    @VodafoneUK not happy that your telephone call handler just fobbed me off then hung up on me! Great customer service when you didn’t do what you said you would do! Not a happy customer.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @lolaspeaksout @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup This has been ongoing for 1 year, paying them for a service they can’t provide.. they happy to take our money but not so quick to sort out issues. @vodafoneuknews vodafone you are a disgrace

    @VodafoneUK Too late tbh. I've cancelled my contract today and I'll never return. Vodafone are totally incompetent as an organisation, your product is inferior to the competition. Absolutly no customer care.The next sale or increase in cost to the customer is the only thing you care about.

    Going into 3rd week without broadband and @VodafoneUK aren't fixing the fault or providing any updates to us. We don't know what to do or how to escalate this issue to get it fixed. @Ofcom can you advise?

    @tescomobile Genuinely have never had an issue with @VodafoneUK they replaced my sim immediately free of charge, they told me my contract was up and put me on a sim only contract for £20 a month which took 30 seconds over the phone. Brilliant mobile provider.

    @karen45402822 @VodafoneUK Karen, didnt have any issues this morning via online chat, I've screen shot the conversation incase anything if different. Not for one moment it will be. Suppose it depends on what your issue is. Social media contact gets more action ive found #hopeyougetitsorted

    @VodafoneUK Letting you know BY POST & twitter I’m cancelling my broadband account & do NOT expect a penalty given I STILL can’t log in to my account despite hrs on the helpline & still have no answer to the tech issue needing resolution in order for me to able to work from home!
