@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK had an absolute mare with you over the last few weeks. Had to call on 3 separate occasions and was expecting a call back on 26th May but didn't hear anything back... having to call again now and spend another hour+ on the phone 🥲 really bad customer service

@VodafoneUK hey, I have had a very temperamental home broadband in the Bexley area. Is this a local problem or not as I cannot work from this evening and this is very inconvenient and you’re phone lines are closed so I cannot get technical assistance.

I’ve been with @VodafoneUK since the age of 18. Exactly 8 years. I pay over £200 for 2 lines And for the past 4months I have random ‘no signal’ and slow internet but I’m meant to have the highest package. They’ve offered me £15 off. Trash company🚮

Just changed from the broadband nightmare that is @VodafoneUK to @PopTelecom via @UswitchUK. Scarily easy and hassle free. Perhaps my life doesn't aways fall buttered side down after all. No more useless Vodafone call centre calls- hurrah!
