    @VodafoneUK not happy that your telephone call handler just fobbed me off then hung up on me! Great customer service when you didn’t do what you said you would do! Not a happy customer.

    @lolaspeaksout @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup This has been ongoing for 1 year, paying them for a service they can’t provide.. they happy to take our money but not so quick to sort out issues. @vodafoneuknews vodafone you are a disgrace

    @VodafoneUK my home broadband has stopped working. Keeps flashing white then goes red then back flashing white. My mother in law is also having the same problem.

    @VodafoneUK @OctaneJunkie I think what he is saying is that your entire broadband service in Chesterfield doesnt work.

    @VodafoneUK @Stegwah There is a very much bigger problem in Sheffield/Chesterfield that that mans router. Complete Blackout. DSL lines up, no IP addresses. Please escalate internally as P1 outage.

    @vodafoneuknews @VodafoneUK still waiting!!! In desperation you told me my phone would be working within three days!! Surprise three days and not working!!! Yet again I am paying for phone and can’t use it!!! September to December no 4G signal !!! Please sort it now! THANK YOU
