    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I know how you feel. Another day no phone,no update and no help from Vodafone. It's getting silly now. You need to stop taking orders if you can't fulfil them. And change delivery times on your website to somewhere near the truth

    @VodafoneUK Another text from you today. Did phone update. You were supposed to send me an envelope to send the old phone back. It hasn’t arrived yet. Support said wait. You text to say you want the old phone back. Have now spend over an hour trying to resolve this. Just send me an envelope.

    @VodafoneUK How about fixing the masts in the wigan area or at least giving loyal customers a rebate for service they cannot use for a week. Extremely poor show vodafone.
