@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@vodafone @VodafoneUK Please stop sending me 6 messages a day begging me to stay with your network. You failed to retain me as a customer as you failed to provide me value for money at the end of my contract. I have paid off the phone, continuing to charge me for that is a scam. @Ofcom

I actually think that @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup are actively trying to lose customers. After EIGHT calls, each one on ave 45mins long to try & upgrade plan I’m now told they need to disconnect me for up to a WEEK for my plan to activate !! Outrageous service !

@VodafoneUK I know you are widely known for having poor customer service… but 35 mins and waiting after calling at 3:30pm on a Wednesday just to rearrange an activation is very poor.
