Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@paulifd @nikralzahs @VodafoneUK Not sure about about Shepshed but if you’re not getting signal around Pocklingtons walk you have an issue with the handset or simcard and would get the checked asap. Signal in that area should be fantastic with EE, Vodafone and O2. Genuinely i get amazing signal around there.

@VodafoneUK Huh? I am asking about 5G network …. I get 5G but only in some places in London as I work there but usually other areas I go to are 4G. For the prices you charge we should get all 5G!

.@VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to a way to log in to online broadband account page - login name, password, phone call with verify code. Simples. But oh no. 2 days I have been trying to extract a solution to this from the incompetent Vodafone customer support.
