    It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

    @Weegee02766453 @VodafoneUK also very bad customer service. Odd for a telecom company that they don’t seem to know how to answer the phone.

  • dan_snook Dan Snook (@dan_snook) reported

    @VodafoneUK That is literally the world’s worst phone deal. Bit cringe.

  • Libstar90 Libby (@Libstar90) reported

    @EEPChris @VodafoneUK Hi Chris, Are you cancelling your broadband to go with another provider or for other reasons? Because if you're cancelling your broadband to go with another provider, you give your details to the new provider and they will cancel your broadband with Vodafone.

    Wow! @VodafoneUK your website is absolutely terrible. I’ve just tried to order something 4 times across 2 different browsers and been presented with numerous bugs preventing me making a purchase. Customer support number useless - even online chat is completely broken.

    @VodafoneUK I have seen 5 and am a @VodafoneUK customer!

  • Phonemast 📶PhoneMast (@Phonemast) reported from Crayford, England

    @blitzerray @VodafoneUK That's terrible. Scotland has plenty of @Vodafoneuk customers!! I was in their shop in Perth it was busy!!!!

  • paulsfourthleg **** (@paulsfourthleg) reported

    @VodafoneUK Apparently not. It tells me to call or start a chat to see my options. Both times I've been told it's NOT a handset upgrade, but a second contract offer. The second of your colleagues actually told me I got the message due to a glitch in the system that they were unable to fix!

  • jordanparki7 Jordan (@jordanparki7) reported

    @VodafoneUK Why do I have to pay extra for my UK data in Turkey?! That is outrageous. I would hapily pay £15 for a 2 week pass, but £6 a day - never!! If this isn't resolved, I'm requesting a refund (I am within 14 days of getting a new contract)!

  • OmicronCommuni1 Tyranny Fighter (@OmicronCommuni1) reported

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You have messed with wrong person. You are are totally wrong. The only thing that proves you didn't mean it is never to commit the same kind of mistake again.

  • dutty127 It's Rach (@dutty127) reported

    Anybody who is thinking of changing to @VodafoneUK, don't bother. They took money off my card they shouldn't have and won't refund it back. Absolute crap
