So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK Well, that's a holding message if ever I saw one, I should point out that I do work for an ISP, and that sort of response from us would be entirely frowned upon. Still no mention of what the cause was, nothing on what the resolution was, just vague "we're always improving".

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp Many new customers (in illiterate corners of India) are thinking 'Vi India' is a non existent NEW network in India without much network coverage and stability giving extreme priority for #Airtel. So consider bringing back old brand names Vodafone&Idea for sake of existence.

@VodafoneUK And yet, the outage wasn't on your status page, is that deliberately not there so as to make it look less bad for non-customers? Taking outages to DMs and the chat service seems somewhat like a "we don't like telling our customers what went wrong, just that it's 'all fine' now."
