So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

And ******* luck today... Went downstairs to grab a box for a christmas present, only to find out That Lizzies UV lights have broken. Then as I go onto my PC to check how much the lights are to find out @VodafoneUK have cut our internet off...

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup hi, I’ve tried so many times to have my nhs discount added to my account and it’s still outstanding- you are overcharging me which is not what I signed up for. Why have nhs discounts if not honouring them? Your bot doesn’t help.

I think @VodafoneUK must have the worst customer service/journey I have ever experienced. It's just terrible. Forced to use chat bots/online chat that simply doesn't have the ability to discuss/handle my specific problem. Beyond 😡

@TanTheMan_95 @VodafoneUK Have caved and bought a mesh network. We wanted one anyway. I'll fix the IP on that and just pass through the Vodafone "it's definitely not broken" router, until they get their act together. Then when I can find the time I'll get rid of them.
