Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Absolutely shambolic service, and a disgrace to customer service. Unbelievable that a multi-national company can treat it’s customers with such contempt. I know start-ups with idea how people should be treated. One of your advisors even gave me the silent treatment. @VodafoneUK

So it turns out @VodafoneUK’s solution to find out what happened to my complaint is to tell me to call the complaints line which I can’t get through which is the reason for reaching out on twitter.. I have unusable broadband and no-one can help me or even respond to my complaint

@VodafoneUK i have tried calling to cancel my contact. wait times are 30 mins plus. I tried chatting with your robot and then an agent online. Again, i waited for over 30 minutes to get cut off. Not good for a company saying 'connect the magic'. Cant connect anything!
