@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK customer care team 0/10 no customer value, your retention team 0/10 they dont know how to even retain a customer. Hidden charges and no clarity so hard to speak to an agent spent like 9 am to 9pm with vodafone thats just horrible

@VodafoneUK Very-very poor internet speed W13 0HL, Moved here 04.07.2022. 3G has 3/5 bars but less than 1 megabit of speed and dropping sporadically to "no connection'. 4G/5G appears 1-2 times an hour and has 1/5 bars, no internet at all in 99%. Anything can be done here?

The customer service I have just received from @VodafoneUK is appalling. Cancelled my contract 2 months ago and now stating I haven't and it will be another 30 days to disconnect even when presented with the proof. Disgrace

@VodafoneUK Your service this weekend @SilverstoneUK was woeful. Can’t hide behind the “it’s a busy event” excuse when it takes 3 hrs to send 2 WhatsApp messages, and people on other networks made video calls. Didn’t work properly until after we left the site at midnight.
