    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin have a terrible reputation and have just received a massive fine. I need to look at my broadband with them. Can't bear the thought of phoning to cancel.

    Talking to @VodafoneUK Just Ask Once service (one agent to resolve your issue) - the agent wants to transfer me and tells me s/he is not a JAO agent... and yet each message says from you JAO agent!!!

    @twit_cmj @VodafoneUK Other than when it hits the hot weather ive never had issues. Did with the phone as was with them for 15 years. But broadband usually has been alright. Then the sun comes out and...nope gone

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK i recently left virgin media they are not a good service provider when trying to end the contract, try getting help with family member or even a lawyer or cab which are very good

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service
