    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @VodafoneUK Jamie. Makes no difference. I don’t have a Vodafone mobile so can’t call 191. That shows how much Vodafone really don’t care. Get a manager / supervisor or someone in authority to call me directly. I’m sure if I was a multinational company with same issues I’d get a call!!

    @officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam @VodafoneUK It's not even they overcharged me. It's that they claimed I missed a payment when I provided statements proving I paid my bill. They then credited me £50 and then took it straight off me for no reason then claimed I still owed the money. Disgusting service

    Surprise surprise @vodafoneuk will not pay my cashback to @quidco therefore i do not get paid the £80 cashback. Starting to become the norm! I'm stuck in a 24 month contract with no means to cancel without penalties. #ripoff

    @VodafoneUK your customersevice is crap all I want to do is speak to someone in person not an automated payment system. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my contract

    @officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam @VodafoneUK are actually the Worst of the lot. They will even take unauthorised payments out of your account. You have to watch them.
