    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Welcome to customer contact avoidance strategies. Call and they put you on hold for at least 10 mins to drive self-service on the website knowing if you’ve a real problem you’ll hang on. Tell them you want to leave & in seconds you reach retentions & are offered a deal to stay.

  • Grimewart Hengist Grimewart (@Grimewart) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK You poor sod.

  • BR_Reed80 Foxtrot Indigo... (@BR_Reed80) reported

    @DavidDavisMP Is this the same company @VodafoneUK has a major contract with our emergency services 🤔 etc...? Wouldn't surprise if govenment signed with a incompetent company.

  • bazza_bad BigBadBazza (@bazza_bad) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK .Tell me about it ended my contract with them over a year ago and they are still charging me &when this lock down is over I'll be speaking legal advice!

  • AMCELL Alan McElligott (@AMCELL) reported

    so, @VodafoneUK overcharged me for months during summer when I was out of contract & didn't realise - no refund received. Now they are penalising me with £170 for leaving a contract I didn't know I was in! BEWARE & AVOID. plus, very difficult to access proper customer support.

  • OldGitPhil Phil Harrison (@OldGitPhil) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Maybe you should have got some German car makers to help you get a better deal.

  • EliModnar Random Hajile (@EliModnar) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Tell them you want all the benefits of being a customer, without actually paying any bills.

  • MitrovichShawn ShawnM (@MitrovichShawn) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK First world problems. Imagine not being able to buy food for your kids. Something your clan needs to think about. You moan about bad customer service. We have to suffer with a bad government who doesn't give a ****. ****!

  • LiberoLiam 𝓢𝓲𝓻 𝓛𝓲𝓪𝓶: ᴄᴀᴄᴋ ᴜɴɪᴠᴇʀꜱɪᴛʏ ᴠᴀᴄᴄɪɴᴇ ᴅᴇᴘᴛ (@LiberoLiam) reported

    Really cracking customer service @VodafoneUK *using sarcastic voice*

  • RicardoDiogoS SlapbackGOD 🇵🇹🇬🇧 (@RicardoDiogoS) reported

    @moving_target_ @LifeStartsAt40m @VodafoneUK Acrually, if you search properly in the law and consumers act, there must be a point that says if you can't pay your contract for some reason and you show proof of it, they need to work it out with you, or even cancel the contract..
