And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Don't use @VodafoneUK people. I worked there for a little while in 2011. I could tell you some things on how I saw them treat customers. Bad talking them etc. Maybe I should talk about it. They installed an app on my phone once that ate my data, Vodafone charged me for it. Lots.

Tired @VodafoneUK so very tired of your service and to add insult to injury a £131 bill for something that isn't mine while at the same time I have a phone that I can't use because you screwed up and nobody wants to fix it. 23 October - 6 December I've waited and now I quit.

Received message from @EE to upgrade. Phoned and told I was exempt from any deals, plans available over my budget, plus wanted upgrade fee. I think it's time for a new provider @O2 @VodafoneUK, hopefully you will treat customers with over 10 year service better!

@VodafoneUK in Turkey we can't reach to call centers from the numbers 08505420542 and 542. We are experiencing terrible custom relations from call center and from their employees. Like hanging up in the face to the customers, not replying the calls and not holding their promises
