  Message for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @VodafoneUK One of the worst broadband experiences. Set up first plan, took them two more weeks to activate than promised. Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.
