@VodafoneUK Yeah again, going around in circles. I've been asked to DM several times beforea and nothing gets resolved. All I want to know is if the mast is ever going to be fixed? If not, then bye bye Vodafone. You're basically having my pants down for £30 a month.

@Vodafoneuk Won’t let me cancel my contract online. I wait 25 mins to get through to the call centre, who say that I have no security on my account, so I have to reset online even tho I can log on to my account. The reset web page then crashes anyway. What am I supposed to do?

@VodafoneUK Why is your signal so bad these days? It used to be the best in the area, now as previously stated people on my estate are lucky to get 2mbps. Today it's down to a measley 0.32mpbs!! When is the mast issue going to be fixed that was previously mentioned as a problem? B90 1EL

@VodafoneUK horrendous service recently. Rang to see what can be done today and was told by customer service he'd ring back in an hour. At 2pm. So here I am, at 4:45pm, 15mins into hold music and still no further on. Disgraceful by such a big company

@VodafoneUK where can I get help to reuse my old Vodafone router HHG2500. I'm not going to switch back, despite being the best deal, if I'm lumbered with a locked old router that will end up in Landfill.

@VodafoneUK I appreciate the suggestion of registering etc but this has been an ongoing issue for several months now. When is it going to get fixed? I'm paying £30 a month for a service that is ridiculous. If it's going to be fixed imminently great.. if not, I'll be switching providers.
