Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

@VodafoneUK Hi there. I spoke to an advisor yesterday and was very unsatisfied in how she dealt with my query. I have been a Vodafone customer for more than 15 years and was saddened by the fact at the end of the call I felt I had to ask for my pak code to leave Vodafone.
