@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@virginmedia Well that’s another customer you’ve lost today. Facing a 100% increase at the end of my 18 month contract and being offered “only” a 36% increase instead by Retentions, I’m off to @VodafoneUK for my broadband. The hours of queuing on the phone didn’t help either. Congratulations!

@VodafoneUK Really doing my gourd today...why is your customer service so appalling?! Phone is driving me nuts and you are doing nothing about it! Have had nothing but problems with Vodafone for three weeks.

@VodafoneUK hi, someone called me from a number local to my area claiming to be from Vodafone to help me change my plan and avoid a £26 per GB charge. Is there a place where you can either help me to verify or report this issue? I ended the call without giving any details.

@VodafoneUK Can someone please send me my MAC code as i would like to cancel my services with @VodafoneUK. No broadband since 9:30 this morning and the only way I can communicate with the customer services team is via twitter which isn't ideal given the slow response times...

@VodafoneUK You can have my Samsung back untill someone answers me and helps to fix my account therefore letting me pay my bill instead your just leaving me to spam all your posts with pointless messages

@VodafoneUK No. Check your call logs @VodafoneUK. It is not appropriate to cheerily pass a customer onto a bot after s/he/they have spent 2+hrs on the phone on 20 Jan & 3 Feb without success. Treat your customers like human beings & call them. Respect their working & family time. Appalling.
