@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK, House move Vodafone couldn't provide service at new address so contract was terminate with no balance of payment but the system charged me £224 as balance payment for 4months which reflects on my credit score till date, Vodafone has not corrected their mistake.

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Vodafone. 23mins on the phone, I spoke to someone who said he was putting me onto someone else. It's now been another 22 minutes. I've tried their chat but am forever number 1 in their queue but never actually get through.
