    @VodafoneUK why is your social tariff not open to all customers on UNIVERSAL CREDIT. Due to poor speeds with VF, I upgraded in October 21 from superfast 2 to VF pro. Yesterday I was advised I have to pay a redemption fee of £150 to be able to access the new social tariff!!! 😞

    @VodafoneUK another 1hr and 7 min on the phone trying to find out why a resolution manager hasn't called me back. 3rd one in 3 days. The coverage promised is not being delivered unless I upgrade again #feeltheconnection #ripoff

    @VodafoneUK just spend two hours on the phone to Vodafone trying to cancel expired contracts. One contract expired 11 months ago, was charged the standard monthly fee and they did not have a manager available to discuss a refund. What’s happened to good customer service?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I think there is a problem with my mobile data. It isn’t letting me use the internet or stream music on Amazon music or Spotify. I’ve paid my phone bill etc and nothing is working on 4G

    Thursday 10/11/22 The situation did not change, no service. Called @VodafoneUK care, spent 1.5hrs on the call, was guaranteed service by senior manager for customer relations in 24hrs to a maximum 48hrs. Told me there would be continuous communication. Nothing.!!! (5/n)
