So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

25 hours of trying to upgrade my phone contact, spoken to 16 people at Vodafone, been on hold for the last 50 minutes. Safe to say I’d never recommend @VodafoneUK to anyone.

Nothing but trouble with @VodafoneUK. Multiple agents telling me different things. I rejected a delivery that I was told would be cancelled & was still sent out. They received it on the 16th and are still telling me they don't have it & I'm still being billed. Will not use again
