    @VodafoneUK Can you supply a postal address so my 90 year-old step father can write to inform you of his change of address. He doesn’t have access to the internet so can’t do it online. Your website is no help.

    @LifeStartsAt40m @VodafoneUK What do you expect them to do? You take a contract you have to see it out, like everything that’s contracted... I can’t think of a single company that lets you cancel a contract if you’ve lost your job.. and if you could cancel you’d need to give any handset back if you had one

    @VodafoneUK Can someone help to leave Vodafone? i have been trying to do it for last three days and always get disconnected or people telling me i can't do it. I feel like i'm being kept prisoner. According to terms and conditions i can leave at any time giving you 30 days notice
