It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK it's been 4 days since you "showed" concern in the issue and asked for details in dm. I am sorry to say no communication/action/acknowledgement ever took place after providing details in dm. Action speaks louder than words. Only PR management on twitter.

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My 2021 prize wishlist: 💻 A laptop / tablet for my parents to keep us connected 🍜 A meal kit subscription for my parents to give them a treat 👢 Some snow boots to help me get my "daily exercise" in the cold months 🍞 A toaster, because our old one just broke!

@kasuds1 @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone in March because they claimed they could give me higher speeds. Turned out the be the WORST wifi ever and I called them 30 times, begged them to let me switch back to my old provider which, after sending 10 engineers out they finally agreed to! They suck!!!
