@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK what a waste of a network. Tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. You cancel something and you still get charged for it for 3 months afterwards. Then say you’ll get a refund and change their minds. ******* useless

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom. @VodafoneUK we have been on phone over an hour and we are being told that the engineer did call to the property but we were in all day and they didn’t. Being pass to all departments and each time we are told it’s the wrong department. This is such a bad service

@Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom for this link and advice. @VodafoneUK disconnected our service by mistake over 2 weeks ago and would not restore it until the planned upgrade day today which they never turned up for. No compensation and they just keep passing us around departments.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Update, Vodafone confirmed that engineer was due today 8am-1pm to fix their mess and no one has shown. No update from Vodafone and constantly transferred to 3+ areas when we phoned them, obviously they have no clue. Terrible customer service and not living their company values

@OpenreachHelp I’ve called that number and they’ve told me they’re not the people to speak to because it’s internal damage, not external damage. They’ve said it’s @VodafoneUK ‘s responsibility. As I’ve said, @VodafoneUK have said it’s not their responsibility either.

@VodafoneUK full fibre broadband is terrible. Now on my 12th significant outage since taking out the service at the start of Feb. Can’t even use their “WiFi Xperts” as the service is too busy and even with the 4G dongle, we’re barely getting 1mb. Absolutely shocking. #avoid
