    @VodafoneUK Very disappointed now @VodafoneUK. lack of useful support after hours. Digital assistant rolling the wheel nothing on screen. No answer yet from messenger chat. This is unacceptable pay for high speed fibre to work from home to facilitate care of elderly dependant & a child.

    @VodafoneUK That wasn't quite what I asked for Millie, the issue is a fault was found with the line during final checks, customer not advised and they took a day off work needlessly. Allegedly it should be resolved by the 10/06/21. So I'd like the email address for complaints please.

    @VodafoneUK By which time all the offers will have gone. I can't understand why it has happened as I have not had any problems with costa offers before.
