.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for prompt response - I just had another go and managed this time, but it was letting me go through the whole process of rerecording and then telling me the service wasn't available - both via mobile and using remote access - had to try about 6 or 7x before success!

@VodafoneUK As a school, we were given a number of 30gb 4g sim cards. I was given one to use at home to assist with home learning as I currently have no wifi. The card worked for 24 hours then stopped. To say Vodafone have been unhelpful is an understatement. Many promises, no resolution.
