So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK I have 5G included in my contract, 5G phone and 5G activated in settings but never get any 5G signal where other people I have been with have been able to use it, ie. Luton, Cambridge, London. Please advise.

I supposed I could down some pills in that time, but whats the point of making you panic beforehand (this coming out the same time as putins warning isn't helping my nerves)

@BSkillLtd has been a loyal @VodafoneUK customer for 13yrs with over 50 mobiles. I used to think they were a good #SME mobile partner. Having spent 2 days trying unsuccessfully to resolve an urgent issue the best they can offer is a reply in 5 days and then fix within 30. Really?
