.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

@VodafoneUK been ****** over so bad by your customer services, I had to go in store and speak to a manager, he said this is the worst case he’s seen in 10 years, guess what, issue still not fixed! 3 days no phone, lost work/business. Can’t even ring Vodafone on this phone.

Day 8 with no home broadband (it died at 9:50am on Friday the 12th). @VodafoneUK seem to be getting the runaround from @CityFibre. Multiple customers affected. How can it possibly take a competent network operator this long to find never-mind actually fix the fault?
