@VodafoneUK l am a Red mobile client in Turkey and l can not even ask my customer points to be calculated. I always face with system error ( sistem hatası ) even at Vodafone Yanımda application. For over 2 months @VodafoneTR @VodafoneDestek can not solve it. Any suggestions?

@Ker_Anderson Has anyone from @VodafoneUK ever traveled on the train from London Bridge to Orpington and tried to use data forget any hope of 5G a bit of 4G but mainly a poor 3G a totally unrealiable service. Maybe buy an VF engineer a train ticket to see how bad it is.

@VodafoneUK I’m on a £29.95 plan,I’ve got £0.43 of outside plan charges but been billed £37.95 this month.Called customer service who didn’t have an answer then got cut off.I’ve only been a customer 3 months and my internet is still patchy.Honestly I feel like cancelling.

@VodafoneUK I’m getting increasingly more irritated. I pay for a somewhat decent service and my broadband drops multiple times daily. I have been with you for a few months now and it has continuously done this. Do better, please.
