  @VodafoneUK To say I am disappointed with Vodafone UK would be an extreme understatement. I arrived in South Africa on Friday the 17th of September. To date despite hours on the phone with Vodafone UK I still have no roaming service. No calls and no data. Ofcom incoming.

  @VodafoneUK I want to flexi upgrade but need to do it in store as if I order online I have to wait up to 2 weeks for the new phone and I don’t want to be without a phone. But I also don’t want to wait to trade in in case the price changes or I damage the phone and then can’t pay the flexi!
