@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@VodafoneUK hi, I'm having broadband issues today. I've tried all the usual reboot etc but the problem is still there ( upload speed has dropped to 1-2mb). Went on Vodafone website and the automated test detected an issue with my line. Web Chat was unavailable so tweeting. Help!

@VodafoneUK and I need wifi for DSA sessions to access uni , work software , therapy and order prescriptions . It’s a issue because you didn’t contact openreach in time to activate my wifi when I wanted it so have gone days with NO wifi
