@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK The things is that the offer was only available within that one hour George. It is not “a shame”. This was misleading and put me in an embarrassing situation at Costa checkout. Saying that this was “a shame”, you are just throwing the problem on my lap and walking away from it.

Not one has tried or even suggested to call me. @VodafoneUK doesn't believe in the power of comms as much as they say they do. Covid has made them even less customer focussed. Pretend to care

@VodafoneUK I did, they are ignoring and saying its in the process to give to other customer already, this number registered in banks and accounts, they are missing up with my life like this, they didnt even notify me with a message or call that they will take the number, please help, please
