Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone yesterday was told by your customer service department my phone would be delivered today by DPD as long as I signed my agreement by 9pm (signed at 11am) Nothing. Where is my phone?

@VodafoneUK have gone back and forth with Vodafone for months. A complaint dealt with on behalf of the Chairmans Office, well it wasn't dealt with, nor did they do what they said they would. Tina Customer Services...quite simply restores my faith.Tina for Chairman is what I say

@VodafoneUK This is a joke. Why am I on hold for 45 minutes and counting to try and get thru to one of your so called wifi ExPeRts? I have no internet at all and these hold times are a smack in the face. I want to raise a formal complaint

@VodafoneUK I've paid every month and been promised resolutions and always have to wait a little but longer whilst paying a for an s21 that's not fit for purpose "as you will be compesated" when it's sorted. Am so tired of promises of escelatuoks, emails that never arrive & lies

@VodafoneUK I have done, 6 mths of doing everything I'm asked, sent screenshots, emailed call logs, endless calls, endless complaints, going in store all whilst paying bills & be told to be patient. I've now requested call conversations so I can go to @Ofcom too but let's see if you can help

@glynster61 @NunoMartinhoV @VodafoneUK As usual it's under 1mbps mobile bandwidth too. Also having issues with MS websites. I am so sick of this useless 'provider'. 2 contracts ending soon thankfully. Oh and don't get me onto their disgraceful customer service.

@VodafoneUK had issues for 6 months with a phone that does not work properly, complained, paid every month and told when it's sorted I will be compensated & today offered £150 reduction on an early termination to close my complaint when phone still doesn't work as I'm now fed up

@VodafoneUK I actually have a 2nd Portuguese SIM for using over here so calls arent an issue but not getting texts is. My bank uses them to send verification codes and if I cant get them I cant access my bank.

@VodafoneUK I've wasted over 3 hours of my time already on chats on the vodafone website. I'm fed up of explaining why Vodafone are at fault when they know exactly what the issue is. It's been resolved, this is a PSA. Please read the entire thread, thanks!
