@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK your processes are not customer friendly. It's nightmare to reach customer care. Even if it connects the advice given is irrelevant and unprofessional. I have to lose my valuable time to get back refund for the charges for SIM plan which has not delivered to me

@VodafoneUK how can support and advertise a company that can’t handle one customer order ? @joeandseph they sent Oder , lost it then promised a replacement then cancelled it !!!! Very poor service !!!!

@VodafoneUK @joeandseph surprise surprise !!!! Now the company has come out and refused the replacement blatantly and have lied about the only person who was dealing with it like a customer service rep will saying the person wasn’t aware of refund whereas she start it lol #poor
