    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

    @VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @vodafoneuk hi, i'm totally blind, on your network status checker page, if you go to an area and check the planned 3 months part, you can't see what is planned if you use a screenreader on your laptop or phone?

    @VodafoneUK I've tried it with a different postcode and it worked. It says for the correct postcode that you serve the area, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Can you look into this for me?

    @VodafoneUK I am facing this issue 18 hours a day. Vodafone customer care team have only bots. They never slove network problem. providing 2g speed in 4g network but they suck customer money for 4g pack price.
