Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Don't even try to contact @VodafoneUK on their chat. Automated system is hopeless & when you are lucky enough to get a human, they can't resolve a simple change of Address issue. More than 24 hours of contact they add insult to injury & offer £7.50 to Compensate!!

@MissHanHanSays @VodafoneUK Having to deal with the same issue for over a month now! Reached out via live chat and calls and still no resolution whilst being told it will be sorted. When working from home is so vital, the poor service is extremely distributive to my work flow!

@VodafoneUK Reading the responses the strong message is no rewards for loyal customers. Sure you offer upgrade based on your business requirements but not based on what the customer wants compared to other mobile phone operators. I certainly would like to see more customer based rewards

@mrsflynny @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK are not even bothered that I will change provider after 25 years of being a LOYAL SUBSCRIBER. Unfortunately that is the problem with such Large Companies these days. They really don't give a Hoot about losing Customers!!!

@VodafoneUK Both. It's not interference or bad WiFi range etc. Every 7-10 days (maximum) your connection drops and it takes ~20 minutes to come back up.
