@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@VodafoneUK Requested to cancel new contract on the 6th Feb and return my new contract phone, I was told that a returns bag would be sent out within ten days... why am I still waiting 22 days later. Is it so you can extend it so that I’m no longer in my 14 days cooling off period
