    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @VodafoneUK Well..ive been waiting on an 'unfreeze' code for my Samsung fone as the 2 attempts to provide unlock codes failed. That was 13 aug. Last comms was with cust service 16 aug. Promised an email by 18 aug. I have no voice/txt service as I used my pack code. 07740156361 was my no.

    @VodafoneUK Such a **** service, my landline has not been working for 6days, reported and it took @VodafoneUK 6 days to investigate the issue. I had to call again to remind them as well for job needed to be completed. Cant wait to end my contract. Lost so many important calls.

    @VodafoneUK why is it still IMPOSSIBLE to access billing/other features via the app!?? This problem has been ongoing for weeks and as a business user this is crap! Please sort it out asap

    @VodafoneUK waited for call back since 12 mid day regarding broadband Wi-Fi and dongle problem only to get call just at 7pm explaining all over again to get cut off ..renewal unlikely with this service 🤬

    @VodafoneUK hi my sons SM-A202F/DS is locked he has changed networks and I beleive he needs some sort of code. can you provide this quickly as he is in the usa without any service ?
