for the record.... (@Cads247) reported@VodafoneUK Jamie. Makes no difference. I don’t have a Vodafone mobile so can’t call 191. That shows how much Vodafone really don’t care. Get a manager / supervisor or someone in authority to call me directly. I’m sure if I was a multinational company with same issues I’d get a call!!

They then credited me £50 and then took it straight off me for no reason then claimed I still owed the money. Disgusting service
