@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK I am not happy with your customer service! I have 2 contracts with you and for some reason the bills for them are generated completely different! One goes out the same date every month and the other just goes out when you feel like taking it! 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK no #internet for 8 days, no home devices or TV working, no hotspot as mobile data is too slow, after 6 phone calls to #Vodafone they are now asking me to wait 72 HOURS, I have already lost 3 days salary & I'm a sole earner in lockdown with 2 kids I'm beyond frustrated
