    with platitudes and lies from a range of lovely sounding people who have promised me all manner of assistance but have failed to deliver even a modicum of customer satisfaction. It has gotten to the stage that I cannot believe anything the @VodafoneUK representatives are telling

    me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded yesterday, sent email to digitally sign and it wouldn't accept my Postcode, then spent over an HR on web chat with 4 different folk, to be finally told I don't have to do anything,it's already signed. Got email this morning for me to please sign... Help

    @VodafoneUK He’s at work and can’t get onto the app to get the details … etc. is it not possible to confirm generically if broadband is down in the area?

    so @VodafoneUK have literally been useless in us trying to change our internet to our new home - so much so we have 1 whole week without internet and they're like £5 will do.. No it won't!! How can we cancel? They're slow, always cut out and CS is Horrific!

    @VodafoneUK why do you think it’s acceptable to tell a customer who’s internet isn’t working that “we’ve updated your settings, now you need to monitor it”? I pay for a service not to monitor how badly that service is failing. How difficult is it just to send an engineer…?

    @VodafoneUK Without any notice to your customer, you allow another company to take over connection. Then to reconnect it takes three phone calls each lasting 1hr and new date for connection is 2 weeks later!
