    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK Your advisors are useless. They just read off a script. We were even told to buy a Netgear signal extender which didn’t make any difference If I had my way we’d be shot of you. It took a year of overcharging to even get our bill right and we won’t have a direct debit now.

    I’ve waited 3 months & still @VodafoneUK have not restored my broadband & landline phone after cutting me off one month into a 2 year contract! & this week they tried to cancel the fibre contract they forced me to take in order to restore my services! Disgusting! #avoidthem

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @vodafone For the umpteenth time your broadband service and customer service has completely failed us. You simply do not deliver at any level. We work from home and have put us in an untenable situation. Clearly you don't need our business
