    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK We rely on 4G as we live in a rural area with no access to fibre broadband. Such consistently poor download speeds are not acceptable when you advertise good coverage at my location.

    @MercedesBenz Hi, The customer service team appear to not want to own the issue but point fingers towards @VodafoneUK which is of little help. How many thousands of customers are impacted through no awareness, no communication, and no solution?
