Ed (@1983_edward) reported@VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.
-
Jonny Elwyn (@jonnyelwyn) reported@VodafoneUK Your website is the worst. You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people
-
Tevis Knight (@tak_1505) reported@VodafoneUK 3 days now with no Wi-Fi, none of your call centre customer service agents can help, no openreach engineers working on any of the cables nearby ??
-
James Pllu (@JamesPllu) reportedCan’t cancel my dead mums @VodafoneUK account as they’re disputing her DOB. Gave up being a customer years ago after terrible service experience. Looks like nothings changed

K 🐶🧒🏻👼🏻👧🏻👼🏻👼🏻👶🏼 (@IVFBabyOnBoard) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Not in the slightest bit surprised, Virgin are absolutely vile, I mean the ceo sued the nhs simply because he didn’t win a contract??? I will never use Virgin anything again! Sorry for your loss x
-
The Cavalier (@GeordieCavalier) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Currently receiving reminders for my deceased mum's service from Virgin, they did advise this would happen, but why they are unable to just close an account I have no idea.

Dorastar1 (@Dorastar1) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.
