    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

    @VodafoneUK Why is your customer services so awful you have got to be the worst i have ever had to talk with. If I contact you regarding an upgrade or extra service or anything that involves you taking more money I chat to someone with really good English. So annoying wasted a day

    @VodafoneTR Are you aware of this situation? There is a team in Türkiye that has not been able to manage its field team for 17 days and cannot provide a solution to the problem of your customer who wants to receive internet service in Kartal.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneIT

    @VodafoneUK Just spent 25 minutes on the phone regarding my current arrangement, for the 3rd time. On both previous calls promises to respond and own the problem. No response to either. Appalling customer service. Asked to be put through to Max Taylor. Now want another 10 days!
