  Anyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!

  @VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal. You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.

  @VodafoneUK Tried to resolve an issue with two people, no joy. Going to use my cooling off period to cancel before you even install my broadband. Very poor service and cable install. #cancel #PoorService

  @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.

  @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.
