    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK how can you advertise the pixel 6 for 369 even in store under the phone. Then refuse to sell it to the customer? How on the earth is that right? No wonder you have the lowest number out of the networks.

    @VodafoneUK @RumensShirley He just wants to speak to a person (not a robot) so he can switch to a sim only deal, instead of being overcharged now his contract has come to an end. Particularly poor that he's having this much trouble when you charge a fee to switch even 2 days before your contract ends.
