    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone customer on and off for decades, but you get something wrong I am off to other network. In NYC USA your T-Mobile is the worst. No 4G, rare 3G, always Edge roaming; in this part of the century? Can’t access email or apps. Worst ever for £6/day. Get it sorted!

    @VodafoneUK complaint... during an e-sim swap errors were made... I havnt had access to my phone for over 7 days. I'm a business customer with multiple lines. Nobody has fixed the issue and the complaints team just keep telling me it will be done tomorrow...Ref: 1-q6eve3p8

    @VodafoneUK Hi currently in Munich and should have roaming included in my plan. Received a text message as soon as I landed to tell me I did, phone shows full signal and 5G but data doesn’t work, any help? All data and roaming settings are on

    @VodafoneUK you have known about the ps4 NAT issues with your broadband for 4-5 years now? Why on earth has this not been fixed? Before you ask the standard troubleshooting dumb questions I’ve done everything, and also using a VPN

    @VodafoneUK Everything sorted and ready to go, in Two weeks time, but had to ring Vodafone, could't do it on-line, bit disa pointed. With the online service. Needs fixing.

    @Askvodafonegh @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGhana ...she indicated she never got any notification on her phone as well so after you check the transaction records and confirm for me the money went through, kindly contact her with an SMS/Call and inform her of the details of this report.

    @VodafoneUK hi, i've been trying for 2 days to order gigafast but everytime i get all the way through and it tells me my personal information is incorrect...my partner has also tried. We know our own names and DOB's so a bit confused. Live chat doesnt work :( any idea?

    @jillmcgivern1 @VodafoneUK I agree with you worst customer service ever I got connected to a call centre and during call all I heard was laughing in the background how professional Vodafone train there staff it's time to move to another network
