    @EE Currently been waiting 36 mins for an advisor to answer.... must say, by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had to deal with... and I deal with @VodafoneUK regularly.

    @VodafoneUK Too late tbh. I've cancelled my contract today and I'll never return. Vodafone are totally incompetent as an organisation, your product is inferior to the competition. Absolutly no customer care.The next sale or increase in cost to the customer is the only thing you care about.

    @VodafoneUK hello. Can you please help me find out why my number hasn't been ported in, waz supposed to happen on Friday. Tried to phone but your stupid IVR refuses to do anything but refer me to web chat. Spoken to them twice wasting about 20 mins each time and non the wiser.

    @VodafoneUK I understand that. I would have liked to have been advised at the time. I note also that there are no earphones. Not everyone is IT savvy. I will escalate to a complaint.
