So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

Killing the Sure Signal was such an annoying move from @VodafoneUK. Not being able to send/receive SMS messages over Wi-Fi is a MASSIVE pain.

@VodafoneUK #vodafoneisterrible Just got my gigacube from Vodafone for mobile broadband. So far a really terrible experience - sim not registered, no internet connection, no one in customer support knows how to fix it. @BritishTelecom, @O2 do you have a better product?

Typical @VodafoneUK app. Crashes every time they try and put an offer on. Get to the till at @Tesco for freebie, app crashes leaving me looking like a mug and now £7 down. Classic marketing ploy to get people in stores to then fall down when needed. BUILD AN APP THAT WORKS.

@VodafoneUK Mostly you've been great. However your interface has changed and I can't get through on the phone to a person anymore. I don't want Securenet. Your text implies I am now being charged for it. Your link only allows activation. Turn off link doesn't work.
