    @VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK your complaints procedure is a joke I have escalated my complaint twice to no reply being told a senior manager would contact me! You are an absolute joke of a company! Someone needs to contact me before I get in touch with the appropriate authority’s 👍😂

    @Emily_Benn @VodafoneUK Haha! They provided a service that I never asked for, and it took me nearly 2 years to get them to stop taking the money out of my pocket and refund it. Every step of the way they assured me that it would be taken care of within a few days.

    @VodafoneUK please help. I’m trying to sort out my 91 year mothers phone. She nor I can answer the security questions. Bought 2 x £10 vouchers which expire after a month as big bundle. Just want to put credit on her phone to use in an emergency if she’s out. HELP

    @VodafoneUK customer service is a Beyond horrid. i have been on the phone for 2 hours and was told they would be called back which never happened!! you sold a iPhone with faulty software and it will not load. apple says its your issue under uk Law.

    @Emily_Benn @VodafoneUK This happens all the time with Vodafone. Phantom calls in which I (or latterly my father) apparently agreed to spend an extra £10 per month on a non-existant service, and unable to provide any record of these calls. Crooks.

    Classic Example of why you should never trust or use @VodafoneUK We have been overcharged by over £400 over the past 2 years, for something Vodafone was supposed to cancel in September 2018 Thank you to the agent who has arranged our refund; but this should never have happened
