    And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    On hold to the complaints team at @VodafoneUK regarding my Dad's account and I've just been told by the customer service person they have never heard of dementia ...... what the actual ****!!!

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @crush3dbones @VodafoneUK I feel you. I use Friday/Saturday evenings to go in VR and watch a movie with people. Not going to be doing that at this rate, or much else. They don't even compensate you for the time lost. No "sorry, we are trash and our service is run by hamsters" email. Nothing.

    @roboemjay @VodafoneUK Yesss! I wish they would tell us about it and I’ll be okay with it but they just take it the piss, like just a simple sorry guys our network is down it’ll be fine in a couple hours ? but nahhhh they just like pudding us off

    @VodafoneUK In the interim you’ve refused to give us a reasonable temporary fix. I asked for an emergency dongle on part of day two and was promised it can be sorted. Come day 3/day 4 I was told it was not possible because it would incur a cost TO ME and no such thing is possible anyway.

    @VodafoneUK There a fault with mobile data in Leeds City Centre. Can't get to any websites. It's been broken all week! Google searches don't work. Rebooted phone and even switched from 5G to 4G and still doesn't work! Can't get to websites just get ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order on 1st June for a handset only. Spoke with customer services 9 June as no update on order, customer assured me phone would be despatched in next couple days Now almost 3 weeks, no update, no phone!
