@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

I'm not the only one facing this @VodafoneUK , check your own community forums. If you don't fix this, I'll complain officially as it looks like this is false advertisement. Your own website says £140 voucher then it doesn't go through. Please advise ASAP I've had it.

@Ashrg4 @VodafoneUK I am having the same issue and keep being told my contract is a different amount each month via DM. Strange as a contract is a defined amount of money for a set period Been overcharged last 5 months too

@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I am really annoyed that I can't speak to anybody whenever I rang automated tape sends a sms and call disconnts, if I say customer service, this word is not recognised at all. I am extremely unhappy with the service and wish to end it
