@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

Somewhat shocked at the terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK today who asked for 8 different items of personal data twice from my dad with dementia and still didn’t provide help to fix the ‘upgrade’ that left my dad without phone or internet. #NewSupplierNeeded

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalling service!! I’ve had 1 of my business numbers cut off for over two weeks now, for the second time in a year!! And after wasting hours of my time on the phone to customer services, visiting their stores and being promised call backs, nothing happens!

@VodafoneUK Not yet installed. Complaints so far: (1) can't register online. (2) Code voicemail garbled. (3) Live chat doesn't work (tried 28/11 & 30/11). (4) Can't change installation time. (5) WHAT IS INSTALLATION? No explanation. And I've searched hard. May just cancel.

@VodafoneUK where is your customer service? 3 hours on phone last week to upgrade home broadband and you couldn't do it because of technical issues. Another 4 hours spent today because you created a new mobile broadband connection instead of an upgrading the old one.

@VodafoneUK I need to speak to someone, talking via online chat is no good to me. I need someone with a bit of savvy and enough power to make decisions without passing me from department to department, talking down to me or purposely burping then hanging up.
