I’m completely shocked at the lack of service provided from @VodafoneUK . All I want to do is unlock an old contract and I keep getting fobbed off by their so called “helpful” team!! 😡 thank god I moved to @O2

@VodafoneUK @JeremyGuscott @lionsofficial Help me Vodafone. Long standing customer. 20+ years. I do NOT want promotional texts AT ALL. Is that too much to ask? I keep asking. Still get texts. Can’t you just leave me alone. It’s counter productive. I am less likely to remain a customer if you keep sending useless texts.
