So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@virginmedia 2 hours on the phone with 3 different people before i got cut off today but still not resolved!!! I wonder if @VodafoneUK has better customer service as the speeds look the same!! 😡

@VodafoneUK I have been having a problem with my handset for several months now I have phoned the call centre and have spoken to various people have been told they will call me back to solve problem 1 week later I’m still waiting 🙈

Hi @VodafoneUK (2) been hung up on and left with no service for over 48 hours and being charged and nobody is doing anything about it.
