It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I cancelled my SecureNet subscription as soon as my free trial ended, yet I'm still being charged for it? Website says something pathetic like "service deprovisioning" or otherwise. I'm getting fed up with your poor excuse for a 'good service'.

I really need @VodafoneUK business to get their act together, support is of no help whatsoever & trying to escalate a fault to the next line of tech support wont happen if the fault isn't present at that moment in time, it looks like they dont know why a router log file exist
