@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

dear @VodafoneUK - thank you for wasting my time over the past week. I have spent hours on calls to customer service as am locked out of my account. I am trying to sign up to a new contract with you and your call centre staff cannot help me at all! very disappointing!

@VodafoneUK . Seriously how can you have your staff working from home where they cant get a decent signal. They were walking around their home trying for a better signal. Not a good recommendation for vodafone!
