@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Great piece on tv just now. Well done George, corporate greed and shows exactly what they think of their customers. Customer service must be the number 1 priority the people are beginning to get angry

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Will you explain why you tell customers to call the Directors team on 08080 045200 only to have a rude Asian man refuse to let you speak to your case handler & persistently demand you answer a never ending list of security questions- TEN+?🤔😡

Just hearing that @VodafoneUK do not want to terminate dead peoples accounts and want to speak to the deceased to cancel. You will need a medium or dig up the deceased #GMB @GMB

@VodafoneUK ordered a phone online and never delivered. Called them and they said they could beat that deal. Never did finished up paying more. Asked for a copy of call recording. And they said the rep didn't want to. How slimmy. 1 month til I kick this bunch into touch

@VodafoneUK Yes. It’s not just my phone either, I was discussing this with 3 friends on Vodafone last night. We have no 5G here and it doesn’t appear to be planned, there is barely any signal at all in town and if we do get any it’s very weak and often “E” not 3G or 4G

@MsChrisTwit @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Natwest should be a benchmark of how not to do things. If online portal doesn't work, they ignore complaints for months.
