@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK I have spent over 3 hours on webchat with your company, sat with my 78yr old mum trying to change her contract. You've had system issues so neither time has it worked. I need someone t call her and make it work

@VodafoneUK it doesnt work. friends having issues and only getting a shoddy 3g signal on their usb dongle for internet for their pc but the website saying all upto 4g is perfectly fine. down detector sites are also saying huge numbers of issues. ur system is busted

@VodafoneUK Would help if you could confirm if @discounts_mod is a viable option for discount on an upgrade I've been wanting. Speaking to your 'advisors' don't want to know, and even though it's still advertised on your website, DDS said it has expired. Your loss.
