@VodafoneUK But you are not able to support your current job customers who are paying a lot more and you refuse to find a solution with getting really slow speeds and therefore customers cannot work. SO STOP LYING TO NEW CUSTOMERS.

.@VodafoneUK 20 mins waiting for an online chat, who then recommends phoning; 40 mins waiting for a customer service representative on the phone, then when the call is put through to a person, they immediately disconnect the call. You must do better than this.

@VodafoneUK customer services are absolute crap. Sent a complaint by email and no reply. Had to send a second complaint about them not replying to the first. Eventually they contacted me and asked me to ring them. Spent 25 minutes talking to someone who told me it will take 48
