@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK When my father died, Vodafone took weeks to cancel his account. Initially refusing to speak to family members because they weren't "the account holder", despite several visits to the local shop with his death certificate and many calls and emails.

@VodafoneUK jus called to upgrade my phone. The person I spoke to suggested I upgraded with another company as Vodafone was too expensive!!! Don’t think that is good customer service! Been with you for 22 years!

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK I tried to leave Virgin Media yesterday. Hour and a half later. I'm not convinced they have cancelled my account. The bloke kept ignoring me. Unethical and extraordinarily bad business practice.
