Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK no response to my DM. Just spent half an hour on web chat queue only to have the chat end as soon as I got to 1st in the queue. Called up but it says you can’t take my call today plus the My Vodafone app just says you are having technical problems. What’s going on?

    @VodafoneUK help! We upgraded my parents to super fast and were told you would send additional boosters if there was no signal around their house. They have no signal but I’ve spent hours trying to get through to your #wifixperts. My dad’s disabled and his alarm needs a signal

    @VodafoneUK Chris I’m still n the call now, my Discovery plus free 6 months suddenly stopped after about 1.5 months thats all my query i. It’s an awful customer experience to say the least it’s now almost an hour

    @Valvaliantthor7 @VodafoneUK They’re absolutely terrible. Think I’m moving to EE when my contract runs out. Right now they’re trying to charge my mum £1000 a month (it should only be about £300) and they’ve cut my SIM off because she’s obviously not paying £1000… abysmal.
