    @bretty_tuxford @VodafoneUK It has to be your fault! Because you joined Vodafone and I was even a bigger idiot. They have messed up my number transfer from one Vodafone contract to another which has resulted in 9 days of down time and its still not resolved. But it's my fault!

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK If he only has one line he can cancel by Texting STAC to 75075 if he wants to keep his number it's PAC to 65075, if there is more than one number on the account he would need to speak to his provider for security because only a account holder can can't, hop this helps
