@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Daughter,a nurse, couldn’t cover a shift to help shortages today as @VodafoneUK are fitting her broadband. Of course @OpenreachHelp the quasi monopoly who have to install don’t turn up or contact her. UK broadband is based on USSR economics and customer service.

@VodafoneUK hey, just to let you know if the IVR doesn’t understand what you’re saying, it says it’ll connect you to an advisor then on connection says the line is no longer in use. Think there’s a routing problem with your IVR drop out line 🙃

@chris_yardley @VodafoneUK Yep exactly that, can't understand why because my area is apparently "good" for 4G. I believe with most networks that if they can't provide with you with at least 10mb then you have grounds to terminate your contact, as previously had to do with Three.

Very disappointed with @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK - customer of 12 years, never missed a payment or exceeded any limits and you’ve left me high and dry abroad without signal due to a roaming credit limit which I’ve never set and neither did you even tell me I was close too

@VodafoneUK None at the moment with the awful service!! Texts are bad but calls are virtually non existent. Please advise how we request a reduction of our bill this month. Thank you.
