.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Never ever have a Vodafone account, like many others have had dreadful experience dealing with them and debt collector, advice always keep all correspondence and log all calls plus keep for years as they will come back for you.

@DaveLGilmore @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I also had horrendous problems trying to cancel accounts with Virgin Media that had not been used for over a year plus the sale of a huge broadband package to my mum who at 92 had never owned a computer!! I always seemed to call the “wrong team”

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is terrible. Vodafone have rubbish customer service. Anyone on long term contract when it comes to an end should think 'sim only' monthly commitment. You may need to stick with the service provider for signal strength so... VOXI = Vodafone. Giffgaff = O2, SMARTY = Three

@Tanners_92 @VodafoneUK As you know, I'm with O2 myself, and I've never had an ounce of bother with them, even when I've had problems. But what Vodafone are doing there is reprehensible frankly. They've only made things right because they were called out publicly over it.
