Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK I have been waiting for about 6 weeks to have 2 x Early Termination fees removed from my account that have been wrongly added after upgrading. I was told by customer complaints that this would be done by Friday this week but the fee is still on there.

It’s now taken 4 engineers and still no resolution to the issue despite being promised multiple times it will be fixed in the next ‘24hours’. Having a toll on husbands work ability and stress levels through the roof @VodafoneUK @VodaPay

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, It's just disappointing that the 1st time I have had an issue with Vodafone I received a really poor customer service experience. It turned out that it wasn't the fault of Vodafone...a contractor had unplugged my broadband from the cabinet, cutting me off for a day.

@VodafoneUK I have never had customer service like it. 4 hours on chat 14 incorrect advisors to upgrade my mobile wifi. I got fed up and said best I just cancel contract getting no where response no problem 30 day notice activated!! Wow bye Vodafone.never again.
