  So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

  @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

  @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
