@VodafoneUK Well the issue is fixed now. By these problems keep happening and I’m paying for a service here. Truly I’d love to leave and go to another network that’s more competent, but I don’t suppose you’d waive the early termination fee even if the network isn’t fit for purpose 🙄

@VodafoneUK well Vodafone you have surpassed ALLL expectations no signal for 11 days straight spoke to two people went thru settings removed simcard signal came back ( one bar ) now it's gone again I have to use wi-fi for my fone to work for god's sake get

@VodafoneUK 10 Jan cut off 28 Jan paid in full 03 Feb paid Jan bill 04 Mar still disconnected & being chased for Feb bill although quite what I'm being billed for is beyond me... have tried contacting c/m service told to call back & TOBi is about as much use as a paper umbrella in a storm...
