So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK Had an issue with my broadband which was sorted by BT and Vodafone within couple of days so no complaints everybody I spoke to was helpful so I would like to win anything that would help to make this horrible time more bearable

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK it's been 4 days since you "showed" concern in the issue and asked for details in dm. I am sorry to say no communication/action/acknowledgement ever took place after providing details in dm. Action speaks louder than words. Only PR management on twitter.

@VodafoneUK Not when premier league is on you dont I was speaking to my mate and even @TalkTalk they do the same he gets 60meg normal day soon as football is on 4 meg he gets I can see why people hide behind vpn because they still can watch football with crap broadband
