.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK I spent 2.5 hours on the phone y'day w. Vodafone - 2nd line technical support, then an installation person & then complaints. I was given a commitment a manager would call me. I've had total radio silence. My 92 yr old mother is classed by you as vulnerable. How can I get help?
