    @VodafoneUK Broadband has been offline for close to 36hours. Has a solution been found or a timeframe given on when a fix will be applied.. Other providers in the area are unaffected yet use the same adsl/fibre network

    Beyond frustrated with @VodafoneUK - a non working phone number since August 10th despite all the assurances that everything will work as it should. Unfortunately I can’t even leave because the number needs to be working before it can be ported across to a new network!

    @VodafoneUK how rubbish is your service that you give us signal in a tunnel on underground on a small part of Jubilee, where you can’t hear yourself think let along hear music or watch a video . Yet you can’t ring someone above ground at London Bridge useless.
