So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I ordered a SIM card on 26th November and it has still not arrived. My old network has been cut off on my number because of swapping my number to your network meaning I am now left without a phone unless on WIFI. Please can you update me as to where it is?

@VodafoneUK very disappointed in Vodafone. Terrible service with trade in. No compensation made! Ridiculously long queues for complaints - so obviously many disappointed customers. It should be illegal to tie someone up to a two year agreement if the service is as shocking!

@VodafoneUK Your website is still saying 3-5 days for something I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, clearly not the only one with this issue, loads of complaints on twitter and the forums, was hoping to get it before I leave on holiday but I guess its not gonna happen
