And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK 4 failed engineer visits, countless phone calls and promises which are never kept. Absolutely shocking service. To say I am angry right now is an understatement. I am going to virgin where they actually appreciate their customers!

@VodafoneUK Quick to reply to say ‘drop us a dm’, clearly automated... I wonder how long I will wait for the an actual resolution to the problem... I can see sky being the beneficiary of my 6 contracts unless Vodafone are quick to resolve my issues!
