    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I’ve not been able to receive calls since February, and now all calls and data have been stopped for nearly a week. I’ve spent hours trying to sort this out in store, online, and speaking to support but you can’t seem to fix the problem.

    Thank you @VodafoneUK for finally upgrading your voicemail service to visual voicemail. It’s been about ten years in the making but worth it. I just hope you’ve improved the capture and recording of messages so I don’t keep losing those that have been recorded.

    @VodafoneUK having constant issues with the Vodafone app and now logging in. I've contacted about 4 times now after staring my contract in Jan, a new issue every time with the app. It's really getting frustrating.

    standard @VodafoneUK policy for support calls to put you on hold for 15 mins and then just cut you off. Customer service at Vodafone is totally useless.

    @VodafoneUK having mobile broadband problems again, the account holder has phoned upn3 times regarding this. We pay a lot a month for unlimited but sometimes we get 5g for a few minutes, then it disappears, now 4g keeps disconnecting, looking at other providers #maybethrottlingus

    @mummytoHarrison @VodafoneUK And now I’ve discovered my insurance was miss-sold and they’ve broken the rules of the direct debut scheme. An employee from a rival firm told me this. Plan to pursue Vodafone to the hilt.
