    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK I’d like to phone you and make a complaint but as I have no service ( for over two weeks) I can’t make or receive any calls! Any idea when you might get the / a transmitter working in PE12? Oh, and what compensation are you offering for providing no service?

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    Why is my signal absolutely terrible nowadays @VodafoneUK? Always shows full with 5g but nothing ever loads. Have to use WiFi all the time.

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!
