It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people

Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
