Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@MoultJase @VodafoneUK If you go to Vodafone complaints they will credit your account, they allegedly credited me £20 to £30, though I’ve told them if it isn’t delivered by Friday they can **** themselves and cancel the order

@NathanMcKay1985 @missbecka_ @VodafoneUK Literally on the same boat. Been waiting since 11th November. They have contacted the warehouse today and said it is out of stock AGAIN.. My order is “ready for dispatch” for 2 weeks now and They won’t even let me cancel. Its insane
