It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Only switched to @VodafoneUK because of Sure Signal. Works brilliantly and now they’re switching it off. Will I get a refund on the unit at least?

@VodafoneUK Hah, no. It’s so painfully obviously a scam. Sometimes I’ll waste their time a bit but would never give any real details. Literally just had another call from 07789 343030.

@VodafoneUK Little help here. I've just been sent a SIM card from you which isn't working so I can't contact you because the card isn't working so I can't find the mobile number which you require to get through the phone system.

@VodafoneUK why should I have to pay an upfront fee to upgrade with you? Surely there should be some sort of incentive to keep my service?!

@VodafoneUK The usual abysmal service, all I want is a wifi booster but it takes 3 attempts to get one sent and then DPD totally ****-up the delivery and it seems impossible to get through to anyone at Vodafone to sort it out.

@VodafoneUK were going to refund the charges for calling my dying father in the USA, but instead took £150 out of my account today. Not sure if you think that is acceptable Customer service?

I really hate phone apps that aren't actually apps, but really just veneer around the phone's web browser. Yes @VodafoneUK, I'm talking about your app. Half the frigging point of an app is not having to enter your creds every damn time you use it.
