@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

So @VodafoneUK just sent me (and presumably every user) an email to say how green they are.... A single email is 4 grams of co2e apparently.... I don't mind, this ain't a complaint, just found it amusing.

@VodafoneUK Why is it impossible to take out a 25Gb with entertainment plan? Been through 3 cancelled orders and 2 reps who couldn't fix it and said issue ongoing for >1 week now? Only option was to take out a more expensive plan or wait... do you have a fix ETA?

@VodafoneUK I am a new customer, I did not receive a copy of my contract. When I rang you I was told I would have to wait for a month after requesting. How do I get a copy? Also the service keeps dropping & can’t access my account. Is this your best service?

I feel a complaint to @Ofcom coming on, about @VodafoneUK ... it's awful when you buy faulty goods & the company treat you like you have no right to get your money back even though you send them screenshots from Paypal giving ALL the payment details requested. #ConsumerRights

Awful customer service @VodafoneUK SIM delivered to the wrong address multiple times, sent in store to be told it can’t be dealt with in store, finished off with two failed attempts to cancel a contract I wish I’d never taken. I still have no idea where I stand with it
