    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.
