So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for you to connect my broadband, to date I have had to chase you as you have totally failed to communicate with me, I have now made 3 fruitless contacts with customer services and all I get are weak apologies and a broken promises

@VodafoneUK appalling. You cut me off 2 weeks ago for no reason. Didn’t even inform me: I’ve spoken to 14 different advisers, assured my broadband would be active today. It’s not. You’ve wrecked my business and I can’t even get a single dedicated adviser to help. Shameful
