    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK 6 promised call-backs. 1 made. That single one had no idea what my issue was even after me explaining the problem for 20 minutes. After asking them to call me back after the holidays once they’d educated themselves; utter silence. An unbelievably appalling experience.

    @VodafoneUK Quit the rewards, cheaper plans. As a long term customer I just logged on for my existing customer 'deal' only to be offered the same as a new :(
