    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK Conversation started the 30th of May to fix a simple issue, still going on, asking the same standard questions. Only imagine the cost you are paying. Please implement some Artificial Intelligence or some Human Intelligence, as you prefer, but CHANGE YOUR RIDICULOUS PROCESSES!!!!
