    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @libdemdaisy @VodafoneUK Not surprising. They doubled the premium for my dad’s contract without asking him. When he refused to pay the bill they blocked his number. He’d been a customer for 20 years.

    I can’t translate into words how much I hate @VodafoneUK . It shows on my phone that I have full 4g, but just doesn’t work. I can’t tell how many times I almost got in trouble for not having my phone working.

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu @Wimbledon Customer service is an absolute joke. How hard is it to speak to a human on the phone these days. I never had this problem with 02 I wish I never moved. I know I'll be moving back after this contract is up. Disgraceful

    @john_chelt @EE EE is very poor where I live in terms of coverage, hence why I'm on @VodafoneUK John. Certain parts or Chelt are also poor on EE eg Charlton Kings.

    @VodafoneUK rubish company, bad coverage and you don’t benefit from being an existing customer. I went for sim only, phone was already payed and lost everything I had.

    @rfen25 @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    Hey @VodafoneUK, what do I need to do to urgently speak to someone who can explain why you’ve taking unauthorised payments from the account of a vulnerable adult? Not one person I’ve spoken to can help explain it.
