  @VodafoneUK openreach have just installed a cable into my garden… I’m so confused! I signed up for Vodafone broadband in November! After many issues I called to cancel in April and was told I’d get a label to return router. today a cable has been diverted into my garden! Help!

  @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.
