It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

. @VodafoneUK Unfortunately my wife was mis sold an upgrade by one of your agents who said it would solve our broadband issues. We have been trying to cancel the upgrade and on hold for hours over the last week. Our cooling off period ends and we cannot cancel online.

@NicHughes10 @VodafoneUK Best thing to do with council got to be the worst operator in the United Kingdom the broadband is shocking the customer services shocking nobody's got a clue what they're doing you call up and I tell you the same response over and over you just keep repeating the same process

I now need a new phone and contract provider. Got s10+ don't want another @SamsungUK no memory card slot no charger, and over 20 years with @VodafoneUK and time to move on.upgrade options are poor even new contracts are poor

@DrBenJohns @VodafoneUK Worst broadband operator in the uk hands down, months of slow speeds dozens of online chats go through the same scenario the same checks internet speed drops out every 5-minutes he even asked me to unscrew the BT socket I wouldn't recommend Vodafone to anyone awful service

@VodafoneUK Hello, I agree with you. But only applied to sending to my home address as per your previous contact. I've contacted the company and online services but no commercial Sim-Card replacement will be able to reach me. The issue is getting the sim-card replacement out of there to me.
