Ashley Cawley (@ashleycawley) reported from Saint Eval, EnglandIt makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Chris Wilson (@Wilboy82) reported@VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

Salvador Álvarez Río (@alvarsa1) reported@VodafoneUK One of the worst broadband experiences. Set up first plan, took them two more weeks to activate than promised. Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.
