@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

@BSkillLtd has been a loyal @VodafoneUK customer for 13yrs with over 50 mobiles. I used to think they were a good #SME mobile partner. Having spent 2 days trying unsuccessfully to resolve an urgent issue the best they can offer is a reply in 5 days and then fix within 30. Really?

@VodafoneUK. Just wanted to mention what an appalling customer experience we've had whilst trying to switch from BT to Vodafone broadband. We were due to have it installed this Thursday, and after US contacting them to find out, we have been told that due to a technical error,
