Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

@VodafoneUK do you actually listen to the feedback customers send back to you via the text messages or is it just a pointless exercise for the customer and a tick box exercise for you to say you have sent it and it’s been filled in, but then do nothing to rectify the problems.

@VodafoneUK my experience with you since December has been very poor. Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.
