@VodafoneUK Your broadband & customer service is a joke! I’ve been on the phone with them for nearly an hour and still none the wiser why my broadband isn’t working. Sorry I ever switched to you. Had numerous issues in last few moths!

Diabolical customer service from @VodafoneUK No broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. Will be referring matter to @Ofcom as no solution has been offered.

@VodafoneUK i’m trying to upgrade my new sim only plan and was on the virtual chat but keeps saying digital issues and has kicked me out of the chat i was having. all i wanna know is if the options say 20% discount just for you, i’m assuming i then can’t use NHS discount on top?

@VodafoneUK I had given a port in request to Vodafone pay monthly contract from EE pay as you go. I have been given a new number, the contract that I was told I am getting is different as per the email. Not been a pleasant experience #customerservice #help

@VodafoneUK I have been passed for pillar to post today trying to sort out an upgrade problem. I have been passed from retentions department to collections department and air time billing and customer care. I have been trying all day. Just been kicked off a two hour long message!
