  @VodafoneUK A lack of non-phone methods to contact your support is not great when there are issues with porting a SIM card to a new phone. Could you please advise how to resolve?

  Wow @VodafoneUK are horrendous! I’ve never known anything like it 🤯 staff don’t carry out their jobs properly, they’re rude, call centre so loud you can’t hear the person speak, billing me 6 months after I left & reporting missed payments to cred ref agencies for no reason 🤯
