    @VodafoneUK been trying to get a new upgrade on Vodafone, but just found out after so many years that Vodafone Uk is the worst network provider. Will be getting all my friends and family to leave too. 😡

    @VodafoneUK 21 days later & only just had a response in regards to cancelling our contract. All whilst still being charged for a shockingly bad internet connection we’ve not been using & having to pay £188 to cancel. Now we’ve been passed to yet another team, you’re the worst 😭

    @VodafoneUK Why you telling me about this Thomas? It's not my problem until my bill arrives with 8 or 9 hours on hold to @VodafoneUK on it. Lets be honest, I'm not here to help you sort out your company's hopeless customer service. 2 days to get a call back from someone competent? lols.

    @VodafoneUK I have rang to sort my bill out on numerous occasions with my nothing being resolved. I understand we are living in exceptional circumstances but it has been very very very poor service.
