@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@DirtyHippyDalek @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Wen mum had to cancel Grandads mobile wiv EE they were brilliant. Expressed immediate sympathy, took a couple of details and it was all cancelled. Any charges were cleared. It made a very difficult time so much easier. Brings tears to mums eyes how kind people were 🥹

@VodafoneUK pls do right by customer I’ve ordered since 5/06/22 yet to have internet. Took 2days to get it installed still nothing. Being debited and told I can’t cancel due to your incompetence. This can’t be right @ofcom I’ve been held hostage by @VodafoneUK

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It’s stuff like this that made me leave them. I “upgraded” my phone but they took out a second contract and took them 3 months to cancel it. They charged me £50 for a courtesy phone because “it was damaged “ I hadn’t even touched the phone as it was a pile of **** tbf!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @EE for the benefit of the group, EE customer service is excellent. They are very well trained. No, I do t work for them. Only moved to Sky because EE became too expensive. Sky mobile are really good too. Don't work for them either.

@GeorgeMonbiot @KathyBurke @VodafoneUK We sent his death certificates 3 times and were still met with hostility even demanding cancellation fees on a dead man's phone. In the end, family moved away from T mobile. They demanded money but never got it...because it was in dad's name...
