    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK Been there done that! You cannot even tell me when I'm going to get my upgrade! Don't worry it's only 1300 pounds with of business! I've spoken to chat bot for hours and end up getting cut off. Your customer service is beyond a joke and I'd advise anyone to steer clear!

    Right, I'm going in to a call with @VodafoneUK to try and sort out the absolute **** show they've managed to create from a simple set of circumstances (company closedown, transfer of 4x services to personal account and separate streams of payment)

    @VodafoneUK well Vodafone you have surpassed ALLL expectations no signal for 11 days straight spoke to two people went thru settings removed simcard signal came back ( one bar ) now it's gone again I have to use wi-fi for my fone to work for god's sake get

    @VodafoneUK all Vodafone customer with signal problem go to 02 it's a better service at least you will get a signal not like Vodafone who don't seem to care about it's paying customers

    @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t call it feedback. No, of course I don’t, why on earth would I have continued in a contact with a company who can’t provide the service I’m paying for? Haven’t been with you since august, yet a letter drops through the door today?

    @VodafoneUK sorted how on earth do you expect customers to put up with no signal for nearly two weeks I can't use your network checker because yes you guessed it no signal unless I'm on WiFi anybody else had issues in Wakefield?? We'll go to 02 it's a better
