It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK Month.. I’m exhausted, why is it always so easy to sign up but to get out it’s almost like you lot want my blood or something. I have never been put through to collections for anything until now, for a service I haven’t even used in over a year and tried to cancel.

@VodafoneUK .. In the space of 2 months. I’ve been on this for months now. I’ve been to the Vodafone walk in centre and been told to call. I call and no response or resolution. Every time they tell me to pay the lates bill and cancel but they take my money and repeat the same thing next…

@VodafoneUK I run a Small Business, you are providing the worst CC ever, you owe me £125 for trade in, 1 month i am still battling to get my money, TOBI chat agents are clueless, when i call, useless, i'm sure if i never paid you would be quick to act. Let down time & time again

@VodafoneUK if there is a known problem with voicemail that people are working on, wouldn't it be smart to make sure the front end call handlers know so I don't have to keep shouting in the void with some non technical numpty ?
