@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

Gotta love the pricing loyalty @VodafoneUK. New customer broadband sign up is £35/month (although did quote me £27 on Friday). Sign in to mobile phone account to add broadband, it’s now £48/month

@VodafoneUK Hi, up until a few months back I've had years of strong VF cellular signal in my house, but now I'm only getting 1 bar. Same phone, and my wife's phone (also on VF) is the same. No problems on the coverage checker. Please could you investigare for me?

@VodafoneUK Seriously what is the point of online chat? I have a job to do so working! Dont have the time to be in a queue, and it should be convenient to be able to chat at the same time! Simples will just cancel the order one lost customer! 😒
