Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Absolutely disgusted at the way I’ve been spoken to online with @VodafoneUK I spoke kindly and tried to express my concerns and in return I was spoken to in a very condescending manner. I’ve always had a great experience but they’ve been totally let down.

@VodafoneUK has upgraded my Contract to MORE expensive billing from Nov 20 when I first contacted them over 1 Month ago that I wish to cancel contract expiring on 5 Dec 20. Been contacting them for ca 2 Weeks to confirm Cancellation. Anyone with similar FRAUDULENT Experience?©

@VodafoneUK definitely one of the worst customer experiences out there. Would avoid if thinking about moving to them. 7 years a customer and will definitely move next time. Over a month without a router and nearly 2 weeks without internet coz of these scripted clowns. #avoid
