    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK It’s the mobile network. Interruptions I can deal with but a maintenance window covering three full months is just crazy.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’ve been at Silverstone this weekend for the British GP, please can you explain to me why I’ve had no signal all weekend? My phone says I’ve had full 4G reception, yet my phone was only useful for taking pictures. Other people around me had the same issue

    @VodafoneUK you are a complete disgrace you left my 82 year old father without a landline since Friday. He had a bad fall today so his fall alarm didn’t work as his landline does not work he was found by us 3hrs later and is now in hospital. You have fobbed him off since Friday

    @VodafoneUK customer care team 0/10 no customer value, your retention team 0/10 they dont know how to even retain a customer. Hidden charges and no clarity so hard to speak to an agent spent like 9 am to 9pm with vodafone thats just horrible

    @VodafoneUK what is happening with reception in CM15 area it's been and up and down like crazy for the past few days. I am not getting important phone calls and have my clients complaining that they can't get in touch. Please resolve ASAP.
