Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@Joser_72 @VodafoneUK @ScottDafydd Was on hold for 3:26 minutes, only to be hung up on. Am in Norfolk and had no internet since 8am, so currently can’t log on to work. Great to see Vodafone customer service is still abysmal!

@VodafoneUK I could literally cry! I have just been on to an operator for 1hr 49 mins who was unable to resolve my query and said he was passing me to his team leader - they then cut me off!!! I am sick of the rubbish customer service you provide after 20+ years with you

@SkyUK WiFi is down, yet again...! Super fast broadband, great when it works (intermittently)... Working from home is frustrating when the network is so unreliable. Thanks to @VodafoneUK for the mifi device through work keeping me able to host @LivUni online events. #sky #help
