It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

What happened whilst I was away. Why is @VodafoneUK so bad now. Can’t top up data because their app and digital services are down. Not a post of the free virgin media tube wifi? Recommendations for better providers for short visits back?

@VodafoneUK @chris_riIey This information is incorrect. I've just been in an extended chat with customer care and was passed to a "dedicated tech team member" who told me it was a problem at YouTube end and they would SMS in a few days when resolved

@VodafoneUK I was assured by one of your customer services advisors I didn’t need to do anything else. I want you to return the money you have stolen from me.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I was trying to upgrade my SIM only plan, but it wouldn’t let me submit the order. Never managed to actually get through to anyone on the phone, after being on hold for just over an hour…

@VodafoneUK I tried your chat facility last week, they were not able to help or escalate my issue to a manager, hence my tweet. There seems to be a major lack of accountability in your organisation.

Being constantly text spammed by @WeAreOpenreach because @VodafoneUK have booked me an engineer vist. Wanting me to answer questions about Wifi when that isn't even the issue. Stop it!
