    @VodafoneUK Nothing seems to be working. No broadband. Can't use the online tools as it keeps coming up with errors and tobi looks to have dropped dead. Mobile back up is not even kicking in. Quite a few others I see.

    @kayheads @VodafoneUK Same here as terrible communication I guess they don't want to accept this is a major outage due to the consequences for Vodafone
