More problems with @VodafoneUK . They've managed to charge me for day use of data between the 2 bundles that were supposed to autorenew. And support on 191 are giving absolutely unrealistic explanations. What a shame that a big communications company cannot get their IT right.

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to help so many small businesses survive - but having to waste hours with your shocking customer service - 2 hours wasted today and still you nothing

  • MichelSouris3 MichelSouris (@MichelSouris3) reported

@VodafoneUK I have an old iPhone by my bedside, used as a nighttime radio, only ever connected to WiFi, never leaves the house. I put £5 as a top up credit as a “just in case” five days ago. Bizarrely, Vodafone has taken £1 a day, and now there is no credit. Why is this?
