    @VodafoneUK I guess the service is programmed to 'misunderstand'. I've been really happy with @VodafoneUK provision during my contract. But approaching the end, all I hear is sabre rattling about my deal not rolling over .. while elsewhere I've seen the offer only improved. Customer loyalty?

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup absolutely ridiculous service! I had requested for a repair bag from voxi three times abd still haven’t received it! And every time I contact voxi they say they will escalate and still the same issue! #Horrific #customerexperience

    Crap experience upgrading phone plans with @VodafoneUK thru their app. I hear that other customers have fallen into the same trap. Somehow i now have 2 contracts and 2 sets of bills! To rectify, I have to switch to pay as you go and I won’t be able to make calls! #vodafoneiscrap

    @PJohnsonBet @VodafoneUK Yup. Had similar issue but bl**dy funny how they are so keen to KEEP calling me to try and sell me a new phone. Problem is that mobile phone companies identified years ago that there are always new customers to be had, hence they don't give a sh*t about their existing ones.
