@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone UK I called in to your complaint team which should be the best team ! I was told that they would send me a email/ text to resolve my issue and they will call me back in 3 mins it’s been 9 hours and when I tried calling back the office was closed!

@VodafoneUK tried that last night nothing worked. the router isnt the issue its just the internet light. its fixed itself when we've gotten up in the morning but last time it went off again another 2 times for a couple of days

@VodafoneUK hi, I took out a sim only contract with yourself. Trying to register an account but can’t because apparently every username is taken. My name is not very common so finding that hard to believe and no matter what combination I put in, it’s taken. Help?!
