    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start πŸ‘€πŸ’€

    @VodafoneUK for a curve. Curve broke. Wouldn't refund or send another. Wouldn't cancel contract and wanted me to pay for something I wasn't using. Disgusting service of a customer of 30 years

    @VodafoneUK And I appreciate that, but when the price for new customers is not raised at the same time that is just a kick in the teeth to your loyal customers. If you can run the service at the lower price for them, you can for everyone.

    @VodafoneUK Yes, and there are multiple issues in the area yet again. Simply not good enough - with these constant problems and your withdrawal of WiFi on the tube, I think it's time to go to another network

    @VodafoneUK They took me through a procedure which took over 15 minutes. When this didn't work, they put me through to the technical team who confirmed that there were problems in the area! You couldn't make it up. Do you think this is value for money?
