@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

@VodafoneUK brought 2 smart watches this year, neither work and the stores nor phone help have been able to sort it, can't make it recieve calls unless we have our phones with the watches, why can no one just do what's needed on my account?

@VodafoneUK Vodafone salesperson certainly took advantage of him didn’t they now were trying to sort out his finances and they want £150 to cancel What an absolute disgrace I repeat £13 a month for 1gb I hope someone at Vodafone has the decency to get back to me

@VodafoneUK In my household five of us use Vodafone and since last these past few days. Our Vodafone signal and speed has dropped significantly Use to get 80mbps but past few days 5 Mbps.

@Ofcom Poor service of @VodafoneUK and my 85 yr old father and his account. Would it be better if the 14day cooling off was reply-needed email rather than a “no reply is an ok”. I’m not sure he knew what he was accepting verbally due to poor hearing and he didn’t see the email.

@VodafoneUK @O2 on the 29th of July I set in motion a change from Vodaphone to O2 , today after more calls than I can remember I actually have a service. Seriously rubbish service from both companies.

We are now with @VodafoneUK who have installed lovely new full fibre. Fantastic service and can't fault the service migration at all. But. Our WiFi switches use the older 2.4Ghz WiFi, whereas most newer devices - including my phone - use 5Ghz.
