@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK restricted my calls for £10 which i dont know how croped up in my bill and now I cannot call up customer Service. If Vodafon dont activate my calls until morning I will never pay rest of my plan. Now choose between £10 or £800. 07411172478 Bye

@VodafoneUK what on earth is going on with the broadband today. Mrs working from home lost half a day trying to reset the router and troubleshoot. All it would have taken was a message to users to notify there was an issue. Internet still down at 21:40. What am I paying you for?

@VodafoneUK I’ve spent 10 days asking Cust Serv reps from Vodafone Ireland for response. I’m told V-SOS band has no SIM card so it’s a “standalone item” therefore I have to pay for all investigation/repairs. I have no account number. My name is Paul Tucker. Worst consumer experience ever.

@VodafoneUK 1/2: Spent 10 days chasing Cust Serv reps for reply. Told V-Sos is “Standalone item” with no SIM, normal warranty doesn’t apply. I must pay for any investigation/repairs. I have no account number, my name is Paul Tucker. Worst Consumer experience ever.
