  So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

  @dbcxptures I was at a festival in St Alban's last weekend and my signal just completely dropped. No service whatsoever. @VodafoneUK

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK i recently left virgin media they are not a good service provider when trying to end the contract, try getting help with family member or even a lawyer or cab which are very good

  @VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
