@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@VodafoneUK is there cust services,I have left messages, ask to be contacted. In Nov my husband was in a really bad m/bike accident and was in a coma for 10 days, in hospital for 7 wks is bed bound unable to work atm and all I ask is if the monthly can be reduced for a while.. NO

@HuaweiMobile @HuaweiUK @VodafoneUK My phone was picked up and placed into a giant pink super secure crate and sent off to SBE who seem to have the worst star rating known to mankind. We'll see what happens next and wish I had taken more photos of my phone. Fingers crossed.

@VodafoneUK I've had a year of it and nothing has been done to fix it, no compensation, nothing, despite numerous communications. One of my contracts is up, needless to say it's not being renewed, and the next one the same. I appreciate your offer, but I'm not wasting my time again.
