    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Your app says that there is an issue in my area and it will be fixed asap. It would be very helpful, with so many people working from home, if you could be specific. If I had known the whole story, could have tried action today to avoid losing a day’s work tomorrow.

    Any advice for dealing with @VodafoneUK support? Broadband out since yesterday. Took 30 minutes to get through to Helpdesk, who asked if he could put me on hold while he checked something. That was an hour ago. Should I hang up and try again or do they have to answer eventually?

    @VodafoneUK Finally got some help from the Helpdesk. Ahmed explained that there was an issue with the network and it could take another 2 days to fix. Not great news and too late to take any actions today but at least he didn’t try to duck the issue like his colleagues.

    At my parent's house in Guildford and they've had no @VodafoneUK signal since Friday. Nothing on the website explaining outage or plan to fix. Completely unacceptable to have zero comms and still no coverage. @vodafone

    @VodafoneUK good evening. I have swapped simcard into a new phone but account wasn't remembered. I have been trying since 8am this morning, keeps saying username not recognised. So registered again, it's still not working. Even tried calling 2345, can't find option. Please help
