Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Thinking of moving to @VodafoneUK? Don't. Ordered new phone for my daughter on Friday. Supposed to be delivered today. Still hasn't been dispatched. No idea of when it will get here. Impossible to speak to anybody. The worse customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Nothing more frustrating that @vodafone customer service. All I want to do is to speak to someone over a number of issues and I get a Bot then a chat agent who doesn't have a clue🤦 @VodafoneUK
