Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

I’ve got an excellent assignment for you @Mattallwright. @VodafoneUK seem to be a law unto themselves. If you cancel an order on same day, they send it anyway, port your number. Say it takes 24-48 hours to cancel. Leave you with no phone number and now saying it can take 15 days!

@VodafoneUK I wouldn’t bother with Vodafone they increase the prices as the contract goes along and the customer service is shocking safe to say after been with Vodafone for a very long time I won’t be renewing in December….

So much for @ThreeUK never had such an awful time trying to do the simplest thing - activating a SIM on their network. Many days of trying, replacement SIMs and now another 48 hour wait, to find out if they need to send another bloody SIM. Looking at @VodafoneUK and @O2 now 😤

@VodafoneUK I had 3 phone contracts on my account with you Vodafone. I cancelled all 3 and moves to a different network. No one even bothered to ask why!
