So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

Truly dreadful customer service from @VodafoneUK this week. Phone and broadband activation scheduled for Tuesday 13th, despite “on line chat” every day with advisers and unlimited apologies it took 36hrs to get internet back and I am still without a landline.

@VodafoneUK Well you must know. So are you going to compensate customers for lack of service, not been able to work from home and having to catch up in our own time, compensate for having to use phone data and for not being able to use paid for streaming service?

@VodafoneUK have been overcharging my 81 year old mother for 12 months. She has Vascular Dementia & Altzeimers so can not understand text messages or much else. I made a formal complaint in store via email and requested Vodafone call me to deal with the matter. They are refusing!

@VodafoneUK hello, my Nan is with your network and can make calls. But she cannot receive them. I believe there’s some work in the area or CW9, Cheshire. How long is this going to be happening for and why can’t she receive calls if she can make them? Thanks.
