@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK I’d love to treat my husband! So a iPad Air would be amazing & some vouchers like £100 BoohooMAN & £100 Boohoo for me.. also a Apple Watch Series 6! We got married last Tuesday! & another iPad Air to treat my parents since life has been strange with the pandemic. #VeryMeRewards

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards I would love to kick off 2021, with a new iPad Pro as I am a designer and my old iPad is so slow, I would also probably enjoy an Amazon gift card to buy some new materials for my Etsy shop, bloom & wild subscription and some chocolatey treats

@VodafoneUK Heya Dave. You've all been super helpful over the last 2 months. But it looks like your hands are tied to the fact that because I'm getting 0.9mps minimum upload for £55 a month, then there's nothing you can do. I've submitted some complaint forms and just waiting to hear back.

@f1word I'm with @VodafoneUK. Quick and helpful customer support, stable speeds, and most importantly - a very good router with excellent WiFi coverage. Sky routers are rubbish - awful WiFi range.

So @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed

@VodafoneUK Mhmm yep and you'll read the transcripts and then contact an advisor and then put us through to customer relations and then check with the technical team and then accidentally on purpose get disconnected?
