    @VodafoneUK not happy that your telephone call handler just fobbed me off then hung up on me! Great customer service when you didn’t do what you said you would do! Not a happy customer.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @VodafoneUK I didn't receive voice calls. I had a strong 5g signal. I checked data was on etc. I couldn't connect to the internet for an hour. Then, it suddenly started working. Phone is S21 and working perfectly. Can you think what the problem might have been?

    @VodafoneUK been trying to upgrade, been on hold well over an hour, got through to an adviser, Darren, went through everything and then I put back in a queue! Really?! Poor service....one unhappy customer!
