So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK trying to get broadband reconnected because of a broken phone cable. We can’t contact you via the app because it only connects via WiFi (!), and can’t get past hold on the phones. Why so hard @VodafoneUK? Any advice to actually speak to someone!?!?!

@Danacea @YourSSE @VodafoneUK While they are rarely the cheapest you are always better having an ISP that owns the network (the wires) such as BT or Virgin. Because they cannot blame anyone else!
