@lukerigg @VodafoneUK I know. I've been told I have to take it as annual or unpaid leave. I know there is AFL claim but that only pays half my salary for the day. I'm trying to work out who in VF I need to take it up with. I appreciate the offer of help!

@VodafoneUK driven demented in last 10 days. Upped plan as data not enough (reduced on your advice). Now no mobile data for all this time. Our business depends on this for us to keep in touch. Constant calls and messages. No result. Help please.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Jason, we will do as you suggest. If I tweet, I get access to good customer service; likewise if I can actually speak to someone on the phone, they’re friendly. But the systems that allow these situations to keep arising are pretty shoddy.
