    @VodafoneUK Great, so Vodafone will be compensating us customers for the absolute lack of information unless we go chasing which is shockingly poor customer service? The loss of Internet for half a day? The additional cost of using additional data? After all, it isn't the first time!

    @VodafoneUK The issue was solved by me hanging up and calling again speaking to a different agent. Openreach was booked in for Tuesday.
