    @VodafoneUK these broadband drops are increasing in frequency with each day that passes. I can't game and I can't stream. Your service is literally worthless, as are the hollow promises of resolutions. Closing tickets isn't a resolution if the issue persists!

    @AnaVK Haha, that would annoy me doing that. This is why I’ve made sure I’m with a decent network and I’m moving to @EE in November cuz I keep having issues with @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK It is, but communications are so poor, it's hard to keep up. All I keep getting is "it'll be resolved in x hours" . It kind of loses it's meaning when you've been saying it for weeks on end.

    Also, none of your customer support peeps could tell me what the problem actually was and when I tried to tell them you, @VodafoneUK, are loosing a lot of potential customers because of this bug, they didn’t care….also a #rubish #companyculture, me thinks…

    JUST A HEADS UP FOR THE STREAM TOMORROW: My internet is speed is dogshit at the moment because @VodafoneUK services are struggling. Will still be trying to stream like normal, but there is a high chance it just gives out. Will be calling them to rectify this issue after stream.

    @VodafoneUK Trying simply to change contract on one phone and used Tobi to no avail. Used 191 and in a queue for nearly an hour and still unresolved as agreed new contract and live went dead. Rang back and left another 49 mins to no avail. I’m appalled as customer for 32 years with 4 lines !
