    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    *what is going on? I was given to believe it was a “fibre break being repaired” - making it sound like quite a localised issue, however there seems to be a far wider issue and @VodafoneUK appear to be keeping schtüm. I’d be more sympathetic if you were just up front about it.

    Hey @VodafoneUK for the second time this week I am without broadband. Any idea when it will be back up as we are once again approaching 24 hours without it! Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired, an update message for customers would be nice.

    @lowjournal there is a major outage of @VodafoneUK broadband that is affecting lots of customers in Lowestoft. Perhaps you can help get to the bottom of this because Vodafone haven't been able to?
