@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

I am now in a really bad mood. Having a nightmare trying to organise moving my broadband to the new flat. Already spent over an hour between online chat and telephone and now just heard there is no more cable available at my new address so there you go.Disappointing @VodafoneUK

@parami @VodafoneUK We left Vodafone when we moved house to an area with poor coverage from them. They were supremely unhelpful. We let our contracts run out and will never use them again.

I'm so looking forward to terminating my contract with @VodafoneUK after a life time loyal customer many people said I was mad to stick with them and their absolutely right. Their still not interested about the problems I've had. Still ive been getting great deals elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Never mind service now restored. Not very reliable when you can’t even report faults to the service - Vodafone’s assumption was that I hadn’t paid a bill so the service was switched off.
