    You have had my money for nearly 6 years over 3 contracts Please I need an honest answer My contract is up 2 November but won't be getting a phone(already bought a sim free model) direct from manufacturer so got warranty with them. Your and Motorola back poor for @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

    @dave_aldrine I’m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK that’s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.
