It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I AM thinking about an upgrade. But after many years of being a pretty happy customer, I’m not sure I want to to be with you now that you’re refusing to just let me speak to a person about it. I’d accept that if you’re automated system worked, but it doesn’t 😡#BadService

So @VodafoneUK have cut my broadband off and have no recollection or history of my account with them. Even though it runs alongside my mobile contract AND the fact I’ve had a broadband contract with them for 2 years…zero history zero links to my accounts. I fail to see how this

@VodafoneUK what's up with the network? Phone displays full 5G signal yet it takes nearly 3 minutes to download a 13MB app update, ironically the Vodafone app. At odds with the speed test that states I'm getting 52mb/s download speeds.

@VodafoneUK Being a business account, I can't get any support for a broadband issue. The home broadband support direct me to business support, however that is apparently between 0800-2000. Is there really nothing in the evening for business customers?

@VodafoneUK My mistake, business appears to be 0800-2000, and consumer 0800-2200. Router restarted, ADSL plug checked secure. Checking DSL status in the admin panel, I have a DSL connection, so probably not a local issue.

@VodafoneUK Could you please explain?“Advertised price includes £4 discount plus 20GB & 5GB additional Data applied directly to the bill by the network for 24 months (or until you change Tariff OR Upgrade)” What does this mean? Will my bill suddenly change after 24 months?
