@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

Why do mobile phone companies make upgrading such a painful process @VodafoneUK - we found an online deal for my wife saving £300 over 2 years but not available for upgrade customers 😡 - so new contract needed, port old number, and cancel old contract #painful #irritating

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried this before and sadly it seems you can’t do much. My phone was received by Vodafone on the 24/12 I then got told about damage to my phone on the 6/1 and since then I’ve logged 3 complaints and no one can be bothered to reply or try and sort this awful situation

@VodafoneUK I have never experienced worse customer service. I was told to DM them and have now waited nearly three hours for someone to respond to my message that was simply confirming the passcode they sent me. I have had no working broadband for a week now.
