That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

I was disconnected on Monday 27/3 and told that I cannot have my broadband reactivated! I will be 3 weeks without internet!

I called, as instructed, but when you choose ‘amend DD’ as an option on the call, you get sent an automated text and the call ends. Please assist.
