    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    1. No Internet due to @OpenreachHelp not doing the installation yet 2. Try to order a temporary broadband solution via @VodafoneUK, can't do it as bank details are against old property 3. Try to change address details on @santanderukhelp but address doesn't exist on their system

    @VodafoneUK hi, are you having any issues in Sa31 area as my friend has had only emergency calls only since this morning so cannot contact you. She's spent 3hrs on chat to no avail... Keeps losing agents

    @VodafoneUK He has now filled in an online complaint form! Thus debacle has been young in now for over 2 months!! @VodafoneUK all you are doing is annoying customers & the end outcome is they will leave & go to another provider 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Id love to treat my husband! So a Laptop would be amazing & some vouchers like £100 BoohooMAN for him & £100 Boohoo for me.. also a Apple Watch Series 6! We got married last Tuesday! & a iPad Air to treat my parents since life has been strange with the pandemic. #VeryMeRewards
