So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK your #customerservice is awful. 5 days ago you offered to ‘quickly make things right’. Ive sent multiple messages explaining the mess your system made. They weren’t read. I’m now getting emails saying it’ll be 14 more days until you respond. I asked for none of this.
