@VodafoneUK Hi there. My brand new voda router has died. Zero power. I've tried a different power supply and different sockets in the house and of course the on/off switch. Nothing. Whats the quickest way to get a replacement without having to endure the basic support questions?

@VodafoneUK As a London resident, WiFi on the tube is an essential part of a phone contract, goes without saying I will be moving to another provider. I presume there will be no early termination fees considering you have not informed me and broken the contract?

@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK what's the point in asking customer to update app every now n then. Irrespective of whether app if updated or not you show incorrect data. What kind of people work in your IT team that they are leaking such issues to production.

@VodafoneUK Hi Team I am waiting for my number to port since 23rd. Your chat support says call port helpline and that helpline says our system is updating. I have lost lot of potential clients. I had to buy another phone and sim to keep in touch with family. 1
