Customer service @VodafoneUK has left me exasperated and angry- you need to sort your systems out. Being told I 'd have to phone again tomorrow to make a complaint sucks- i've already wasted enough of my time- why should I waste more

@VodafoneUK why was I told that I would receive compensation from Vodafone once my phone issue was resolved, yet today, the day after my phone starting working again (19 days later) why was I told that I was due no compensation?

@ian_c_elliott @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Strictly speaking the infrastructure was done by Gigafast, but this runs the fibre directly into the house whereas Virgin Media is fibre to a cabinet then copper to your house which is why bandwidth is limited. But also sheer volume of people on VM causes issues too.

@VodafoneUK your call centre teams are poor, do not understand a basic issue. Tried explaining a number of times the concern to be told rubbish answers that are incorrect. Basic training needed, really frustrating. Logged a complaint, to which the guy said nothing will happen 😩

@VodafoneUK Another week, not working from home courtesy of Vodafone broadband. Wonderful. I have daily deadlines to achieve and cannot with yr useless service. I've just switched to Sky fibre broadband instead of waiting for grey blinky lights on the hub.
