  @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

  I've only got experience of about 5 different mobile networks... but @VodafoneUK is the worst by far. Billing & Contracts are scammy (they overcharge you until you notice), their online account interface is awful, and they don't follow GDPR rules. #Avoid #BadCustomerService

  @VodafoneUK 1hr 46minutes on the phone for the call to be disconnected spent 2 hours on the phone last month as well an absolute nightmare when you want to get something sorted totally disappointed customer who can’t wait to leave angry 😡

  Thank you @VodafoneUK for manually porting out the wrong number on my account to @TalkmobileUK even though it was done correctly online!! Another day wasted sorting out your mistakes!! @AhmedShelbaya - pls take note - constant mistakes by Vodafone giving more poor service!!!!
