Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code.She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint
