@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

I would love to know why @VodafoneUK charges more for business broadband than personal broadband - and for a slower speed! BTW @VodafoneUK, your telephone agents urgently need to update their customer service skills.

@Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

Not bad going @VodafoneUK - lost my business before the contract even started

  • Eddie_Catflap

@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

@KH4NS @VodafoneUK I can understand that there can be technical issues but a 3 week time period is too much Is anyone else in this area also facing such slow speed? 🤨
