    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup the problem is not personal, it’s a public complaint, very bad network coverage, bad costumer service and bad service for money.

    @VodafoneUK @UKVodafoneHelp I ordered a phone last monday, promised 1-3 days delivery, told there was a delay. Friday - spoke to a lovely customer adviser online and was promised that it would be 100% dispatched within 48 working hours, could I please get clarrification?

    @MeMints @VodafoneUK I don't use a mobile, it's just pay as you go for emergencies. So it's no use to me. I bloody pay enough for fibre broadband, it shouldn't be going down. We haven't even had any bad weather here! Bloody internet. 🤔

    @VodafoneUK That’s fine if you can get into the bloody thing. But I think you’ve missed the point. Why is the word grooming on there? People don’t talk about the fact they’re groomers or search for someone to groom them, they seek help when they’ve been groomed.
