    @VodafoneUK why can’t you train your broadband support staff? I’ve wasted over 4 hrs explaining myself to at least 5 advisers and the issue still isn’t resolved. I have better things to do than waste my time re- explaining the issue repeatedly.

    @VodafoneUK Brought my daughter a tech 21 for Xmas. It was faulty do brought it back within 14 days. Jody the assistant manager didn't even bother look at the faulty case but told me they wouldn't except it. She was very hostile and rude. Embarrassed me in front of others in store.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t log in to my vodaphone from the link you’ve emailed. It just gets stuck a loop and never displays the page. And if I go straight to the browser I get internal server error trying to log in.

    @VodafoneUK Would rather you increase the signal in Fulham, often have 1 or 2 bars and have to do WiFi calling!
