So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@Dhibbzy @VodafoneUK I had this exact same problem when I took out my contract. Neither YouTube or Vodafone were able to sort it. Was able to get premium if I purchased it normally through YouTube, but never using the vodafone link. They kept saying they had sorted it which wasn't the case 1/2

@VodafoneUK @vodafone I did contact Vodafone customer services and they told me the same thing, that we had to contact Voxi for any issues. It seems a coincidence that the shop assistant, the shop manager and customer services all made the same mistake?

@VodafoneUK why is it so hard to speak to a human being to discuss a bill issue? Why am I being charged for something I cancelled within a set time period?? Tobi is useless and the app appears to be having functionality issues… how do I get an issue sorted??
