It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK There is a way to get help on that to make sure it gets done, I seem to remember. A particular method to ensure the company stops the contract/payments. Have a search online, something should come up.

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon This poor girl is on straight path to nowhere. In 20 years time she will have the same (one!) achievement and she will be a new supermarket opening star. 🤦🏼 And this is not her fault. It is you, stupid people, telling her she is a star.

@VodafoneUK 90 minutes on hold to a USA number in a dire emergency has cost me £279!!! An absolute refusal to remove this charge from my account amidst a cost of living crisis. Not an ounce of care or understanding for my situation. Disgusted and saddened..

@VodafoneUK It's been 1 week now, and the reception has not approved in the area. Do we have an ETA on the so called works will be completed as the service is unusable at my home now. If this continues I will have to reconsider my commitment to Vodafone.

4 months after my mother passed away, @VodafoneUK still won't cancel her account. Our calls, when we finally get through, have been met with extreme rudeness and aggression, and demands that my frail, confused father answers impossible, irrelevant questions. But it gets worse ...
