  @VodafoneUK how can there be next to no reception on trains from sw20 to Waterloo.? On sw20 no reception on any network. It says full coverage , but you can’t do anything. How is it possible in this day and age ?

  @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

  @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
