@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK They took me through a procedure which took over 15 minutes. When this didn't work, they put me through to the technical team who confirmed that there were problems in the area! You couldn't make it up. Do you think this is value for money?

@PedroClarke1 @VodafoneUK Looks more like a marketing story. What data rates do you see in a low band (2x2 MiMo at UE) with 10MHz plus DSS on top (another 30% loss)? As a 5G SA customer I would be very disappointed.

@VodafoneUK I’ve done loads of trouble shooting. And chat online. Apparently you guys have a big outage in the system, to check accounts and faults. But not sure if this is directly linked to service outage? Anyone else have an issue ?
