    And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 Been experiencing problems with my broadband dropping out since November 2020. Numerous calls, numerous engineers. Still dropping out in Feb 2021. Working from home and home schooling means this is a very frustrating experience.

    @VodafoneUK yet again we have issues with your service. No broadband since Friday. No communication since then. Apparently an engineer requested access to my house but no body tried to organise it until I called you back today. Booked in for Tuesday but so much wasted time.

    @DSR_F11 @VodafoneUK @EE I would read the tweets on here before you rate their customer service or consider moving over. My experience has been appalling the last couple of weeks and ive been Vodafone loyal for 25 years.

    @VodafoneUK Having the internet would be useful, we are with Vodaphone and have had no internet for the best part of 3 weeks! Have logged a complaint the technician was supposed to come yesterday but didn’t, was told it would be tomorrow, now just had a phone call and it will be Tuesday.
