    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. So far I've wasted nearly 3 hours of my Sunday trying to get an insurance credit paid to my bank account. Being passed from person to person on both live chat and on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK What do you think is most likely: 1. My phone, my work phone, my wife's phone and my 4g router have all simultaneously stopped working while in the house; or 2. There's something wrong with the signal here? STOP TELLING ME TO TAKE MY SIM OUT AND PUT IT BACK IN!
