So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

1/2 @VodafoneUK you suck. I called trying to get a decent sim only deal, you couldn't do anything decent, apparently what you offered was "the best deal possible on Vodafone" even after being a customer for over a decade, so I requested my PAC.

@kev_g1 @VodafoneUK kev this was a new one on top of what we had. It should have been simple, they sent the wrong phone, then had to cancel & restart, th n claimed the phone would be exchanged, th en said there was a technical problem. Now want us to wait a week plus are charging is in the meantime!

@VodafoneUK any idea what’s happened in Manchester City centre particularly Market St. Past month the signal has been a disaster, 5g may as well be non existent. 4g is a struggle. I pay for the highest speed too.
