It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@cecilteaspoon Techology is hard to keep up with. Them liars at @VodafoneUK mis sold me a ‘free’ add on of an Apple Watch: then I find out months later I’m paying £30/month because it’s got its own SIM card. Never even knew a watch had one

  • BarrysAccount Barry (@BarrysAccount) reported

@_NatashaDevon @VodafoneUK The thing hasn't even broadcast yet and you have already labelled it a hate outlet with out any proof. I would suggest Mr Neil speaks to his legal team about you. The real hate is coming from the cancel culture.

Purchase a mobile from @VodafoneUK Dec 16 2020. Still not working!! no help, no offer of replacement or a refund from @VodafoneUK . Told to send it to Sony???😠😠😩🤢

@VodafoneUK Hi, I'm trying to apply for the Advantage NHS scheme for a family member. Every time I try and submit the application, it says the connection has timed out and the application doesn't process. Can you help?

  • weezoeey Zoeey (@weezoeey) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks for getting back to me but I phoned up yesterday to make a complaint and get it resolved.

  • chrisdavies Redlake (@chrisdavies) reported

@_NatashaDevon @VodafoneUK If you have been with the same phone company for 20 years, you are a dream customer. Price-insensitive, stupidly loyal and demonstrably unable to price-shop. I need to start targeting you with ads.

  • BenofSparta Ben #KBF (@BenofSparta) reported

@_NatashaDevon @VodafoneUK People like this are just so funny. The arrogance, the pretence, the reek of self-satisfied virtue signalling. All impotent & pointless, not to mention incredibly stupid. Love it.

  • flanners6 Flanners (@flanners6) reported

@VodafoneUK And to save you time. This is the same phone line, master socket etc etc that I’ve been using for years without issue with TalkTalk and Postoffice. So please focus on why your router is so slow rather than looking for the issue elsewhere.

  • Fitchet Kirsty Fitchet (@Fitchet) reported

Pet peeve of the day.. companies that have a “Cancel subscription” button and then when you click on it they tell you to phone up to cancel *cough* @VodafoneUK *cough*

  • Humanbeersponge Humanbeersponge (@Humanbeersponge) reported

@_NatashaDevon @VodafoneUK Vodafone won't do ****. Idiots who inhabit the laughable echo chamber that is twitter need to get a grip.
