    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK dubious practices, contradicting info when you call customer care, no transparency or customer loyalty for being a customer for years, only sorry said in the end..Formal complaint ref- 29524239. Doubt anything will happen..

    @VodafoneUK @sockshopuk Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been treated like a piece of **** by your customer services today.And for the last 2 years for that matter. I can’t get a mortgage because of you. Please would you get someone within a position of authority and competency to contact me ASAP.

    Week 3 of trying to connect to @VodafoneUK one number plan. I have called 17 times with the average call being 1 hour , approximately 5 sorrys per call and all ended with I promise you will be connected within 24 hours. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Still not connected😡😤🤯

    @VodafoneUK 4th day without internet and no information on when Cityfibre to repair an external fault. Absolute awful process between Vodafone cityfibre and customer as zero communication, just spending hours on chat and getting nowhere. I pay for a pro package, for what???
