  @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

  @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

  @VodafoneUK I don’t want to talk to a computer of any kind! What I want is to be able to talk to a human being like a normal person, rather than a stupid automated call handler. But I’m sure one of those will be on the phone tomorrow when I’m 5mins late paying my bill!!

  @VodafoneUK I also take issue with your script that publicly says "dm us yr name and mobile no. and we will send you X" then as soon as you hit dm space demands full name, address and DoB before discussing sending the thing you said you'll send..

  Wtf is it w/ @VodafoneUK that they're all helpfol in public -"just DM us" - where they immediately demand all sorts of personal data. Do they becone dara controller at that point even tho it's on eg a Twitter server. #ffs
