    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK Don't bother ordering anything unless you want to be treated like you can't budget your own money, they want to know your income and expenditure even for an upgrade, customer for over a decade but loyalty means nothing to Vodafone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    @VodafoneUK You try to contact and then told after menu options: “sorry wait timewill be longer than expected.” You send customer to chat-on-line only to find the wait time is over 65 mins. Trying to unlock a mailbox after one failed attempt is plain stupid by a daft company

    @old_style_tory @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I've been a customer over a decade, regularly upgrade, just been refused the latest upgrade as I'm not prepared to give my income and expenditure to 'check affordability'. Been paying between £250-£320 a month all these years, loyalty means nothing to Vodafone

    @bt_uk Shocking service #wedontcare - moved 93 year father-in-law from @VodafoneUK / - they disabled copper line (which was not requested - fall alarm system now failing) / account access broken / support is terrible and even they recommend that we should move to @TalkTalk !

    @VodafoneUK When I try that it says that my email address will be my username. When I put in my email address, it says it is in use and to contact you. When I click on contact us, it takes me to the bot that doesn’t understand my issue.
