    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    Has anyone else had an AWFUL experience with @VodafoneUK ??? I’ve been without any WiFi for almost 2 months after moving over from Sky to get their fibre. I regret it so much. They’re now saying I won’t get an engineer out til JANUARY 🤯 no Xmas movies for me then 😢

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK I stand, corrected Sian, third time he did try to cancel with them, but they promised him a fourth time. Are they guaranteed the engineer turning up which they did! However, it’s still extremely poor service from them and I hope they get you sorted very soon

    @VodafoneUK I already set up the £6 a day service. It didn’t work. I couldn’t even send a WhatsApp message. I eventually found a different source. This reply didn’t resolve my issue or help in any way- you just repeated stuff I could read on the website.

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK If you're a new customer you maybe still within your rights to cancel, and look for a new provider? This may result in you getting working broadband sooner! Think about your decision @VodafoneUK .

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK If you had an existing service with sky and haven’t moved property Vodafone should be able to take over the line. Unless you notified sky first and they have put a cease on your line stopping you from moving to a new provider seamlessly, if sky ceased the line fault will be sky

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK Council telly it is then. We moved from Sky as they were so appalling, thankfully we opted for bulletproof signal/ service from BT

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK I’m told they use a contractor to fit it, and it was a contractor who let him down. At least it was in the case of my friend. Vodafone have said they are going to reimburse him £200 for compensation. So don’t give up the fight @Sianwelby x
