    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    DO NOT USE @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup FOR BROADBAND!! They will leave you without internet for 8 days because their engine can not fit a router correctly, and won’t give you compensation!! Poor customer service!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I live in a 5G area and often switch to 3G as it’s faster. Your network is a joke. Will be moving providers as soon as my contracts up.

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK You have made several errors In excessive charges in connection with my account all of my attempts to solve the issue through customer service have failed miserably. Service Terrible. I am owed compensation what are you going to do to fix this?!!!

    @VodafoneUK Trying to call uk and usa numbers, for uk using +44 and usa the +1 then code. Roaming is on but just says call failed, despite having service, appreciate your help as o2 are not being at all Cust friendly

    @VodafoneUK I was trying to find out if you have a technical expert (Samsung, Google & WhatsApp) at your Dundee branch. That number seems to just be a call centre and is never answered.

    Just wanna shout out @VodafoneUK for the absolute worst service. If you’re thinking of getting their broadband or anything with them, I would advise reconsidering.
