@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

Got new Wi-Fi installed via @VodafoneUK and had the worst service ever. Out of the 14 day cooling off period managed to get 3 days worth of service, yet they still want £27.50 from me. Refused to pay and now it’s been passed to a Debt Collection Agency #vodafoneuseless

Just called @VodafoneUK & @VodafoneUKBiz to talk about upgrading my handset. They tried to sell me a watch, up my data package then asked about my broadband. Did everything but try to sell me a phone. Ended up putting the phone down. Waste of time.

@VodafoneUK visited my premises to install fibre and I asked them if it's all ok they said yes. And yet activation date still nearly a month to go. Chat support said there is an issue with open reach installing the box after survey? Really ?

Dear @VodafoneUK, thank you for your email stating you're going to be increasing my monthly cost by 14.4% and trying to hide this figure by listing it as CPI plus 3.9% so that it didn't look as bad. Guess what I'm going to be doing? That's right, moving to @SMARTYMobileUK

As of April my @VodafoneUK bill is going up by about £5.36 a month? You can do one, that for every customer every month & you're pretending its just cause your multi million company is experiencing rising costs, you can afford it, we can't. Lucky contract end is in 2 months.👋

@VodafoneUK had my contact all but 3 months and it’s already going up in price due to CPI. Soo what was a bargain price kind of isn’t now :/ new customer and feel a bit robbed now

@EE @Roosta93 EE is terrible, no coverage in so many places including my own house , extortionate renewals, was with them for 7years no discounts, charged more than everyone. Convinced me to get a smart contract which actually has very little benefit. @VodafoneUK is way better.

@VodafoneUK Escalated to the manager - who for some reason I can’t be transferred to due to “high call demand” (I wonder why?!). Promised a call back. No call. How do we resolve this? I’m going round in a never ending loop? None of your suggestions work!

@VodafoneUK hi, I am in Cyprus and a pay monthly customer. Can I make calls back home for free? I need to call an 0800 number and speak to my mortgage company. Is that free or not?
