    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    So, @VodafoneUK having spent over 6 hrs on the phone and still have no mobile network so can’t call or text. You’re quite happy to take my money but your service is rubbish. Not one person has helped & been hung up on 4 times. I’m still without working phone

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya I thought @ThreeUK were bad, but at least you could get answers from their customer service team. When it was clear they were at fault they allowed us leave our contract without penalty. You want to charge exit fees for a service you haven't provided?

    @VodafoneUK No. I’ve spoken with customer services for hours on end numerous times and the issue is still not resolved. I’m sick of being palmed off and passed from pillar to post. I’d advise anyone to AVOID @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I'm now being told that the @WeAreOpenreach issue will be reviewed on 28th December, but still no commitment on an activation date and your agent had the gall to tell me I'd have to pay an early termination fee for a service you have yet to provide?

    @VodafoneUK same issue hasn’t been solved for 25 days. It’s getting absolutely ridiculous. Every time I DM I have been asked the security question not focusing on getting my internet back.

    @VodafoneUK We bought my daughter this phone from Vodafone.common fault with this handset where the hinge breaks without being dropped or banged.happened to my daughter’s phone.Vodafone sent it away 3 times and it came back damaged still.Customer service is horrendous. #avoid
