It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@informed_teach @VodafoneUK To their credit we used no issue with them during our time, and it’s my hubris to have everything on the WiFi, but their mistake has I convinced us massively

@VodafoneUK issues with OneNumber on my Apple Watch. Spent the last 3 days on with support and it’s still not resolved. Seems like a widespread issue looking on your forums! Plans to fix or shall I take my business elsewhere

@VodafoneUK You are like the Hotel California of mobile phone providers. I called, told the automated menu I wanted to cancel and it told me to hang up and talk to your chat bot. Your chat bot told me last night I need to phone you. So round and round I go.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn first stop the 9.3% increase for the UK customers from April 2022 and then support the refugees. We pay your wages not the refugees. Support refugees from your profits and not from the 9.3% price increase for UK customers.
