@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Was wrongly charged £29.80 on @GooglePlay so called @VodafoneUK to correct it. There the customer services operator Yashika from India made my day. One of the most pleasant & helpful operators I have spoken in years. Posting this tweet as a commendation for her 👏🙌

@VodafoneUK It seems to be speed limit issue still persist, Speed test result itself be no issue at all but connection to AWS though Cloudflare be only like 10% of same speed at the time. Other services also get slow but AWS by Cloudflare be extremely down now....
