.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

Vodafone hell! The latest.....Constant service restrictions over 18 months. 50+calls,15 complaints due to 'glitch' on my account. @VodafoneUK have now sent me an email welcoming me to my new plan at £20 extra per month! Is this the reward for raising a complaint? @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Just got a text you're stopping Suresignal. You know in rural areas you don't get a signal, like Suffolk. So to log into banks, PayPal, Microsoft, and yes, Vodafone, they send you a text as 2 tier security. I WON'T GET THE TEXT IF YOU STOP SURESIGNAL! I'll be cut off.

@VodafoneUK your incompetence as a company is incredible. Buy 2 new phones on Vodafone to add to the original one. Now got 2 phones but not the original and one with a wrong number ,been trying to get this sorted for 5 days now. Every agent has told me it’s sorted now #awful
