@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

@jaydeadams Been there! @VodafoneUK were utterly useless until I called customer service from one of their stores, loudly discussing the issue in front of other customers who decided maybe Vodafone was not for them and left. It soon magically got sorted.

@VodafoneUK there's been an issue with my number transfer and I now have no signal on either sim card. When called the number is not recognised. Customer service clueless. I need this sorted ASAP as I have no phone network and urgently need it back. Unimpressed as a new customer.

@jaydeadams @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service is appalling! Hope they sort things out for you soon. They owe me £180 for months of unnecessary charges, which various call handlers promised would be paid, but never materialised... my next step is to contact the CEO and the ombudsman.

@VodafoneUK Your broadband has got to be the worse pile of **** going. I was told 2 months ago their was an issue with my line, it obviously hasn't been sorted. What the hell is going on?
