    @VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

    @lolaspeaksout @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup This has been ongoing for 1 year, paying them for a service they can’t provide.. they happy to take our money but not so quick to sort out issues. @vodafoneuknews vodafone you are a disgrace

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @VodafoneUK not happy that your telephone call handler just fobbed me off then hung up on me! Great customer service when you didn’t do what you said you would do! Not a happy customer.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried this before and sadly it seems you can’t do much. My phone was received by Vodafone on the 24/12 I then got told about damage to my phone on the 6/1 and since then I’ve logged 3 complaints and no one can be bothered to reply or try and sort this awful situation

    @VodafoneUK have genuinely never had stress and anxiety like I have whilst dealing with your company. Am being hounded for a ‘unpaid bill’ despite cancelling my contract well within the cooling off period.

    @VodafoneUK isn’t there a better way to deal with no signal after a PAC in fail than “wait three days, we will call you” I mean 2 days with no service & now another 3 days & how can you call someone back with NO service #TalkmobileUK I need this sorted but nothing is moving⏩

    Hi @VodafoneUK with no notice at all, our internet activation has been postponed a week due to some issue with OpenReach. We work from home, but now have no internet. Customer Services have no suggestions, what do you suggest we do?

    @WeAreOpenreach can you please help? Your incorrect message there is a local outage is preventing @VodafoneUK solve my broadband problems. All you need to do is take the message off! I have so far waited 6 days - surely it can’t be that hard??

    @VodafoneUK Thanks but you already had a look at it in a 1.5 hr call on Fri & it fixed nothing just got worse & it’s doesn’t help the app states I am out of contract when I’m not so I can’t claim funny that bt & sky are are also got issues in Norwich & you won’t even look at the exchange

    @VodafoneUK discusting treatment of mother in law. Elderly lady, isolating, husband died recently, no phone for 6 weeks because vodaphone can't organise the account transfer. Promised to call back, never have. They STILL charge for an account she doesn't want/need! OUTRAGEOUS.
