@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK Thank you. According to the link, I get the best signal available on 4G. It seems a shame because if I'd known I wouldn't get more than 10mbps I would have opted for the unlimited plan capped at 10mbps instead of the uncapped unlimited max plan

It's 2021 and as I already have a product with @VodafoneUK and a login, you'd have thought I could simply register my additional product to the same login to be able to manage both online....turns out it's still 2001 sadly...

@VodafoneUK reading the comments on here. So why don't you offer a loyalty reward? Been a customer for 20 years and never been offered anything! Also I have to agree that veryme offers are basically crap!

@VodafoneUK trying to setup my iwatch series 6 with my iphone 12 pro. I ordered the watch and one number service from vodafone 5 days ago. Cont connect watch to data. Says primary account on data not eligible. Someone setup a second account but cant select it
