Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Do you think you should advise new customers before they change to you that existing extenders won't work? It appears to be a real problem for users. 3. I have not had issues using the extenders with other routers.

Rachel H (@rdh789) reported@VodafoneUK less than seamless broadband upgrade today. Hung up on twice, now on hold for 20 mins. Poor customer service to fix problems and new router hasn't even been dispatched before previous account stopped!!
