That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

Hellie Roo (@MissHellieRoo) reported@VodafoneUK I was looking to upgrade but you're trying to charge more for the airtime plan on an S26 than an iPhone17 - for the same airtime plan! Obviously the device plans are different but why a £10pm difference for the same airtime service? Make it make sense.

Ravinder Sangha (@Varntvar) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since
