It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I can’t cancel my account @AhmedShelbaya I’ve been in store with Fernando, wonderful store manager and even he can’t cancel it. I have been paying for months and not used! How can this be possible. Fernando has been transferred five times by customer service.

Best part an hour on a chat window with @VodafoneUK and problem not even close to being resolved. The chat transcript is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. Truly awful….

@AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK still failing to cancel sim, despite been in store for nearly two hours with photo ID Surely this can not be right. Sitting here on hold to customer service, five different people later. This despite great support from Fernando the store manager
