It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK @RegardlessOfRH If your broadband only customer then you don't get rewards, I've been a broadband only customer for about 5 years and never had any rewards showing on the app. So I'm looking to move to EE now for broadband now as vodafone broadband only customers don't matter.

@VodafoneUK Why do I keep getting messages saying “Your VVM service has been temporarily disabled by the system”?

It seems impossible to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract! 'Pay final bill first, then cancel. But you can't get the final bill until you've cancelled.' Result: bills keep coming, but they're not the final bill . . . My advice, Never ever contract with Vodafone. Worst corporate bully.

@VodafoneUK What a waste of time, keep being asked for screenshots upon screenshots, each one is ‘invalid’. Nothing wants to be done about the lack of signal at home. Be warned, what Vodafone claims to be good signal and what is are 2 different things
