    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

    And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK again today. Nobody at that company gives a damn about their customers and raising a compliant seems to make the service worse.Just been on the phone for 50 mins again for what should be 2 min conversation: send an engineer round please!

    @VodafoneUK So after taking broadband out this year with this lot and being promised a £75 Amazon voucher after 6 months it now seems that no one knows about this . 3 calls to Egypt to be cut off 3 times and a chat service that takes days to respond . Nice one folks

    @VodafoneUK literally has to be the worst provider out there. Two weeks later and I can’t receive incoming calls and just been told to wait another week, what out of all your employees no one can fix a fault - embarrassment! Get me out of my contract😶

    @VodafoneUK router received over 4 weeks ago and still no internet. Your cust services team are blaming @OpenreachHelp but nobody seems to be able to send an engineer out?! Been on the phone to cust services for 2 days now please help ASAP - how are we meant to work from home?!

    @VodafoneUK I've had a problem porting my number away from Vodafone to O2. I put on a pac transfer but canceled the o2 contract before it could be ported, O2 say they don't have the number as it was canceled, how do I get the pac from you now my Vodafone sim is disconnected? Ta
