It makes me sad to hear @VodafoneUK adverts encouraging people to replace their iPhones every 12 months with a new one. Disgusting waste, #consumerism & planned-obsolesce. This isn’t going to help the #Environment or the world we leave behind for future generations!

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for broadband online and I want to cancel - I called one of your agents and he said he can’t cancel it for me as no pin was set up? I need to cancel my order. This is not good enough. Please help. Your Bot doesn’t work either when I try to do this.

@VodafoneUK I spent two hours speaking to your customer service yesterday. I spent 40 minutes waiting in store today. I am now in the process of an hour long call with 'easy switch'. This is turning out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. I don't need to DM you. Thanks Keely.

@JamesOsypiw @VodafoneUK @O2 I’ve always hated Vodafone. I’ve been with O2 for about 10 years now, signal isn’t great, ever but the benefits are always worth having

@VodafoneUK not sure what sort of idiots you employ but I've never had worse customer service in my life. Your policies aren't much better either. Not allowed to keep my existing number just because I wanted to move to a sim only deal. Forced to move to 02. Absolute crooks.

Email from @VodafoneUK on the need to increase prices by 10%… why? I don’t see how energy costs have any impact on a wireless service… how many more companies will follow suit?? #ToryCorruption

@VodafoneUK you keep telling everyone to DM but never really solve issues just say same thing, call this number etc. Why do you bother asking people to DM? You do know people would have gone through that route already!

Having @VodafoneUK put up in-contract prices up by nearly 10% without the option to cancel or leave does not feel right at all.

@VodafoneUK most infuriating journey trying to upgrade my phone with NHS discount. First link was broken. 2nd didn't arrive. 3rd arrived and managed to copy code but the basket says expired code. On chat passed to 4 people. No resolution. Now on hold for past 20mins. 🤬😤
