    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 5 years and not had a problem, and I’d say that while I’ve been living in the South West I’ve had better coverage than others. It’s hard to get my monthly costs down but worth the money in my opinion

    And then I get drawn against eternatus round 1, have a terrible start and internet disconnects :( really glad I’m paying @VodafoneUK a whole bunch for fibre. Can’t even play PTCGO on my iPad :(

    After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

    @VodafoneUK Umm... the wifi dongle you sold me with a promise of ‘excellent coverage’ is shockingly awful, there’s a 0.01% it will connect to a server 🙄 can you keep to your promise & provide internet or do you wanna cancel my contract?

    @adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

    @VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

    @VodafoneUK this is still happening. Had internet 20+ years and never had dropouts like this. My girlfriends works at home and I don’t, so I only see how bad it is at weekends. F1 race been on 27 mins I’ve seen 5 laps. I set up a thinkbroadband BQM and found dropouts every 30-40 mins

    I suppose it is the way of the world that @VodafoneUK think having a chatbot on their website is useful. It may be to them to save employing staff but it isn't to the customer who wants to ask a simple question.

    Wow @VodafoneUK after being a loyal customer for 11 years I have lost total faith in your services… after deciding to move to a different network you cut mine and husbands number off with no warning nor no PUK code.. my husband being a HGV driver became stranded with no network

    Who else gets ****** speeds with @VodafoneUK? My PS5 has the worst upload speed on their ‘gigafast’ service, yet when I was with BT with a max of 100mbps my ps4 got speeds of around 70. With Vodafone? It’s around 7.
