@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK It took me 6 and a half hours to cancel an order from their website. I ordered a new phone and should have got it in 4 to 6 working days.

@char_la_la @VodafoneUK If they are not providing a service then you just cancel your service stop paying your direct debit because they’re actually in breach of contract. Find a new provider that’s what I’m doing I’ll have a new provider within the next seven working days

There are no gains in being loyal to These companies if they can’t bothered to answer you you might as well take your service elsewhere where you may be appreciated

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK So you walked away after failing to negotiate anything. The problem is that there is no other service provider regarding access to single market and customs union. Like all countries and regional/global bodies, they are monopoles. One calleth that sovvrinteh.
