It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I once cried on the phone to @VodafoneGroup on my approx fiftieth call, trying to get back money they’d taken and stop them taking more each month. It was kafkaesque. Never take out a contract with them 😱

@VodafoneUK Thank you. A Vodafone rep told me that the issue is with the 3rd party agent who sold me the package. The agent said it was Vodafone! If you could help, that would be useful.

UPDATE I have had a new video ready since last friday But due to our internet not working since friday, I haven't been able to upload it @VodafoneUK has really been no help We still don't know when the internet will be back on but I will upload the video straight away

@VodafoneUK You have everything. I wasted 4 hours yesterday talking to over 10 people on your chat so very doubtful another chat will help. Worst of all is that I did NOT get a chat teanscript just like in Mar 2022 when I cancelled yet you say I never cancelled. Please help !
