It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK took 40 minutes in the phone to a non English speaker to cancel my broadband contract following and abortive installation by city fibre. How close I was to disaster. On the plus side, BT were great.

@adamboultonTABB @VodafoneGroup I use @VodafoneUK for 4G internet (only decent signal) but their website and related procedures are extraordinarily poor. You’d think a comms company might be quite good at comms, but no.

Two weeks now without my @VodafoneUK broadband at home. Little to no help whatsoever sorting the issue. Open Reach came and went, the phone line is fine and the router has failed. Still nothing, just weak promises & apologies. Beyond appalling service, truly shocking. #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK so apparently there has been a system error at Vodafone which has cancelled everyone’s orders in the uk from Saturday 🤔 not buying that at all , time to leave absolute shocking service 👋🏼
