@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

@VodafoneUK has the worst customer service ever, regretting leaving @e_emobile bigtime. No reception hardly ever, supplied me with a faulty phone which they refused to change but took in for repairs which they had to do a board swap. Been a month and still no phone back!

The joys of dealing with @VodafoneUK. After a month of trying to get an old contract phone unlocked they give a £35 refund to get a 3rd party unlock because they can't work out how to unlock their own network devices.

@VodafoneUK Another 2 hours and no response. 2 months waiting for @VodafoneUK to sort out a phone supplied by them not working. Rubbish service
