@VodafoneUK only had our broadband with you 13 days and tonight it keeps dropping out. Despite solid white light it isn’t connected. I have DM’d. If not sorted urgently will have to cancel tomorrow before cooling off period ends.

@VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

@VodafoneUK was just told by customer service on phone inquiring about a pac code “why would we look to help you if you were wanting to leave.” This insures that I will never return,I will look to end wife’s contract, a phone call should never turn a happy customer against you.

@VodafoneUK Then why when I ring that number does it send me through a series if questions to tell me that the quickest and easiest way to cancel broadband is on the chat?! I ring that number and don't get through to a person!! I switched my mobile to O2 today cause I've had ENOUGH !!
