Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK Why do you make it so difficult to keep an existing Vodafone number? 6 days - 7 phone calls and 3 different complaint managers and still no help. Just fill out a form - you’ve already done this 3 times 😡🤬 WHY??????

@VodafoneUK why do I get 29mb 4g internet in the day time then at night I’m getting 1.2 to 3mb now. This is only in the last couple of weeks. Its impossible to use atm. Can I cancel contract?

Thank you @SkyUK ! Literally 2 minutes to get through to customer service, and speak to someone who knows what they're doing. Lessons to be learnt @VodafoneUK
