@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK 6 phone calls to you and 4 weeks of promises and my daughters broken iPhone 11 still hasn't been collected for repair. The worse service I have ever received. A 13yr old in a pandemic unable to communicate with friends in a crucial time. Absolutely appalling!

@VodafoneUK I have been on an online chat for over 2 hours to be cut off 3 times and have to go through 3 lots of a million questions and I still have no answers. My broadband won’t activate and I have wasted my evening even try to get it to work. #HELP

@VodafoneUK If you make it impossible for people to notify you in writing, particularly during a pandemic when we cannot send you letters, and your call centres are clearly not as operational, then I'm sure you don't mind these issues being raised with communication ombudsman.

We have been without internet for ELEVEN days now @VodafoneUK. We have called numerous times, wasted hours on the phone, and not received ANY information. Are you fixing the signal or not? This should’ve been resolved a week ago!We all work from home and can’t get any work done!

@VodafoneUK Is the worst. Last June I opted to leave Vodafone as I was paying an eye watering £40 a month for not very much. So In June 2020 I called an made arrangement to pay off what was owing and move on. In January I'm still being billed £40 a month.

@Marklewis89 @VodafoneUK Quick fix for data is to go to into network settings and select 2G/3G only. You can at least get data this way... Not ideal. Vodafone are fobbing me off with 'fixes' that never work and can't point at where the issue is and when it'll be fixed.
