So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

dear @VodafoneUK - thank you for wasting my time over the past week. I have spent hours on calls to customer service as am locked out of my account. I am trying to sign up to a new contract with you and your call centre staff cannot help me at all! very disappointing!

@VodafoneUK when are you going to sort put your automated payment service? Hasn’t been working for months and you keep charging my friend for late payments when he can’t ring up to make one! Seems like unless you are tech savy you can’t be with your company!
