@VodafoneUK shocking service from your broadband team. Been without connection since Wednesday. Over an hour on the phone daily. No communication. @CityFibre getting blamed at times. Maybe time to move provider @TalkTalk I think you can cover Aberdeen now for full fibre?

How @VodafoneUK are able to get away with their poor attitude, lack of empathy and poor respect in wanting to help their customers. Almost 2 weeks and no one has looked into why my order hasn’t been dispatched and just get told “it will be in the next 24 hours”. I SMELL BULLSHIT

@VodafoneUK @duffin_b This is exactly the same issue that I have had. Can someone please contact me as the service has been ridiculous

@VodafoneUK I would greatly appreciate a technical explanation or to be pointed to some online information so I can understand why no other provider has even raised porting my landline as an issue, but vodafone has.

@VodafoneUK I don't yet understand your insistence on not porting landlines numbers and what it is you gain from that. Evidently you do not wish to explain your policy of not porting numbers. I feel your customer service is very poor.

Absolutely love @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi so pleased with the service promised 200 MBps and they have been successful in delivering 0 MB per 96 hours since activation. That’s really quite impressive. #nothappy #toolatetoocancel?

Was hoping for a Monday surprise, that the worlds worst customer service department, I specifically mean @VodafoneUK would actually reply and try to problem solve but of course nope, nothing, nada. I guess that’s why they get such appalling reviews, but it was nice to dream

@jodamarr @russty_russ @VodafoneUK Managed to get it down to I think 10p on PAYG Orange by buying the £50 packs.

@VodafoneUK What the hell your service too bad 😞 That's my greatest mistake become your user.

@VodafoneUK I've done all that, Ben. Phoned Customer Service and Networks - and been made empty promises. It's clear @Ofcom that @VodafoneUK are trying to coerce customers into buying Home broadband. All that they ever offer is Home broadband and free release from Mobile Broadband contract.
