So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK have been given ‘proof’ there are still issues on my #gigafast connection. Third line aren’t accepting it as they’ve been told by @CityFibre it’s been fixed. It hasn’t, you have proof it isn’t fixed. Guess you don’t know what you’re doing!

It’s now a week since @VodafoneUK said they were finally moving contract I’m still paying for to the new handset we had to get because they’d ruined the other one, the new handset has been no service since, nothing at all. They’ve tweeted asking me to DM so here goes nothing 🙏

@VodafoneUK hello - this morning I asked for my PAC code and a cancellation of my contract (within the 14 days cooling period). The person I talked to cancelled my account before generating a PAC code. I was asked to fill in a form with identification. Help me please.
