    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK I've chatted with an 'advisor'. Please tell me why vodafone have started charging for a service that is not activated & could be up to 72 hours until the service is activated? Notice, i had to contact vodafone to get this information. Got to say really crap customer service.

    Been struggling with @VodafoneUK to drop my contract down to a 30 day rolling contract after my plan expiring and have been told I can only do that online via upgrade, go through that only to find i have been lied to and only 12/24 month contracts are offered. Time for a PAC code

    wow @VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, spent 1.5hours already trying to terminate my contract. have been transferred to the wrong team 3 times and now in a queue for 30 people. wonder how much more time I’m going to waste

    Hi @VodafoneUK, my 2-year contract with BT (FTTP) is coming to an end so I'm looking at my options. I see you offer service at my address so I just need to ask, do your broadband connections support IPv6?
