    @VodafoneUK not happy that your telephone call handler just fobbed me off then hung up on me! Great customer service when you didn’t do what you said you would do! Not a happy customer.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    Never mind the fact I was supposed to receive a call back in April about Internet offers, and never did, so actually ended up paying more for the same thing - that we haven't recieved yet!!! Avoid @VodafoneUK - don't expect any decent level of customer service or experience.

    @VodafoneUK OK if that is correct then a) why did your customer service agent tell me that yesterday, and b) absent a data breach, how did a random third party get my number on the exact date I went out of contract?

    @VodafoneUK There is scheduled maintenance in my area till the 30th! I cancelled my landline and broadband because I could only afford one service so I'm totally reliant on having a signal that works. I'm having to use BT WiFi at £7.99 a day at the moment. Not happy.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Thomas - it's ALL ACROSS LONDON (I've struggled to get signal in Brixton, Clapham, Islington, but by far the worst seems to be across Westminster, and it's been going on for the last two months. So have there been "known issues" in all of those areas for the last two months?

    More poor customer service from @VodafoneUK this time over the phone.....left hanging "I'll go and find out for you !" Never came back. Not as bad as the online chat experience last week though where I was passed to 5 different people !

    @VodafoneUK No I haven’t and I don’t intend to after I tried to upgrade online and despite never missing a payment in 10 years with you and earning well over the average wage, I was told I didn’t meet your checks, yet I passed with @SkyUK and for a much better deal. So Adios Amigo’s

    OMG anyone with Vodafone? I am having a mare @VodafoneUK ! spoke re POSSIBLY moving over,they send me a contract with wrong monies. WANT to ensure contract cancelled - 50 mins on phone- to be told that there aren’t enough questions to get me thru security so can’t cancel! WTF!!!

    @VodafoneUK Hi! I’m VERY annoyed. Apparently there’s work being done in my area till next Friday. What am I supposed to do with that information exactly?? How am I supposed to survive with no network.

    I’m sooo frustrated. No signal till end of next week. No other mast to connect to so I need to be out from very early every day. This is a joke @VodafoneUK. Is someone planning to put me in a hotel till then because the nonsense compensation offered is nothing for this trouble
