Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK hi. I am getting a lot of spam text messages claiming to be from PayPal, EE etc. All with the same link. Surely on your end you can monitor, block and follow up of these links being send through your service? It’s really quite annoying and very dangerous.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for prompt response - I just had another go and managed this time, but it was letting me go through the whole process of rerecording and then telling me the service wasn't available - both via mobile and using remote access - had to try about 6 or 7x before success!

@VodafoneUK Would like to treat myself to some things for myself for a change. Make up, hair products, new clothes etc without feeling guilty about buying them
