@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK sent...Everything is confirmed by Sky, keeps existing number, lovely; that will make things easier. Hold on...phone is locked, can't make calls. She needs an unlock code from Network provider. Sky can't help. Vodafone won't. 'It will take 48hrs to get unlock code

@VodafoneUK Myvodafone app finally worked, spent 20 minutes on chat, passed to 4 different people trying to get me to right department, useless. I've took out sim card which is no doubt the trouble shooting step. WiFi still so slow, TV blurry and apps on my fire stick struggling to load.
