  @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

  @VodafoneUK Hello Gem. I'm just sent a DM. Can someone find a way to update those affected about the problem? I was told over webchat that there was no known issue in our area, and very much seems to be a Vodafone issue.

  @VodafoneUK requested to return an upgrade on the 8th February, still waiting for the returns bag to be sent out to me. It’s been issued twice now and still not arrived. For a communications company you really fail at communicating
