me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers

Just spoke to your customer relations manager again @VodafoneUK and he said to go down to the Vodafone store for diagnostics, i told him i've been down to apple and they run diagnostics on the phone and they said nothing was wrong with the phone,

So after being promised an eSIM by @VodafoneUK to fix my problem with only having 3g connection, the order was cancelled. Just like my disconnect and reconnect was cancelled. What are you playing at vodafone? just fix my phone! its been going on for weeks.
