    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK Home broadband switch from Sky, now been told a new line is being installed & sky not contacted. Called to cancel order as new line not agreed & told department shut. Email says need to cancel before 9pm but told department shut at 8 (after on hold for a hour). Help!

    @VodafoneUK a broadband Wi-Fi has been absolutely terrible today on and off all the time will be ringing tomorrow to cancel hope you do not charge me ,still got a year left on my contract . You already reduce my payments but enough is enough time to leave

    @VodafoneUK Just did a speed test in BS8 Bristol. Got 1.7 down & 1.5 up.....that’s not very impressive

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. My account number is 176815891 and I’m without broadband for over a month. After spending another 30 minutes this evening with your customer advisors who clearly don’t have access to all the relevant records - it can’t be explained
