    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Nonsense, people do want the service, but after the 2 year contract you can pay £7 a month, what is the justification for not automatically dropping to this price once the watch has been covered by the higher price?

    @alantowle @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK Absolutely I agree with you. This should have been dealt with and communicated between both companies. As the customer shouldn't be the one chasing up the issue. It's a complicated way tbe system works.

    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

    @VodafoneUK thank-you for the 30GB of data for our pupils - however accessing it is impossible. The instructions on the pack don’t work, and 2 hours on the helpline didn’t get us anywhere. Can you help with a simple way to access the data? @maroitoje

    So, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan
