Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK WTF is the point of a we chat service that takes 10 minutes to answer in the first place and then the agent doesn't answer so the chat times out?! Wasted an hour trying to speak to someone. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK new contract @ThreeUK SIM has arrived. So much better signal. Three is now in SIM 1 and Vodafone (for now) in SIM 2.

@VodafoneUK Even If It says It's good around the area, It Isn't. Everywhere I go It's awful. Wish I stayed with O2. Never had a problem with their 4G. 😢
