Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

@VodafoneUK Please don’t keep sending me offers by e-mail & text. I’m not a new customer, I’ve been with People’s Phone/Vodaphone since ‘93, send some offers for loyal customers not to attract new. Loyalty deserves reward as well!

@SkyHelpTeam @ErylAsbri I got rid of sky as overpriced and got @VodafoneUK in and must say they have been fantastic... also I loved being directed to India for an upgrade only to find the guy wanted to charge me double what I was already paying? Much better deals out there...... never again

don’t think @WeAreOpenreach are off the hook. third installation date, no-one arrives. Not even a call to let us know they have cancelled again. Both companies (@VodafoneUK and @bt_uk ) have very poor customer service. Been on the phone over an hour-no further forward

@VodafoneUK I am no longer a customer but you are sending me digital bills for an unrecognised number. I can’t access any account details as my phone hasn’t been registered with you since I had the PAC code mid December. How do I sort this please?
