    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Just email the ceo saves wasted phone calls and gets resolved much quicker, always do it with any consumer problems i may have, easy to find relevant ceo email address there all listed online.

    After 20yrs with @VodafoneUK and their inability to address a simple complaint and show any loyalty to long term customers I've ordered my new sim card from @SkyUK. Got my PAC just need my sim to arrive then its goodbye Voda, hello Sky 5G. No more being screwed over....happy days

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK They are terrible to deal with on all counts, they have a business service called "onenet" they're ******* useless with that aswell. Avoid them if you can, ive paid them for something I've not had and gave up trying to get money back, life's too short to be on hold with them 8hrs

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Bingo. 52 mins for ID too so ended up cancelling upgrade and will cancel altogether soon. When will these companies learn? I haven’t yet experienced a good chat box - can’t answer so pinged onto virtual agent who is handling multiple clients at the same time so long delays.
