@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

Lover spending an hour on @VodafoneUK customer service to be told the last hour I spent chatting to them I was told the wrong information and now I’m getting bumped with over charges cause of it!

@VodafoneUK do you not care about customer service anymore? Agents who can't help and just pass you around and when you go back to accept an offer it's not noted or valid. Uncaring or uninterested attitudes everywhere.
