Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to reach customer service so I can speak to someone regarding my account. All I keep getting is links to speak to Tobi the web chat bot. How do I get in touch with an actual person please?

    @PrivacyMatters @VodafoneUK My point was that a chat app not working could very easily be caused by user consent preferences. It should fail with a proper error of course, but consent stuff is difficult and issues do arise.

    Please sort your app out @VodafoneUK, the bundle section hasn't worked properly for months, you'll lose customers if the app isn't easy to use or keeps glitching. I've brought this issue to the attention of your customer service advisors multiple times and nothing has changed.

    @VodafoneUK Despite having insurance and spending hours on phone calls to useless so called customer service!As for so called chat .slow and useless despite saying we want to offer speedy service .

    Hi @VodafoneUK - I’ve just learnt that my technically unsavvy mother took out a second phone contract with you as she thought she was due an upgrade. She’s only recently realised and has been told nothing can be done as it’s outside the cooling off period. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Thank You for the swift reply. I phoned, and the guy said that he'd send me an email before 17:00 (as yet not happened) telling me when someone would collect the phone and replace it. I THINK that this problem has been sorted, but if not, I'll be in contact.

    @filter_who @VodafoneUK Panic over. I phoned Voda, and they had no problems finding my account, they are sending someone out with a replacement handset :)

    @VodafoneUK Well I thought I was on the pro version as I got the Apple TV last year when I took the package? Would you consider sending a couple extenders for a loyal and caring customer??
