    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK if you guys can't give me steady data connection then I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my contract with you guys. Its unbearable at times and I've even had to buy a new phone just to see if it was my old phone but clearly its not. Sort this out or I'm gone

    @VodafoneUK It needs him to sign in to set a password but does not recognize his email id or phone number......this is totally stupid. We were in your Stafford shop for about an hour and a half yesterday !!!!!!!!!! We have phoned them but they have not called us back.

    @VodafoneUK I'm out of UK and no network access. Sunday and again today I battled to engage with a real person via your app and twice have been told it's all sorted. Only it's not. Main problem, can't receive texts so unable to verify spending or eg set up Passenger Locator Form.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz Sunday 16/01/22, 23:00hrs, Boardband down. Monday 17/01/22, 08:30hrs, reported fault Monday 17/01/22, 09:00hrs, Tech Team identified fault and arranged repair Tuesday 18/01/22, 10:00 fault fully repaired I recommend, Vodafone Business Broadband.
