So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK how can I raise a very serious complaint please? I am waiting on call backs and call listening and none of this has happened. I have also just had a massive bill. I have been let down incredibly badly.
