hour periods with friends and no cut offs

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, just thought I would check as my current device is only capable of 4g and 5g isn't available in my area anyway but couldn't see 4g plans online hence my enquiry. I'm also having the mother of all times with current network and don't want to jump from frying pan into fire

    @VodafoneUK I have reported several times that I am unable to make calls since upgrading to an iPhone 12 Pro, it’s taken over 10 attempts to actually speak to anyone and you tell me I need to send my phone without replacement?! Awful service

    This so called @VodafoneUK complaints advisor goes to me he doesn’t know what the procedure is to transfer my number and I should contact the other service?? I then asked to speak to the manager and apparently i need put in a request to speak to them???
