So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK are the worst company we have ever had dealings with in 35years!! A **** up there end on our trading name has resulted in a year long battle to upgrade a phone. Now 1hr21mins into another call😡😡😡😭
