Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

@Clouds861 @VodafoneUK If it's 14 days or less into it, you're still in your cooling off period and SHOULD be able to cancel for free. I'd advise you to do so too, they're the worst provider I've ever been with. I thought TalkTalk were bad, but wow they've got nothing on this lot.

@VodafoneUK It seems everything is broken over at @VodafoneUK , full fibre pro 2, 4G backup, TOBi and all members of the call Center, not answering calls and cutting everyone off instead of answering the calls, very professional
