@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Trying my hardest to sort my accounts out, doesn't help when @VodafoneUK can't take there direct debit payment on the correct date and offer me £5 goodwill gesture when they keep putting me in trouble with the bank. Absolutely disgusting.

Disgusting treatment of my elderly, medically vulnerable parents by @VodafoneUK. Broadband fault reported last Tuesday. They are still without service. Promises of calls but none received. They are having to the chasing. SORT IT OUT AND COMPENSATE THEM. Outrageous 🤬🤬🤬

If you'd been thinking about joining @VodafoneUK as a customer, don't. It's been a month now since I requested an esim for my Samsung Watch3 which they botched and still haven't sorted out inspite of hours spent trying, going round in circles. #Samsung #vodafail

@VodafoneUK I obtained an NCK from one of your online agents for my Samsung S10. As this code was incorrect I now need an MCK code to unblock the ability to enter an NCK. Every single agent I speak to has no idea what an MCK is or tries to give me another NCK. Horrid service.

I encouraged her to ring @VodafoneUK to say "what is this & why am I being charged for something I don't know about and have never received". Their response "it would have cost the same anyway so it doesn't matter ..." Advising her to go to trading standards next.

@VodafoneUK Hi Lou, I get invited to DM once a week.. All i want to do is leave, as Vodafone are quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with and it’s impossible to cancel my contract !!
