@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

Hey @VodafoneUK, friends on your network in Comrie and Crieff, Perth and Kinross, have no phone and no G4, so no means of communication - no electricity either! Can you give a time when they might have networks reconnected?

@VodafoneUK get told a delivery isn’t coming because of demand of the handset on live chat, then get told it’s a delivery issue on the phone. Who do I believe ???

@VodafoneUK But despite this, the customer service agent said they would only be able to organise a contract setup. Seems like a big scam to get you into the store under false pretences. Will be lodging a report through the Advertising Standards Authority shortly. 2/2

More poor service from @VodafoneUK says I owe my bill which I paid 3 days ago. Cannot call because it tries putting me through to an automated payment service and the live chat isn't working!
