  Shockingly bad service from @VodafoneUK they didn’t take a direct debit because of a system error then raised a credit default affecting our credit rating. Staff were “unable to help”. Don’t take a contract out with this shower of shite #cellphone #vodafoneidea #badservice

  @VodafoneUK poor service today at the Vodafone shop in Dunstable. Saturday morning with just one employee assisting. Was asked to come back later as he had customers before me. Went back 45 minutes later only to find more customers in store had to wait even longer than before.

  I'm not the only one facing this @VodafoneUK , check your own community forums. If you don't fix this, I'll complain officially as it looks like this is false advertisement. Your own website says £140 voucher then it doesn't go through. Please advise ASAP I've had it.

  @VodafoneUK We have just finished an online chat and sadly we have no update other than Openreach have apparently escalated the case their end. We phoned yourselves this morning too and we were told an engineer would be here by 12:30pm. They never arrived.
