@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Sir, Vodafone's network does not come at all from Shaheed Sthal Metro Station to Shyam Park Metro Station in Ghaziabad and the internet does not work at all, sometimes roaming is also started in it, its as soon as possible It should be solved. @vodafone @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn

@VodafoneUK He has already spoken to you. But my point is that he had multiple attempts, trips to the shop, calls etc and completly failed to get to a point that he could speak to a human that could help move his broadband.

@VodafoneUK Any chance of turning on a 4G mast anytime soon? Or are you deliberately strangling your 4G service in the hope we take up your 5G service? 4G has been pitiful for weeks now.

So I had an email from @VodafoneUK telling me they are switching off their 3G service soon and I'll need to configure my phone to use 4G for calls. Been connected to their chat service for about an hour now trying to get it done. It is really not straightfoward.

@VodafoneUK I resent ending my Friday trying to resolve an order that was not made by me and it isn't known how it was made. How is this acceptable customer service? Furthermore I still have a 'broken account' after speaking to 2 previous customer services advisors
