@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK Can I get an e-mail address for a complaint / support. Been overcharged £10 every month since last February for Gigafast - was agreed at time and it's on ticket notes that I would receive credit to ensure I got offer price but was never done.
