    @SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

    Changed my broadband to @VodafoneUK & regretting it. Installation issues & no customer service email address to resolve; only a web chat which logs you off after 8 mins whilst the handlers are still reading notes! Also taken payment after being told it’d be free! Not happy!

    @VodafoneUK Hi - it would be *really* helpful if you updated opening hours on your website for the holiday season. A wasted trip to replace a broken phone today (all the other network shops were open!) Tried to call to check too, which referred me to website

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried it all. Connects to the modem but has no internet. Run diagnostics, says no internet. Called Vodafone says it’s an outage. But all houses around have internet. We haven’t had wifi in weeks…
