    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

    @dchughes62 @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Worked for me when I had a (fairly minor, admittedly) problem with PayPal. Someone got in touch within 20 minutes and the issue was sorted within half an hour. And I don't have many followers.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot You are appalling at customer service. You agreed a refund for a bill for my husband after many many months of him trying - and then guess what? The next month you helped yourselves to the exact amount you had agreed to refund. #notovodafoneuk #crapservice

    @ZoeJardiniere @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK after multiple phone calls), ordered a Voxi SIM 2 weeks ago, still not arrived. Currently on Talkmobile who won't give me a PAC and so slow that it's often unusable. O2 sent me a new phone that was broken then implied that I had damaged it! Asda charged me £20 to check voicemail.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are all appalling these days . The best way of dealing with them is via signed for mail, giving them 28 days to close your account. Did this with Virgin. They still rang me everyday trying to make me cancel. Bloody nightmare company.Glad you got it sorted.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It’s amazing how all these companies who ignore any appeal for help suddenly want you to DM them when the complaint is in the public domain. They do it just so no one else can see the inhumane treatment they dish out. Keep the thread going , let’s all hear the stories.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Ended up needing to start Small Claims Court Action against them for them to back off and refund the money. Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Sorry for your loss and glad you got it sorted (eventually).

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot surely you should have an ' account holder deceased' button on every account /record that your admin Staffa access and action quickly and easily without insensitive questions to bereaved relatives ? YOU NEED TO FIX THIS QUICKLY !
