  This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

  .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  @VodafoneUK Still no internet on our Vodafone hub here in Staffs. Spent 50 minutes in a queue to chat with someone on the Vodafone broadband team, then got thrown out when I reached 50th in the queue. Really just looking for an answer as to whether this is a known issue?

  @VodafoneUK @coolsneakyben I'm sorry but this isn't good enough. My signal is terrible so I can't call anyone so I went on the chat was 145 in line and then reached 50 and they disconnected me.
