    @VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIT Since 2019 i have lodged so many complaints regarding network tower issues in my area as well as in my home too. But every time I get same message that tower is under construction.Will i get better service or shall I stop using jio.

    I’d use #VeryMeRewards to get streaming equipment; including a Blue Yeti microphone, 1080p webcam, acer gaming laptop (and monitor), a subscription to a gaming streaming service and a comfy chair @VodafoneUK

    @virginmedia @Shell @VodafoneUK currently a virginmedia customer of 16 years, zero support, no acknowledgement of loyalty. Paying top price for broadband of which in recent weeks has been appalling. contract is due to expire in April how quickly can I switch? Had enough !!
