.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@VodafoneUK Everything. It's constantly an issue, as many people are reporting. A week now. Even resetting my account hasn't worked. I spend £100 a month for two contacts. I've had other issues too and seriously considering moving. Your website goes down every night too!

@VodafoneUK I requested to move my broadband to my new address on a set day and they got the dates to switch it off and the new address wrong. I’m now left without internet for 14 days and working from home without any solution. Disgusting!!!

@VodafoneUK I’m currently in Ireland and just found out I’m only allowed 25GB of my unlimited data. I’m already at 80% and my refresh date isn’t for another 23 days. I pay £80 a month for unlimited data and I can’t even use it? I’m here for work and need my data, please help?
