    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK utterly useless. I picked one phone on my order. Your email confirmation says different and only option is to cancel await refund then reorder? I only ordered 20mins ago and called as soon as I saw the error. Shambles service after 15+ years

    The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.
