    @O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

    @VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    @CotswoldLadyB @O2 I had to leave o2 after over 10 years coz it just went down hill in my area . South of Bath . I gave up and moved to @vodafoneuk best thing I ever did

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneUK @ViCustomerCare I did not get my 130 GB data as well as your service sucks in my area after multiple complaints also no issue resolved. Neither i can connect with your customer care nor any other options. I am shareholder of your company but 2/3

    Day 18 no home broadband. Multiple houses in street. Providers blame Openreach and vice versa. Need scaffolding to fix the problem. Scaffolders turn up today, but no engineers so they leave again. Impossible to do my job. Teenagers in meltdown. @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK @EE

    @fekitcba @VodafoneUK @ThreeUKSupport consumer support across all major services suppliers has gone to ****. Insurance, Banking, Telco / Broadband & even high street retail, supposedly fighting the transition to Online shopping 🤬
