It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Well looks like I won't be streaming tonight because for the 1000th time @VodafoneUK net speeds are ****!!! The amount of problems I get with these is unreal....says 44mbps on their app but do an actual test and I get 1.13mbps down

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to fill out the form for an NUC to unlock my Vodafone handset. After I click request network I get an email asking to confirm my email address for the Vodafone employee advantage scheme. I don’t work for you 🙃.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK @vodafoneuk are the benchmark for appalling customer service. Calls maybe recorded for training purposes? Perhaps they should try listening to the calls! We've been with Vodafone for years, but after so much grief, we are now with Tesco Mobile.

@OpenreachHelp can you tell me if there is an outage in the TW2 or twickenham area please? We are being told this is the case by our provider @VodafoneUK and that it won’t be fixed until the end of Dec - but I can’t see anyone else on Twitter having issues? Thanks

@VodafoneUK Well today I called up to pay part to get this all setup, had the same chat as I did yesterday and no payment needed and all setup with out issues, so just goes to show yesterdays operators demand for payment was for his own benefit. Not impressed.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK That’s nothing, I spent 135 minutes on a call with BT on Saturday, most of it on hold listening to dreadful music, while trying to sort out a problem with my broadband caused by their sheer incompetence!
