Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK @UreshP Well you may keep taking the details of every customer but the problem isn't getting resolved. Internet is slower ever and you've one answer to every query which is to wait for 13th Feb as if sm meteorite is goin to hit your tower that day and suddenly your network will be better

@VodafoneUK promised to refund me what they owed me and would apply a 'goodwill gesture' (as anything else would prove the errors were entirely theirs) and the money would be paid directly into my bank account. It was not. More hours of mine wasted trying to get this sorted...

@VodafoneUK @GlobalBritain21 Immediately?I have no internet because you disconnected the wrong connection!To re-instate it,I am told I have to enter another 3 year contract-not a chance.And liars-cancelled my dongle but VF told me I hadn't.After requesting copy of call-the part I cancel is cut off!!!#ofcom

@Phonemast @VodafoneUK I'd like to think so but doubt it. I have a similar problem at Llandough hospital near Cardiff and got told there were no plans for any additional masts in the area.

@VodafoneUK Alot of Openreach ISPs now support IPv6 alongside the standard IPv4. Vodafone was rumoured to support it last year. However nothing has been done
