@VodafoneUK - internet in CH6 has been down for nearly four hours now. I expect a refund on my account. Plus - why does the 4G dongle NEVER kick in when there is an issue? It’s an absolute waste of money

@VodafoneUK Some? More like 90%, mines been down since half 8. Constantly had problems with my WiFi then finally a English person helped me the other day and I upgraded and now the WiFi is down again. Crap company.

@VodafoneUK Why has it taken till 11am for you to put out a tweet about these issues, when customers are unable to find out what is going with this outage via your other support channels? Really poor customer service.
