@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

@VodafoneUK not sure how much this absolute sub standard network i can put up with. Doesnt matter where in England I travel to my phone fails with 4G and network signal. Becoming very stressfull and inconvenient when i am unable to use my phone to do basic tasks calls and txts.

Why is it that @VodafoneUK can't build a basic website that actually works? You know things like call charges, plan details, plan settings, access to things that allow you to cancel your account. Basic CRM that should just work for such an old company?

@suzesuze1 @VodafoneUK I waited for two hours tonight. I've spent thousands of £'s over the years with @VodafoneUK and now they won't talk to me because they know I want to cancel! No wonder everyone is leaving. Good luck with your new provider Sue! Glad your tweet didn't go missing.

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely fed up with the customer support, 7 calls to you. 2 return calls never made by you, 0 support with Issue despite promises made with WiFi guarantee. Strongly urge anyone signing up, don't be fooled by false promise support is none existent poor service

@VodafoneUK We have had no 4G signal at home for 2 weeks. Initially we were told there was no known problem. Which there obviously was. Your company has now acknowledged there’s a problem but states may take a further 6 days to rectify! Not acceptable and poor customer service

@VodafoneUK really disappointed, in you been a loyal customer for years. Trying to upgrade, tried online as advised, there was an error asked to call customer care (no care), been on the phone for over an hour and given up! Now off to another provider.

@VodafoneUK hello, my sim only contract is ending soon and I have found a sim only deal with carphone warehouse for £15 a month - am i able to cancel a sim only with you, get a sim only for carphone warehouse price and keep my current number? if so, how do i go about this? thanks
