    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK the right contract has been cancelled & the other one reinstated but this has meant we have ended up paying for a cancelled contract. I asked to submit a complaint but got told that team is closed until Tues so will ring me back then - I’m not holding out much hope

    @VodafoneUK TBOi told me the internet is not affected in my neighbourhood (EH17). I thought it's me so I stood on the line for 1 hr. Gave up and did a bit of research and found out it's down in the whole country.

    @VodafoneUK Down in Derby too. Was working til about 11ish. Seems like it's getting worse. Also, Tobi crashed when I was trying to sort out what was going on!

    @VodafoneUK broadband down in ST4, seems to be UK wide. Typical on a bank holiday Monday when I planned to get so much done today!
