@VodafoneUK Your customer service is appalling!!Upgraded my phone package 3 weeks ago, paid £500 upfront on a new phone only to now have the order cancelled. I’ve been lied to, left on hold, cut off and now been told I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my money back. SHOCKING!

@virginmedia Now he’s calling me a liar and trying to SELL me a plan! I’ve been with @VodafoneUK 20yrs & they’re the best thanks! I’ve cancelled my dd John, can I make clear that the problem isn’t with delays, I understand works outside need to be done! It’s the lack of following up!!!!

@VodafoneUK He said he was purely speculating 🤔 so how had he investigated where the increase in flexi upgrade fee had gone up if he was speculating and when challenged on this he said case was at deadlock Vodafone do not help vulnerable customers they take advantage fact !

@virginmedia @VodafoneUK Again,avoiding the initial issue! I didn’t ask for a dongle, due to my inconvenience and working from home the lady on 22nd offered me this! She credit checked me and said it was procedure! How is there no correlation between depts and promises?

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly we’ve tried emails, private messsges, telephone calls all to no avail @Ofcom have been contacted, your lack of replies are astounding, you’ve now messsged my father advising that you are starting to charge him for 2 sims seriously poor service, so sorry we left @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK why does it take 30 days to move within Vodafone from pay monthly to PAYG yet if I move from another network it takes less than 48 hours #poorservice #makesyouwanttoleave

@VodafoneUK Nope. I just want to cancel. My old sim was sold with a car. I don’t want to move. But even though I’ve gone through all of your security, even though I have made sure my bills are paid, you apparently now need to send me a new sim, to send me a text, so you can then cancel 🤡
