    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK No need. I've changed broadband provider today. Took me 2 days to deal with @VodafoneUK ending up with a customer service operator being rude and telling a pack of lies. I was overcharged and cut off for refusing to pay bill. Horrible company!

    @VodafoneUK sort your stock issues out or at least be honest on your website. When ordering I was told my phone would be with me in 3-5 days, as soon as you take my money you tell me it's not in stock. God knows how long I'll be waiting. Shocking!

    @VodafoneUK Hey. I'm having the same issues with not recieving texts. Already tried turning my phone on and off again, as well as resetting all cached data from my messaging app but still nothing. Others seem to be recieving my texts though.

    @VodafoneUK Gave up after being hold for 50 minutes, joke of a company! Without being on hold again how do I tell you I want to cancel my contract?

    @RichardHilsley @VodafoneUK They are jokers !!! Been with them for years but I'll be pulling the plug on all my contracts. Worse customer service I've ever encountered!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Hiya I have to contracts with you guys and contract ends in 22 days so was asking for some guidance on price and phone so I can proceed with that to be told I sky high price with no help what so ever and when I advised it was OK I would leave it to end be told fine. 🤘

    @VodafoneUK currently trying to cancel a contract & have been on hold for (at present & counting) 1hr 41 mins. I'm guessing you would've answered much sooner if I'd been paying a bill. Not great customer service!!

    @VodafoneUK I know my area aint in 5g but even 4g in some areas are terrible! Same with signal been 2-3 bars.
