    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom for this link and advice. @VodafoneUK disconnected our service by mistake over 2 weeks ago and would not restore it until the planned upgrade day today which they never turned up for. No compensation and they just keep passing us around departments.

    @VodafoneUK I’m really fed up waiting for my new Vodafone Broadband to be activated. It is now 3 days late and I have a very frustrated family and struggling with my work!! I’ve wasted so much time on your terrible chat service and still no idea what is going on.

    @VodafoneUK You can't even get this bit right can you, I've done what you asked and got no reply. As soon as I can afford it, I will buy out my contract and never use Vodafone again. I've been stuck with a faulty phone for 14 months now, I hate you lot
