So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

Hey @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK - my daughter has no working phone over Xmas since you’ve failed to honour her contract which she is STILL paying for! She has even contacted your CEO & 10 days later still paying for contract with no phone!! Can’t believe this terrible service!

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp New customer of Vodafone. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. No check carried out during changeover!!!
