    @VodafoneUK just wondering if you’ve ever heard of scams by email.. clearly not when you send emails to customers from random domains we’ve never heard of before! And this WAS a genuine message as it matches all my account info up perfectly (I just activated my SIM 10mins ago)

    @VodafoneUK Where do I email a complaint? Been trying to sort a problem since October, getting the same feedback and promises repeatedly, yet a very simple issue is not being resolved. Customer Service via phone and online is less than useless. Please sort this!

    @VodafoneUK my fttp broadband was activated yesterday by Cityfibre engineers and you have still not sent me my router with no word about when I'll get it. I sent you dm last night and this morning but no reply. Customer online chat appears to be down and phone queues are 60 mins+
