It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

4 times @VodafoneUK advisors have said they'll make sure I get my issue resolved within 48 hours. 4 times they've failed. Wonder how attempt 5 will go 🙄

@VodafoneUK You have told me to call you so that’s what I am doing ... don’t change the goalposts ... poor service over an hour waiting now ... I have also been told in the past because of issues on your end I am a priority customer ... doesn’t seem that’s been upheld!

Bad service from @VodafoneUK once again. They cancel my transfer of ownership to another person without informing me, charge me my next bill and then put the phone down on me after waiting on hold for the third time! 🙄😠
