@VodafoneUK ridiculous, my broadband down again since 7pm, service test shows no issues again yet router (2nd in 3 weeks) is flashing red. No answer from advisors, chat kept cutting off & now you’re closed. Not acceptable, still no compensation for the 6 days I lost last month

@VodafoneUK I cannot believe the customer service for vodafone, I have had no home broadband all day, and it seems to be impossible to contact you guys !!! I was on hold for over an hour to then just get locked off....how do I get my broadband working again?

So glad my useless @VodafoneUK contract ended I never had any wifi but paid £1080 a year for a useless contract. Switching to EE now where you have wifi all the time, even on London Underground.
