@VodafoneUK Moved to Vodaphone Broadband 1 month ago from EE... have had nearly 2 weeks without internet in that time, engineer called out twice. Never had a call back, I have to chase them up. Absolutely shocking In my 3 years with EE never spoke to customer services once.

@VodafoneUK Yep finally got through to someone after an hour on hold no engineer turned up an now no internet until the 6th at the earliest. I'd never recommend Vodafone. Terrible.

@VodafoneUK issue.. By total I would have spent more than 20 hours chatting with web chat team and calling customer care, issue is not resolved and probably lost my phone number..

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards A reward for being a loyal customer. I’m trying to upgrade from a SIM to a phone plan and all of the quotes are extortionate and at least £20 a month more than other companies? Why is this?
