    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @VodafoneUK Well if that doesn’t change back how it was I have no choice but to leave vodafone because my credit file is rubbish so I continue being a customer with o2 who never does credit checks on upgrades they value loyalty it looks like vodafone doesn’t lol

    @VodafoneUK any reason why the last 6 months with the gigacube 4g I barely get 1mbps download? When I signed up I got nearly 3mbs but now I can't even talk on xbox live without constantly breaking up and lagging on any game I play. Sp79ds why am I paying such poor service?

    @VodafoneUK I went through this process with your terrible customer service team on the app. The agent and their manager were appalling. Zero attempt to investigate what had happened and no interest in trying to rectify the issue.

    I've just spent OVER 2 HOURS on live chat to @VodafoneUK who have "lost" my no just to be told they can't help. I can't make or receive calls. I'm shattered after spending most of the day trying to resolve. I'm losing the will to live, which is nothing new as I'm a #pwME
