@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Look, I don't like calling out companies. But my dad passed away in early 2022 - our phones were under the same contract, so I contacted @VodafoneUK to have his line closed. I sent the death certificate etc as they requested. Never heard back, presumed they'd done it.
