@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

Thanks @VodafoneUK @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for your joint efforts to leave me with no broadband, great teamwork! Order placed with BT, order rejected by openreach, transfer rejected by Vodafone. BT Cancelled order. Vodafone ceased current service. No room in cabinet. No internet!

@VodafoneUK your website is broken. Try to swap my sim, keep getting error 'the requested URL was rejected'. Try various browsers and devices, same error. Call, advisor says to follow the link he's sent me and fill out the form - same error. I just want 5G FFS.

@VodafoneUK Report them to @Ofcom request to raise a complaint. Data and details not safe with them. The forwarding of text falls on deaf ears. This started when they moved their operations to North Africa call centres. They tried to tell me that it was an IPhone issue.
