    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    Day 12 of waiting for @VodafoneUK to come to a resolution after one of their reps LOSING my phone. Fun fact, it took 5 days for one of the online vodafone reps to figure out how to contact a vodafone retail store. #AvoidVodafone they really don't care about their customers.

    @cottage_pilates @VodafoneUK It's bloody hopeless. My work takes me all over Wales England and Scotland, and if there is the slightest hill, valley, small tree, it's signal disappears. Thankfully the contract is up soon. Don't they claim to cover 99% of the population or some such bullshit?

    @VodafoneUK I just signed up 1st June 2022 to Broadband 900mb, email say to activate my account but the username and pass provided by you doesn't work. Then gives me PIN and that gives Internal Error. Is your site broken? How can I complete?

    @VodafoneUK Internet keeps dropping, customer service woeful, Raised prices with current ROI even though none of our wages have gone up. I feel an indemnity clawback is coming.
