    @VodafoneUK chat service was somehow enabled for the number and broke sms. Each time i disabled chat on the contact page it was re-enabled next time i tried to send a message. disabling chat at the deeper messages app global setting level seems to have fixed it.

    @VodafoneUK the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Can't even get through to someone to cancel my broadband with them and move it to someone else.

    I've just spent OVER 2 HOURS on live chat to @VodafoneUK who have "lost" my no just to be told they can't help. I can't make or receive calls. I'm shattered after spending most of the day trying to resolve. I'm losing the will to live, which is nothing new as I'm a #pwME
