@SamsungUK Samsung Login appears to have blocked an IP address which is a @VodafoneUK edge IP due to detecting unusual behaviour. That means you have effective blocked a whole chunk of Vodafone customers from logging in with Samsung Login. Not good.

@VodafoneUK how could one company cause so much stress and have such awful customer service that I have spoke to over 10 people and still just as **** service and no resolution. I have never known a company to not care about their customers like Vodafone👋🏼

@VodafoneUK I got through to them that an eSIM was not a physical thing, they sent me the required email eventually 2 days later, and I’m up & running there at least. Between this & the broadband which still isn’t working, I’m distraught at the amount of hrs I’m spending trying to fix things

Hi @cedrsays be prepared for one hell of a case file for complaint against @VodafoneUK Many chronologically documented images etc regards a complete lack of service over circa five months.

@VodafoneUK you've finally arranged an engineer to call tomorrow, but you have sent one message that says the engineer will call AM and another saying PM. This is the second time you have messed this up. Consistently terrible service. Please see previous DMs and confirm time.
