@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by @VodafoneUK for almost a month I have been on the receiving end of a string of incompetencies and negligence and abuse from 1 manager. I can't help but think this is deliberate because I'm on a SIM only contract, therefore I'm not important enough.

@VodafoneUK is there any way of actually speaking to a member of your staff other driving down and knocking on your door? Pretty sick of having to say the same thing in a different voice several times to one of your machines, only to be told to hang up. Great customer service 👍

@VodafoneUK Wow what shoddy customer service your staff have!!! my work phone was cut off with absolutely no notification because i have major surgery so didn't use my work phone for a while now you are telling me it can take more than the 24 hours u already to me to wait!!!
