After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK what on earth is going on with the broadband today. Mrs working from home lost half a day trying to reset the router and troubleshoot. All it would have taken was a message to users to notify there was an issue. Internet still down at 21:40. What am I paying you for?

Worst customer service/internet goes to @VodafoneUK tech support got no clue what they're doing, they cut me off from internet without a heads up, after 10 minutes I reset myself, they closed the chat, problem still isnt solved and all agents are busy so cant reconnect.
