It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

Ready to cancel all my @VodafoneUK services, customer service is a ******* joke, for 4 weeks got the runaround about my broadband contract despite explaining there was a vulnerable adult in the house and needed to keep the same landline number 🤬 £150 pm all in for this pish 🤬

@PonderingPanda8 @VodafoneUK Seems a lot of people having the same issue. I'm in Aberdeen too. Status checker saying there is an outage in the area. Hopefully it gets resolved soon 🤞🏻

Just received my 9.3% increase email @VodafoneUK my contract states you can raise my bill by RPI, so will I actually start receiving a decent service (what I already pay for) now? Or shall I leave because you've added 3.9% to RPI? Pretty disgraceful considering your profits.

So popped into the @VodafoneUK Didcot branch. Chatted with the "manager" Conner. He only switched the film he was watched on his phone off when I asked him to and to state he lacks Customer Service is a disservice. Horrendously rude! As an ex colleague I was disgusted!

@VodafoneUK why do you have to tell customers lies shocking customer service and staff telling you you can't speak to a manager and you have to wait 5 to 7 days for a response. It won't take me 5 to 7 days to cancel all my contacts.

@VodafoneUK purchased a neo kids watch. Can't use it as your app fails to add a payment method for subscription. Contacting support they try to be helpful but escalate to second line. This is a noted issue on the reviews of your app going back to last year. This is poor!
