    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    @VodafoneUKLife @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I hope someone picks up on this. I spent half an hour applying for a job. The form is now stuck with an error message asking for details which are already in the form. Cant get any further. No help line or email to contact. So cant apply. Bit of a farce really.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Day 11 of NO broadband, rang up to find out where replacement router is after u accidentally disconnected us, now told that's cancelled too, & need to wait 2 more weeks for new router. Absolute joke! No I don't want to DM. One less customer #vodagone

    How can @VodafoneUK be allowed to get away with the service they provide? It’s absolutely ABHORRENT. Something needs to be done to stop this shambles of a company from continuing to act the way they do.

    @VodafoneUK Part of the issue is that we don’t have the phone, therefore we don’t have the number. He never had any paperwork with it on.
