.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@VodafoneUK Disgraceful service....since I have had my phone I have been on WiFi calling due to being unable to get a signal at home. Only get H signal and 1 bar on that! Called multiple time and each time placed on hold for hours!!! Unable to sort it for 18 months. Been robbed!

@VodafoneUK Lol the link takes me to a chatbot! Is that what customers are worth to Vidafone, problems, issues and then directed to try and get a machine to help. Let’s face it Vodafone are not great with technology, they cannot even get their core services working.

Very disappointed @VodafoneUK we paid for ultra fast broadband, we had our installation on Thursday... and @CityFibre fault means we have no service... and the best we can hope for is someone to call me back NEXT Thursday! Not good enough!

@VodafoneUK On phone for nearly an hour then on chat for 2hrs 40min past over to 7 different people in different teams! Cancelled broadband in Jan still being charged yet no one can cancel and remove charges!! JOKE

Hey, @VodafoneUK Why is 5G so unsteady? Web pages take ages to load and often time out. Twitter images don't appear - looks like poor data transfer. Everything is clunky. Well, clunkier than usual. It's never been brilliant tbh. Anniesland Glasgow
