.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I called you 6 times in the last 3 days to cancel my contract, every time I spent 20-30 minutes waiting without any success. Canceling on your website or in shops it not available. Basically you make cancellation impossible to keep on charging @scam

@VodafoneUK No, the representative on the phone said that didn't need a new SIM. I spoke with someone on live chat last night who said my package status was still "open". This morning I am still stuck on Emergency calls

Appalled by @VodafoneUK who cancelled my services because I went over budget. Never got a refund for months of poor broadband I paid for. Will be looking for another provider after decades of being a loyal customer. Bad service, leave @VodafoneGroup or find a better company!
