    Hi @VodafoneUK, having trouble contacting customer services. Everytime we phone the number 0333 3040191 and our account number in we eventually go through to voxi and then the call ends. We need to speak to someone about our broadband please.

    @VodafoneUK hi we’re unable to get online with our Vodafone broadband. Been through all the steps on the help on the app & been on chat we 3 different people but still no joy. Please can you help…not ideal for working from home!!

    @VodafoneUK Without availability there is no way order can be placed? Sales team themselves placed order for me. Issue is coordinating between vodafone, city fibre, kelly communications & number of contractors between the process.

    @VodafoneUK had a business line down all day and you just keep putting us on hold! This is atrocious service. Need it back up who do we report a Vodafone business line with Level 4 cover that should have been working by now!!! So in breach of contract its a joke..... #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK your CS is so crap I spent 20 minutes to cancel my account, got a confirmation of the cancellation and now just had another email saying "we're glad your staying" and my cancellation as been er cancelled! Do I just need to ask @Ofcom if they can cancel for me?
