    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    Am I the only person on @VodafoneUK who finds the 4G coverage across London is terrible? All this investment in 5G but 4G barely works. #4g #5g #vodafone Slow speeds, poor coverage and lacklustre customer services? Thinking of moving to @EE - opinions?

    @VodafoneUK I have been in a queue twice today for prolonged periods of time to get help because my husband is the main account holder & is in intensive care. I was cut off both times, the second time the lady said she couldn't help because she couldn't do DP with me. Please help

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have just received my bill. Due to 3 weeks of problems with my broadband it was agreed by vodafone to waive my bill for this month. It hasn't been. I've been charged the full amount.
