@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@lolaspeaksout @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup This has been ongoing for 1 year, paying them for a service they can’t provide.. they happy to take our money but not so quick to sort out issues. @vodafoneuknews vodafone you are a disgrace

@hunnybee100 @VodafoneUK I contacted Vodafone they said there were issues they knew about and had engineers looking into it, all came back on around tea time, no issues since, maybe they in someway share tech that had the same problem

@VodafoneUK Hey, signed up for a sim only deal on Friday. Got sent an email with a password for a MyVodafone account. Every time I try to login I get: Sorry An unexpected error occurred when trying to log you in. Please wait a moment then try again. Not a good start...

@VodafoneUK Problems with connection, router keeps going off, tried everything for months and it is so frustrating, causing arguments and stress and am done with it, it’s like we’re just waiting for it to go off when it is ok now.

@Michi_Midge Yes, I’ve had a couple and generally found them to be a crock of shite. Likewise I’ve had an email to say that it is being closed because we aren’t using it - despite it having always been plugged in and registered etc. Sure Signal is a @VodafoneUK scam; I am sure of it.
