  It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

  @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Support chat keeps getting closed without any solution. I’ve asked a simple question twice, and both times the chat was ended with no help. Very poor customer service.

  @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”
