    Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

    @VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

    @VodafoneUK Hi. There are network issues in my area (L4) that have persisted for several days and the app states that major repairs are needed. Are there any estimates for how long this may take and am I entitled to bill compensation? (it's okay if the answer is no)

    @VodafoneUK as and when my 4 contract phones conclude, along with the data sim I have, I will move to another provider following your withdrawal from advertsing on GB news. I have been a customer for 20 years at around £200pm. @GBNEWS keep doing your unbiased thing please.

    @VodafoneUK @Jackie_Bizzle It's such a bad corporate decision and poor PR. The 4G covers a tiny part of the network. I am losing something I use a lot and rely on, and signed up for. Time to move provider...

    Ok... Result here from @VodafoneUK, they are going to give me £8 per day until the lines in my area are fixed! That adds up. They've never been able to fix the lines to date, what makes them so confident now??

    @VodafoneUK we've also been passed between around 5 departments/support staff. Have spent around 3 hours on the phone to you so far today without making any progress. How is it not possible to reconnect us sooner as it is a result of your own mistake?
