    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK 3 weeks into complaint and no resolution. Director's office are no use, have no interest in resolving issue. Holding me to ransom as I can't even move my number. Shocking service - or lack of.

    I’m abroad and my data and cellular network have been cut off. I spoke to your staff multiple times before travelling to avoid this and it’s still happened to me again! I was stranded today with my wife and 10 month old baby unable to get an Uber! @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK @vodafoneUK that is simply not true. I’ve terminated it without ringing anyone. You need to have a good look at your processes from a customer perspective. I’ll never use you again.

    Don't hear many people commend @virginmedia on their service, but have thoroughly enjoyed my time using the gig1 they provide never had a problem in 10 years of using them. But £34 for 2 years for same speeds and apple 4k TV @VodafoneUK isn't an offer to turn down!
