Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK worst company to transfer you landline phone too, left an old lady with no emergency phone even though I spent the whole day on my phone pleading with them to fix it just to be told wait another 48hrs , cancelled this contract. Absolute disgraceful.

@VodafoneUK got my elderly mum to Join this network on Tuesday(she lives alone and thought it a good idea to have this network)They have now left an old lady with no landline(to make or receive calls;which they assured me she would be able to do!) Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

& on top of that, @VodafoneUK still won't let me cancel a mobile internet plan that I don't even use because it doesn't work anywhere near as well as I was promised on purchase unless I pay over £1000 in a cancellation fee. Snakiest company around 0/10🐍🐍🐍
