    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    @VodafoneUK After one hour with your useless chat bot, I've given up. It sucks the life out of you. I can't login to 'my Vodafone'. Nothing has worked. Multiple requests for a security code. I've received none. This ain't the future of on-line security. Hopeless. I just gave up

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp I recently moved into a new property and took out broadband with vodafone. I was promised when I took out my policy on 11th August that it’d be installed by 6th September. When I can get an update it’s bad news and no one can give me a final answer HELP

    Its a toss up between @BritishGasHelp and @VodafoneUK for the worst phone call system ever. Why is it those phone menus put me in a bad mood? "Hello, in a few words tell me the natural of your call" "Discuss my account" "Did you know to can look online at .., good bye - click"

    If a you are thinking about buying broadband from @VodafoneUK then please don't! They are charging me for 2 months I have haven't even been connected. Apparently you can't cancel your contract without a special password. Total scam! #vodafone #scam #PayYourCorporationTax

    Thanks a lot @VodafoneUK I pay my device plan for September a couple of days early to ensure it’s done and now I’m being hounded for another payment as that one ‘doesn’t count’. Great customer service.

    . @VodafoneUK I'm getting non-stop scam calls from a U.S. number, claiming they're from Vodafone, AFTER I purchased a top-up on your website. Raised this issue with the agent on the website, but they keep saying it's okay, while I'm getting scam calls even after blocking.

    @VodafoneUK I don't want to keep going through this all the time. I want a service I pay £100 a month for (two contracts). I've lost count the amount of times I've contacted you this past 18 months. The best bit is your service is deteriorating further and further.
