@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

Joining @VodafoneUK is proving an unmitigated disaster. Signed up myself and soon on two separate accounts a couple of months ago. My sign up want too bad except @VodafoneUK decided to change my telephone number so carers couldn't contact me.

I have to say, @VodafoneUK have some crackin' Customer Service. Redeemed a VeryMe Reward for @Tesco but the app went down so was unable to use. No bother, things happen! Yesterday, received a phone call from a lovely gentleman at Vodafone, sincere apologies and a new code! A+++

@stephenjames63 @VodafoneUK Same, B78 part of Tamworth here down since 11:30 yesterday so couldn’t meet deadlines. Spoke to someone on chat and they gave me unlimited data for a month to use as hotspot, DM chat last night also confirmed an outage their end
