So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

@VodafoneUK appalling service, got replacement sim form disabled Dad, it's not been updated to new sim, called up today, we couldn't pass security questions even though we passed them all to get NEW SIM on Thursday! So angry!
