So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK spent hours over the last 6 months trying to sort out my broadband account. You’ve messed up again this month. Your customer service is an absolute joke !! Gave me £60 as a goodwill gesture only to overcharge me this month by £60!!! Will not be renewing by contract

Day 11 (e l e v e n) of no Internet. Still no word from @VodafoneUK or @CityFibre on the reason for the fault or when there might be a resolution. No update yesterday as was promised. Come on guys, what do I have to do? Time for me to chase yet again.

@VodafoneUK I don't think your website is very well. Trying to upgrade and can't get through the checkout, 'something went wrong' with the chat function and now I can't even log out of the site. Not the best for customer retention.

@VodafoneUK hi I have on number for my Apple Watch. I’ve upgraded my watch but can’t get the data plan working. The online help suggests shoes but this doesn’t align with the options in my Vodafone once logged in. Can you help please?

@VodafoneUK really shoddy service on 21gb pay as you go bundle bought at Tesco.V short time of expiry down to 7 gb! then when activated even that didn't give me more than 50mb or so. Rang helpdesk couldn't help despite 20 mins at my expense.@Tesco 15-20 mins fiddling but no help

@VodafoneUK I wanted a 5G modem instead my Internet, I moved from different network to Vodafone, instead I was presented with a shock, not 5G network in Ashford Kent. But when you haven’t made this mistake then your get 5G speed with: 02, Three UK and EE.
