@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK day 5 and still no broadband engineer. Fobbed off with lies from Online Chat Advisers. Was promised a call back from an Adviser on the phone, but they never called back. How does a company this big not have a single clue what's going on with my order?

@VodafoneUK poor form from Vodafone; they promote Click and Collect as avoiding separate delivery (environment), but it takes longer than home delivery. And poor website design makes this impossible to see 😡 - now no nice new phone camera before I go on holiday

9 ‘month old faulty phone that @VodafoneUK are refusing to fix under warranty. My husbands been trying to sort it. They asked him to hold then hung up on him after 10 mins. Probably hoping he’d hang up. So unprofessional. Guess it’s trading standards next

@VodafoneUK how do I get to speak to a person without having an account? You text me monthly about my bill, but I’m not with you. Webchat can’t help so gave me a phone number, but I can’t get through the phone menu because I don’t have an account with you.
