@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK is there a broadband issue? The app/phone can't connect to the router or wifi. PC running on ethernet still has internet access and when I login to the router on PC it says everything is working. Can't log into router from phone though. All lights on router are white

@VodafoneUK , late activation date for broadband. Promised compensation. Never happened. Phoned up to ask what was happening then offered less compensation then stated previously. I had to correct the agent on the phone. Finally resolved. Not impressed though. #customercare #MSE
