  You have had my money for nearly 6 years over 3 contracts Please I need an honest answer My contract is up 2 November but won't be getting a phone(already bought a sim free model) direct from manufacturer so got warranty with them. Your and Motorola back poor for @VodafoneUK

  @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
