@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Would love someone to do a FOI request around this. How much extra money have they made from grieving families?.

@VodafoneUK @paulwilliamsonx Hey Paul, sign up with Utility Warehouse, they are an amazing company with fab customer service. I don't have any stake in the company to say this, I just love them so much. Energy / phone / insurance / broadband etc all with this company, and no nasty behaviour like Vodafone

@GeorgeMonbiot I had an account with @VodafoneUK in 2020. It was a nightmare trying to cancel it. After many failed attempts I finally succeeded only to find out today that I have a £5 outstanding bill since then. Trying to pay the £5 is just as painful as canceling was.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is dreadful, but typical Vodafone customer service. I left them years ago, not for the same reason, but dreadful customer service, erroneous charges that they were adamant that I owed, which I proved I didn't. I wouldn't touch Vodafone again. Not ever.
