It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup does anyone know where to escalate a complaint for Vodafone. Closed a number in Feb 2021. The guys refuse to close at their end and continue to levy bills and follow up with pesky calls.

As I see Customers service for @VodafoneEgypt dsl still most badlly agents i talk with i don't know how @VodafoneUK not do any thing 3 days without internet because i asked for renew my package . Take my money and close my service very smart agents

@VodafoneUK who’s the bright minded person that decided to cancel the contract with London Underground for WiFi services? Now I can’t use Vodafone WiFi nor Virgin Media WiFi as it needs to be connected to your network provider… you’re going to lose loads of customers!
