@VodafoneUK Get a unique experience by signing up to #vodafone : get ripped off, spend hours with chat-bots, never get through, get told what you were told, have your phone cut off for no reason. Over two decades and now stuck with a company for the next two years that I DETEST. Inhuman.

  • GKaldezar Gideon Kaldezar (@GKaldezar) reported

@VodafoneUK @heypunka I’m with Rob on this. Poorly communicated and completely changes the service. I would like option to cancel my contract without penalties

@VodafoneUK @markbentley111 help ?! ha ha .... hours of your time wasted first talking to a “bot”

  • ATHLETETBOY Tam Morris (@ATHLETETBOY) reported

@VodafoneUK That’s pathetic… under the global pandemic, I would assume Vodafone will do their best to keep their customers CONNECTED. NOT TAKE AWAY A VITAL SERVICE! Why can’t you bring it back???,

  • hardcastIe Paul Hardcastle (@hardcastIe) reported

@LucyMaps I noticed that the other day, it sucks! Plus now having gone outside the @VodafoneUK signal quality where I live is absolutely awful, even the pub up the road are always annoyed because vodafone people can't check in.

  • JME124Black BlackJMEold (@JME124Black) reported

@VodafoneUK Sorry I misspoke. I am eligible for a flexi upgrade but the fee is now being applied when it wasn't before. Is this due to your new tariffs? (Which are awful btw)

  • BlackshawMathew Mathew Blackshaw (@BlackshawMathew) reported

@VodafoneUK @gregnotinchina Worst network in the UK. Counting down the days until I can leave you.

  • _MoodyTeen_ Jaxx (@_MoodyTeen_) reported

@VodafoneUK Did you take part in the 1-2pm emergency alert tests? I would like an answer please instead of ignoring me...

  • ospreyalex Alex Brennan (@ospreyalex) reported

@VodafoneUK hi. I've sent you a message regarding an ongoing issue of trying to get a stolen phone blacklisted. It's been 3 weeks now.

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@VodafoneUK It's £33/month. Fix the link on this advert or you will lose customers when they see a blank page with a warning, it is blocked to most users by their browsers, antivirus and ISP/DNS providers. Your marketing department needs to wake up! Don't pay people to lose business.
