    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Amy. I've managed to sort the problem...kind of. The error occurred each time I tried to keep our existing number. When I tried selecting a new line, it worked fine. Not ideal but it got around the problem 👍

    @VodafoneUK Just tried another browser I r never used but no luck. It simply won’t proceed when you press ‘submit order’. Says pls try again and then directs to a call number to help. They couldn’t help.

    @VodafoneUK I am never going to have anything to do with @VodafoneUK after their appalling customer service and treatment of me, charging me for one calendar year, for an item they never delivered. They refunded me after I found the delivery note, which itemised the SIM only. No apology! 🤯

    @VodafoneUK trying to sign up with you for b/band as current supplier keeps failing. BUT your website doesn’t recognise my phone number, and also says the max speed in this area is 65Mb which is not true (currently get 150Mb+) Online chat not no help and emails unanswered. Help.
