@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK I just called your complaints line to be told that It are doing system updates. So nobody can look at my account and to call back tomorrow. Why are you doing updates whilst the call center is open? Your customer service is a joke!

Worst service ever @VodafoneUK I am currently on the phone with an advisor. Apparently her system is going through updates for around 30 minutes so I was on hold and she won’t transfer the call to a manager without me telling her why. Worst service ever!

@VodafoneUK I have sent in a complaint as I have been charged after my contract ended by almost £50. You keep ringing me to discuss. I don't understand why you cannot reply to the complaint and instead keep phoning me at work as I can't answer my phone when I am working.

As working abroad and not been able to travel back home to the UK due to COVID isn’t bad enough @VodafoneUK decided to cancel my my pay as you go telephone number that I used for seventeen years 🥲 really upset and shocked what a terrible service this company provides
