.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Changed from normal @VodafoneUK Broadband to FTTP Thu 8th. Drilled through gas riser & slightly into the gas pipe inside, damaged brickwork, FTTP didn’t work until Tue 13th, stops again Thu 15th, engineer 8-1 today doesn’t show up, new appt. for 23rd! Customer care at its worst!

Having suffered the twin miseries of a @SamsungMobile H1 and @VodafoneUK ‘s terrible 360 system, I can confirm I will never ‘switch to Samsung’. Or go back to Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK So, it’s a month today. Still NO Fibre, NO broadband, NOWiFi, NO customer service. I have however had a bucketful of bu11s*it excuses, broken callback promises and I have lost a fortune with lost work. SORT IT OUT VODAFONE 😡😡. Worst customer service I’ve ever had

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with the telephone service, on hold for 1 hr 30 mins to be cut off... now on hold again 1 hr 16 mins no one is bothering to answer! 30 day notice going in as soon as I get through. I will take my custom elsewhere!
