Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK your customer service is an utter disgrace! It’s been since Tuesday I am attempting by sim to work and not getting it resolved via speaking to you every day. Now on day 6 taking off family time to resolve issues which shouldn’t have been there in first place!!

After sending 55 screenshots of failed calls, @VodafoneUK social media have finally raised a query, doubt anything will be done but we will see. Don’t this it’s a good service somehow if it takes that long and to give that many examples with no action

@MoneySavingExp why do you offer a £150 gift card for @VodafoneUK broadband if they are just gonna cancel the order, make you sign up again over the phone and not honour the gift card? Pretty sure this is practise breaks numerous guidelines! @Ofcom

Who new that Vodafone shops on the high street have no direct phone line to Vodafone head office. They have to go through the same system as we do That's utterly bonkers. It's impossible to get problems sorted out @VodafoneUK
