    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK poor performance, just spoke to someone who told me I failed DPA. I answered every question but couldn’t remember the ‘date’ I started my contract. What sort of question is that. Diverted to a webpage asking me for ID. Moved in with mum 4 months ago.

    @VodafoneUK The thing about the Vodafone App is that this survey was not on a smart device. There does tend to be an assumption at Vodafone that all devices are smart but you must know what device it is as it is sitting on your network 24/7.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I told you I wished to cancel my account numerous times on the 4 of January for my mobile broadband. You've now sent Themis recoveries to get me to pay my bill. I can send you proof of my cancellation messages if you want

    @VodafoneUK a thread - unfortunately for me I was ur customer for WiFi last year, u left me without working wifi for 7 months (from the start) and continually blamed me, open reach and anyone else u could think of

    @VodafoneUK Please help! WiFi has just cut out and won't turn back on... the underneath of the modem is flashing red, internet light on top shows as red, WiFi light on top shows as green.

    unbelievable!!! Just randomly called by @VodafoneUK told my bill was going up and whilst I asked why he muttered under his breath “shut ******** up” in disbelief I’ve rang your customer service team and I was told to “fill out a form online” what service you give Vodafone! 💩

    @VodafoneUK You are useless! Partner has lost her phone and can't log into her account because you want to send a text to her lost phone. The most bloody stupid thing I've ever heard. You're about to lose 2 customers.
