stop the war (@igivepropofol) reported@VodafoneUK Do you have a customer service complaint email address for any manager? Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening. Can you provide an email address so I can write a complaint and explain the events? I am also pursuing this with the regulator.

Alli O'Hara No. 3665 on a translist... 🙄🤡🌍 (@badgersrock22) reported@VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

James (@jimbles1967) reported@VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

Sarah Farebrother (@rochie87) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Companies are awful, when my mum died we went to @VodafoneUK with her death certificate to close her account and they kept telling us that only the account holder can do that. How can she do that when she’s dead? They gave us so much hassle, I’ve never recommended them since
