    @VodafoneUK I’ve had 2 calls from 01482 293839 claiming to be genuine Vodafone call center and telling me I only have 1gb data left and looking to see if I want more. But I have 27/30gb left. Is it real and just bad sales person or bogus

    @vodafoneuk's customer service: No-one knows anything. Someone will contact you in 24 hours, except they won't. Here's a platitude and a code that doesn't work. Have fun spending yet another 2 hours on web chat at your own expense explaining everything again. Repeat ad nauseam 🤡

    @VodafoneUK 3 hours on the phone to upgrade my existing home BB with you for another 24 months. still no order Told to phone back Monday after technical has looked at the 5 orders which have been cancelled 'by the system' this afternoon. Retaining a willing customer isn't hard😡

    @VodafoneUK I've just tried your web chat and they ("Jack") told me their systems are down so they can't show prices, but to call 191. Calling 191 tells me to go online and then cuts out....
