    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @CiCi_Coleman @rossuar @VodafoneUK I’ve had some issues with mine in the same-ish area but that seems to have stopped after I complained and they ran some tests etc. Been good for a while now. Customer service was actually pretty good.

    @VodafoneUK I’m receiving repeated unsolicited calls from ever changing mobile numbers. It is obviously a scam because when I answer they at I have Tax problem. ( I’m a pensioner and pay no Tax) I have tried ringing 191 and cannot get connected to a human being.

    @VodafoneUK a friend has just told me you're switching off Suresignals in May. Why they are such a great piece of kit are you going to make sure I have a mobile signal in cornwall first? So many parts of the county with no signal here. Sure signal saves me!

    .@VodafoneUK purchased internet for my new place 22nd Feb. Installation date 5th March 8am-1pm. No engineer, so I ask where he is and your online robot tells me my internet will now be installed on the 17TH MARCH?! Are you KIDDING? Disgusting service

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely appalling customer service not your frontline staff on the phones its the ones above them 7 times called up to get something sorted and 3 times its been ecalated to a manager who still has not done what they said would be done within 24 hoursNOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Try getting an iPhone unlocked by them, 7 months yes 7 months! later they have just unlocked my daughters phone and have just emailed to say can we close your complaint - umm no! Apology? Good will gesture? #vodafoneuseless
