It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK thanks for wasting my time this week. It’s taken hours to find you won’t book a proactive Openreach visit to prevent a break in service due to loose cabling, but I can book a socket move, during which they’ll have to fix the loose cable. Great customer service. Not.

@disruptivedean @TfL @VodafoneUK Modern Leaky Feeders can indeed support 3.x GHz bands. And can support MIMO with 2 feeders, if correctly spaced. We're just doing a project using such.

  • slapupmill Slap Up Mill (@slapupmill) reported

Unsolicited calls have been going mad in the last two weeks. I'm surprised @VodafoneUK don't block the numbers from the network.

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.
