  I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I have the same from @SkyUk saying I missed a payment when I pay direct debit and I’ve never missed a payment in my life!
