Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@Basil_TGMD I called @VodafoneUK and @SkyUK last week and boy did it feel like torture. All Indian customer service and I couldn’t make out anything they said. Felt like weeping because they sounded frustrated repeating themselves and I felt upset because I needed help and they were useless
