@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Twice I’ve tried @VodafoneUK broadband as a service provide. Both times service intermittent and when it fails service to restore dire. 5 days without broadband. 2 children under 7 #homeschooling no contact without me chasing. So hard as it is at the moment without internet! 😒

@VodafoneUK hey, I can't seem to find an Answer to this anywhere. But if im on an unlimited data contract. Does that include unlimited hotspot/tethering? I'm not planning on rinsing it but my broadband has gone down and can't be fixed to Monday so was planning on using that. TY
