@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

Oh @VodafoneUK - how you’ve treated me again. 10 days in an abs 12 hours on calls to you when all I’m trying to do is stay with you as a loyal customer (20 years!!!). I saw light at the end of the tunnel but let down again. @BBCWatchdog @MoneySavingExp

@VodafoneUK now waiting for more than 90mins to cancel a 1 day old sim only contract. Don't expect a good customer service if you are buying Vodafone services. Mis-sold sim only contract. I am glad I did not port my existing no to Vodafone.
