    @VodafoneUK not happy that your telephone call handler just fobbed me off then hung up on me! Great customer service when you didn’t do what you said you would do! Not a happy customer.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

    @VodafoneUK The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 would be great. So much is happening from devices right now. Like homework, live lessons, reading, down time. My boys constantly need my tablet & using the small screen on my phone all the time is making life harder. #VeryMeRewards

    @VodafoneUK Order for new gigafast broadband placed last week. Verbal confirmation from your call centre + the taking of my bank details/ credit check. No formal e-mail confirmation, so I called up today for an update and the order was never placed. Now no setup until May. Awful.

    @human_dis4ster @VodafoneUK yeah same for me - got them cos they were the cheapest at the time but would happily pay an extra like £2/m for another company. also, tip: u can hit # on a lot customer service calls to skip all the 'press 1 for xyz' stuff. often skips u straight to speaking to an actual person
