Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @VodafoneUK Hi. App has been granted all permissions and there's no issue from their side as I talked to them about it. Phone is totally up to date and the issue is occurring on WiFi and data. The issue is with screen overlay which for the app is turned off but there's something blocking
