    @VodafoneUK Mobile data is very slow in Newry today. Is there a problem with the network?

    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    Hi @VodafoneUK my mobile data doesn’t seem to be working even though I have 4G. I’ve restarted my phone, removed the sim, turned airplane mode on/off, turned mobile data on/off, reset network settings and still it only works with Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my grandad died I went to his home to help clear it and the phone was ringing all the time- it was companies trying to get him to donate to charity. He had mobility problems and mild dementia. Every call he thought family, and risked a fall to check

    Great job @VodafoneUK. Didn’t manage to finish my full fibre installation yesterday, cut off my ‘old’ broadband today. Such great customer service!

    @VodafoneUK no its not my issue its your website - it hapens all the time - i dont understand how a company of this size has such bad technology as its customer portal - if a local cafe was this bad id be disappointed

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’m currently abroad and received a text saying I’ve ran out of data. I’ve only been abroad for 24 hours and never run out of data so I don’t think that’s correct. However I cannot access the Vodafone website (it won’t load) and the same goes for the app, help pls?
