So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

Been trying to contact @VodafoneUK for four days straight now and not matter what day or time I call, I get told the lines are closed. And then you go online to chat and all you get is a robot that’s no help 🥴

@VodafoneUK @zoonphonanta good luck with it Alf. Took me 2 months of ringing every day, getting cut off, being promised new modems, engineer visits. All to no avail. Broke free of the shackles and went with Virgin. Not an issue since.
