@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Hi, thanks for the response. I've spoken to the Wi-Fi Experts before (though this isn't a "Wi-Fi" issue per se). They are refusing to acknowledge it as an issue / even escalate it / make a note, though there are many pages on your forum about it. 1/2

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not same issue but Vodafone publicised my work (not at VF) number randomly for one of their popular shops, was inundated, they never quite resolved it, even after writing to CEO. Have left the job now, so matters not. Customer services used to give my number out!

Vodafone have a responsibility to know where and when there are outages and tweet updates, in fact I can't believe that's not a thing!

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz Look at the shamelessness of Vodafone India. Firstly they say will sort out your problem by 10/09. now they say you can appeal in 30 days as we can not sort out the network, They are all for money. Not for your service. be mindful.

@NickEngineer @VodafoneUK Yup don’t get me started, had to lock down sons phone as he left it at sch , took 3 mths to sort it. They blamed him for breaking it. Nowt wrong with it. Etc etc etc

@Razorhazor @VodafoneUK I also applied a discount code which worked! They can see one order on my account now apparently despite me having 3 order confirmations so far! I’m cancelling anyway and going with carphone warehouse instead - much better deal and service 👍🏼
