Miles (@MilesNash37) reported@VodafoneUK latest on day 3: after a 30-minute call with your WiFi experts, I am left awaiting a text message at some future time, which should confirm an appointment to investigate my loss of service, which might be within the next two days.

Kingsley Stewart (@mtume85) reported@VodafoneUK @BTSopenreach Believe this is what is passed for acceptable customer service from you guys. It’s amazing you’ve stayed reasonably successful with service as bad as I’ve em ever seen. If there’s anyway through speaking to a bot called Amilia on here can get me a new router then please do.
-
Miles (@MilesNash37) reported@VodafoneUK on the call, I requested a new router, in case that is the cause, as this fixed a previous multi-day loss of service I had with you. That time you shipped it in 24 hours, so it could save me lost days. If not, I could return it. It seems reasonable, but I was refused.

Karen Lee (@Karen_karenelee) reportedHow oh how do you get to speak to a human @VodafoneUK ? I’ve been a customer a long time but whatever option I try I get binned off by your auto machine to an online option. I need to speak to a real person - but how?
