@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

you get no @VodafoneUK phone signal in Oxford circus or sometimes simply inside a shop, but they are still putting up the prices to help them 'get better'.

@KOfDoubleK @VodafoneUK So what I've been told is that o2 have "released" my phone number, but there was an error in doing this. So now we are just waiting on it being now escalated HIGHER within both teams. This is just.. THE worst experience between both parties tbh

Terrible service from @VodafoneUK Family member has had problems with Wifi for over 2 months, not providing a service she is paying for. Wanting to leave and they want £115 because still being in contract !!! Shoddy customer service.

@strutcakes @VodafoneUK I wish I could go back to them as cheaper than O2 but their supply chain was awful when I lost my phone and needed a replacement, I cancelled my contract and went to one who actually had phones in stock
