Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, Englandme as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.
-
Georgie Charles (@charles_georgie) reported from Frome, EnglandI’m so annoyed that after being a customer of @VodafoneUK for 20+ years £50 a month, I’ve been refused an upgrade and contract because of an apparent credit check fail. It’s bullshit and time to leave Vodafone! #imleavingonthenexttrain 😵💫
-
Owen the farmer/butcher (@penleighfarm1) reported from Frome, England@VodafoneUK with reference to a business contract; how can I speak to a real life customer service agent regarding a broken phone that needs repairing? The live chat is appalling! 191 redirects you to live chat. It shouldn’t be this difficult and such a massive waste of time
-
Vicki Rowe (@vicki_rowe) reported from Binegar, England@VodafoneUK @nicoleatherton_ I’ve not had any signal or internet since leaving Weymouth, Dorset. Now In Bristol and it’s finally resumed.

-
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers
-
John Tiley (@JohnTileyITQ) reported from Clutton, England@VodafoneUK have got to be the worst #phone and #mobile #broadband service ever so I suggest you avoid them
-
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, EnglandReasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error
-
Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, Englandwith platitudes and lies from a range of lovely sounding people who have promised me all manner of assistance but have failed to deliver even a modicum of customer satisfaction. It has gotten to the stage that I cannot believe anything the @VodafoneUK representatives are telling
-
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England5) The tendency to blame other departments rather than take responsibility is rife. All these reasons and more make @VodafoneUK the worst #mobilephone operators on the planet.
-
John Tiley (@JohnTileyITQ) reported from Clutton, EnglandMy @VodafoneUK runaround continues - it’s farcical - chat bots - “agents” working from home - admin efficiency disgraceful - customer services pop me back into the same merry go round - #Vodafonearedreadful
-
Candace Taylor-Gregg (@candacekendall_) reported from Frome, England@sueturton @VodafoneUK I was delighted to move my last phone from Voda last year after years of rubbish service. I hope uou get a resolution. They need some good PR.

-
freespeech (@openchatter) reportedThe more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.
-
Bert Fegg (@_Bert_Fegg_) reported@BenGrahamUK @VodafoneUK Can we hear your response before i cancel

-
Chekeeuk (@chekeeuk) reported@FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!
-
CentralActon 💙 (@CentrAct1) reported@Derek959Derek @VodafoneUK opposes digital exclusion, whoever suffers it. They support all sorts, of which asylum-seekers form a small part. The work is generous and inclusive.
-
Assad (@Assad1082) reported@VodafoneUK crap Vodafone not working again in my area after months of complaints and being told work was being done on masts it was half decent for 6-8 weeks now again zero or 1 bar worst network in the UK! Can’t wait to leave
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
