@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

  • NatalieBrereton Natalie Brereton (@NatalieBrereton) reported from Exeter District, England

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

  • penny_disco Penny! In the rain (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  • brianlfaulkner Brian Faulkner 🌍🏞️📈🌦️🦎 (@brianlfaulkner) reported from Exeter District, England

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • ellefoxo Elaine Matthews (@ellefoxo) reported from Shaldon, England

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

  • WhitbyMumLife WhitbyMumLife (@WhitbyMumLife) reported

@VodafoneUK Nope. I've now paid £57.10 for something that should be £24 and £4.55. Utterly pathetic service. Almost 4 hours on live chat too. 🤬🤬

  • Piers_Porter Chris Porter (@Piers_Porter) reported

@VodafoneUK bloody hopeless, in store, by phone and now tweeting and dm, still not sorted this out, took so long to send me a security code they closed the chat, fanbloodytastic, so you're still keep sending my private info to a mobile that's not even on your network GDPR CRIME

  • LottieJoyce_ Charlotte (@LottieJoyce_) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve just tried to dm you but the options won’t come up for me. Any help please?

@VodafoneUK I need help moving address, but the only way to do so is via phone. I've been waiting for 1h and 17 minutes, still no answer😡 Is there another way (e.g. visiting a store) to complete my home broadband move?

  • madeinbrum1 madeinbrum1 (@madeinbrum1) reported

@VodafoneUK @Vodafone. You said to wait until 19.30 and you would set alarm to update me with a call back. One number plan STILL not working, no update from @Vodafone no call back. Is there anybody who can fix this issue ??

  • DianneS75782707 Dianne Smith (@DianneS75782707) reported

@VodafoneUK This is not acceptable as people's personal safety are at considerable risk. How can women call for help of being SA or harassed on the underground?

  • spanner_mick Mick Spanner (@spanner_mick) reported

@VodafoneUK 45 minutes I been ringing you and still can’t get through.Terrible service!

  • amarmajidphotos www.amarmajid.com (@amarmajidphotos) reported

@VodafoneUK Lisa Marie you’ve assumed - again by pure ignorance - that I want to cancel within a 14 day cooling off period. I am within contract and I wish to cancel paying off what I owe. So I’ll ask again the same question please.
