@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

No router. No despatch note even for it- so still waiting. Have spent over 1 hour on phone requesting router again. No innovative solutions offered other than to keep waiting possibly another 48 h or just to escalate as complaint. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Your customer service really is crap. I had to ring last month; you said you’d made amends - and then I just receive my latest bill and it’s as if my phone call and agreement never happened . Utterly rubbish.
