Stephen Morley (@Cawths01) reported@VodafoneUK Hi Izzy after 1.45 minutes the chat crashed even though I was messaging back as required every few minutes. When I did get through to upgrades again I was told the offer of £10 for 100gb for being a loyal customer was not available so not sorted at all.
