@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

Spent 3 hours today trying to pay @VodafoneUK £11.97 for a service I didn’t even know I had. Tried their online chat service that suggested I go a store, went to the store, they don’t accept payment, gave me a number, hung on forever, got a call back and eventually paid.
