So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK did you know your network unlock system is just broken? I have been trying to get this escalated for days and I am at a complete loss as to how I get someone who knows what they are talking about to speak to me. Customer service is just simply useless.

@VodafoneUK I keep ringing customer services, keep getting through to the right team, then the phone rings for a bit, goes dead and gets cut off. Problems your end? Been ringing all morning with a simple request and getting nowhere - always the same outcome.

@VodafoneUK Need some help regarding my Vodafone R219 mobile wifi. Having troubles with connecting to the wifi and need to reset the password but all the instructions online to do this are not fruitful. Even the given website address doesnt work (the vodafonemobile.wifi one)

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte My wife is not on Twitter but I can DM you on here with her details. She has spoken to Customer Service this morning and they can’t even give an estimated date and said that it was due to a stock issue from @Apple but yet @O2 can still send customers one in 3 weeks??

@VodafoneUK Why not in the UK ??? surely people in Cairo will have a difficult accent to understand easily ? And they will not understand what we are saying sometimes, I have had this problem with call centres in India . I am a #Vodafone customer and I believe Uk jobs should be in UK .
