@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK is it possible to find out if there’s an issue with my broadband I’ve checked online and my area seems to be fine but I can’t connect to the internet at all and it’s keeps on happening every few days
