    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @VodafoneUK I have upgraded on Wednesday with yourself and since Friday had no internet connection. I keep being advices I will be connected after 24 hours and this never happens. I have spent a hour and half tonight getting through to be told the same information.

    @VodafoneUK Despite being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, today your agents offered me half my current data allowance for about the same monthly fee, I was on your "chat" for an hour being passed from agent to agent, terrible service, how about looking after your existing customers?

    @VodafoneUK @lionsofficial @JeremyGuscott Just had terrible service from vodafone. You speak to Tobi and it says call 191. You call 191 and it says speak to Tobi . It’s an absolute joke . Can’t you do better than that ? Shocking
