Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@Lorrainexxxxx @KIRKDGAV @VodafoneUK I've gone through the same nightmare with Vodafone customer service this evening, the agent I spoke to on twitter DMs was incredibly rude and now they have restricted my service and I need to call a certain department that is only open during the week. Unacceptable.

@Lorrainexxxxx @VodafoneUK Agree they took an extra £510 over a year from me and only paid me with half after agreeing they took it wrongly... now 3 days over the deadline I gave them after an already 2 week delay awful company I'm leaving them and going to sky after 20+ years with them I dont trust them

Hi There, I've bought a second hand Nokia phone for my 86 year old mother. Its a Nokia 208.1 .. it keeps on coming up with a " Access Control code" both the phones are same and same network. How do i get this code? @nokia @VodafoneIreland @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK 2 days without internet, endless unfruitful "chats" online, eventually told to call customer services for a dongle/sim and unlimited data until fixed. Called, on hold for 85 mins and then phone goes dead.........fuming!

@VodafoneUK your customer service abs resolution teams are awful. Sent my trade in back to you in store as you hadn’t sent me return bag despite asking 4 times. Sent in store 14 days ago and still no update/credit to my acct! no one can update me. #poorcustomerservice
