.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK Hello. I tweeted in 2021 my dissatisfaction with Vodafone removing wireless service for customers on the London tube. I have now discontinued service with Vodafone and have moved to a provider that provides this service free of charge, free European roaming and lower monthly fees
