    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK Yes, my data had run out, which it never has in the year and half I've had my contract. Also I have recently paid my bill, I am wondering when my new data allowance starts. Can I make it clear I don't want to buy more data.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    @VodafoneUK there seems to be an issue with the mast in the AB54 7RT area, we have had terrible signal and data speeds for almost a week now, please look into it.

    @VodafoneUK That’s pretty poor customer service - especially when it’s not my fault. I was told it the device was in stock. That’s wasn’t the case. You advert says ‘the latest phone’, but because of the stock issue, I will NEVER have latest phone when I upgrade.

    @VodafoneUK Lol, opened a new account as a new customer, got the phone I wanted, at a cheaper price. Upgrading really is a scam.

    @VodafoneUK please stop sending me a reminder to collect my phone. It was collected on Monday and barcode scanned. Please sort our your systems as this "delivery" has been a shambles from start to finish. Wish I'd changed network.
