    @VodafoneUK Is it your policy to book engineer call outs without notifying the customer and confirm dates. Also to wait 50mins on hold, and have the person on the other end raise their voice. Not very customer friendly and not the proper protocol I suspect! Disgusting!

    @VodafoneUK you quote 2 days for transfer of ownership yet after a month I’m still waiting, each time I call I’m fobbed off and have even been disconnected with no call back. Abysmal customer service.
