    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @VodafoneUK is your phone trade in system back up and running ? I went to trade in on the 20th in store and they said because of the Royal Mail strikes, trade in is down.

    @vodafone @VodafoneBiz @VodafoneUK As per the website Vodafone is promised to the customer sim Card will deliver to the customer on the same day, but Vodafone CX Support agents said to me that SIM Card will deliver to the customer next day. This is shameful management
