    So it's midnight just got a verification code sent to my mobile from @VodafoneUK then a DM on @Twitter asking me to confirm and also send over my date of birth along with the address and my full name have already provided due to issue with our landline. Midnight for a start 👀💤

    @VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats I cannot tag my son as he does not have twitter.. but he deserves a new phone as he has had the same one for almost 4 years and it is coming to the end of it’s life.. it needs resusitation approx 5min into him using it🤞 help!

    @GJS41991 @VodafoneUK They are pretty terrible to be fair always say I’m gonna leave at the end of my contract then they lure ya back in... only to live in regret for a further 24 months.

    Miss sold contract by @VodafoneUK try to go through the appropriate process to resolve, now told that because I went down ‘said process’ they can do no more. Humans mistakes happen, to treat what I was advised as untrue because ‘we have no call recording available’ is negligent

    @VodafoneUK I definitely need one as mine is slower than the preverbial tortoise. I'm tagging @ben_jonesuk as he's been working so many long hours as a postman and extra hours during this pandemic, his poor feet are knackered. He deserves a nice new phone #VodafoneTreats

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to resolve some issues with my home broadband, but your telephone customer service is rubbish. Poor connections, poor levels of English and low volume makes conversing with most of your reps impossible. Any chance of a UK rep calling me please?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been through this, deadlock, CISAS, complaint to CEOs office but still the same. Insulting offer to ‘go away’ this level of treatment is completely ignorant
