So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

Also, @VodafoneUK 's staff is working from home, so the connection trying to speak to someone is extremely frustrating as well... Very poor customer experience this whole thing. 🤯🤬

So now waiting for a physical sim 36 hours from couriee I didn't need from @Mobilescouk to get my broken @VodafoneUK service restored probably only to switch back to an esim which could have been delivered electronically anyway. Total #fail of user experience

@Lds1193 @VodafoneUK I had that last night and also tonight. My brother who lives about a mile away is also having issues but has had terrible customer service from a manager on @VodafoneUK chat tonight.
