  @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

  @vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.

  @VodafoneUK I phoned up and I spoke to someone he said I needed the complaints department or a different department then said he’d put me through, but it just rang and rang and rang and I was waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes and no one answered. I had to put the phone down in the end.

  @VodafoneUK I was under advice from a Vodafone team Mate, they would not arrive for six months. can you take this and shrink it down as as much as as possible while keeping all of my key points intact?
