Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone yesterday was told by your customer service department my phone would be delivered today by DPD as long as I signed my agreement by 9pm (signed at 11am) Nothing. Where is my phone?

@VodafoneUK had a new phone since last year, broken down 4 times and the last time it was sent off I actually had an email stating you did absolutely no repairs and sent it back, then you say I missed the lockdown letter therefor you could not help. sorry friends of mine died of COVID

@VodafoneUK No. Last week trade in tool said it had completed successfully on two occassions. But I never got a confirmation. Trade in team never got it their end. Now the trade in app errors when trying to do it again and no one knows why. I want to send you my old phone!! Why so hard!

@VodafoneUK Do you even read what you’re replying to? I said I couldn’t use Signal to send it to 7726. Then you ask me to use Signal to send it to 7726. I said I couldn’t use the default SMS app to do it since it didn’t have the message. Then you ask me to use the default SMS app to do it.
