    @VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK home broadband down. Not switching to cellular with broadband backup. What's the point. My bill today April vs my bill April 2020 is a joke TOBi is thick as a 1980 AI Customer service is unreachable, and if you ever do get through you are hung up on.

    @VodafoneUK @peterconny61 Ben, it's because the router is still getting a connection to the Vodafone gateway so it doesn't think the connection is down, so won't fail over. Clearly the down detector checks internal services only, and they are still up. Should be pinging something outside your network!
