So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I had the same issue was with them you ask them to cancel everything and they don’t. Costs accumulate and they blame you. Staff are rude. I wonder how many other people they have done this to?

@martinpoler @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I have a sim only dwal with three. Great until a year passed an they went from £14 to £19 a month. Good news though Liz Truss says that since Im getting the same service as I was before for less money, I can announce it to my wife as a "great deal"

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Did you call them? I’ve been a customer for years and whenever I complain about charges they somehow manage to tweak my contract and get my bill down a bit.
