    @VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    All mobile providers are crap bar signing contracts but really, I waltz into @VodafoneUK to buy a Samsung tablet, at first, "pick it up 2 days" , then, the no reply emails start; 1st another 4 days, then 4 more days, then 10 days, now another 10 days Arrrrghhh. F'king useless
