@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Now 24 hours and still no updates online news says that all Vodafone Wi-Fi restored yet still isn’t working your suppport team won’t help and just say it’s being worked on no eta no updates yet yesterday still took the money out my bank account I can see where your priorities are

@VodafoneUK Why not communicate these issues better? Unable to email impacted customers so as to save them hours of effort? And how will this outage be accounted for on our monthly bills? You are first and foremost a Comms company = can I suggest you communicate better!!!

Hi @VodafoneUK why is internet still down in LE12? I was told by your customer services team this outage would be resolved by the end of yesterday. It's been 24 hours now, and will need internet for work. Please let me know, as online chat doesn't work.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I’ve just reset my router again. This time I have the white light on the front but only 3 green on back. No Wi-Fi light. I’ve also reinstalled the app and it can’t find a Wi-Fi network.
