So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK Disgraceful service after joining Vodafone. Had no data, then yesterday no service at all. Ported in number is now lost! Had to get another sim. Not good enough for disabled customers who rely on phones.

@VodafoneUK I will reply now. Someone from the UK with network knowledge needs to contact me this morning. I’ve had enough of people in Egypt and India telling me to “rest assured it will be sorted” clearly they don’t know what they’re talking about and I need to speak to some who does
