It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK worst service ever, was promised a SIM swap by Saturday, was the deferred to Monday and now until Wednesday, I'm sure it'll turn up too 🙄 not made a call in over a week, unacceptable.

  • RobNicholas Rob Nicholas (@RobNicholas) reported

@Druhorton @Beer52HQ @VodafoneUK Yes. Have tried numerous times to call for up to 30 minutes with no answer. Emailed them to cancel subscription on 11th October. Fresh delivery sent out today. I have cancelled the recurring payment with my credit card provider and will be refusing delivery of the beers.

  • nickmiller_ Nick Miller (@nickmiller_) reported

Just had the absolute worst possible customer experience with @VodafoneUK . Ordered broadband, waited two weeks for appointment. On the day, “engineer” said it was installed and would be activated later. Two weeks on, @VodafoneUK cancelled order. ….

  • step2skimo Sola Famoriyo (@step2skimo) reported

@VodafoneUK Why is @VodafoneUK deceiving customers. for @MoneyTelegraph info. They updated my file as contacting customer, with a single call made. for example call ref: 1-MQR1Z2P0 said they updated customer, yet no contact made.

  • MarcJones_83 Marc Jones (@MarcJones_83) reported

@VodafoneUK I can tell you what I don’t love…@VodafoneUK absolute rubbish customer service #avoid this rubbish network people. They advertise good signal then don’t deliver

  • yartia Artia Golestani (@yartia) reported

@VodafoneUK I’m half tempted to make a documentary about how dire your customer service. Would make for very interesting watching.

  • ChrisHocky80 Chris Hodgkinson (@ChrisHocky80) reported

😡😡😡 you maze well use 2 cups and string than ring vodafone Apparently I'm at the highest complaints section at @VodafoneUK but they are all working from home. Maze well use morse code the lines are thar bad !!! One thing after another

  • KieSF1 Kieran (@KieSF1) reported

@VodafoneUK your signal coverage is horrific. Can’t wait to leave this is ridiculous

  • RobNicholas Rob Nicholas (@RobNicholas) reported

@Beer52HQ @Druhorton @VodafoneUK At maximum 7 working days…to answer an email. Employ some more people. If I took 7 days to get back to my customers they would all go elsewhere, oh hang on a minute, your ridiculous policy around cancelling subscriptions means customer can’t go elsewhere. An absolute sh** show
