    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    But now I find the receipt so call @CPWTweets to say I don't want the @VodafoneUK, have never been able to switch and when I did call they denied ever selling it to me. Been told 'it's tough, look at the terms, you can't cancel'. AND there's no record of me calling them before!

    @VodafoneUK having the worst experience trying to get a new contract activating. Had the phone since Tues and still not working. Webchat have been useless and now on hold, for the third time this week to try speak to someone 😡

    @VodafoneUK So it's over a week later and nothing has changed. I've just received the same shoddy service. I don't think I'll be recommending Vodafone for anything.

    @VodafoneUK I live abroad and I want to change my contract to pay as you go to preserve the number. I can't however get hold of anyone to do it. Tobi tells me noone is available, and your auto-phone supports send me to to Tobi. please help

    Omg @VodafoneUK seriously. Tried to make a complaint THREE times and your automatic line hangs up each time. I will be going to the financial ombudsman about the shocking service I have received over the past month.

    @ReidJoe @VodafoneUK Yes they are awful and wrongly taken money from me £510 and owned upto it and only paid half back and not answering why they have not paid the full amount t back after owning upto it
