@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a bad do with TalkTalk quite a while back in that I was sold a contract only to be told afterwards that the free calls would only be to others on the same contract. Could I cancel it - no. In the end I went into the shop and raised my voice at which the assistant ...

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ... turned her back whilst a paper was there with the chairmans email details on it. Guess what I did then, emailed and explained and asked him what sort of a firm was he running and the staff at the town shop were really rude. Guess what then, contract cancelled.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My sincere condolences for your loss. As you suggested, I feel that the environment created by this government means many individuals and organisations will behave exactly as they please unless shamed into acting otherwise. Dreadful behaviour. Your poor father...

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot You did the same thing with my mother in law who had memory issues. First sold her a totally unsuitable contract then then refused to cancel it.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had an issue with incorrect billing resulting in being overcharged 7 years ago. I couldn't be bothered with the monkeys so went straight to the ***** grinder (Vodafone CEO!) and got the matter resolved in 4 days. It shouldn't need that but sometimes it's the only option

@hitchhiker130 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They're not, you've just not had enough of a problem with them yet. They accused me of making up my mum's death, on the day of her funeral, in order to get out of the contract

@GeorgeMonbiot This is absurd! No one knows this, never mind a confused elderly, recently bereaved man whose children have power of attorney. That is disgraceful @VodafoneUK

@GeorgeMonbiot @ShimonaGordon @VodafoneUK Dear George Monbiot, I am sorry you have had to endure this vile behaviour. Condolences. Thank you for making us aware, in order to help other vulnerable people in a similar situation. I no longer have a #Vodaphone account and now would not acquire one. #BusinessEthicsCount

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK George. You’re a ********. You were probably incredibly rude to anyone you spoke to, so they applied the ******** tax.

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja I have had this also and tweeted shocking customer service will never touch anything involving them again. Swindled me out of 30 quid and just the constant hassle. @VodafoneUK hang your heads in shame.
