    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @EmBombIbiza @VodafoneUK It’s awful, isn’t it? What bothers me is that their customer service used to be so good. They would call you with deals before your contract ran out. Now I’ve to over pay because it wouldn’t let me upgrade to SIM only until my contract ran out.

    @VodafoneUK So you are trying to tell me that you don’t support data on moving trains? Is this really Vodafone’s answer to limited coverage? I pay you £140/ month for my devices, looks like it’s time to move away, been a loyal customer since 1997!!

    @VodafoneUK never known a company like Vodafone. Telling lies and making paying customers wait a ridiculous time frame for a refund. Being passed from pillar to post and having hour long phone calls. Getting nowhere!!! Time to contact someone higher I think 😡😡😡
