    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @VodafoneUK signal is absolutely shocking. We always had to use sure signal to get any coverage and now you have stopped that. Think I will be going elsewhere when my contract ends after years of being a customer of yours.

    So I go into the @VodafoneUK shop. Surely they can help me? But no. They look on the computer and say, your order us in some sort of limbo. I already know that. That’s why I’m there. Then they tell me to call customer services. Or go on the infernal app. It’s utterly useless.

    @VodafoneUK so been cut off twice from Vodaphone customer service which is terrible No call back and I’m supposed to sit waiting in a queue because staff are sat a home and there’s not enough staff to work worst service ever

    @VodafoneUK Great! Pity I’m getting virtually no service in the ground floor of my House for several months. Don’t tell me use Wi-fi! Is that what I pay £45 a month to use? Pitiful customer service Don’t ask me to DM. Nothing gets done.

    Stuck in 7 circles of hell that is @VodafoneUK customer services. Wasted more than 6 hours this week, either on hold or being passed from assistant to assistant on chat app. And still my order is in limbo. Now just want to cancel and leave the network. But they can’t even do that

    @VodafoneUK Too late, you never released your prices early enough so I bought it from Apple and will let my EE SIM transfer.
