  • NatalieBrereton Natalie Brereton (@NatalieBrereton) reported from Exeter District, England

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

  • ellefoxo Elaine Matthews (@ellefoxo) reported from Shaldon, England

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

  • penny_disco Penny! In the rain (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

  • brianlfaulkner Brian Faulkner 🌍🏞️📈🌦️🦎 (@brianlfaulkner) reported from Exeter District, England

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

  • penny_disco Penny! Back at work (@penny_disco) reported from Exeter District, England

This is despite written confirmation (via email) that .@VodafoneUK are waiving the fee for us as compensation for the lack of service. YET ANOTHER LIE.

  • grocer_on_green 🍎🍐TheGrocerOnTheGreen🍋🍊 (@grocer_on_green) reported from Exeter District, England

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

@Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson @VodafoneUK Why is the idiot Tim whoever he is advocating this when he writes for spiked and the far right Spectator?

  • Rambling_Jill Rambling Jill (@Rambling_Jill) reported

@VodafoneUK @CarlAttard23 I have an a/c with you @VodaphoneUK, I bet Carl hasn't. Carl is trying to cause division & hatred by complaining about a channel that has just started, a new channel that had 3 x more viewers than Sky on it's opening night. I've not seen anything bad on there. Don't be hasty here

  • annewitha_e Anne (@annewitha_e) reported

Hi @VodafoneUK I note you've chosen to advertise on the extreme channel GBNews. As a customer since mobile phones were invented, I am giving notice I'll be leaving you for another provider if you don't cancel your advertising on this channel. kind regards etc.

  • siobhan28156196 siobhan (@siobhan28156196) reported

@VodafoneUK I want to talk to someone about best offers & options as an existing customer as I am about to move house. The online chat is painfully slow and your colleague didn’t seem to have a clue. There are better offers available currently via money supermarket than you offer me directly

  • 67brenda67 bren (@67brenda67) reported

@Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson @VodafoneUK You need to grow up you are behaving like a stupid spoilt brat

  • RichardInLeedss Richard Disraeli (@RichardInLeedss) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK can you let us know your stance on @GBNEWS and why you believe they are a bad service? Has anyone from you watched them? Thanks - customer of 7 years with 2 phones and a tablet

  • sharonhearne11 sharon hearne 🇬🇧 (@sharonhearne11) reported

@VodafoneUK @Walshicus1 @Tim_R_Dawson Dear Vodafone, my contract is up soon I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. If you pull your advertising from GBNews I will go elsewhere and tell my friends and family to do the same.

  • nearlysuicidal leonc (@nearlysuicidal) reported

@VodafoneUK @stopthecoup1 So does this mean you are never going to advdrtise on this channel?

  • Highlands1982 the Gimlet🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Highlands1982) reported

@markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone. ******** a pair and tell him to stop being a *****. His offence is not your problem. Stop pandering to cancel culture

  • Whatsleft7 What’s Left? (@Whatsleft7) reported

@AimiHewitt @VodafoneUK Why? Aside from the massive technical issues on day one it was actually very good.
