    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    On hold to the complaints team at @VodafoneUK regarding my Dad's account and I've just been told by the customer service person they have never heard of dementia ...... what the actual ****!!!

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @VodafoneUK Vodaphone failed to cancel my phone contract when asked. Que months of unpaid bills, followed by black marks on credit file. It took many more months to have it resolved, to their satisfaction, at my cost, for their error!! Would not recommend Vodaphone at all.

    If you are on VodafoneUK and go to the US, it's odds-on that voice won't work. That is you can't use your telephone for telephony. Anyway, I just got a £6 roaming charge and disputed it on the grounds that they didn't provide the actual service they were selling. Credit applied!

    @VodafoneUK You've made it impossible to talk to anyone, your online system is poor. I want to upgrade a phone that's not my main number. Perhaps less money for shareholders and do a better job??

    @VodafoneUK can someone explain to me on here, not in DM why you can’t cancel an order that is incorrect due to you and I now have to wait 6 weeks to get the incorrect item before I can return it to have to then reorder the correct one?

    @VodafoneUK scam company -Financial Welfare Group is there nothing that can be done to close them down ? Everyday I report their many calls and block numbers - next day the calls are from an apparent different location & number - why should I change my number with it’s hassle ??
