    @VodafoneUK That’s the message I’ve been getting since yesterday & only in the last hour has it changed to ‘undergoing maintenance’, so clearly there’s been an issue for quite a while but no one bothered to change the service message. Thanks for responding

    @VodafoneUK 5G is back down in E1 London. Gigacube is useless again with 0dl speed, some upload (1-10kbs). 4G works fine in the area (same as last time). No outage on your website, does the team know?

    Getting through to @VodafoneUK is a joke!!! I haven’t had data for over a week now even tho I have full data! And then I’m top of that you can never get through to an actual human. Never growing with them again

    @VodafoneUK Phone line is still saying “due to a technical issue we are unable to process any payments” how can the app being having essential maintenance done when the backup option is off as well? Unbelievable
