    @VodafoneUK Don't be fooled by this "friendly" costumer service. They are useless. I have been talking to them for the last 3 days and they just are completely inept and incompetent.

    @OllieMWilson @VodafoneUK Yep. @VodafoneUK are appalling. I made a complaint. Was told a manager would call me… guess what? Considering they run a phone network and, you know, making calls is easy, the manager never called.

    @VodafoneUK . And so.... I upgraded my broadband last week and am still waiting for my boosters and backup dongle to be delivered. DPD now sending it back due to two missed deliveries. I am so annoyed, I may now cancel my upgrade. 1/2
