It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I rang 191 and followed the steps to speak to someone about moving address and they said they would ring back three times and I still haven’t gotten that phone call, I am not satisfied with the service I have received thus far.

@Emancipation29 @VodafoneUK It all comes down to who services your postcode, how far away you are from the exchange etc. I’m moving from John Lewis to vodaphone ask me in a month or two if it’s a good idea or not.

Just looked into my credit score properly, I'm so mad. @VodafoneUK left my settled mobile contract account open for SEVEN YEARS after my YEAR LONG contract was finished. Oh, and they also never refunded me the £61 they kept taking out of my account after canceling my contract..
