.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

I phoned Vodafone to cancel the contract and they insisted they had to speak with my wife who was no longer with us That’s what you have to deal with in tough times. I fortunately was able to escalate very quickly and the matter was resolved. FFS
