    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK I refuse to have any dealings with this awful company. I made 20 phone calls to them (re: overbilling) & my complaint was never dealt with, nor my letters. In frustration, I cancelled my direct debit & their response was to put a black mark on my credit file. #neverusevodafone

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK VF: If you want to discuss your account balance we'll have to arrange a callback from "management team" Also VF: You can't request a call back until you've settled your account Me: I'm never paying you for a product I did not recieve Now I get Debt collection letters.

    @VodafoneUK I feel more than let down!! I can’t do my job. I can’t watch TV. You are telling me you can’t reconnect me. You could have done these checks before you connected me and let me use the service for 6 weeks!!! The previous tennant used Vodafone broadband!!

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK They once took a full year to send me the code to unlock my phone for a different network. Also for the entirety of my 2 year contract with them I wasn't able to access their website because it said it was under maintenance.

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK My partner was offered a sim from them with no strings attached, cancelled is she never used it. Now she's locked in for a 2 year contract and they refuse to end the contact, she's never used the card!
