.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@CllrEmmaMorse @virginmedia @bt_uk @SkyUK @VodafoneUK @BenPBradshaw Amazing how we are living in this “Digital Age” and yet there are these “Connectivity Black Spots” within the city 🙄 Amazing and disappointing the private companies don’t want to help/get more customers 😕 @BenPBradshaw works so hard for Exeter, lobbying away on everything!😊👍

Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

@O2 the only phone company who actively are encouraging me not to upgrade and not even trying to help me. Waiting 30 mins to speak to a human who couldn’t give a toss, and the online options also misleading and unhelpful. @VodafoneUK where you at?!

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

@VodafoneUK tried by phone to obtain my PAC from you. Was told no, as I'm apparently a 'level 1' customer. I've been the account holder for 18 years! Please tell me how get this resolved, I'm getting nowhere, your call centre staff flatly refused to help!

@glynster61 @VodafoneUK It's not on Vodafone UK. The whole network is so Pathatic that in the age of 5G we get Edge network even after 2 years of complaints and I don't why tne hell have not switched over to other network. I think it because I am lazy like these dumbasses

So, @VodafoneUK you have pushed me to be 'that' person who complains on SM. My mum is 83 yo - pls STOP txtg her. She gets bill notifications even tho she is not the bill payer. Have raised this SO many times over the last 2/3 yrs - always get told its sorted. It NEVER is... --/1
