@VodafoneUK is there anyway to encourage the roll out of 5G to our area? It’s a tourist hot spot and coverage now is awful. Half of the coastline here has zero signal of any variety.

@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK how do I talk to a person? I’ve spent hours trying to salvage a mistake you’ve made, signing me up for 24 month contract that I didn’t ask for. All I get are bots who are completely useless. This is the worst customer experience I can imagine.

@VodafoneUK I was promised a call back yesterday at 5pm to sort out an issue for my 81 year old dad (d/debit being taken from his bank and he has no Vodafone) Call didn’t come & I live 90mins away from him (told you need to speak to us both) Can you please advise who to contact?

Anybody have issues with @O2 coverage/reception? Been going on for months now. Can't have a phone conversation with my folks who stay 10mins away. My phone doesnt ring then i get a vmail msg 😡 Mobile data coverage is horrendous now too. Time to look at @EE or @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I ordered home broadband due to be connected on 22nd July. STILL not connected service. What is going on?!
