It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK Upgrade. Click & collect. Your phone’s ready & will be held for 7 days. Turn up. Your phone’s been given to someone else & we’ve none in stock. Complain. Be offered £5 off for many hours of wasted time. Next move: cancel upgrade, change provider.

  • mrmiketyler Mike (@mrmiketyler) reported from Lawley Bank, England

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

  • andrewjgriffin Andrew Griffin (@andrewjgriffin) reported

So, @VodafoneUK - I'm assuming that you are going to refund me £50 for the SureSignal that you took my money for and have decided to make obsolete? Also, you have 60 days to make the signal business-usable (i.e. strong 4G) in my area otherwise I'll be taking my custom elsewhere!

  • Jagercraig Craig (@Jagercraig) reported

@VodafoneUK Also a year later and your broadband app still won’t let me claim money off my bill for crap speeds

  • Kevyb2484 Kevin Barrett (@Kevyb2484) reported

@VodafoneUK have you got a customer retention policy or is it your aim to move customers on? Found a deal for a new contract on a 3rd party site provided by yourselves but your staff cannot price match, why?

  • acamarama ivana croissant (@acamarama) reported

@VodafoneUK business account. Gigacube does not work: repeated requests for help. Nothing sorted. Conned. Off on next stop

  • FLOTUS28 margaret woodrow wilson in this ***** (@FLOTUS28) reported

@VodafoneUK The fact that it doesn’t cover the entire network? Or at least the entirety of the jubilee line? I could swear the plan was to expand when it was first implemented???
