@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

@VodafoneUK over a month of trying to unlock a Sony handset, several NUC sent but none worked so phone now hard locked. Told to take to a shop & get unlocked. 4 shops later, still locked. Called you & absolutely no help whatsoever. What now? How do we escalate this?

Wonder how I get @VodafoneUK to reply to my official complaint and sort my Curve Smart Account out that they closed for no reason. Vodafone UK are a total shambles of a company selling devices that are not fit for purpose when they close accounts for no reason at all
