    @ThreeUKSupport Data roaming is and has been off. I know I can no longer use my unlimited data abroad which is crap. I’m going to @VodafoneUK when my contract is finished

    @VodafoneUK thanks to the excellent customer service from Sephora in Vodafone call centre customer services today. A complete contrast from the terrible customer services and attitude from the girl working in the Vodafone shop in Cannock, Staffordshire 😖

Complaint service is so bad ...no realisation for customers issue

    Me to an actual human being. It’s ******* ridiculous and shouldn’t be that ******* hard, not to mention abysmal customer service to be fobbed with a robot. My upgrade is next month I’m going to just change providers now like **** you. @VodafoneUK

    Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet
