It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I reported a problem with my internet a week ago and it's still dropping connection about 20 times a day then have to wait 5 minutes before it comes back on again. How do you find out if anything is being done about this? All I get is we know there is a fault.

@VodafoneUK thanks to the excellent customer service from Sephora in Vodafone call centre customer services today. A complete contrast from the terrible customer services and attitude from the girl working in the Vodafone shop in Cannock, Staffordshire 😖

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet
