    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @VodafoneUK to say your customer service is appalling is an understatement! 60+ minutes on your automated Tobi system with issues with an iPhone 11 not even a year old as a self employed man to be told to send us your phone and be without one is TOTALLY Unacceptable!
