Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Shepton Mallet and nearby locations:

  • TomSingleton4 Tom 🚂🏰🦖🦕 (@TomSingleton4) reported from Lower Langford, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks for reply. Signal returned around 3am this morning lol

  • Judge_Dr3dd Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, England

with platitudes and lies from a range of lovely sounding people who have promised me all manner of assistance but have failed to deliver even a modicum of customer satisfaction. It has gotten to the stage that I cannot believe anything the @VodafoneUK representatives are telling

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers

  • LynneJoyner Lynne Joyner (@LynneJoyner) reported from Compton Martin, England

@VodafoneUK Hmmmmmm. I have poor signal at home 😟

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    5) The tendency to blame other departments rather than take responsibility is rife. All these reasons and more make @VodafoneUK the worst #mobilephone operators on the planet.

  • Judge_Dr3dd Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, England

me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

  • PhilSheehanLP Phil (@PhilSheehanLP) reported

@VodafoneUK yeah, that’s right just ignore your customers while taking money for a service that doesn’t work

  • ewing20986 Gaz (@ewing20986) reported

@VodafoneUK good morning recently upgraded, why can't I get 5g I've looked on community forums and seems to be an issue with alot of customers, despite being in a 5g coverage area.I'm told simply swapping the sim out and putting a new one in won't work? Why offer this in a contract

  • Matt_Johnson_UK Matt Johnson (@Matt_Johnson_UK) reported

@VodafoneUK On the off-chance an actual person may read this ... why, when you are planning work that is going to knock out the local signal, do you not warn local customers. Other utilities manage it, why not you? With so many connections now requiring a security text and passcode ...

  • Matt_Johnson_UK Matt Johnson (@Matt_Johnson_UK) reported

@VodafoneUK .. losing signal can have a significant effect, especially when you don't know it's coming, whether it's permanent or how long it's going to be off.

  • SherrelleParis Sherrelle Paris (@SherrelleParis) reported

@VodafoneUK I honestly can’t cope with the customer service here, told them my phone is restricted so can’t call their free number, and then they fob me off with their automated service to log in to my account which has been restricted and won’t let me reset my password 🤬🤬

  • gfb_7_7_7 Gabriel Borrageiro (@gfb_7_7_7) reported

@VodafoneUK I just got a bill from Vodafone which includes an £18 charge for calling Carphone Warehouse (CW) on 08700870168, for 26 minutes. That works out to be roughly 70p a minute; 3p comes from CW and 67p comes from Vodafone. This is a shocking way to treat your customers.

  • _steph_holness_ Stephanie 🍓 (@_steph_holness_) reported

@VodafoneUK please help me! You’ve restricted my account due to me not sending my trade in back to you, yet I have received a text to say you have the old phone. I keep trying to ring and no one picks up. Please help
