@VodafoneUK Both my Mother and I have been in contact with Vodafone for the last 3 weeks and have had appalling customer service from every person we have spoken to. You have stolen £40 from a 101-year-old WW2 veteran and have no intention of refunding this. Utterly unconscionable.

@VodafoneUK Yes we know this already. Our gripe is the fact we never received a call back and got hung up on when we called a second time. Hence the query as to if there was an issue with your call center.

@VodafoneUK Not unless you can give me back the HOURS of time wasted on the phone to your awful cust service team trying to solve a simple problem, that reduced me to tears in the end. That, and offer me a goodwill discount or refund for this month. As a long standing customer I'm fuming.

@MimicMummy @VodafoneUK It get better - they are now ignoring me on here and after an hour on the phone (from FI) they said they couldn’t fix it!! I didn’t ask for a contract, I’m payg. They haven’t even notified they’ve put me on contract, I found out when topping up!

@azeem @EE I’ve had to disable @VodafoneUK 5G as whenever my iPhone switches from 4G to 5G data speed drops through the floor and becomes unusable. Not sure whether it is an iPhone 12 problem when switching or their network being crap.
