  • Judge_Dr3dd Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, England

with platitudes and lies from a range of lovely sounding people who have promised me all manner of assistance but have failed to deliver even a modicum of customer satisfaction. It has gotten to the stage that I cannot believe anything the @VodafoneUK representatives are telling

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

  • Judge_Dr3dd Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, England

me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

  • LynneJoyner Lynne Joyner (@LynneJoyner) reported from Compton Martin, England

@VodafoneUK Hmmmmmm. I have poor signal at home 😟

  • TomSingleton4 Tom 🚂🏰🦖🦕 (@TomSingleton4) reported from Lower Langford, England

@VodafoneUK Thanks for reply. Signal returned around 3am this morning lol

  • Neil_Riley #Scamdemic 💙 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 😞 (@Neil_Riley) reported

@VodafoneUK So @VodafoneUK is there any way to completely turn off the possibility of receiving government messages? I mean the ones that you are 'Facilitating' coming through via your network messing with my phones settings. If not, I'm cancelling my contract like now. Right this minute.

  • mitchpink40 tracey mitchell (@mitchpink40) reported

@VodafoneUK anyone considering switching to Vodafone full fibre broadband, think carefully. 48hr timescale for contact (not fixing) re a fault. Lack of customer care. Worth paying more to get a better service. Lesson learnt

  • g_duluth Gordie (@g_duluth) reported

@ThatJessKid @VodafoneUK That sucks! Good luck getting some satisfaction out of it! I’ve had fights with companies like that!

  • ConsumeEdLondon ConsumerEd (@ConsumeEdLondon) reported

@VodafoneUK no emergency alert for me - wondering why? I’m on 4G. Was in a shopping centre but others were receiving it which suggests signal was strong enough.

  • carlakent1972 Cee (@carlakent1972) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK My monthly airtime bill has increased from £35.15 to £40.51. This is extortionate. How can you justify a 14 plus % increase? I have been a #Vodaphone customer for over 15 years. There is no loyalty scheme for long term customers. 😡😡😡😡

  • LindaAspey Linda Aspey (@LindaAspey) reported

Whatever you do, don’t move yr broadband account to @VodafoneUK ! I’ve been online in a chat for 1.5 hours trying to get my login link to work and get a booster. Went thru security numerous times. Now been told I have to upgrade. To same price as BT account I moved from. #fail
