    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @VodafoneUK Honestly, where’s my upgrade?! Ordered it 2 weeks ago and still waiting with no updates! Tried phoning yesterday and eventually had to give up after 43 minutes of being on hold and as for that TOBI thing…… Disgraceful service!

    @VodafoneUK I am a customer of Vodafone india since nearly 22 years. Vodafone engineers are unable to give me mobile phone services on my Apple Watch. If anyone has Apple phone & Watch, sincere advice to refrain from taking Vodafone services, it take weeks to resolve complaint

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed. I have four numbers with and need to cancel one so I can further upgrade another and cannot get through to anyone. Online tells me to call phone number and they just leave you on hold for >40mins. #joke

    @VodafoneUK the saga goes on... I think 1st line support have simply turned everything up to 11 but now I can stream @CCfunkandsoul on @BBC6Music for more than 30 second without it failing. Please help. I can't work in silence without the radio 6 team helping me through the day!

    @RaffertyRy @VodafoneUK They churn out the same crap over and over and don’t actually do anything. They’ve had that ‘something’s gone wrong’ robot screen when you try and use certain parts of their website for over a year now #BadService #CustomerService #AvoidVodafone
