Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Truro and nearby locations:

  • Falmike Mike Stevens (@Falmike) reported from Falmouth, England

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

  • JeremySquibb JeremySquibb 💙💛 (@JeremySquibb) reported from Helston, England

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK @JackWDart @markjohnsonhome Imagine listening to a hateful mob trying to cancel a news channel

  • nickisrani Nick (@nickisrani) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm afraid that you cant claim it to be a "free service" - it was included in the service scope offered at the time of contract. It would not be possible to receive the service without paying a monthly/PAYG fee, as such it is directly linked to a customer fee.

@VodafoneUK @maroitoje Try keeping the tube internet then? I now have to leave Vodafone because I can’t contact my family in the tube if I get stuck on a train or need help. Thanks

  • Rhin0Rebel 🦏 Rhino Rebellion ✨🌍✨🌕 ✨ (@Rhin0Rebel) reported

@VodafoneUK @mrjstephenson1 @markjohnsonhome You need to make a public statement clearly distancing yourself from this broadcaster, agreeing to never advertise with them again *and* pin the tweet.

  • triptothemoon Rob (@triptothemoon) reported

@VodafoneUK @maroitoje Since transferring to you last month I have suffered the most appalling service and broadband technical support I have ever encountered. Your company is entirely useless. My advice: NO ONE should sign up with vodaphone unless you want head bangingly bad service. DD cancelled.

  • robbo2885 Robbo (@robbo2885) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 So can you confirm you won't be advertising? I'm a Vodafone customer for over 12 years and spend over £60 per month on my contract. I'll happily go elsewhere if you continue to advertise on GB news.

  • HemisMac HemisMac (@HemisMac) reported

@markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK Isn’t the way we get an understanding by debating both sides? Cancel culture is not the way, despite what petty little people like yourself may think.

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome I have been a Vodafone customer for 20 years, if you withdraw your advertising I will be moving my account, you have one week
