Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?

Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service.
