    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @VodafoneUK I called and say “cancel upgrade” to the robot and I was given the link for robot chat. Seriously? If my cooling off period ended while I’m going back and force you have a serious problem like last time you send my iPhone to a wrong address 😒

    @VodafoneUK Why is your signal so bad these days? It used to be the best in the area, now as previously stated people on my estate are lucky to get 2mbps. Today it's down to a measley 0.32mpbs!! When is the mast issue going to be fixed that was previously mentioned as a problem? B90 1EL

    @VodafoneUK Broadband. I'm moving home and you can't service my area so I need to cancel but the only way to do this is to call and wait hours on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks without WiFi - 4 cancelled appointments having waited in all day. Never get updates unless I chase on Twitter. Numerous hours wasted on hold. Nobody ever calls back despite assurances. Existing customer. Appalling service
