@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@VodafoneUK Hiya my Vodafone mobile data went off at the same time it’s not letting me load anything? I loaded this page on bt wifi but it won’t let me load anything else, I know it’s not connected but are you having issues too? It went down at the same time whatsapp, insta and Facebook did?
