    Still having issues @VodafoneUK with media not loading on twitter, been almost a week now.

    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK not impressed as I’ve had an order cancelled without any notification or reason and Vodafone have been happy to take my upfront payment. Been a customer for 10 years and I’m disgusted

    @VodafoneUK 2 hrs + 7 different people on your customer service chat, STILL no further forward. Passed from person to person, incorrectly put through to wrong dept. Threatened with a £1K bill to sort issue. Still not fixed. Where do I go now? #customerservicefail

    @VodafoneUK Despite many problems last year, I decided to stick with Vodafone and upgraded my plan last week. The charges showing in app are almost £5 more than the agent advised and I no longer get 5G (have checked settings and all is correct). Is nothing ever simple with VF?!?
