  It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

  @trapdoor456 @virginmedia Companies are awful, when my mum died we went to @VodafoneUK with her death certificate to close her account and they kept telling us that only the account holder can do that. How can she do that when she’s dead? They gave us so much hassle, I’ve never recommended them since

  Hi @VodafoneUK, you're hosting 07468363133 on your network and this phone number is being used by scammers who are carrying out bank impersonation scams against targets in the UK. Seems to be using WhatsApp to make the calls. I've reported via your website already @NCSC @Ofcom

  @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

  @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

  @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues
