    @VodafoneUK Yes. To which I've replied. I should not have to complete another request for my trade-in after having completed it on 21st April. I have followed this up multiple times and there seems to be a problem with your trade-in process.

    @moldovia @VodafoneUK @libdemdaisy Vodafone outsourced customer service to overseas call centres these centres simply can’t cope with complex enquiries because the only understand basic English.

    @VodafoneUK I was talking to Tom in the Cancellation Team and he just hanged up on me because he didn’t know how to deal with my query. Unbelievable customer service #badcustomerservice

  • rosalynemf Rosalyn Faulds (@rosalynemf) reported

    @parami @VodafoneUK I think that's what we:be got and no complaints. Customer service has been good all the years we've used them although to be honest haven't needed to call them much at all.

  • kiranjoza Kiran Oza (@kiranjoza) reported

    @juliebee You need more data? Any option to buy an unlimited top up for the month? @VodafoneUK might only give you an option to sign up forever though. Getting out of it could be an issue.

  • bradleyea elizabeth bradley (@bradleyea) reported

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, seems issue is with signal in the area, not handset. Four separate devices affected. Have raised it with business technical support team, hopefully will get problem update/fix.

  • Beets7 Ed Beeton (@Beets7) reported

    @VodafoneUK pathetic customer service

  • whoopydeedoo Leah Hunting (@whoopydeedoo) reported

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK as they want £270 to repair a phone that has just stopped working and it’s not even a year old. How can a @SamsungUK phone not even last 12 months. #fuming @MoneySavingExp

  • freddie_bent Freddie Bent (@freddie_bent) reported

    @VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK Just how many times does our internet have to go down in 3 months since changing to you for us to be able to cancel for free? And no I don't want to contact your support. Just tell me here. How many times. Is 9 or 10 times in 3 months enough?
