Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

.@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

@VodafoneUK I thought you guys were supposed to be being helpful during lock down. Suspended a work phone which I haven't used for obvious reasons for 4 months and stolen £25 of my credit. Nice!!!

@VodafoneUK Another week gone and still no response or vouchers yet have fulfilled all the criteria. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Having to chase to get something that I am legitimately entitled to is pretty poor to be honest.

.@VodafoneUK broadband is down in Fulham. No connection to internet, this is via 4g. Your website has no function to find out broadband status from post code. Modem just stopped working 39 minutes ago.

Shame on you @VodafoneUK for attempting to damage our homes and our destroy our beloved garden! This us causing undue stress after an already terrible few years for many people. Extra insurance, extra maintenance payments, extra fire risks. No 5G on our homes!

@VodafoneUK I have tried all of that and I still get no internet. It has been down 2 hours and chat client is useless as no one is there to respond. I have done a hard reset and it just has a blinking green light for internet.

@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!
