It just goes to show how unreliable @VodafoneUK is, this morning as I’ve been doing I went to pay my bill early, first attempt I got a notification from my RBS app that the payment had been taken but was told on line that there has been problem processing. Had to pay twice 🙄

@VodafoneUK Home broadband. I got the package with a booster as the signal is so rubbish and i still have issues with the signal reaching my bedroom it’s actually ridiculous

Anyone else on @VodafoneUK can not call people on @EE? They can call us but I can not call back. Its not a phone issue as I have used other devices and still getting “this person’s phone is currently unavailable”

@VodafoneUK @virginmedia ...except 1) Virgin kept me on the phone an hour, but told me Vodafone would be open til 9pm, 2) Vodafone don't answer the phone (I've called them three times, each time it stays on hold and then they hang it up...

Hi @VodafoneUK, it looks like your mast in the Stepaside/Wisemans Bridge area went down around 10am this morning, and everyone is without data. Seems to be a localised issue as fine in nearby areas. Can someone turn it off and on again?!

Are there any technical gurus who can help save my sanity, working @VodafoneUK ??? Absolutely astonishing lack of understanding with their account system being unable to recognise my email address as valid. EVEN though their marketing system sends me numerous monthly emails OK?!!
