    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK 12 hours after asking a for a boat load of security info they ask for an imei number but only when you chase them up. Still no phone. Still abysmal customer service.

    @VodafoneUK So my dad took out a sim only contract with Vodafone. Ever since then he can't recieve calls from anybody not on Vodafone. We've spent over 4 weeks trying to get it resolved and still no fix, yet he's being charged! He's elderly and this needs to be sorted ASAP!

    @tescomobile @VodafoneUK - is there any way I can get my contract down in price? I also think when I got my tablet you restarted my phone contract as when I went into a shop the date they told me was totally wrong.

    @VodafoneUK morning, how long does it take for my old number (from o2) to work on my new phone (Vodafone) I can’t make phone calls on either phone and I set the new pac code up on Friday ! Pls help! Thank you

    @VodafoneUK you are causing me so much #stress & #anxiety ontop of the stress of the #pandemic. This is unacceptable! You need to issue same day payment for the 4months charged. I can't keep login on to chat and no resolution! Sort this out! Please!

    @VodafoneUK appalling service. Another week gone by. Now just over 9 weeks and STILL no NUC code. How is this acceptable.... truly a disaster for you.
