  Can @VodafoneUK have better customer service- it takes ages to speak to a human. Tobi is good for simple tasks but doesn’t redirect to a live agent easily.

  @FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!

  @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
