@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

Well done @VodafoneUK , sell you a new I phone 12 but don’t tell you it comes with a new cable and they don’t supply the charger!!!! Now stuck with a phone I can’t charge! Customer services a joke, just give a bog standard response when asked to speak to a supervisor

@VodafoneUK Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for nearly two months now and they have not had the courtesy to come back to me. This means I’m currently paying more on my monthly bill than what I contractually signed up to!
