Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK I’ve today chased my fraud complaint. I’ve since received death threats from the scammer. I reported this Saturday morning to your fraud team yet not one person has bothered to call me or to correct the incorrect contract taken out by these scammers! Please reply!

On seeing this, naturally I tried to cancel the new contract. @vodafoneuk make this needlessly hard and I was bounced between their chatbot & automated phone system. After 25 minutes of trying different things I worked out how to get the chatbot to pass me to a human
