  @VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

  @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

  @carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

  Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
