@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

Well it's only Monday morning. My companies who are sh!te to contact list is - 1) @VodafoneUK who make it impossible difficult to discuss issues by having ridiculous policies. 2) @PayPalUK seem to have not paid their phone bills, broken their resolution and robot answerer

@VodafoneUK Sorry, but too late. Have now gone to Virgin Media. Originally on each occasion Openreach supposedly called me and although I never had any calls, they said that I cancelled it. Someone needs to get their act together

@VodafoneUK Why is it so impossible to speak to someone from Vodafone? Several issues that need resolved, phone line just palms you off with links to your chat feature which then tells you nobody is available to chat?! Ridiculous
