    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @VodafoneUK DISGUSTING treatment ! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years+ - I’ve been charged money for something that is not mine this has been reported & has taken me 2 attempts to find out what is happening - it appears nothing ! I’ve been left out of pocket !

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup unbelievable - vodafone asked me to DM about our problem - I am now being ignored, one DM reply asking for details and then no reply for 8 hours - NEVER USE VODAFONE. No customer service and have lost us £2k to fraudster due to Vodafone’s not helping

    @VodafoneUK 6 days without a viable landline after changing over from Talk Talk. Explained a vulnerable customer and shielding.The response is the department that deals with porting are not working today.

    @mk_citizen @VodafoneUK no fix from Vodafone we all in the area are told the same just try 3G and WiFi calls - why no fix of poor signal for 14 years - come on Vodafone try to give a service for the monthly fees

    @TheRising_Moon @VodafoneUK You won’t regret it. Unfortunately all operators as bad as each other eventually when you hit a road block over something but EE does seem to be better in Chalfont. Vodafone pretty decent most of the country to be fair though.

    @VodafoneUK bought 2nd faulty SIM card from a Vodafone Shop in space of 2 years. Absolutely pathetic. Wasted petrol/time/parking money. Vodafone making me drive half an hour back and forth to go fix it myself. zero talk about making it right. What A joke. I’ve learnt my lesson.

    New @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup broadband installation.... very rude company, it is the second time that staying hone from 8am to 6pm waiting their engineer to install and noone shows up or call to postpone the appointment.... unbelievable poor customer service
