Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre Router and box fitted by an engineer in my flat yesterday. Was told a problem with the city fibre coming into the large green box outside. Reported it. Today I’m told my order has been cancelled. By MISTAKE! New apt. Made for 31st!! WTF?

Been with @VodafoneUK since 2009. Just moved to @giffgaff and am getting 14 times the data for half the price. Voda have really stopped giving a **** about their customers.
