    Still having issues @VodafoneUK with media not loading on twitter, been almost a week now.

    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK @mjquinnhq @WeAreOpenreach poor poor full fibre install. Rubbish left, building dust left, plants squished & worst of all didn't listen just talked over me when I asked for it to be installed somewhere specific and forced it to be where I didn't want it.imgs in thread

    @VodafoneUK adding an extra 3.8% (to invest in the network) on top of the 10.5% increase they are ‘entitled’ to charge based on January CPI. Unbelievable way to treat your customers.

    Looks like my @VodafoneUK broadband's still down. I can't even get into the service checker to see if there's any updates on when it's going to be fixed.

    @VodafoneUK latest on day 3: after a 30-minute call with your WiFi experts, I am left awaiting a text message at some future time, which should confirm an appointment to investigate my loss of service, which might be within the next two days.

    @VodafoneUK @BTSopenreach Believe this is what is passed for acceptable customer service from you guys. It’s amazing you’ve stayed reasonably successful with service as bad as I’ve em ever seen. If there’s anyway through speaking to a bot called Amilia on here can get me a new router then please do.

    @VodafoneUK on the call, I requested a new router, in case that is the cause, as this fixed a previous multi-day loss of service I had with you. That time you shipped it in 24 hours, so it could save me lost days. If not, I could return it. It seems reasonable, but I was refused.

    How oh how do you get to speak to a human @VodafoneUK ? I’ve been a customer a long time but whatever option I try I get binned off by your auto machine to an online option. I need to speak to a real person - but how?
