@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK Hi, no internet connection using mobile dongle K5161h since Sat. OK since purchase before that. Tried 2 laptops, different locations but no success. Also, tried the suggested APN solution but again no success. Topped up last Fri so plenty of unused credit. Help...

@VodafoneUK hi, I upgraded at the weekend and picked another entertainment package. Got a text this morning to pick what I wanted, picked Spotify as usual, and got an "oops something went wrong" page and now I can't pick without paying. Please help!
