    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @mrsdenyer @VodafoneUK It’s really They’re clearly just hoping people don’t notice. What a rip off. I’ve never seen anything like it. I normally just ignore it all and the monthly DD reduces automatically.

    @colinb13 I was with @VodafoneUK years ago and left them due to their shockingly appallingly customer (dis)Service. Very much like the Mafia with headsets, if you will. Hope you get sorted soon and it dawns on them what a customer actually is 🤞

    @VodafoneUK The network and customer service is very, very bad. Your company has been complaining about the network for two years, and no one asks from the company.

    Like they’re still charging me £50pm to just use it. The sheer cheek. This isn’t normal practice @VodafoneUK. Wishing I’d never switched to you now.

    @missradders I was with @VodafoneUK for over 29 years. No loyalty. Going sim only wasn’t much cheaper. Now on Sky and cheaper (with new phone), although signal not always great!

    @missradders @VodafoneUK Add to the fact that only Vodafone works in our area/inside our house. So we're limited to them (or Tesco who use their Network.- but that doesn't seem to work as well?!?)

    @VodafoneUK Utter shower. You f'd up my port from VDSL to fibre, the fibre didn't work for 10 days, you stuffed up porting my mobi from comm to resi (as we can only have fibre on resi, so had to reset all my acc), you put my help thru to India, who can't speak English.**** SHOW
