@VodafoneUK someone has transferred my number from 3mobile to Vodaphone and shut down my account with 3, I have not requested this and it is a massive inconvenience to me as I am a self employed gas engineer and am on call 24hrs, my number is 07426394952, please sort this out

@bilies @VodafoneUK I have had problems with my contract since August 13th & all because I was sent the wrong phone by mistake. Only resolved this month. Been a customer for over 20 years and I didn’t get a free gift.

@VodafoneUK shocking customer service- no broadband despite been given a go live date 3 weeks ago. @WeAreOpenreach - need to communicate with each other. Passed from department to department and the new go live date is now 8th jan , but changed 3 hours later!
