@VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Advice, please. @VodafoneUK sent out my new Iphone13 ordered 17/02/23 I was due delivery to my neighbour (required someone in) on 19/02/23 by DPD. This was never delivered to me and the photo is not of my neighbour or their house. Why am I liable? Consumer rights says not?

I signed a contract with @currys aka carphone warehouse for & @VodafoneUK these guys did not send me a phone or sim card and work cancel my contract. Both companies are rip off and won’t communicate. Sh*t customers service

@VodafoneUK There are decent numbers of people now saying they have sent off for a trade in and you reject it saying emei doesn't match. When we've used your trade in tool. Customer of 21 years, and you treat us like we are trying to swindle you into buying our phones back, it's ur 9ffer.
