It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK This link is useless. The issue is in your network esp with the amount of reports currently. Unless everyone’s router went down at the same time. Already tried resetting router etc. no access for over 2 hrs now.

Got to 100 minutes, then got promises from @VodafoneUK that they would respond to a direct message. They haven't. Broadband still not working properly.
