.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

@VodafoneUK Yes texted that number. Says call 191. Then I’m told to text again (auto message). Then go online etc etc. I just want to PAC code. I have a new sim/account elsewhere now. Service has been poor for ages. Sorry but had enough.

Message from Oz at @VodafoneUK after complaint. “we are under no obligation”..……and one of their values is “delight the customer”. I thought that meant relationship rather than transactional. Once again service after sales is non existent

@VodafoneUK I ended up back with the team who’d caused the problems originally, and surprise surprise they weren’t able to help. What a waste of time. Someone will phone me Thu/Fri this week to hopefully resolve things, though I don’t hold out any hope that they’ll be able to. 2/end
