Hi @VodafoneUK we need to talk.. Am trying to cancel my Now TV subscription. The link you sent via text to cancel sends me on a loop. When I sign into NowTV account details it says you need to cancel with Vodafone.I log into Vodafone and nothing... Can you look into this pls?

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK It is not often I agree with you, if ever, but I too had a monumental problem with them last year - multiple calls,hours on the phone, texts sent which they then reneged on. Moreover, I have been a consistent and loyal Vodafone customer for over 20 years!

@BBIAJ @VodafoneUK Chat bot and the website is probably the worst I've used ever for troubleshooting.. I'm also nearly 24 hours in without any home broadband not good when I have to work from home..
