    Still having issues @VodafoneUK with media not loading on twitter, been almost a week now.

    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    Aaggghh 😡 so annoying go out or switch off hotspot and come back it doesn't work and it is either @VodafoneUK problem or @oppo issue. Turned phone on off more times than a phone in a test lab, reset settings no difference HELP!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I realised this week that you sneakily stopped supplying WiFi on the tube last summer, when no-one was using it. Now you're the only major UK mobile network with no tube coverage. That's a shame... and a good reason to change supplier.

    @VodafoneUK the thing that needs understanding when you leave people 2days without service & updates: its not just important to stay connected, it's a life line. It's missing the call to say someone's ill,in hospital,having a baby, had a fall. It's missing work. Not good enough

    Day 2 with ****** @VodafoneUK signal. I signed up to text updates and have had none. Can you tell us why there are issues right now and how long it’ll take to fix them?

    @VodafoneUK For anyone reading this - I have spent 7 hours trying to port my number within the Vodafone network. They have managed to release my number, get it back, and now it's stuck due to extremely poor customer support who don't know how to deal with the problem. Lie after lie.

    @VodafoneUK I spoke to your support team yesterday and went through all the steps to reset my wap settings. Then they said there was maintenance in area. When will it be fixed.
