Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK Had no landline service now for nearly 2 weeks due to cable theft at our local exchange, despite contacting you to report & check for updates there seems no interest on your part keeping customers updated either via text or email etc. Maybe time to move provider.

@SkyUK dreadful. You call me today to ask me to take out an 18 month ‘ business’ contract for my broadband. Your service is so dreadful, I can’t get on Wi-Fi on my phone at home, and it’s been buffering on Netflix at 24% for over 30 minutes. @VodafoneUK hit me up.

@VodafoneUK I need your disabled customers email address please so I can email somebody within vodafone why this is happening its really not fair both my next door neighbours have full access to your 900mb network but I don't? Surely that means you really only need to change my cabinet slot?

Absolutely fantastic service from @SamsungMobile who came and fixed my phone at my home address. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn't offer me a quicker turnaround than 2 weeks for it to be fixed (or a courtesy phone).
