    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @Browny40 @VodafoneUK Customer Service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. I been without a viable landline for 8 days and we have a Medical need for it. Each day they say it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on this Company on how they deal with vulnerable people.

    @VodafoneUK I had a message today about network problems in my local area (again). This keeps happening. I've got an important zoom meeting tonight and use my phone to connect to zoom. I know things can go wrong but several times in a few weeks? They're not fixing it properly.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. I'll DM you. Having been through this with many providers, I know broadband will be too slow, fibre is available in my area, but no port available in the patch bay. So like a lot of others, my only option for speed is the Gigacube. Just need to be able to change NAT type

    @VodafoneUK your CS is so crap I spent 20 minutes to cancel my account, got a confirmation of the cancellation and now just had another email saying "we're glad your staying" and my cancellation as been er cancelled! Do I just need to ask @Ofcom if they can cancel for me?

    @VodafoneUK 8 days without a viable landline for a medically vulnerable customer who is shielding. A viable landline is a medical necessity. All I get from customer service is it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on your company regarding vulnerable customers.
